like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams founded
this ministry. We were Mormons (Temple Mormons) for 20 years.
We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry speaking
out against Scientology. Six months later God led us to the truth:
out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at the time we
were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20 years.
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry. Our
newsletters are not designed to provoke
anger which is strictly prohibited in Scripture. It is to shed
light on activities by those who would deceive those who are
recorded in the Book of Life by devious methods and systematic

The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had to leave

God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.

- The first section is about the church.
The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
and today's church doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word
of God has undergone many changes to fit the progressive modes.
Many new Bible tranlations have brought confusion. The Bible
calls for a falling away from the truth before
Jesus comes back for His Bride. The true believers are called
'Ekklesia.' Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the
Bible is true from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend, the so called democratizing what is left of the world.
This is a deception since the underlying new world global government
is developed by implementing sustainable development. The
Bible prophesies that there will be ten kings (ten horns), each
king (horn) will receive a region of the world as a reward for
work well done for the Antichrist. This is the reason for the
present development of NAU (The North American Union) as well
as the war in the Middle East. It again proves that we are moving
to closure of the times of the Gentiles prophesied in the Bible.
The end result will not be Democracy but a form of Fascist Communism
(Public/Private Corporations enslaving mankind).
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings because Israel is the time piece of the Biblical Prophecy.
1948 was the beginning of the figtree representing Israel, coming
back to life. Israel was allowed to return to its land. Israel
is the rock upon which the world stumbles and crumbles. We watch
and visit Israel for signs which point to the Tribulation to
confirm that we are moving into that space of time.

- D.C., LONDON, AND VATICAN CITY, DO THEY RULE THE WORLD?
- What are the three city states and do they rule the world?
In this article, I will try to answer some of these questions
using history and symbolism. Let's begin.
- The flag in Washington's District of Columbia has 3 red stars,
each symbolizing a city state within the three city empire. The
three city empire consists of Washington D.C., London, and Vatican
City. London is the corporate center of the three city states
and controls the world economically. Washington's District of
Columbia city state is in charge of the military, and the Vatican
offers spiritual guidance. The constitution of the district of
Columbia operates under a tyrannical roman law known as lex fori,
which in no way resembles the U.S. constitution.
- When congress passed the act of 1871, it created a separate
corporate government for the District of Columbia. This allowed
the District of Columbia to operate as a corporation outside
the constitution.
- If you take a moment to study some signed treaties and charters
between the United States and Britain, you will find that the
United States has always been a British crowned Colony. In 1606,
King James (yes, the King James who revised the bible) signed
the charter of Virginia. The charter granted Americas British
forefathers a license to settle and colonize America. The charter
also guaranteed future kings and queens of England would have
sovereign authority over all citizens and colonized land in America.
- In 1783, the Paris peace treaty was signed. This treaty identifies
the King of England as the prince of the United States contradicting
the belief that America won the war of independence. And although
King George III of England gave up most claims over his American
colonies, he kept his right to continue receiving payments for
his business ventures of colonizing America. If America won the
war of independence, why would the agree to pay reparations to

at a welcoming ceremony Sunday at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church

With a laying on of hands, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in
America on Sunday welcomed into its fold seven openly gay pastors
who had until recently been barred from the church’s ministry.
The ceremony at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in San Francisco
was the first of several planned since the denomination took
a watershed vote at its convention last year to allow noncelibate
gay ministers in committed relationships to serve the church.
- “Today the church is speaking with a clear voice,”
the Rev. Jeff R. Johnson, one of the seven gay pastors participating
in the ceremony, said at a news conference just before it began.
“All people are welcome here, all people are invited to
help lead this church, and all people are loved unconditionally
by God.”
- The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, known as the
E.L.C.A., with 4.6 million members, is now the largest Protestant
church in the United States to permit noncelibate gay ministers
to serve in the ranks of its clergy — an issue that has
caused wrenching divisions for it as well as for many other denominations.

- THE NEXT BIG PRIVACY CONCERN: RFID “SPYCHIPS”
RFID, we are closer to cradle-to-grave surveillance than most

Radio-frequency I.D. (RFID) tags are a convenient way to track
items and cut costs for companies. But this technology is increasingly
being used to track other things, like security badges —
or even people — giving it the potential to cause a horrific
erosion of privacy. Tracking people with smart tags, their shopping
preferences, their activities, and their personal belongings
sounds like something from a sci-fi thriller. But If you got
your panties in a twist over Walmart's decision to track your
undies via RFID smart tags, then you'll be doublely concerned
at how close we are to cradle-to-grave surveillance. RFID tags
reached a tipping point with Walmart's announcement that, starting
next month, the retailer will place removable "smart tags"
on consumer goods. The RFID tags can be read by hand-held scanners
to track inventory levels and keep a better eye on loss prevention.
Recent drops in the cost per RFID tags have encouraged adoption
of this technology. With Wal-Mart publicly embracing RFID, you'll
see other retailers quickly fall in line.

- If your trash is filled with RFID tags, your trash could
be exploited by cybercriminals (driving by with a RFID reader).
Perhaps consumers should be advised to trash the offending tag
before they leave Walmart parking lot? I’m honestly less
concerned that cybercriminals will be cataloging an individual’s
purchases via their trash than I am about RFID becoming "spychips"
— using the RFID technology to track the whereabouts of
citizens who have no idea they are being tracked. RFID chips
are already embedded into passports and other everyday items.
These potential-privacy-decimating spychips can be the size of

In 2013, our sun will hit its solar maximum, creating disturbances
that could take out the power grid

million Quebecers lost power for nine hours after a massive solar
flare—an explosion of magnetic energy from the sun—created
electric ground currents here on Earth, collapsing the power
grid. Another geomagnetic storm, in 1921, brought ground currents
10 times as strong. But the fiercest one ever recorded, called
the Carrington Event of 1859, electrified telegraph lines—even
setting telegraph papers on fire—and created northern lights
visible as far south as Cuba and Hawaii. If such a storm were
to strike today, the consequences would be devastating. But NASA
researchers say severe space weather could be on the way. Every
11 years, for reasons that aren’t completely understood,
our sun hits what’s called its solar maximum: an especially
active period when sun spots, solar flares and “coronal
mass ejections—these clouds of plasma that flow out of the
sun at millions of kilometres an hour,” as astronomer Sten
Odenwald puts it, are more likely to occur. The resulting streams
of particles and pulses of electromagnetic energy create what’s
called space weather, which can have all sorts of impacts here,
throwing the Earth’s magnetic field into disarray and disrupting
everything from GPS systems to the power grid. We’re now
coming out of a quiet period for the sun, as it wakes up and

- EVANGELICAL LEADERS 'OUT ON A LIMB'
Chad Groening - OneNewsNow - 5/13/2010 - A Protestant renewal
organization is questioning the decision of several prominent
Christian leaders to sign on to a full-page ad calling for a
path toward citizenship for millions of illegal immigrants.
- Last fall OneNewsNow reported that the National Association
of Evangelicals passed a resolution calling for a path to citizenship
for those who are in the country illegally but want to embrace
the responsibility and privileges of citizenship. Now the NAE
has released a full-page ad in Roll Call trying to rally support
for comprehensive immigration reform that "establishes a
path toward legal status and/or citizenship for those who qualify
and who wish to become permanent residents."
Other evangelical leaders like Dr. Richard Land of the Southern
Baptist Convention and Matt Staver of Liberty Counsel have also
signed the ad. In comments to The Associated Press, Land described
Arizona's new controversial immigration law as "a symptom,
not a solution," and Staver said it is time to "forge
a national concensus" on the issue.
But Alan Wisdom, vice president of research and programs at The
Institute on Religion & Democracy, argues that those leaders
are going against the majority of their constituents who oppose
amnesty for illegal aliens.
"They don't have their constituency with them -- and this
is not a clear biblical mandate," he contends. "The
Bible does not tell us what our immigration policy should be.
"Now [the signers of the ad] protest that it's not an amnesty,"
Wisdom continues, "but the definition of amnesty is remitting
the penalty that justly would be due for breaking the law --
and [in this case] it's deportation."
He acknowledges that "hundreds of millions of people around
the globe...would probably like to come to the United States
if that were possible," but argues that the U.S. simply
cannot accept everyone who wants to enter the country.

Law Center, a former White House chief of staff under President
Bill Clinton (1998-2001) and Co-chair of the Obama Transition
Team (2008-9), told Mr. Allen that the frequent UFO and extraterrestrial
over flights and landings on the U.S. Capitol that Mr. Allen
is able to document photographically using state of the art high
definition equipment could, if made widely public, “destabilize
society,” and urged Mr. Allen to cease his activity documenting
these UFO/ET over fights and landings.

National Press Club, John Podesta himself called for public examination
of the UFO phenomenon, stating, “It was the law.”

such as Warner Brothers and record labels such as DefJam. Mr.

July 29, 2010—US District Court Judge George Caram Steeh,
a 1998 Bill Clinton appointee to the US District Court for the
Eastern District of Michigan. Steeh, who is the former President
of the Arab-American Bar Association, dismissed a lawsuit filed
against Eastern Michigan University [EMU] by a Christian graduate
student, Julea Ward, who was expelled by the university because
she refused to affirm that homosexual behavior was normal. Ward
enrolled in an EMU program with expectations that she would complete
the program and become a high school student counselor As a student
counselor, Ward counseled student "clients" in a university-operated
clinic. In one instance she encountered a "client"
who had recently been involved in a homosexual relationship that
went bad. The "client" had previously been counseled
about that relationship. He wanted to be treated for depression—which
would entail further counseling about that relationship. Because
of her opposition to homosexuality, Ward asked her faculty supervisor
if she could refer the client to another counselor. She explained
her religious views precluded her from telling the client that
his homosexual behavior was normal.

the program only if she underwent a "remediation reeducation
program" (diversity training) so she could see "the
error of her ways" and alter her views about homosexuality.
She refused. Telling her that her conduct violated the American

wrote a column in the Aug. 16, 2010, London daily Al-Sharq Al-Awsat
arguing that President Obama was wasting his time championing

at this particular location, because it will become an arena

the special position of the Catholic Church had been removed
from the Irish Constitution in 1973, but “it has not been

- A lawyer based in California with Manly Stewart, which has
handled many hundreds of abuse cases on behalf of victims, he
said clergy, including bishops, who hid details of clerical sexual
abuse of children “should do jail time”.

- NATIONAL PRAYER BREAKFAST DRAWS CONTROVERSY

than 50 years, the National Prayer Breakfast has served as a
prime networking event in Washington, bringing together the president,
members of Congress, foreign diplomats and thousands of religious,
business and military leaders for scrambled eggs and supplication.
- Luke Sharrett / The New York Times - Protesters, on Wednesday
at the Capitol Hill house of the Family, say the group is linked
to anti-gay legislation in Uganda.
- Usually, the annual event passes with little notice. But
this year, an ethics group in Washington has asked President
Obama and Congressional leaders to stay away from the breakfast,
on Thursday. Religious and gay rights groups have organized competing
prayer events in 17 cities, and protesters are picketing in Washington
and Boston.
- The objections are focused on the sponsor of the breakfast,
a secretive evangelical Christian network called The Fellowship,
also known as The Family, and accusations that it has ties to
legislation in Uganda that calls for the imprisonment and execution
of homosexuals.
- The Family has always stayed intentionally in the background,
according to those who have written about it. In the last year,
however, it was identified as the sponsor of a residence on Capitol
Hill that has served as a dormitory and meeting place for a cluster
of politicians who ran into ethics problems, including Senator
John Ensign, Republican of Nevada, and Gov. Mark Sanford, Republican
of South Carolina, both of whom have admitted to adultery.
- More recently, it became public that the Family also has
close ties to the Ugandan politician who has sponsored the proposed
anti-gay legislation.
- Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, a government
watchdog group, sent a letter this week to the president and
Congressional leaders urging them to skip the prayer breakfast.
They have also called on C-Span not to televise it this year.
- Melanie Sloan, executive director of the ethics group, said:
“It is a combination of the intolerance of the organization’s
views, and the secrecy surrounding the organization. It doesn’t
mean they shouldn’t be allowed to hold their breakfast;
of course they should. The question is, Should American officials
be lending legitimacy to it, giving their imprimatur by showing
up.”
- The Family has no identifiable Internet site, no office number
and no official spokesman. J. Robert Hunter, a member who has
spoken publicly about the group, said that it was unfair to blame
the Family for the anti-gay legislation introduced by David Bahati.
Mr. Hunter said that about 30 Family members, all Americans,
active in Africa recently conveyed their dismay about the legislation

that Sojourners has received funding in the past from liberal
billionaire George Soros' Open Society Institute.
- Last month, Marvin Olasky asked Wallis to admit his affiliations
on the left when reported on the money from Soros in World magazine.
George Soros, one of the leading billionaire leftists—he
has financed groups promoting abortion, atheism, same-sex marriage,
and gargantuan government—bankrolled Sojourners with a $200,000
grant in 2004. A year later, here's how Jim rebutted a criticism
of "religious progressives" for being allied with Soros
and MoveOn.org: "I know of no connections to those liberal
funds and groups that are as direct as the Religious Right's
ties to right-wing funders."
- Since then Sojourners has received at least two more grants
from Soros organizations. Sojourners revenues have more than
tripled—from $1,601,171 in 2001-2002 to $5,283,650 in 2008-2009—as
secular leftists have learned to use the religious left to elect
Obama and others.

lying.
