this ministry. We were Mormons (Temple Mormons) for 20 years.
We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry speaking
out against Scientology. Six months later God led us to the truth:
out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at the time we
were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20 years.
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry. Our
newsletters are not designed to provoke
anger which is strictly prohibited in Scripture. It is to shed
light on activities by those who would deceive those who are
recorded in the Book of Life by devious methods and systematic
plans.

The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had to leave
the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the Wall' which
God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.

- The first section is about the church.
The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
and today's church doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word
of God has undergone many changes to fit the progressive modes.
Many new Bible tranlations have brought confusion. The Bible
calls for a falling away from the truth before
Jesus comes back for His Bride. The true believers are called
'Ekklesia.' Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the
Bible is true from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend, the so called democratizing what is left of the world.
This is a deception since the underlying new world global government
is developed by implementing sustainable development. The
Bible prophesies that there will be ten kings (ten horns), each
king (horn) will receive a region of the world as a reward for
work well done for the Antichrist. This is the reason for the
present development of NAU (The North American Union) as well
as the war in the Middle East. It again proves that we are moving
to closure of the times of the Gentiles prophesied in the Bible.
The end result will not be Democracy but a form of Fascist Communism
(Public/Private Corporations enslaving mankind).
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings because Israel is the time piece of the Biblical Prophecy.
1948 was the beginning of the figtree representing Israel, coming
back to life. Israel was allowed to return to its land. Israel
is the rock upon which the world stumbles and crumbles. We watch
and visit Israel for signs which point to the Tribulation to
confirm that we are moving into that space of time.

- INTRODUCTION
- To read this book requires love for the Gospel, if you don't
you might as well put it away because you'll simply think it
foolishness. The book proves that biblical truth is indeed truth
that sustains us. No matter what happens to us we land on our
feet and move on knowing we are only passing through. The world
is irrelevant. What is relevant is our eternal life, where we'll
spend it in heaven or hell. All human beings have eternal life
but where they will spend it is the question.
This book will reveal the resistance we are up against in our
enemy Satan who only works to undermine believers in Christ Jesus
because Satan knows where he is going and wants all of humanity
to join him. Those who already have sworn their allegiance to
Satan are no problem to him. Like Jesus Christ, who preached
only three years, was crucified because Satan hated Him, we become
the object of Satan's hatred as well. Had Jesus weakened and
let Satan tempt Him, He would have been King of this world for
a season and the whole world would have ended up in hell forever.
Every man, woman, and child's salvation hung on one man. To prove
to us that we can depend on Him forever, He weakened Himself
by fasting 40 days before He was confronted with the offer to
possess the whole world. If He was 100% human and 100% Spirit,
He experienced everything humans do, yet gave Himself to be humiliated,
be bled and died for our sakes who are completely undeserving
as you will see in this book.
God knows our lot, that we have no chance of making it to Heaven
on our own. We can try as hard as we want; Satan derails us at
every turn without God's intervention. Most of us believe that
we are good people and would not hurt anyone, go to church on
Sunday and earn our wages by the sweat of our brow. That is well
and good, but we tend to be rebels spiritually. We want to do
it our way instead of studying the Bible we read other books
and listen to evangelists in the hope that's going to get us

- Dear Friends in Christ, One important point to always remember
as you approach studying God's Word is to submit yourself to
the power and person of the Holy Spirit to teach you what His
Word means. There are many teachers and preachers and writers
of books and scholars who would like to tell you what they think
the Bible means; but there is only One Holy Spirit who actually
inspired the Bible and told the writers what to write. God therefore
knows exactly what the Bible means . He is also waiting for you
to yield yourself to His teaching as you study this Holy Book.

- THE LITTLE HORN
- "I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up
among them another LITTLE HORN ... in this horn were eyes like
THE EYES OF MAN, and A MOUTH SPEAKING GREAT THINGS." (Daniel
7:8a,c) "And the TEN HORNS out of this (fourth ROMAN) kingdom
are TEN KINGS that shall arise: and ANOTHER (horn, king) shall
rise after them; and HE SHALL BE DIVERSE FROM THE FIRST, and
he shall subdue three kings." (Daniel 7:24)"I beheld,
and THE SAME HORN MADE WAR WITH THE SAINTS, and prevailed against
them." (Daniel 7:21) The key thing to understand is that
the little horn which is part of the fourth ROMAN beast is diverse
from the ten other horns. The horns represent kings or lines
of kings. How is this little horn diverse from the ten other
European kings? First of all, I believe like many others before
me that the little horn of Daniel chapter 7 and the son of perdition
(false apostle) of 2nd Thessalonians chapter 2 refer to the same
power or entity : the papacy (the line of popes). And both prophecies
are associated with the prophecy of Mystery Babylon (Revelation
chapter 17). Now that being said let us see how the little horn
is diverse from the other kings:
- 1) the little horn is a bishop who is the ruler of his own
religion
2) the little horn claims infallibility in matters of faith and
practice
3) the little horn is responsible for our present Gregorian calendar
4) the little horn is an elected monarchy
5) the little horn rules (at least religiously) the subjects
of other kings
6) the little horn's name is changed after coming to power (ex.
Joseph Ratzinger did not become Pope Joseph but Pope Benedict
XVI) whereas monarchs usually retain their original names after
ascending to the throne (e.g. Elizabeth before becoming Queen
Elizabeth, George before becoming King George, Louis before becoming

Jordan – The top religious adviser to Jordan's king thanked
Pope Benedict XVI on Saturday for expressing regret after a speech
that many Muslims deemed insulting to the Prophet Muhammad but
complained the West continues to have a distorted view of Islam.
Prince Ghazi bin Mohammed delivered his assessment after giving
Benedict a tour of the biggest mosque in Amman — the pope's
second visit to a Muslim place of worship since becoming pope
in 2005. Benedict is in Jordan on his first Middle East tour
in which he hopes to improve strained ties with both Muslims
and Jews. The 82-year-old German pope had a busy agenda Saturday
as he traveled to a memorial to Moses, met with an Iraqi Christian
leader and urged the international community to do everything
possible for the survival of the ancient Christian community
in that war-torn country.

JERUSALEM – An Israeli government plan to develop parks,
hiking trails and tourist sites in east Jerusalem will permanently
change the landscape of the contested city and cement Israel's
hold there, an Israeli group charged in a report released Sunday
ahead of the pope's visit to the city. The government has undertaken
an ambitious eight-year plan that will dramatically alter the
"holy basin" — the sensitive area in and around
the Old City that is home to sites holy to Jews, Christians and
Muslims, according to the group, Ir Amim, which works for coexistence
in Jerusalem.
- The government has largely kept the plan secret, not soliciting
input from the city's Christians and Muslims or opening it to
objections from the public, the group charges. "It's being
done in a way that is opaque, with no public knowledge, without
coordination with the churches or with the Muslim Waqf, in the
precise opposite of transparent terms," Daniel Seidemann,
the Israeli attorney who founded Ir Amim, said Sunday. The Waqf
is the custodian of Islamic holy sites in the city. The park
plan could destabilize Jerusalem and is "an act of colossal
irresponsibility," Seidemann said. The Israeli government
says the new development will benefit all of Jerusalem's residents.
An official in the prime minister's office noted that under Israeli
control, people of all faiths have had access to their holy sites
in the city. "The government will continue to develop Jerusalem,
development that will benefit all of Jerusalem's diverse population
and respect the different faiths and communities that together
make Jerusalem such a special city," the official said,
speaking on condition of anonymity pending a formal statement

- THE IMMINENT DEMISE OF AMERICA?
- By Dene McGriff - If you are reading this, you may well be
sonsidered a terrorist according to a “threat
analysis” by the Department of Homeland Security dated
April 7, 2009 titled "Rightwing
Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence
in Radicalization and Recruitment." The purpose of this
"one of a series" of threat analysis is "to facilitate
a greater understanding of the phenomenon of violent radicalization
in the United States" so that all "law enforcement
officials... may effectively deter, prevent, preempt, or respond
to terrorist attacks against the United States." Their concern is fueled because of those who
believe in "'end times' prophecies." The
document says end-time Bible prophecy teachings "have been
linked with the radicalization of domestic extremist individuals
and groups in the past, such as violent Christian
Identity organizations and extremist members of the militia
movement." So if you are reading this website, be warned.
You could be labeled a “terrorist” or a “radical”.

- Recently a “Hate Crimes” bill was passed by the
House. “On a vote of 249-175, the House passed and sent
to the Senate a bill backed by the new Democratic White House
to broaden such laws by classifying as "hate crimes"
those attacks based on a victim's sexual orientation, gender
identity or mental or physical disability.” Christian activists
believe that if passed and signed into law, the legislation could
be used to target Americans who voice their opposition to the
homosexual lifestyle – including pastors preaching and reading
the Bible. "Passage would literally throw open the door
to attacks against people of faith, who could be prosecuted with
federal monies for expressing their views on homosexuality!"
warns Gary Cass, executive director of the Center
for Reclaiming America. Some believe that if passed and signed
into law, the legislation could be used to target Christians.

- And then we have the swine flu pandemic. Nothing creates
more of a sense of urgency, if not out and out panic as a pandemic.
I’m not going into detail. You can Google this yourself.
Some believe this is genetically engineered (as was AIDS, Ebola,
Lime Disease, etc.) at best by the Pharmacy
companies to make money (create the problem and provide the
solution) or at worst as an evil cabal intent on thinning the
population. Some are warning of forced
vaccinations. I think it’s over for now.
- Obama is increasing debt at the most alarming rate in the
history of the country. At the rate he is going, he will create
more government debt in his first
four years than all administrations before him combined.
Billions are flowing into the corrupt banking system and nothing
seems to be working. Banks, insurance companies and some of the
largest corporations in America are being nationalized. The nation
is falling into the deepest and longest recession since the Great
Depression. So what does this mean? America will come out stronger
or is all of this activism only making things worse?
- In another move, Obama is creating a youth brigade. The bill
is entitled “Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education”
(GIVE) and requires anyone receiving school loans and others
receiving aid to serve at least three months as part of the youth
brigade. His goal is one million youth! The
Bill, HR 1388, would forbid any student in the brigade to
participate in “engaging in religious instruction, conducting
worship services, providing instruction as part of a program
that includes mandatory religious instruction or worship, constructing
or operating facilities devoted to religious instruction or worship,
maintaining facilities primarily or inherently devoted to religious
instruction or worship, or engaging in any form of religious
proselytization.” That means no church attendance or witnessing.
Some liken it to Kennedy’s Peace Corps and others to Hitler’s
Youth. More on this in a moment.
- So what do we have? Christians who talk about end times prophecy
may be guilty
of sedition. Youth in government programs are forbidden to
go to church. And, it is becoming a hate crime (already
is in Canada) to speak your conscience based on Biblical
teachings. A pandemic may be unfolding daily before our eyes,
if not this time, maybe the next. And the final topic is the
economy. What does this mean? Where does this leave America?
What does this mean in terms of prophecy? How does this all fit?

the high price of a night in New York  City.
City officials this month began charging rent to working families
staying in public homeless shelters. The policy stems from a
1997 state law that hasn't been enforced until now. Under that
law, shelter managers started to require families to pay a portion
of their income, depending on the shelter and family size, according
to The New York Times. Residents could be expected to pay up
to half their earnings. Some shelter residents say the new rule
will ruin their chances of saving enough money to get an apartment.

Times she got a letter saying she had to give up $336 of the
$800 she makes each month as a cashier. Vanessa Dacosta makes

in three separate stretches, hence the use of 666. I looked around
and everyone's head was bobbing with "thought after thought".
He was hypnotizing everyone and then programming them with his
indoctrination. This was a room full of intelligent adults yet
everyone except me was subdued by it. Then he brought everyone
back up out of their almost sleep like stupor and asked if anyone
had any questions.
- No one responded. So, I asked a question. I asked him if
this was the same as the fruit in the garden of Eden that if
Adam and Eve ate it they would become like God knowing good and
evil, hence the "pure consciousness". The whole room
immediately awoke and began to stir when before not a sound could
be heard. He could not answer the question and someone brashly
stepped in to try to explain their way out of it. It was too
late the damage was already done and they quickly ended the meeting.
That brings me to some information I received from a friend about
the use of hypnosis in Obama's campaign speeches. I noticed something
fishy and familiar about them and commented that he has had speech

- THE NATION OF ISLAM AND THE FREEMASONS

at the writings of Wesley Williams, and I am shocked. I had no
idea the Nation of Islam was so enmeshed with Freemasonry. Enmeshed
is an understatement, the two are basically one and the same.
Looking at his "The Book of God", he basically sets
the history of the occult in reverse, where it is the "true
Islam". Everything is there. The "Sons of God"
or Nephilim, also the Fallen Angels, are God, a man, and his
council. They have been guiding the select of humanity ever since.
He even places them in "Shamballah" in the Gobi desert,
being the same as the "Great White Brotherhood", or
the "Hidden Chiefs" of "Hidden Masters" of
the occult. The entire history of the occult is co-opted to his
version of Islam, including Gnosticism, the Templars and Cathars,
and the Holy Grail. He invokes Masonic historian Manly P. Hall
as a source, and also Blavatsky, an avowed Satanist. He even
has a chapter about the "Masonic secret", which he
correctly explains is that "Man is God". That explains
why the creed he expounds is that of anthropomorphism, because
it is a hidden method of preparing the unsuspecting masses for
the acceptance of the god-man Messiah of the Kabbalah.
So evidently, at the higher levels of the Nation of Islam, like
all other occult fronts, Lucifer is recognized as "true
God". I wouldn't be surprised if this were the belief of
Mr. Williams, or that he would deny it. Continued:

This disgusting film set to appear in America later this year
and it depicts Jesus and his disciples as homosexuals! As a play,
this has already been in theaters for a while. It's called Corpus
Christi ' which means 'The Christ Body.’ It's a revolting
mockery of our Lord. But, we can make a difference. That's why

we may be able to prevent this film from showing in America and
South Africa. Apparently, some regions in Europe have already
banned the film. We need a lot of prayers and a lot of e-mails.
As a Christian I want to take a stand in what I believe in and

and 17 others have been arrested after marching to the University
of Notre Dame to protest Barack Obama’s commencement speech
Sunday. It’s the second arrest for Keyes in a week. Randall
Terry says, “The authorities have suddenly - without legal
right - decided to not set bail for Dr. Keyes, and anyone else
who was arrested last Friday. Terry has just defied a court order
at Notre Dame, and his own arrest is imminent.
- Notre Dame plans to give an honorary degree to Barry, and
Barry says he’s going to address the whole “abortion
controversy” that has masses of Catholics and other Christians
so upset. What in the hell is he going to say? Seriously. Because
he either supports or doesn’t support the practice, period.
- There is no grey about the procedure, or where he stands.
His huge support of Planned Parenthood, (founded by Margaret
Singer…who wanted to “get rid of the weeds”),
is the tip of his abortion-agenda iceberg. Margaret’s Planned
Parenthood featured a notorious eugenic “Negro Project”
(not that Barry would qualify.)
- It’s a shame that Notre Dame would place their graduating
class, students, alumni and supporters in this position. It did,
however, by disregarding key tenets held by it’s governing
authorities. Now, the convictions of many, including students,
won’t let them be silent. Gallup released a poll yesterday
showing that for the first time since it began asking the question
(1995), a majority of Americans identified themselves as “Pro-life”
versus “Pro-choice.” It’s not just the sensibilities
of those connected to Notre Dame who are outraged about Obama’s
big day. The bright side? This honorary degree is the first scholastic
record of Barry’s we’re going to be allowed to see,

- PALESTINIAN OFFICIAL SAYS CHRISTIANS UNDER SURVEILLANCE TO
PREVENT EVANGELISM, CONVERSION OF MUSLIMS
- WORLDNETDAILY.COM - Christians in the Palestinian territories
are being "watched," a spokesman for the Palestinian
Authority admitted to WND. "We have been watching this Christian
organization and for the moment there is nothing special in their
activity," said Adnan Dmeire, spokesman for the PA's security
organizations in West Bank. Dmeire was referring to the Association
of the Holy Book, one of the main groups that attends to the
needs of Christians in the Palestinian territories. The group
has been accused by both the PA and Hamas of carrying out missionary
activities. A Bible store the association sponsored in the Gaza
Strip – the only Christian bookstore in the territory –
was attacked by Islamists several times. The store's owner, Rami
Ayyad, was found shot to death in 2007, his body riddled with
bullets. Dmeire was responding to a WND inquiry regarding a Hamas
accusation earlier this week that the PA was allowing the Christian
association to carry out missionary activity in the West Bank.

- HOME: NO PLACE FOR BIBLE STUDY?
County demands pastor spend thousands on 'Major Use' permit to

 A San Diego pastor and his wife
claim they were interrogated by a county official and warned
they will face escalating fines if they continue to hold Bible
studies in their home. The couple, whose names are being withheld
until a demand letter can be filed on their behalf, told their
attorney a county government employee knocked on their door on
Good Friday, asking a litany of questions about their Tuesday
night Bible studies, which are attended by approximately 15 people.
"Do you have a regular weekly meeting in your home? Do you
sing? Do you say 'amen'?" the official reportedly asked.
"Do you say, 'Praise the Lord'?" The pastor's wife
answered yes. She says she was then told, however, that she must
stop holding "religious assemblies" until she and her
husband obtain a Major Use Permit from the county, a permit that
often involves traffic and environmental studies, compliance
with parking and sidewalk regulations and costs that top tens
of thousands of dollars. And if they fail to pay for the MUP,
the county official reportedly warned, the couple will be charged
escalating fines beginning at $100, then $200, $500, $1000, "and

- Dean Broyles of the Western Center for Law & Policy,
which has been retained to represent the couple, told WND the
county's action not only violates religious land-use laws but
also assaults both the First Amendment's freedom of assembly
and freedom of religion.
- "The First Amendment, in part, reads, 'Congress shall
make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting
the free exercise thereof,'" Broyles said. "And that's
the key part: 'prohibiting the free exercise.' We believe this
is a substantial government burden on the free exercise of religion."
He continued, "If one's home is one's castle, certainly
you would the think the free exercise of religion, of all places,
could occur in the home." Broyles confirmed the county official
followed through on his threat. The pastor and his wife received
a written warning ordering the couple to "cease/stop religious
assembly on parcel or obtain a major use permit." "The
Western Center for Law and Policy is troubled by this draconian
move to suppress home Bible studies," said the law center
in a statement. "If the current trends in our nation continue,
churches may be forced underground. If that happens, believers
will once again be forced to meet in homes. If homes are already
closed by the government to assembly and worship, where then
will Christians meet?" On a personal note, Broyles added,
"I've been leading Bible studies in my home for 13 years
in San Diego County, and I personally believe that home fellowship
Bible studies are the past and future of the church. ? If you
look at China, the church grew from home Bible studies. I'm deeply
concerned that if in the U.S. we are not able to meet in our
homes and freely practice our religion, then we may be worse
off than China."
- Broyles also explained to WND that oppressive governments,
such as communist China or Nazi Germany, worked to repress home
fellowships, labeling them the "underground church"
or "subversive groups," legally compelling Christians
to meet only in sanctioned, government-controlled "official"
churches. "Therein lies my concern," Broyles said.
"If people can't practice their religious beliefs in the
privacy of their own homes with a few of their friends, that's
an egregious First Amendment violation." WND contacted a
spokeswoman for San Diego County, who acknowledged the description
of the incident seemed "bizarre," but who was unable
to locate the details of the account. She simply could not provide
comment yet, she said, until she could become familiar with the
case. Broyles said the WCLP is nearly ready to file a demand
letter with the county to release the pastor and his wife from
the requirement to obtain the expensive permit. If the county
refuses, Broyles said, the WCLP will consider a lawsuit in federal
court. Broyles also told WND the pastor and his wife are continuing
to hold the Bible study in their home.

leaders went on trial on Monday on charges of organised fraud
that could lead to an outright ban on the organisation in France.
Known for its Hollywood celebrity followers Tom Cruise and John
Travolta, the group is in the dock in Paris for the second time
in six years, although French courts have prosecuted several
individual Scientologists since 1978. The court is hearing a
complaint from two women, one of whom alleges she was manipulated
into handing over 20,000 euros (28,000 dollars) for costly Scientology
products, such as an "electrometer" to measure mental
energy. She says she was approached in a Paris street by a Scientologist
in late 1998 who offered a free personality test, at a time when
she was feeling psychologically fragile. After being told that
her test results were poor, the woman was sold a series of life-improvement
courses, vitamins and other products that she could ill afford,

ABUSE REPORT'
- Hundreds of Catholic priests are expected to be implicated
in alleged child abuse in Ireland in a major report this week.

Child Abuse has spent nine years looking into allegations from
thousands of former pupils of state schools and orphanages, some
which date back more than 60 years. It is due to report on Wednesday
while a second report looking into how sex abuse complaints were
handled by the Catholic Church will be published by the commission
in the summer. £200,000 for man abused by priestIt is thought
some 500 priests have been implicated in the abuse allegations.
Many thousands of children suffered at the hands of religious
orders such as the Christian Brothers and Sisters of Mercy at
industrial schools and orphanages. Most of the children were
born outside wedlock or came from large impoverished families
that could not afford to feed them. The commission was founded
in 2000 following a documentary for Irish television which claimed
there was widespread sexual, physical and emotional abuse within
Catholic institutions. Mary Raffety, who produced the programme
said the abuse suffered was 'way off the scale' and 'designed
to break children.'

- THE COMING PERSECUTION OF CHRISTIANS IN THE COMING ONE WORLD

Schaeffer, who has been called the greatest Evangelical theologian
of the last 100 years, warned that as the anarchy increased in
our world due to moral relativism, that totalitarianism would
rise to control the chaos. Schaeffer issued that warning over
30 years ago and said we had a brief window in which to preserve
our religious freedoms. Dr. Schaeffer believed that the greatest
contributing factor to the rise of totalitarianism was the fact
that the Evangelical Church was accommodating to a growing humanist
culture and not standing for Biblical truth. Nowhere is that
more apparent than in the “Emergent Church Movement”
and in the “Seeker-Friendly Movement,” but it is epidemic
in the Evangelical culture as a whole. Tragically, what Schaeffer
predicted would happen in the church and the culture is now happening
before our eyes. Schaeffer stated that it did not matter whether
or not the totalitarianism came from the left or the right because
the results would be the same. With tears in my eyes, the words
of Dr. Schaeffer reverberate in my mind, as I watch the rise
of a global totalitarian state and the great apostasy that the
Apostle warned about in II Thessalonians. For the most part the
Evangelical Church in America and Europe is the Laodecian Church
that Christ warned of in the Book of Revelation. It is this the
same Laodecian Church that existed in Nazi Germany before the
Third Reich took control. The result of the Laodecian Church
is the explosive growth of a humanist and world socialist government.
This “Fourth Beast” which Daniel warned about will
persecute true Bible believing Christians in America, Great Britain
and around the world before the Tribulation begins. The Church
is raptured before a literal Seven year Tribulation Period, but
prior to that time there will be worldwide persecution in a manner
that I do not believe most Evangelical Churches and their leaders

focus on mutual interests, we can find a new way forward. The
President outlined some big goals for this new beginning in his
speech -- including disrupting, dismantling, and defeating violent
extremism. It was a historic speech, and since many Americans
were asleep at the time it was given we wanted to make sure you
had a chance to see it: Majority-Muslim countries around the
world are filled with extraordinary people who simply want to
live their lives and see their children live better lives, just
as in America. Indeed, part of what makes America great is having
nearly seven million Muslim Americans living here today and enriching

be purified and established. If the doctrines are not pure, then

(Romans 11:16). The Holy Spirit in Proverbs said, "The wicked
desireth the net of evil men: but the root of the righteous yieldeth

not be established by wickedness: but the root of the righteous
