- :: GREETINGS to all and the newcomers to this list. We'd
like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams, who founded
this ministry, were Mormons (Temple Mormons part of the time)
for 20 years. We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry
speaking out against Scientology. Six months later God led us
to the truth: out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at
the time we were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20
years. [George passed away to heaven in March 2003 and Nicholas
Stivers joined the ministry as Vice President.]
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry.
- We are King James Version Bible students and have left all
worldly organizations.
- The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had
to leave the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the
Wall' which God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.
- To understand what is happening, one has to know the Bible
to compare notes.

The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
which doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word of God has
undergone many changes to fit the present mode. The Bible calls
for a falling away from the truth before Jesus
comes back for His Bride, the true believers called 'Ekklesia.'
Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the Bible is true
from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend to prove that we are moving to closure of the times of
the Gentiles.
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings with what is happening in Israel. We describe and watch
for signs of the coming Tribulation to confirm that we are moving
into that space and time.
- Watchmen on the wall do not solicit memberships. We have
an email group that gets information when we upload new information
and a newsletter whenever it is possible time wise. We love the
Lord with all our hearts and minds and we love all people God
has created but especially those who love our Lord and Savior,

- THE CATHOLIC ENCYCLOPEDIA DISCUSSES PATRIOTISM
- "Respect for one's nation, its symbols and obligations,
and fulfillment of one's legitimate duties to society. The state
has traditionally been considered as a father, protector and
life-giver, and because of that deserves respect. Christian
patriotism recognizes that the authority of the state is morally
legitimate when exercised for the well-being of all and that
there is an obligation to respect its authority.
- Gaudium et Spes declared that "citizens should cultivate
a generous and loyal spirit of patriotism, but without narrow-mindedness,
so that they will always keep in mind the welfare of the whole
human family which is formed into one by various kinds of
links between races, peoples and nations."
- Patirotism is an aspect of the virtue of justice, and it
is required of citizens in order to promote and protect the common
good. Patriotism should be considered as a virtue and opposed

- AFRICAN CHURCHES URGED TO TAP INTO GLOBAL FUND BILLIONS
Nairobi (ENI). Churches in Africa have been urged to tap into
the US$2 billion Global Fund for AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria
and to redefine their missionary role to patients by making use
of available resources to fight HIV/AIDS in the continent. "You
have the facilities, the trust and the influence," Vinand
Nantulya, an official of the Global Fund told the heads of African
churches gathered for an HIV/AIDS summit in Nairobi. "But

- In a meeting with ADC, a grassroots civil rights organization,
that involved Homeland Security and Immigration which is now
part of that organization, I heard today that Muslims are going
to be the focus of comradry in the US. They want long term cemented
relationships with them. We must schmuse them, integrate them,
learn about them, make them feel welcome. Anything they do will
be tolerated. Discrimination is verboten. They are inviting them
into jobs with the FBI and Homeland Security. They call airport
screeners ambassadors. They have hired 45000 screeners. They
have many vacancies for them. Many will be coming from the Middle
East to be taught of our loving ways.?? The new intermediate
Iraq President went to school at Georgetown University (where
else - Catholic campus). The party is on. It blows my mind. We
are getting 7 million into the country a year and 1 million become
citizens after all we are a nation of immigrants. Harvard Law
School has 350 attorneys which will be defending fighting for
their civil rights.
I heard a reporter who went after the facts tonight on free speech
that Rep. Katherine Harris, R-Sarasota in Florida admitted to
him that they fudged and Jeb Bush was in on it. (I knew that
already it was too obvious). X Reporter from the Washington Post
said that investigative reporting has become illegal since
the Patriot Act.
Black Congresswoman Cynthia McKenney got too close to the truth
about goldmining in Congo which involved Vernon Jordan and Andy
Young and more, lost her seat in the House as a reward. One of
the airlines handed over a 5 million in numbers passenger lists
to the Pentagon to be categorized to be placed in a colorcoded
list of yes, maybe and no flying. 100,000 are already on a terrorists
suspect list. John Ashcroft called it one stop shopping. Librarians
are now the freedom fighters because they are to turn in what
people are doing on computers. Becoming the eyes of the government.

Bush said at the funeral today that the Reagan era has ended.
That is what it felt like. That is why so many came to say good
bye. They are saying good bye to the good old U.S.A. They know
deep down there is a problem and don't know what to do about

congressional primary, citing her sudden resignation as Florida
secretary of state because she failed to file the proper paperwork
when she qualified for the ballot. "Mistakes and misjudgments,
which continued right through Harris' confounding resignation
as secretary of state, can no longer be dismissed as the products
of inexperience," the paper wrote.

- MAKING IT UP AS THEY GO ALONG
- Joseph Smith, Jr., the acknowledged founder of Mormonism,
engaged in many unbiblical practices, something many Mormon apologists
would deny. Mormon historian D. Michael Quinn's 1987 book, "Early
Mormonism and the Magic World View," convincingly demonstrated
that Smith's involvement with the occult was undeniable. Quinn
is a former professor at the Mormon Church-owned Brigham Young
University. He was excommunicated in 1993 on the charge of apostasy.
This charge was based on the evidence of his historical writings

- CANADIAN ANGLICANS SHOW DISMAY AND DELIGHT ON GAY, LESBIANS
STANCE
- Vancouver (ENI). Delight, dismay and disagreement have greeted
the Anglican Church of Canada's General Synod affirmation, with
a show of hands, of "the integrity and sanctity of committed
adult
same-sex relationships". This decision came barely 18 hours
after deferring approval to the blessing of gay unions. And later
nine bishops issued a statement saying that delegates "committed
an error when they approved the statement" affirming the
integrity and sanctity of same-sex relationships. They felt the
resolution passed pre-empted a study authorised in an earlier

- SOUTH KOREAN IS KILLED IN IRAQ BY HIS CAPTORS
BAGHDAD, Iraq, June 23 2004 - by Edward Wong and James Glanz
- A South Korean interpreter who dreamed of becoming a Christian
missionary in the Arab world was beheaded Tuesday by the insurgents
who held him captive after his abduction five days ago near Falluja.
- The execution was carried out after the South Korean government
rejected the captors' demand that it halt the scheduled deployment
of an additional 3,000 troops to Iraq in August. A videotape
broadcast on Al Jazeera television showed the victim, Kim Sun
Il, sitting or kneeling quietly in an orange jumpsuit and blindfolded
with an orange cloth. Five masked men, three cradling guns and
one with a sheathed knife, stand behind him.
- "Your army has not come here for the sake of Iraqis
but for cursed America," one of the men says.
- Al Jazeera, which did not show the killing, reported that
the men then beheaded Mr. Kim. The killers were believed to be
members of a group called Jamaat al-Tawhid and Jihad, which is
linked to the Jordanian terrorist, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. The
Central Intelligence Agency has said Mr. Zarqawi was the man
seen beheading Nicholas Berg, an American who had been kidnapped,
on a tape circulated on the Internet.
- Hours later, the United States military carried out an airstrike
in Falluja on what a general called a "known Zarqawi network"
safe house. Four people were killed and six wounded, according
to witnesses and a hospital official...
- This was the third beheading in the Middle East in the last
several weeks. Last Friday, Saudi members of a cell suspected
of being linked to Al Qaeda decapitated Paul M. Johnson Jr.,
an abducted American engineer. Mr. Berg was killed last month.
- American soldiers found the body of Mr. Kim, 33, between
Baghdad and Falluja, the volatile Sunni city 35 miles west of
the capital. "It appears that the body had been thrown from
a vehicle," Brig. Gen. Mark Kimmitt, a spokesman for the
occupation forces, said Tuesday in a statement to The Associated
Press. "The man had been beheaded, and the head was recovered
with the body."
- Today, Islamist militants threatened to assassinate Iraq's
interim prime minister, Iyad Allawi, just hours after they said
they had beheaded the South Korean hostage. "As for you,
Allawi — sorry, the democratically elected prime minister
— we have found for you a useful poison and a sure sword,"
said a taped voice, said to be that of Mr. Zarqawi, on an Islamist
Web site, according to Reuters.
- In southern Iraq, one of two great pipelines began flowing
with oil again after a pair of explosions shut down oil exports
last week. Investigators were focusing on current and former
employees of the state-owned South Oil Company who may have given
inside information to the saboteurs, government officials and
engineers at the company said Tuesday.
- But as oil began flowing in the south, a huge new explosion
ripped through a pipeline running from Bayji to a key refinery
in Baghdad. Plumes of dark smoke rose above the blast, 20 miles
north of Baghdad.
- The devastating effect of the two southern explosions, which
were placed with surgical precision amid the welter of buried
gas, water, oil and petrochemical pipelines crisscrossing the
open desert, immediately raised suspicions that someone inside
the company was involved.

- VOLATILE SITUATION IN THE PHILIPPINES WORRIES VATICAN,
SAYS BISHOP
Manila (ENI). Roman Catholic leaders in the Philippines say the
Vatican is concerned about a potentially volatile political situation
following elections in Southeast Asia's oldest democracy and
which is also the region's largest Christian nation. "The
Pope is worried about our political situation and everything
happening in our country … and is praying for us because
the Philippines is one of the largest Catholic countries in the
world, next to Brazil and Mexico," Bishop Ramon Arguelles,
the new head of the archdiocese of Lipa, Batangas told journalists.

U.S. RELIGIOUS LEADERS APOLOGISE FOR IRAQI ABUSE IN TV ADS
New York (ENI). The US National Council of Churches (NCC) is
promoting an advertisement it hopes to run on Arab television
networks in which US religious leaders apologise for the abuse
of Iraqi prisoners by US troops. The advertisements are promoted
by FaithfulAmerica.org, a "progressive faith movement"
project that the NCC is supporting along with two social advocacy
groups, True Majority and Res Publica. In the spots, four US
religious leaders - Donald Shriver (Protestant), Imam Feisal
Abdur Rauf (Muslim), Sister Betty Obal (Roman Catholic) and Rabbi

SERBIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH PLEDGES CLOSER TIES WITH ROMAN CATHOLICS
Warsaw (ENI). Serbian Orthodox leaders have pledged closer cooperation
with the Roman Catholic church after inaugurating contacts with
the Vatican. "We must be aware of the responsibility we
bear," Serbian Orthodox Patriarch Pavle told participants
at a Belgrade meeting of the Council of European
Roman Catholic Bishops Conferences (CCEE). ''If we remain solely
at the level of speaking and writing, we will be like a tree
with beautiful leaves but without fruit". A joint press
statement said closer inter-church contacts ''disproved the position
of atheist circles that churches are a divisive factor in society'',
and
would further "the real spiritual unification of Europe".

- SUPREME COURT STRIKES DOWN PORN-SHIELD LAW
WASHINGTON, June 29, 2004 - The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that
a law meant to punish
pornographers who peddle dirty pictures to Web-surfing kids is
probably an unconstitutional muzzle on free speech. The high
court divided 5-to-4 over a law passed in 1998, signed by then-President
Clinton and now backed by the Bush administration. The majority
said a lower court was correct to block the law from taking effect
because it likely violates the First Amendment. . . .
The majority, led by Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, said there may
have been important technological advances in the five years
since a federal judge blocked the law.

- MASSIVE CAMPAIGN TO SELL THE PASSION BY EVANGELICAL CHURCHES
- Evangelical churches are currently the target of a massive
campaign to sell them the video of Mel Gibson's The Passion of
the Christ. This "very Marian film" (according to Mel)
is based upon the Catholic ritual of the Stations of the Cross
as seen from the "perpetual Virgin Mary's" point of
view.
It is being marketed to churches exclusively by Zondervan Publishers
and Fox Home Entertainment, which are owned by media mogul Rupert
Murdoch (who also owns 20th Century Fox Studios, Fox News, and
Fox TV Network). For his huge contributions to the Catholic Church
and the Holy See, Murdoch received a Papal Knighthood.

- ANCIENT JEWISH LIBRARY STOLEN FROM BAGDAD
- Baghdad - June 12, 2004 - Iraqi sources have revealed that
the Zionist foreign intelligence apparatus known as the Mossad
had laid its hands on an ancient Jewish library that was held
by the former Iraqi
intelligence. The sources said that a few days after the fall
of the former Iraqi regime in April last year
[2003] a special Mossad team visited Baghdad and seized the library
in cooperation with the American CIA officers.
- The ancient Jewish library contained precious and priceless
copies of the Torah and the Talmud in addition to other writings
in Hebrew that dated back 2,500 years. The Jews taken captive
into Baghdad at that time during the Babylon era wrote down their
scriptures while in captivity.
- The sources said that the American forces arrested the person
responsible for the library after their occupation of that Arab
country and forced him to open the doors of the cellar where
the library was kept underneath the Iraqi intelligence apparatus'
building.

MARYLAND PRISONS ADOPT RELIGIOUS PROGRAM 'PURPOSE-DRIVEN LIFE'
- Maryland's Division of Correction is adopting a nondenominational
personal growth program for Christian inmates based on a best-selling
book. A California prison was the first to offer the program
last year. It is based on the Rev. Rick Warren's book "The
Purpose-Driven Life," and California officials credit it
with helping to reduce prison violence by nearly 40 percent.

- HIGH SCHOOLER NOT ALLOWED TO WEAR T-SHIRT EXPRESSING FAITH
A federal civil-rights lawsuit was filed recently on behalf of
a Southern California high-school student who was punished for
wearing a T-shirt expressing his opposition to homosexuality
on a day set aside to honor the alternate lifestyle. The Alliance
Defense Fund, the legal group representing the student Chase
Harper, said in a statement the young man's free-speech and religious
rights were violated in April when he was suspended from school
for one day for wearing the homemade T-shirt.

"Leave your faith in the car" when your beliefs might
offend others. Do public school students surrender their
First Amendment rights when they enter a school? When are
public school officials going to learn they are not allowed to
silence constitutionally protected student speech just because
they disagree with the student? This is unconstitutional suppression
of speech and an illegal suspension from school." According
to the complaint, the student was pulled out of class in the
morning and held in a small office for the day. His parents were
finally called at the end of the school day, ADF says.
- Before his release, the student was questioned by a deputy
sheriff, who took pictures of him and the shirt. Harper,
a 16 year old, had a t-shirt that read on the front: "Be
Ashamed" and "Our School Embraced What God Has Condemned."
The back of the shirt read: "Homosexuality is Shameful"
and (Rom. 1:27) "And in the same way also the men abandoned

LEGALIZED INCEST? THE NEXT NAIL IN THE MORALITY COFFIN:
Professor Peter Munz, a respected academic in New Zealand,
has recommended that incest between consenting adults be legalized,
playing down any concerns about the genetic abnormalities resulting
from inbreeding. Prof. Munz, professor emeritus of history at
Wellington's Victoria University, stunned lawmakers who are considering
amendments to criminal law by proposing that it was no longer
necessary to outlaw sex between close relations.
- Munz, a scholar whose books have been published internationally,
also asserted that the likelihood that any children resulting
from incestuous intercourse would suffer genetic defects was
not a sufficiently good reason for making incest illegal. (So
much for the crazy uncle, or the passing on of genetic diseases!) He
believes any such damage from incest would be sporadic, and in
any case, "be eliminated after several generations." He
asserted that incest prohibition had "lingered on needlessly
but was clearly no longer required. "
- Citing sexual attraction between members of a family who
had grown up together was minimal. "Today, if siblings
- against all odds - should fall in love with each other, they
should be welcome to it." After reading Munz' written
submission, members of the parliament's Law and Order Committee
had the opportunity to question the professor, but lawmakers
were so shocked they chose not to discuss the matter further
with him. "We were absolutely stunned when the read
the submission, and couldn't believe that anybody could possibly
entertain the idea of decriminalizing incest," a member
of parliament said. "None of us was willing to give
him five minutes. We just didn't want to dignify his comments
at all. I presume that he has loyal followers who basically
want to push this."
Although Munz only argued for legalizing incest between consenting
adults, Alexander said his personal view was that the proposal
was merely a "forerunner" of pedophilia. "I can
see a potential link between the two." "Once you
loosen the bonds of incest, where do you go from there?" Also
critical of Munz' suggestions was New Zealand's Maxim Institute,
a conservative think tank. "In a culture that has exalted
consent as the ultimate sexual ethic, why would we be surprised?"
a representative asked. "What will be next: the claim
that consensual incest is a human right and to oppose it is 'familial'
discrimination?" Again, we all don't need glasses to
see the decline in morality today. It is not just America's problem,
it is worldwide.

of a European Constitution, but have noted they would have been
happier if the document had an explicit reference to the Christian
roots of Europe in its preamble. "After a first attempt
at adopting the constitution failed last December this is an
important step towards building a more integrated Europe,"
Dr Keith Clements, General Secretary of the Conference of European
Churches said in a statement, the day after the constitution
was adopted by the European Union heads of government in Brussels.

- INDIAN CHRISTIAN GROUPS RALLY BEHIND HARASSED JESUIT ACTIVISTS
- Thrissur, India (ENI). Christian and human rights groups
have joined in condemning Gujarat authorities for harassing Roman
Catholic Jesuit priest Cedric Prakash who has spearheaded a justice
campaign for victims of inter-religious violence in the state.
The All India Christian Council, the Global Council of Indian
Christians and the All India Catholic Union rebuked the Gujarat
government, which is controlled by the Hindu nationalist Bharatiya
Janata Party. Their criticism came after police officials summoned
the priest for questioning the previous week and threatened to

- LEGISLATION PENDING LEGISLATING THE DRAFT
- June 10, 2004 - Eric Rosenberg of the Seattle Post-Intelligencer,
reports that there is pending legislation reinstating the draft
in the House and Senate (twin bills: S 89 and HR 163) in order
"to provide for the common defense by requiring that ALL
young persons in the United States ... perform a period of military
service or a period of civilian service in furtherance of the
national defense and homeland security, and for other purposes."
These active bills currently sit in the committee on armed services.
- Though the draft (i.e., conscription) is an unpopular election
year topic, the reality is that there simply are not enough Americans
in uniform - either in our active duty or our reserve components
- to handle a "long, hard slog" (Rumsfield's words)

questions about Cleland's patriotism because of his position
on legislation to create the Department of Homeland Security.
Cleland supported the concept behind the department, but insisted
that a workers' rights provision be part of the bill.

- New York Times - June 14, 2004 - It seems axiomatic in Congress
that whenever a bill comes along that both parties agree must
be passed, it becomes a magnet for every piece of pork, every
political cause, every lobbyist giveaway. The latest example
is an urgently needed measure to end a $5 billion annual subsidy
for American exporters that has put the nation in violation of
international trade practices. Over the last few months, even
as Europe began imposing billions in retaliatory tariffs on American
industries, lawmakers have contrived to turn this relatively
simple vehicle into a $100 billion gravy train.
- More than 100 amendments throw everyone from Nascar entrepreneurs
to dog-track owners and tobacco growers a piece of the action,
even though they have nothing to do with the trade issue at hand.
And now, just as House action is approaching, Republican leaders
have added an outrageous sop for political- minded church leaders.
- Under the proposal, churches that venture too zealously
into politics would be allowed three "unintentional violations"
of the law governing nonprofit organizations without risking
immediate loss of their tax-exempt status. Wouldn't we all love
such tax-code mercies? This transparent bridge across the church-state
divide comes as hustings-tempted clergy are already being openly
enlisted by White House campaigners as "friendly congregations"
for the November elections. The House proposal mocks honest
clergy as much as the tax code.

- YELLOWSTONE PARK UPDATE:
People who are living near Yellowstone National Park in cities
such as Bozeman, Montana and Jackson, Wyoming have uncovered
small sensors the size of quarters, dropped by air throughout
various parts of the Park. These sensors monitor activity and
to detect the presence of humans in the more remote locations.
There are accounts by the locals of people who are said to be
plainclothes military in Yellowstone Park. Supposedly they are
armed with high-powered rifles and have been seen escorting people
out of what has become the restricted areas of the Park.
- White government vans are supposedly accompanying these armed
men. In a remote section of the park, is the Silvertip Lodge,
where political bigwigs come for meetings. It has been suggested
that this is a place where the new World Order and the Bilderbergers,
(the power elite) come to discuss America's future. Specialized
equipment has been planted in various locations throughout the
park, capable of accelerating the park's geothermal volcanic
earthquake activity. Man CAN cause earthquakes! Why would anyone
want to create a natural disaster? If men could cause an underground
earthquake-volcano that might make Old Yeller blow, it would
easily cause massive disruption in several states.
- Our government would need to declare martial law in the region,
which would be up to a 600 mile radius. If there really is (and
I don't know) a shadow government of people creating chaos to
bring in a One World Order, we could be seeing the Hegelian Dialect

Falsely creating an impending disaster throughout Montana and
Wyoming and parts of Utah and Idaho or other western states would
create a reason to evacuate people if the government were so
inclined.
