- : GREETINGS to all and the newcomers to this list. We'd like
to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams founded this
ministry. We were Mormons (Temple Mormons) for 20 years. We prayed
to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry speaking out against
Scientology. Six months later God led us to the truth: out of
the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at the time we were in
a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20 years. [George passed
away to heaven in March 2003 and Nicholas Stivers joined the
ministry as Vice President.]
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry. Our
newsletters are not designed to provoke

The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
which doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word of God has
undergone many changes to fit the present mode. The Bible calls
for a falling away from the truth before Jesus
comes back for His Bride, the true believers called 'Ekklesia.'
Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the Bible is true
from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend, so called democratizing what is left. One third of the
world still remains to be taken over. It again proves that we
are moving to closure of the times of the Gentiles prophesied
in the Bible.
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings with what is happening in Israel. We describe and watch
for signs of the coming Tribulation to confirm that we are moving
into that space and time.
- Watchmen on the wall do not solicit memberships. We have

and a newsletter whenever it is possible time wise. We love the
Lord with all our hearts and minds and we love all people God
has created but especially those who love our Lord and Savior,

CHURCH'S TAX STATUS BE REVOKED
ST. LOUIS, July 12, 2004 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The conflict in
the US Catholic Church over the issue of communion for pro-abortion
public figures has again revealed the wide chasm between faithful
and dissident Catholics. Congressman William Lacy Clay, another
"Catholic" Democrat who supports abortion on demand,
has said that his Archbishop, Raymond Burke of St. Louis, has
"gone too far." Rep.Clay has complained that Burke,
one of the few US bishops who has said he would order his priests
to refuse communion to public abortion-supporters, is crossing
the Church/State line. He suggests that the Catholic Church ought
to have its tax-free status revoked for engaging in political
activity. The Congressman from St. Louis was among the 40 Catholics
who voted "no" to the federal partial birth abortion
ban. "I think Archbishop Burke has gone too far; he is now
delving into politics," Clay said. "Perhaps the Catholic
Church should surrender their 501(c) status." Rep. Clay
received a rating of "100" in 2000 from NARAL Pro-Choice

ISSUE CONTINUES TO SURFACE

statements from two US Catholic bishops on the communion issue
has brought to the surface what has probably been a long-simmering
lack of unity among US bishops on critical issues.
- Bishop Victor Galeone of St. Augustine Fl., who has given
a rousing defence of the supremacy of the life issues in Catholic
moral teaching, still will not insist that abortion supporters
be actively refused communion despite recent clear directions
from Rome on the issue. Conversely, a month ago, Bishop Gregory
Aymond of Austin said that when a person is determined to continue
to defy Catholic teaching he should receive a blessing instead
of communion.
- Bishop Galeone did not explicitly say that he would order
his priests to refuse communion to public abortion supporters.
He carefully skirted the issue of refusal, saying, "I would
hope that those candidates who consistently vote in support of
abortion have enough integrity to willingly exclude themselves
from receiving the Eucharist." Bishop Galeone said however,
"Whoever tolerates evil becomes an accomplice in that evil."
In answer to the rhetorical question, 'can a supporter of abortion
be at the same time a Catholic in good standing with the church?'
he answered, "Can an avowed racist be a member in good standing
of the NAACP?"
- Bishop Ayemond's statement came in the context of more general
remarks in an interview that appeared in June on the diocese
of Austin's website. He said, "Anyone who seriously disagrees
with the teachings of the church has chosen for their own personal
reasons not to be in communion with the church." He went
on to describe a situation in which such a person insists on
receiving communion, "In such a situation, the minister
of Communion should first speak privately to the person and exhort
them not to present themselves because of scandal. If the person
persists and protests, then it could be cause to give them a
blessing instead of Communion."
- Bishop Ayemond reminded readers that everything must be done
in a "spirit of charity" and that a person should be
taught what is expected of them "as followers of Jesus."

most Harry Potter fans think "magic." Charlene Haviland
thinks "aerodynamics." And when Professor Albus Dumbledore
snaps his fingers to turn on the lights, the middle school teacher
gets excited — at the prospect of explaining how a remote
control works. Haviland will get her chance this fall, when she
teaches an after-school remedial program for eighth-graders that
will combine reading with the study of science in the Harry Potter
books. She'll use one book per quarter, so the students won't
get to the latest — the sixth in the series, "Harry
Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," which is due out July
16. The program at the inner-city school is being funded by an
$82,000 American Honda Foundation grant awarded to Haviland and
George Plitnik, a physics professor at Frostburg State University
in Maryland. Haviland sought the grant, which includes enough
money for lab equipment, after she was unable to find a model
for a middle-school class of this type. She asked for Plitnik's
help because he was familiar with the topic. He has taught the
science in the Harry Potter books for two years, first as a small
honors class and last school year as a course that attracted
90 students in both the fall and spring semesters.... Levitating

Baptists, and Methodists in exhibiting charismatic phenomena
at a meeting in Draper, Utah, on June 20. Speakers included
Tom Nibley, a Mormon, John Bayley, a Methodist, and Greg Johnson,
a Baptist. Johnson is the head of Standing Together, a ministry
that is at the forefront of breaking down walls of separation
between Mormons and non-Mormons. He played a key role in
the "Evening of Friendship," which brought together
evangelicals and Mormons in the Mormon Tabernacle in November
2004. More than 100 Mormons participated in the meeting, which
was held in the Foursquare Church of Draper. According to a report
by Lynn Ridenhour, a former Baptist turned Charismatic turned
Mormon, "We were all simply 'one S the children of Christ,'
merely 'heirs to the kingdom' -- all of us. There were no labels
on our lapels or in our hearts. O, such love that filled that
room! Hugs, hugs, hugs, galore." Ridenhour enthused
about the alleged baptisms in the Spirit, tongues, healings,
and spirit slayings. "I never dreamed I'd see the day
when 8 to 10 LDS brothers and sisters at a time were lying on
the floor at the front of a Protestant Church, overcome by His
precious presence, having just had hands laid on them"

- Church News Notes, July 1, 2005 - The Roman Catholic dioceses
of New York City and Brooklyn have declined to participate in
the upcoming Billy Graham crusade. Joseph Swilling, spokesman
for the Archdiocese of New York, said the Graham team invited
them to participate, but "given everything happening in
our parishes, especially it being the Year of the Eucharist,
we didn't feel it'd be possible to ask our parishes to take on
any additional activities" ("Church cool to Graham
crusade," The Washington Times, June 23, 2005). Frank DeRosa,
spokesman for the diocese of Brooklyn, said the same thing. The
Graham team contacted 12,000 churches within 50 miles of the
city and 1,300 agreed to become sponsoring congregations. These
include Presbyterian, Methodist, Baptist, Mennonite, Vineyard,
and Seventh-day Adventist (New York Times, June 23). The decision
of the Roman Catholic hierarchy in New York is a change of policy
from 1991, when 630 Catholic churches cooperated with the Graham
crusade and "information on the meetings was handed out
at St. Patrick's Cathedral." Graham biographer Bill Martin
was surprised at the decision this year and suggested that "maybe
something's come down from above saying not to be involved in
this." Roman Catholic churches have participated in other
recent Graham crusades, including Los Angeles in November 2004
and Cincinnati in June 2002. It has been Graham's policy since
the 1950s to turn Catholic seekers at his crusades back over
to Catholic churches. In 1997, Graham told New Man magazine,
which is associated with Promise Keepers: "... through the
years I have made many friends within the Roman Catholic Church.
In fact, when we hold a crusade in a city now, nearly all the
Roman Catholic churches support it. And when we went to Minneapolis-St.

to S. Carolina. Will Christians move to places like Kiawah Island,
S.C.? A year after suggesting possible secession from the United
States, a group of Christians fed up with American laws they
believe are at odds with the Bible is beginning to move to its
target state of South Carolina.
ChristianExodus.org has attracted more than 700 members from
across America since WND broke the news of its inception last
May, and already a half-dozen families have picked up and transplanted
to the Palmetto State. "A year ago, no one had moved. It
was just a project on the board," said Cory Burnell, a financial
adviser who is president of ChristianExodus. "Now, it's
actually happening. Whether it's a couple of years or 20 years,
we're gonna get it done."
Calling the legalization of same-sex marriages in Massachusetts
the straw that broke the camel's back, the group was inspired
to concentrate like-minded Christians in a single area to influence
local laws, with secession a possibility. Recent Supreme Court
decisions regarding the seizure of private property and the debate
over the public display of the Ten Commandments have only served
to strengthen the resolve of many.
"We, like other believers, as well as many other conservatives
have seen the political situation in the United States dominated
by liberals over the last 40 years, whether they were in power
or not," says Mike Sawyer, who is looking to make the move.
"The 'conservative Republican' party has let the people
who have worked to get them elected down repeatedly. The latest
'filibuster disaster' regarding judicial nominees is a case in
point. Basically, a handful of Republican senators decided to
cave in to the liberals, again. We believe that this can only
be turned around with a concentrated effort in one state."
But is splitting away from the U.S. a serious option?
"The thought of secession is a last resort strategy,"
Sawyer said. "We hope to work within the system as much
as possible in order to restore a true constitutional government."
The group is planning to hold a conference the weekend of Oct.
15-16 in Greenville, S.C., to include speakers and vendors such
as real estate agents for those considering a change in residency.
Ironically, Burnell, who last year was living in Texas, has moved
west to California due to a family commitment, but he says he
does plan on moving east to South Carolina.

of the more conspicuous road signs on U.S. 27, a scenic route

way to a popular recreational area on Lake Cumberland. "WARNING.

Such proclamations, already common throughout the Bible Belt,
could proliferate along roadsides in reaction to a Supreme Court
ruling barring displays of the Ten Commandments in two southern
Kentucky courthouses, said Don Swarthout, head of the Kentucky-based
Christians Reviving America's Values.
"People want to do something to reflect their principles,
and that's one way they can legally do it," Swarthout said.
While some groups continue the fight for the right to post biblical
passages in public buildings, others are enjoying their constitutional
privilege to post them where they're certain to be seen - in
places of prominence on private property along roads and interstate
highways.
Some are opting for professional displays on billboards. Others
are using hand-scrawled signs on lawns or in cow pastures. Yet
others are attaching bumper stickers to their cars. Swarthout
said far more people will see the outdoor displays than would
see a posting inside a courthouse.
Jimmie Greene, a retired McCreary County judge-executive, said
he put a placard of the Ten Commandments on his lawn, as did
most of his neighbors, after a judge first ruled that the display
in the courthouse had to come down.
"You should have seen it," he said. "The landscape

government property must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

cast spells to control people (that, humorously, never seem to
work). Real wiccans are actually todays form of a shaman, or
spirit-healer. I myself use herbs and energiesto heal and help...
as most real wiccans do.
We are not caapable of controling others, nor do we try. Wicca
states that each person has his/her own path in life and that
we should leave them to it. I also add that there is a difference
between black and white magic. Why do you think they are defined
as such? Wicca is white magic, satanism is black magic.

this. I will not practice what i do not belive in, and i will
not make myself even more of a target for someone. Wiccans, also,
are not satanists. We cant be, because we belive that the only
thing in this world that is evil is human action, not some red

- July 6, 2005 Allstate has fired a manager because he expressed
his Christian beliefs concerning homosexuality. Matt Barber was
a manager in Allstate's Corporate Security Division. On his own
time, and without identifying himself as an employee of Allstate,
he wrote a column posted on several websites which was critical
of same-sex marriage.
An outside homosexual group complained to Allstate about the
column. Because of their support for the homosexual agenda, Barber
was immediately fired and ushered off company property.
The message is clear: To work for Allstate one must not publicly
express their Christian belief in the Bible's teaching on homosexuality.
Barber was fired because he did. Homosexuals can criticize and
condemn the Bible's teaching and they are welcomed, but Christians
must remain silent.
Allstate has sent a message to all their agents: If you are a
Christian and believe the Bible's teaching on homosexuality,
you will be fired. While Allstate touts its diversity, that diversity
does not include Christian beliefs on homosexuality.

Wednesday that cancer has returned to her lungs, marking her
third battle with the illness. Messner was first diagnosed with
colon cancer nearly a decade ago and last year announced that
the disease has spread to her lungs. It has since reappeared
in her lungs, she said. "I'm not worried, I'm not afraid,"
Messner said in a telephone interview from New York City. "By
the third time you have cancer, you begin to think about your
mortality."
- The Charlotte resident was just preparing for the premiere
of a television documentary on her experience in beating cancer
in 2004 when she found out that colon cancer had returned for
a second time to one of her lungs. The documentary titled "Tammy
Faye: Death Defying," on Women's Entertainment channel July
25, was a way for her to help others going through the same troubles,
she said. "I wanted to help people," she said. "I
felt with cancer and AIDS and these debilitating diseases, we
could maybe show the inside (of the experience) and make it a
little less frightening." Despite her ailment, Messner is
planning to continue traveling the country to give inspirational
talks. "I thank God, I'm truly one of the lucky ones,"
Messner said. "There's always people that are worse off
than you are, and that's what I look at to give me strength."

ACT", H.R. 2389
- As he did in the 108th Congress, Congressman Todd Akin, (R-MO),
introduced his "Pledge Protection Act," H.R. 2389,
which passed with a large majority of votes (247) last October.
Unfortunately, this commonsense bill -- regarding only the issue
of the Pledge of Allegiance and which would rein in the power
of a run-away federal judiciary -- died in the United States
Senate last year. During the 107th Congress (2001-2002), there
were 7 bills passed including the "Patriot Act" which
used the authority given Congress in Article III, Section II
of the U.S. Constitution. Through this section, the Founding
Fathers gave Congress the right to control the jurisdiction of
the federal courts. Even left-wing Democrat and Senate Minority
Leader, Tom Daschle -- who was defeated in 2004 because of his
obstructionism -- used this congressional authority in one of
his bills to protect his state of South Dakota and prevented
federal judges from making rulings on his legislation concerning
forest fires. It is time to protect the "Pledge of Allegiance"
from left-wing federal judges, such as those on the 9th Circuit
Court of Appeals in San Francisco, who ruled that school children
could not recite the Pledge of Allegiance because of the words

President Bush gave his support to all key Palestinian demands
without Abbas having to do a single thing to get it. After resetting
the negotiations to the 1949 lines, Bush added salt to the cuts:
A viable two-state solution must ensure contiguity of the West
Bank, and a state of scattered territories will not work. There
must also be meaningful linkages between the West Bank and Gaza.
This is the position of the United States today, it will be the
position of the United States at the time of final status negotiations.
Connecting the West Bank and Gaza effectively cuts Israel in
half, making Israel a "state of scattered territories"
instead. Such a border arrangement renders Israel totally indefensible.
Could the president have misspoken? How could he do such a thing?
Especially since it is not Israel that threatens to destroy Palestine,
but the Palestinians who – along with the Muslim world –
vow to destroy Israel. Everything about the Israeli-Arab conflict
is unique, just as the Hebrew prophets said it would be. When
it comes to Israel, the world becomes irrational. For example,
it is the only instance in modern history in which ethnic cleansing
is a precondition to peaceful negotiations. Israeli Foreign Service
official and writer Yossi Ben-Aharond noted, "Every time
an Arab or Palestinian leader arrives in the United States, his
emphasis is on criticism of Israel – Israel's conquest,
their arrests, demolition of houses, et al. But when an Israeli
leader arrives, what does he have to say? "We offer our
hand in peace, the Palestinians are suffering, we have done so
much for them, we ask the administration to provide them with
aid, etc. – and he barely says anything about the PA's violations,
the terrorism, the incitement, etc."
- Only hours after President Bush gave Abbas the green light
to claim most of Israel as Palestinian territory, Abbas was warning
that if PA demands were not met, "despair and loss of hope
will come back and a return to the old ideas" – of
"armed resistance." The message, "Terrorism pays,
negotiation doesn't" was delivered personally to the Palestinians
and the rest of the Islamic world by George W. Bush. President
Bush did all of this when he uttered those three little words,
"1949 Armistice Lines." It might be time for Israel
to start looking around for a new peace broker. This one appears
to have taken on a new client. But there is an even graver consequence
for the USA. I have believed for decades that God has protected
America despite our growing sin. He has done so because the USA
has been a base for world evangelism and we have supported Israel's
right to exist in the land God promised them. This betrayal,
if followed through, will effectively remove God's protective
shield. May God help us. (Gen. 12: 3) And I will bless them that
bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall
all families of the earth be blessed.

United States, which hopes to sell more goods to the region,
according to Dean Baker, co-director of the Center for Economic
and Policy Research. But CAFTA has become a potent symbolic fight
about trade policy in general and the loss of US manufacturing
jobs in particular. Democrats have seized on the job losses to
paint the Bush administration as favoring big business more than
US workers. ''The bottom line is this: CAFTA is not a good deal
for America," said Senator John Kerry, Democrat of Massachusetts.

dilemma for Europe has only intensified. Even in “old”
Europe, more and more voices can be heard advocating closer ties
with the US. The justification given is the challenge presented
by the rapid economic rise of China and India, which means
that the most powerful imperialist blocs can hardly afford a
conflict with each other. However, this is easier said than done.
Powerful economic forces stand in the way of reconciliation with
Washington. The United States lives increasingly at the cost
of the rest of the world. Its balance of payments deficit in
the first quarter of this year reached a new high of $195 billion.
That equates to a yearly figure
of almost $800 billion. In order to finance this, $2 billion
must flow into the US from the rest of the world every single
day. Even conservative economists have since warned of the
explosive consequences of this development. One such person,
Jeffrey Sachs from Columbia University, wrote in an article for
the German Süddeutsche Zeitung newspaper: “In bizarre
but not unexpected ways, America is now striking at others because
of its own problems. The enormous reduction in taxes and increasing
military expenditures have led to an exorbitant increase in imports
and with that to a dangerous balance of payments deficit, which
has added to the weak budget position of the US. American politicians
are however laying blame on China and other countries due to
‘unfair trade’ and even threatening them with sanctions....”

An Egyptian historian claimed on Saudi television that the United
States helped carry out a Vatican plot to destroy Islam by orchestrating
the 9-11 attacks -- on "assignment" by the World Council
of Churches. Professor Zaynab Abd Al-Aziz told Saudi Iqra TV
in a May 26 interview that the decision to impose one religion
over the entire world was made in the Second Vatican Council
in 1965," according to the Middle
East Media Research Institute, which posted

Abd Al-Aziz claimed the Vatican's decision to "Christianize
the world" included a plan, first, to "absolve the
Jews of the blood of Christ." That was the basis for recognizing
Israel, the professor said. Then the Vatican decided to "eradicate
the left" in the 1980s, followed by a decision to "eradicate
Islam, so that the world would be "Christianized by the
third millennium." Abd Al-Aziz explained that since Pope
John Paul II's plan to Christianize the world by 2000 was not
accomplished, "the World Council of Churches assigned this
mission to the U.S. in January 2001, since the U.S. is the world's
unrivaled military power." The mission, he claimed, was
for the U.S. to "fabricate the show" of Sept. 11, 2001.
The host of the Saudi TV program asked: "You mean to say
that the World Council of Churches delegated the mission of Christianizing
of the world to the U.S.?"
Abd Al-Aziz replied: "Yes. And how could the U.S. win legitimacy
for this without anyone saying that they are perpetrating massacres
and waging a Crusader war? It fabricated the 9-11 show. I call
it a fabrication because much has been written on this. We are
also to blame. Why do we accept a single perspective? Countless
books were written, some of which were even translated into Arabic,
like Thierry Meyssan's '9/11 – The Appalling Fraud' and
'Pentagate.' 'Pentagate' like Watergate. ... He brings documents
to prove that the method used in destroying the three towers
was "controlled demolition." For example, Abd Al-Aziz
said, "4,000 Jews caught influenza on that exact day. They
set a timer, and all 4,000 … ." The host interrupted:
"By God, you crack me up! They all set a timer and got influenza
on the same day. So the building was completely empty of Jews."

The following are excerpts from an interview with Egyptian historian
Professor Zaynab Abd Al-Aziz, which aired on Iqra TV on May 26,
2005
- Abd Al-Aziz: The decision
to impose one religion over the entire world was made in the
Second Vatican Council in 1965.
- Host: Huh?
- Abd Al-Aziz: Yes. A long time
ago.
- Host: They decided to Christianize
the world?
- Abd Al-Aziz: Yes. The decisions
of the 1965 Vatican Council included, first of all, absolving
the Jews of the blood of Christ. This decision is well known
and was the basis for the recognition of the occupying Zionist
entity - Israel. The second decision was to eradicate the left
in the eighties. I believe we've all witnessed this. The third
decision was to eradicate Islam, so that the world would be Christianized
by the third millennium.
- Host: Why is America hostile
to Islam, although we never had and never will have the same
conflict with them we had with Europe?
- Abd Al-Aziz: Well, do you
remember what we just said about the Second Vatican Council in
1965 and about Christianizing the world? It was agreed upon and
pre-arranged. John Paul II prepared a five-year plan, on the
eve of the third millennium, Christianize the world. His address
in 1995 was based on the assumption that by the year 2000, the
entire world would be Christianized. Since the plan was not accomplished,
the World Council of Churches assigned this mission to the US
in January 2001, since the US is the world's unrivaled military
power. They named the decade between 2001-2010 "the age
of eradicating evil" – "evil" referring to
Islam and Muslims.
- The Crusader war is ongoing,
because it has been a religious war since the dawn of Islam.
Later, colonialism, missionaries, and christianization were introduced.
The Crusader war is ongoing. The Inquisition courts exist to
this day. As I told you, the Pope who was appointed a few
days ago, headed the Inquisition court, which is now called the
Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.
- When in January 2001, the
World Council of Churches delegated this mission to the US -

condemnation of Cottonwood's property. But calling the decision
evidence that the court is out of touch, several Christian groups
