- :: GREETINGS to all and the newcomers to this list. We'd
like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams, who founded
this ministry, were Mormons (Temple Mormons part of the time)
for 20 years. We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry
speaking out against Scientology. Six months later God led us
to the truth: out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at
the time we were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20
years. [George passed away to heaven in March 2003 and Nicholas
Stivers joined the ministry as Vice President.]
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry.
- We are King James Version Bible students and have left all
worldly organizations.
- The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had
to leave the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the
Wall' which God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.

The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
which doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word of God has
undergone many changes to fit the present mode. The Bible calls
for a falling away from the truth before Jesus
comes back for His Bride, the true believers called 'Ekklesia.'
Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the Bible is true
from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend to prove that we are moving to closure of the times of
the Gentiles.
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings with what is happening in Israel. We describe and watch
for signs of the coming Tribulation to confirm that we are moving
into that space and time.

and a newsletter whenever it is possible time wise. We love the
Lord with all our hearts and minds and we love all people God

- THE TRUTH ABOUT MEL GIBSON'S 'THE PASSION OF CHRIST
- It is quite obvious that God does not approve of this movie
for we can see clearly that His Word condemns it. During the
filming of the movie, God was sending obvious signs of His disapproval.
The star, Jim Caviezel, who played the part of Jesus, had
the following things happen to him during the filming. Caviezel
suffered hypothermia as he hung on the cross nearly naked and
caught pneumonia and a lung infection. He dislocated his shoulder
while carrying the cross, and he was struck by lightening twice.
This was confirmed by an Associated Press report. In another
scene, Caviezel was chained to a post to be whipped, and in the
simulation, the actor doing the whipping missed and actually
struck Jim Caviezel putting a 14-inch gash in his back. When
this happened, Caviezel said, “I may
be playing Jesus, but I felt like Satan at that moment. I
turned to him, a couple of expletives came out of my mouth.”
There you have it! Jim Caviezel, the man playing Jesus said
he felt like Satan, and began to cuss at the other

- BEWARE OF SUBLIMINAL MESSAGES
- "Print subliminals are sentences constructed in such
a way that they send messages to the reader's mind without his
being aware of what has occurred. They work on the person's mind
in a manipulative fashion because the message has bypassed his
conscious mind." (God's Wrath on Left Behind p. 12)
- The Tim LaHaye Prophecy Study Bible: King James contains
a study note with a sentence that works as a print subliminal:
- The mark must be the equivalent of the name of the beast.
Evidently the Greek equivalent of the Antichrist's name will
in some way equal the number 666.

The state of Massachusetts recently altered the definition of
marriage to include homosexual unions, but major English dictionaries
beat them to it. One sub-sense for "marriage" in the
American Heritage Dictionary already reads, "A union between
two persons having the customary but usually not the legal force
of marriage." Says an AHD editor, "There have been
a lot of changes in the defining of family terms in the past
15 years. A family is not necessarily a 'nuclear' family anymore.
We've also had to accommodate the different possibilities of

The owner of a Los Angeles clothing store explains, "Madonna
has been wearing 'Jesus Is My Homeboy,' so that kind of started
the trend because she is such a fashionista and whatever she
wears goes." "Mary Is My Homegirl" shirts are

- COMMUNIST CHINESE CONTROL OF CATHOLICS
Re-election of the Jiang Zemin era leadership at the National
Congress of Catholics
- CHINA 15 July, 2004 Hong Kong (AsiaNews) It is the old Jiang
Zemin line stressing strict party control over the life of the
Church, its fears of foreign contacts, and its praises of a type
of autonomy that is really a form of ideological enslavement
to the Communist Party. This is how Church sources in Hong Kong
assessed for AsiaNews the work of the National Congress of Chinese
Catholic Representatives (NCCCR), held in Beijing between July
7 and 9.
The meeting of Church leaders (bishops) and the Chinese Catholic
Patriotic Association (CCPA) was scheduled for 2003, but the
SARS epidemic forced its postponement. The meeting brought together
in a Beijing hotel 265 representatives from 31 provinces and
autonomous regions. Of these only 40 were bishops, a small number
compelled even on matters of faith to back the majority of representatives,
often atheist, from provincial Patriotic Associations. A few
dozens of priests and nuns were also present.
Whereas in 2003 China saw the so-called Fourth Generation (that
of Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao) take over, the leadership of the
CCPA and of the Bishops' Conference of the Catholic Church in
China (BCCCC), still belong to the third generation, that of
Jiang Zemin. For example, Michael Fu Tieshan, patriotic bishop
of Beijing was re-elected chairman of the CCPA; Liu Yuanren,
patriotic bishop of Nanking was re-elect chairman of the BCCCC;
Antonio Liu Bainain, a layman, was re-elected deputy chairman
of the CCPA.
During the 3-day meeting, Ye Xiaowen, director of the State Administration
for Religious Affairs spoke to the gathering of Catholic representatives.
A third-generation official, Ye stated that main goals of the
Catholic Church in China were its independence and autonomy (from Rome),
internal democratic decision-making, and the training of new
leaders.
Last year, Ye was the main advocate for restructuring the Church
along a more democratic management style, He successfully obtained
the approval of three policy papers on Church administration.
Thus every parish, convent, episcopy is to be run by a committee
whose members, often atheist, appoint bishops and priests by
majority votes, set the curriculum in seminaries and convents,
and administer the economic affairs of dioceses and parishes.
Naturally, such committees are ideologically closer to the Communist
Party than to the Christian message.

the Politburo (and a friend of Jiang Zemin), restated the need

- GEORGIA TRYING NEW FAITH-BASED PROGRAM AT STATE PRISON
- Associated Press (USA), Aug. 23, 2004 - HAWKINSVILLE, Ga.
- Georgia officials are trying a new faith-based program at six
state prisons, which they hope will help inmates stay out of
trouble once they are released. The program seeks to teach inmates
personal responsibility, ethics, life skills, tolerance and respect
for themselves and others.
- Already, 444 inmates have entered the program at Pulaski
State Prison. The program has also being established at prisons
in Walker, Habersham, Macon, Lowndes and Calhoun counties. Officials
plan to start a faith-based program in all state prisons.
- Of the program's inmates at Pulaski, 317 are Protestants,
33 are Catholics, 29 are Muslim, five are Jehovah's Witnesses
and one is Wiccan. Another 59 claim no religious affiliation.
- But critics say there are no studies that prove the effectiveness
of faith-based programs and that they unconstitutionally mix
government and religion.
- Iowa faces a lawsuit by Americans United for the Separation
of Church and State. The group claims the state is violating
the U.S. Constitution by setting up a faith-based dorm and paying
a ministry to work with inmates. The group also claims prisoners
who participate get special privileges, such as television access

- WHAT ABOUT YOGA? CAN'T A CHRISTIAN BENEFIT FROM ALL THAT
STRETCHING?
Open Seal Newsletter - July 2004 - As a former devotee to yoga,
I know what it does in the spirit now that I am a Christian.
I warn you, this is not just the old limbering up of the body,
but another door into occultism and into receiving another spirit
and another Jesus. Christians need to renounce the tie and
break the stronghold over their lives in the name of Jesus for
real deliverance! Yoga is always promoted as non-religious breath
control and limbering exercises, but nothing could be further
from the truth. In the Far East yoga is understood to be a way
of dying, indeed the way to escape this world of time and sense
and to unite with the infinite. Millions of unaware Americans
and Westerners are unwittingly embracing Hinduism and opening
themselves to the occult. Hatha Yoga is promoted as only being
physical yoga. But all yoga is Hinduism. All of the positions
and breathing exercises are specifically designed for yoking
with Brahman, the universal All (god) of Hinduism. If the goal
is to be limber you should not need exercise that is designed
for you to reach personal godhood. An authoritative Hatha Yoga
text, the 15th century Svatmarama's Hathayoga-Pradipika, lists
Lord Shiva as the first Hatha Yoga teacher. The average yoga
instructor never mentions (and may not know about) the many warnings
in ancient texts that "Hatha Yoga is a dangerous tool."
One can be possessed by a Hindu deity (demon) through the altered
state of consciousness induced by this practice. (I know,
I was oppressed after yoga and meditation and I never knew why
I felt so depressed. Thank the good Lord for His deliverance
and release from all occult ties-why? Because I repent of it
all!) Yoga is nothing but another occultic religious practice
that is being passed off as scientifically sound exercise.
Yoga was introduced by Lord Krishna in the Baghavad Gita as the
sure way to Hindu heaven; and Shiva (one of the most feared Hindu
deities, known as "The Destroyer") is addressed as
Yogeshwara, Lord of Yoga. In Yoga Journal, Ken Wilbur, a
yoga expert known as the "Einstein of consciousness,"
warns that Eastern meditation, no matter how carefully practiced,
involves "a whole series of deaths and rebirths that can
be rough and frightening times." David Pursglove, trans-personal
therapist for decades, warns that Eastern meditation can produce
"Frightening ESP and other para-psychological occurrences,
and out-of-body experiences with death and subsequent rebirth,
the awakening of the serpent power Kundalini) producing a violent
shaking and twisting," such experiences are common among
people involved in Yoga. Others have reported hallucinations,
astral travel, rage, violent shaking, thoughts of suicide and
murderous thoughts. Now I ask you, will you bend to God's
will on the subject or let a foreign god tie you up in a yoga-knot?

- SPIRITUALITY: THE AGE OF COUNTERFEITS

should know better) are being drawn into new "spirituality."
Now to have the Holy Spirit in you and to be "into spirituality"
are two very different things! Methodist Christians are learning
the mediations of Buddhism, Christians are taking up Yoga and
now we have Christians walking a "prayer labyrinth."
Coming from the roots of Catholic mystical prayer, walking a
labyrinth is both a new and ancient way to pray. People
do these walks either outside or can order a kit that tells you
how to make your own labyrinth out of a piece of cloth or a large
tarp. Labyrinths came from the Middle Ages when the ritual
was introduced so that Catholics, who could not make a pilgrimage
to the Holy Land, could obtain the same indulgences (time off
from suffering in purgatory) by walking the labyrinth. A
labyrinth is really nothing more than a maze laid on the ground,
where you follow a convoluted pathway until you get to the center. A
nine-year-old wrote, "I was afraid I'd get lost and have
to start over, but when I got to the center, I knew I could trust
myself." The labyrinth is a path of mysticism and occultish
ritualism seen in many cultures. (The Hindus and Buddhist have
Mandalas, which are the same thing, even American Indians have
used such practices of the circle within circles that lead to
self- enlightenment.) It's a path that directs one
inward to self. Ultimately, it leads to realizing that self is
God or a part of god. (Men becoming gods) Trying to justify by
scripture these walks with the following: (Jer. 6:16)
says, Stand at the crossroads, and look, and ask for the ancient
paths, where the good way lies; and walk in it, and find rest
for your souls.) Saying this is indicative of the labyrinth,
when in fact it is but a tie to the occult. The old paths
are God's Word, not a mystical way to walk a maze to find yourself
at the center! Christians beware!

ISLAM IN NORWAY

are one of the same, and they want Islam banned in Norway.

to the Norwegian paper Dagbladet, central figures in Kristiansand
Progress party (Frp) wants to ban Islam in Norway.
- "We are not the only ones demanding this ban,"
said Halvor Hulaas, chairperson in Krstiansand Frp to the paper.
"This is an opinion that is well established in Scandinavian
countries. We are now importing people with a religion that is
practiced in the same way it was practiced when it was established
in year 600. The freedom we have in Norway may be taken away
from us if we do not start to have some demands to these immigrants."
.. "It is about high time Norway and Europe
make the ideology Islam and the practice of this, illegal and
punishable in the same way as Nazism," Udn said. "The
prophet Muhammad urged them to kill everyone infidel." ..
"The religion as it is practiced is a threat against our
social system and way of life."He said that Kristiansand
now lives under the threat of getting a large mosque in town.

- CHRISTIANS FLEE THE MIDDLE EAST: IS THIS PREPARATION FOR
RAPTURE?
Open Seal Newsletter - July 2004 - I have previously reported
that the presence of Christians has been dwindling in the Middle
East. Before the destruction of the second temple in 70 A.D.
most communities of believers (Jews) in Jesus, had fled and few
were killed in the days that followed with the sacking and destruction
of Jerusalem at the hands of the Roman army. Today it is as if
God is again doing a preemptive removal in the area of believers.
Perhaps this is a departure of a restraining influence upon evil?
(we are salt and light) In another decade or so, there will
be few if any Christians living in Bethlehem, the birthplace
of Jesus and few remain in Nazareth, and even in Jerusalem, where
nearly 600 historic churches still stand. Christians in the Palestinian
territories have dropped from 15% of the Arab population in 1950
to just 2% today. All of these cities have been taken over by
the Muslim majorities. Today 3/4's of all Bethlehem Christians
live abroad, and more Jerusalem Christians live in Sydney, Australia,
than in the place of their birth. Indeed, Christians now comprise
just 2.5% of Jerusalem, although those remaining still include
a few born in the Old City when Christians there still constituted
a majority. Throughout the entire Middle East, once significant
Christian communities have shrunk dramatically. In 50 years they
may well be extinct. What has happened?
- There has been a little reported phenomenon, a Christian
exodus from the Middle East, with some 2 million fleeing in the
past 20 years alone! Why have perhaps fully half of all
Iraqi Christians clandestinely emigrated in the last 10 years?
Why have hundreds of thousands of Egyptian Copts left their homeland,
with the famous Antioch community collapsing from 15,000 Christians
a couple of decades ago to a mere handful today? The single
greatest cause of this emigration is pressure from radical Islam. Some
have left no doubt, to seek economic opportunities in a land
where they are free from fear. (Muslims DO persecute Christians.
Again, Islam is not a peace-filled religion.) Christians
also have lower birth-rates, more in line with the West , not
as the Muslims, who have high birth rates. But an entire
group does not cavalierly abandon a homeland in which its ancestors
have lived for nearly 2,000 years simply because of the allures
of a more prosperous society. Such people have to be pushed out
too. And that is precisely what radical Islamicists are managing
to do."
- Very soon the Church will be completely gone from not only
the Middle East, but from off of the face of the entire earth!
God is making Middle Eastern Christians scarcer than hen's teeth.
Why? I believe we are at the very end of the "Church Age."
God is getting ready to restore Israel and reveal the Messiah
Jesus Christ. The end of the church age, according to scripture
and not some new revelation, is marked by apostasy, departure
from the faith, difficult times where people chase false prophets,
and where even the elect of God must be very, very careful not
to be under someone's deluding influence. Israel has also
seen the massive influx of migratory rapiers into the area. Vultures
and all sorts of birds of prey have flocked and nested in Israel,
where they formerly would have flown to places in Europe. God
is preparing HIS homeland for both the departure of the Church,
and for the birds that will come in for the SUPPER OF THE GREAT
GOD. This is not the banquet any believer will be attending!
This banquet involves unbelievers who are the main course! We
of course do have a supper prepared for us as well. It is called
the Marriage Feast of the Lamb of God. If you have gotten

- LEGISLATION PENDING LEGISLATING THE DRAFT
- June 10, 2004 - Eric Rosenberg of the Seattle Post-Intelligencer,
reports that there is pending legislation reinstating the draft
in the House and Senate (twin bills: S 89 and HR 163) in order
"to provide for the common defense by requiring that ALL
young persons in the United States ... perform a period of military
service or a period of civilian service in furtherance of the
national defense and homeland security, and for other purposes."
These active bills currently sit in the committee on armed services.
- Though the draft (i.e., conscription) is an unpopular election
year topic, the reality is that there simply are not enough Americans
in uniform - either in our active duty or our reserve components
- to handle a "long, hard slog" (Rumsfeld's words)
in Iraq and Afghanistan, let alone carry on a permanent state
of war against "terrorism" all over the world. Charles

- CONGRESS TOYS WITH FORGIVENESS
- New York Times ~ Published: June 14, 2004 - It seems axiomatic
in Congress that whenever a bill comes along that both parties
agree must be passed, it becomes a magnet for every piece of
pork, every political cause, every lobbyist giveaway. The latest
example is an urgently needed measure to end a $5 billion annual
subsidy for American exporters that has put the nation in violation
of international trade practices. Over the last few months, even
as Europe began imposing billions in retaliatory tariffs on American
industries, lawmakers have contrived to turn this relatively
simple vehicle into a $100 billion gravy train.
- More than 100 amendments throw everyone from Nascar entrepreneurs
to dog-track owners and tobacco growers a piece of the action,
even though they have nothing to do with the trade issue at hand.
And now, just as House action is approaching, Republican leaders
have added an outrageous sop for political-minded church leaders.
- Under the proposal, churches that venture too zealously
into politics would be allowed three "unintentional violations"
of the law governing nonprofit organizations without risking
immediate loss of their tax-exempt status. Wouldn't we all love
such tax-code mercies? This transparent bridge across the church-state
divide comes as hustings-tempted clergy are already being openly
enlisted by White House campaigners as "friendly congregations"
for the November elections. The House proposal mocks honest
clergy as much as the tax code.

Poll Says Plans for Handover Boost Perceptions of Iraq Policy
WASHINGTON (June 17) AP - Will Lester - President Bush got a
boost from the public's recent focus on the funeral of Ronald
Reagan and support for his Iraq policy spiked over the last month
as the United States prepared to hand power over to Iraqis, according
to a poll released Thursday.What's not clear, however, is the
effect the Sept. 11 commission's Wednesday statement that it
has found no credible evidence Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein and
al-Qaida had a collaborative relationship will have on the polls.
The commission's findings raised fresh questions about the Bush
administration's decision to invade Iraq.Andrew Kohut, director
of the Pew Research Center, said the poll found evidence that
Bush got a benefit from the attention paid to the Reagan funeral
and the moves toward a handover of power in Iraq. Interviews
for the poll started before Reagan's death and continued during
the coverage of the extended period of memorials and funerals.
''Bush got a little lift last week from the Reagan commemoration,''
Kohut said. ''His (approval) ratings were 44 percent in interviewing
done before ... and went up to 50 percent after Reagan's death.''Bush's
job approval rating in the poll was 48 percent, up slightly from
44 percent in May, according to the poll by the Pew Research
Center for the People & the Press. -- Bush and Kerry were
tied in a two-way race.

'Had a Signed Deal' to Give Michael Moore $5 Million Lots of
hubbub about Michael Moore and his "Fahrenheit 9/11"
movie, which Disney won't allow Miramax to release because of
its alleged "anti-Bush" material.But before Miramax
was involved in "Fahrenheit 9/11," the project had
a different godfather. That was Bruce Davey, the Australian-born
producer who runs Mel Gibson's company, Icon Productions.Even
though he's denying it now, my sources tell me that Davey had
a real, concrete deal with Moore to finance the allegedly anti-Bush
film for $5 million and change. The deal was made around the
beginning of April 2003, but it's unclear whether Davey informed
Gibson, his boss, that he had made the commitment."It was
a signed deal," says a source close to the parties involved.Variety
in fact reported last year that after a "fevered auction,"
Davey "won with a bid worth eight figures in up front cash
and potential back-end."

JESUS ACTOR MISTAKEN FOR THE REAL DEAL
- The Berean Call, July 6, 2004 - James Caviezel has been swamped
with requests to perform miracles by Mexican fans who believe
he really is Jesus Christ.
- The 35-year-old actor, who played Jesus in Mel Gibson's THE
PASSION OF THE CHRIST, was on a one-week tour of the east Mexican
state of Veracruz. According to Mexican newspaper "Reforma,"
dozens of residents from villages throughout the state, one of
the poorest in the country, asked Caviezel to heal the sick and
perform other miracles as he passed through.
- The actor, who is himself a strict Catholic, said: "The
belief of these people really moved me. It was a shock for me
to see how they came up to me to ask for my help. I had to explain
to them that I was only an actor, and wasn't really the son of
God."

officials Attorney general, prosecutors carry security pass under

MEXICO CITY - Security has reached the subcutaneous level for
Mexico's attorney general and at least 160 people in his office
-- they have been implanted with microchips that get them access
to secure areas of their headquarters.
It's a pioneering application of a technology that is widely
used in animals but not in humans. Mexico's top federal prosecutors
and investigators began receiving chip implants in their arms
in November in order to get access to restricted areas inside
the attorney general's headquarters, said Antonio Aceves, general
director of Solusat, the company that distributes the microchips
in Mexico.
Attorney General Rafael Macedo de la Concha and 160 of his employees
were implanted at a cost to taxpayers of $150 for each rice grain-sized
chip. More are scheduled to get "tagged" in coming
months, and key members of the Mexican military, the police and
the office of President Vicente Fox might follow suit, Aceves
said. Fox's office did not immediately return a call seeking
comment.

Dayton (ENI). When the archdiocese of Portland opens all its
accounting records for judicial scrutiny as part of a bankruptcy
declaration prompted by unsettled sex abuse lawsuits, the fallout
will touch nearly 200 Roman Catholic dioceses in the United States,
say business law experts. "It is likely to spur Catholics
themselves to call for greater openness and public accountability
of their own parishes, schools and dioceses," said Fred

not because I spam people, because I don't do that. The

some at AOL have complained about this web-site, and the truth
