- ::: GREETINGS to all and the newcomers to this list. We'd
like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams, who founded
this ministry, were Mormons (Temple Mormons part of the time)
for 20 years. We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry
speaking out against Scientology. Six months later God led us
to the truth: out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at
the time we were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20
years. [George passed away to heaven in March 2003 and Nicholas
Stivers joined the ministry as Vice President.]
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry.
- We are King James Version Bible students and have left all
worldly organizations.
- The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had
to leave the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the
Wall' which God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.
- To understand what is happening, one has to know the Bible
to compare notes.
- The first section is about the church.
The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
which doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word of God has
undergone many changes to fit the present mode. The Bible calls
for a falling away from the truth before Jesus
comes back for His Bride, the true believers called 'Ekklesia.'
Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the Bible is true
from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend to prove that we are moving to closure of the times of
the Gentiles.
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings with what is happening in Israel. We describe and watch
for signs of the coming Tribulation to confirm that we are moving
into that space and time.
- Watchmen on the wall do not solicit memberships. We have
an email group that gets information when we upload new information
and a newsletter whenever it is possible time wise. We love the
Lord with all our hearts and minds and we love all people God
has created but especially those who love our Lord and Savior,

- THEY WILL EAT HER FLESH
- We last spoke of mystery Babylon being found in the care
of Rome. In Daniel Ch. 2 we can read of another prophetic dream
of Nebuchadnezzar. In this dream he saw a giant statue made of
different elements. It had a head of gold, which represented
Babylon, its chest and arms, which represented the Medes and
Persians were made of silver, and its belly and thighs of bronze
represented Greece. The last portion of the statue is of special
significance because the legs and feet are described as one element
with a break in its continuity. The legs were of iron,
which represented the eastern and western kingdoms of the
Roman Empire. The feet are then also shown as being
made of iron, but mingled with clay. Verses 41-44 then reveal
to us that the strength of iron (Rome) is in the
pieced together feet and that the 10 toes of the feet represent
10 kings that will be destroyed in the days that God will set
up His kingdom. In harmony with Revelation 17:12 these ten kings
will be in power at the close of this age and will have a direct
hand in destroying "mystery Babylon the great, the mother
of harlots." History verifies that the military power of
the Roman Empire was broken, but Rome managed to maintain
global authority through religion. The high priest of
the Babylonian mystery religion was called Pontifice Maximus.
In order to keep in favor with Rome the Babylonian priesthood
conferred this title to Caesar who not only accepted the position,
but had his image along with this title minted upon coinage of
his time. Successive emperors of Rome also took the title until
it was eventually declined. The pagan bishop who ruled over the
Christian church at Rome, which had grown in power under Constantine,
then accepted the title of Pontifice Maximus.

- SWEDISH PASTOR SENTENCED TO ONE MONTH'S JAIL FOR OFFENDING
HOMOSEXUALS
A Swedish court has sentenced Ake Green, a pastor belonging to
the Pentecostal movement, to a month in prison, under a law against
incitement, after he was found guilty of having offended homosexuals
in a sermon. Green had described homosexuality as "abnormal,
a horrible cancerous tumor in the body of society" in a
2003 sermon.

- WHAT WERE THE CRUSADES REALLY LIKE
Myth 1: The Crusades were wars of unprovoked
aggression against a peaceful Muslim world.
This is as wrong as wrong can be. From the time of Mohammed,
Muslims had sought to conquer the Christian world. They did a
pretty good job of it too. After a few centuries of steady conquests,
Muslim armies had taken all of North Africa, the Middle East,
Asia Minor and most of Spain.

psychologist who warns about the dangers of giving children Ritalin
and other dangerous drugs and offers alternatives. The alternatives
spring forth from Scientology and are spiritually dangerous.
Dr. Breeding is definitely affiliated with the "church"
of Scientology. Breeding quotes Scientology founder
L. Ron Hubbard in his book, The Wildest Colts Make the Best Horses
and his website links to the Scientology front group, Citizens'
Commission on Human Rights. Indeed, Dr. Breeding calls this powerful
force for Scientology "an awesome organization." (Quote
source: Stars Shine For Human Rights Freedom Magazine) They in
turn sell his books and have given him at least one prestigious
award. Scientology's Freedom Magazine website features an article
written by Dr. John Breeding.
- According to an article on the Houston Psychiatric Society
website, Dr. Breeding's organization, Texans for For Safe
Education is a Scientology front group. This assertion
fits right in with the fact that Scientology's Citizens' Commission
on Human Rights awarded Dr. Breeding for his work with the Texas

- ITALIAN POLICE LOOK TO A CULT IN '98 KILLING OF TEENAGERS
New York Times, by Al Baker USTO ARSIZIO, Italy - The six-year
search for Chiara Marino and Fabio Tollis, two missing teenagers
who were members of a heavy metal band called the Beasts of Satan,
ended in a pit in the woods northwest of Milan. The authorities
say other members of the loose-knit band buried the bodies after
killing the teenagers in a drug-fueled Satanic sacrifice. The
clothing-draped skeletal remains were uncovered by the police
on May 28 after a former band member, Andrea Volpe, 27, was arrested
and charged with shooting his girlfriend and burying her alive
in January. Seeking leniency in that case, Mr. Volpe led the
authorities to the five-foot-deep grave in the woods of Somma
Lombardo near here, one official said. Ms. Marino, who was 19,
had been stabbed in the heart, and Mr. Tollis, who was 16, had
been struck in the head with a hammer. The bodies had been tossed
into the grave together.
- Four band members, including Mr. Volpe, have been charged
with murder in the case of the two friends, who shared a rocky
journey through adolescence in a drab, working-class stretch
of northern Italy. But the demonic tinge of the killings has
caused recurring tremors as the names and photographs of the
youthful faces of the dead teenagers have reappeared in newspapers,
on television and in the public consciousness.
- The police and prosecutors have widened their investigation
to a number of unsolved killings and suicides, and are focusing
on 20 square miles in Lombardy to determine whether any of the
deaths can be connected. The authorities are trying to learn
whether the suspects, and any others who may have been involved,
took orders from a larger network of Satan worshipers, possibly
in Turin.

especially in the north, not so far away from where a series
of crimes that came to be known as the Monster of Florence killings

- A NEW TEST FOR FETAL DEFECTS, AGONIZING CHOICES
- New York Times, by Amy Harmon - June 20, 2004 - Lying in
the darkened doctor's office, Kate Hoffman stared at the image
of the 11-week-old fetus inside her on the ultrasound screen,
a tiny ghost with a big head. It would have been so sweet, Ms.
Hoffman said, if something had not been so clearly wrong.
- Ms. Hoffman's first three children had been healthy, and
she was sure this one would be, too. She was not planning to
have the amniocentesis procedure often used to test for fetal
health problems, preferring to avoid even the slightest risk
that the insertion of a needle into her uterus would cause her
to miscarry.
- But when her doctor told her there was a new way to assess
the chance of certain abnormalities with no risk of miscarriage
— a blood test and special sonogram — she happily made
an appointment. The result, signaling that the child had a high
chance of having Down syndrome, thrust Ms. Hoffman and her husband
into a growing group of prospective parents who have learned
far more about the health of their fetus than was possible even
three years ago.
- Fetal genetic tests are now routinely used to diagnose diseases
as well known as cystic fibrosis and as obscure as fragile X,
a form of mental retardation. High-resolution sonograms can detect
life-threatening defects like brain cysts as well as treatable
conditions like a small hole in the heart or a cleft palate sooner
and more reliably than previous generations of the technology.
And the risk of Down syndrome, one of the most common birth defects,
can be assessed in the first trimester rather than waiting for

LPJ Tuesday, Apr. 06, 2004 - WASHINGTON (UPI) -- The U.S. Department
of Health and Human Services said Thursday that it was about
to begin testing a new technology designed to help more closely
monitor and assist the nation's homeless population.Under the
pilot program, which grew out of a series of policy academies
held in the last two years, homeless people in participating
cities will be implanted with mandatory Radio Frequency
Identification (RFID) tags that social workers and police can
use track their movements. The RFID technology was developed

- Supporters of subdermal RFID tracking say the technology
will discourage implanted homeless men and women from committing
crimes, while making it easier for government workers to provide
social services such as delivering food and medicine.Duke called
the RFID tagging pilot program "a high-tech, minimally-intrusive
way for the government to lift our citizens away from the twin
perils of poverty and crime." Participating cities include
New York City, San Francisco, Washington, and Bethlehem, Penn.
- Participating states will receive grants of $14 million to
$58 million from the federal Projects for Assistance in Transition
from Homelessness (PATH) program, which was created under the
McKinney Act to fund support services for the homeless. A second
phase of the project, scheduled to be completed in early 2005,
will wirelessly transmit live information on the locations of
homeless people to handheld computers running the Windows CE
operating system.A spokesman for the National Coalition for the
Homeless, which estimates that there are between 2.3 million
and 3.5 million people experiencing homelessness nationwide,
said the pilot program could be easily abused.
- "It is a glaring violation of the Tenth Amendment,
which says that powers not awarded to the government are reserved
to the people, and homeless people have just as many Tenth Amendment
rights as everyone else," said Hoofnagle, who is speaking
about homeless privacy at this month's Computers Freedom and
Privacy conference in Berkeley, Calif. While HRSA's program appears
to be the first to forcibly implant humans with RFID tags,
the technology is becoming more widely adopted as retailers use
it to track goods. Wal-Mart Stores said last year that it will
require its top 100 suppliers to place RFID tags on shipping

- G 8 REWRITE MIDDLE EAST PLAN TO MEET ARAB'S CRITICISM
- Jordan Times, Friday, June 4 , 2004 - CAIRO (Reuters) - The
new version, now known as the Partnership for Progress and a
Common Future with the Region of the Broader Middle East and
North Africa, cuts out a long preamble lamenting the current
social and economic conditions in the Arab world. Instead it
says: "The peoples of the Broader Middle East and North
Africa have a rich tradition and culture of accomplishment in
government, trade, science, the arts and more. They have made
many lasting contributions to human civilization." It also
puts the emphasis on cooperation and partnership between the
G- 8and willing Arab governments, rather than prescribing remedies
from outside. On the Arab-Israeli conflict, which did not appear
in the original version at all, it says: "The resolution
of long-lasting, often bitter, disputes, especially the Israeli-Palestinian
conflict, is an important element of progress in the region."
- COMPROMISE LANGUAGE
- "At the same time, regional conflicts must not be an
obstacle for reforms. Indeed, reforms may make a significant
contribution toward resolving them," adds the draft, obtained
through the London-based Arabic newspaper Asharq Al Awsat. The
language appeared to be a compromise between the US neoconservative
view that authoritarian Arab governments use the conflict as
an excuse for dragging their feet on reform and the opposite
view that reform will not be possible as long as Israeli and
US policies in the region inflame Arab public opinion and distract
from domestic politics. A senior US official in Washington told
Reuters the latest version did not compromise the Bush administration's
commitment to democracy in the Arab world. "The main thing
we were insistent on is strong support for democratization and
no excuses for backing away from democracy. 'Democracy' and 'freedom'
appear several times, democracy repeatedly," said the official,
who asked not to be named.
- The new version endorses the Middle East peace plan known
as the "roadmap" and a Middle East peace settlement
based on UN Security Council resolutions. A common criticism
of the February plan was that the United States was trying to
impose its version of society on a diverse region with ancient
traditions and interests which do not necessarily match those
of the United States. But the new version says: "Successful
reform depends on the countries in the region, and change should
not and cannot be imposed from outside... Each country is unique
and their diversity should be respected." The plan, drawn
up by G- 8 senior civil servants, proposes regular meetings of
ministers from G- 8 and Middle East countries in a "Forum
for the Future" for dialogue and to coordinate G- 8 financial
help for reform projects. It says the inaugural meeting will

Child Left Behind.' A national education advocacy group enlisted
Florida teachers to speak out against a federal law they say
undermines progress in Florida's schools.. The group said a "one
standard fits all" approach taken under the state and federal
regulations forces educators to teach to the test or face their
schools being labeled as failing, and that it puts unfair burden
on teachers, students and administrators. No Child Left Behind
requires students in subgroups - minorities, poor and learning
disabled - to advance each year on standardized tests. If such
student groups don't progress, there are sanctions for schools
that receive federal money based on their student poverty rates.

promise of six-figure salaries or a powerful sense of patriotism.
For others, the decision to sign up for a job in the cauldron
of Iraq was motivated by desire to help ordinary Iraqis improve
their lives. Among the tens of thousands of American citizens
working in Iraq, few could have imagined how dangerous their
jobs would become.
- But in the last two weeks, many of the simplest tasks have
carried extraordinary danger, as civilian workers have become
targets of kidnappings and murder. Yesterday, there were reports
that bodies were found mutilated in a shallow grave but the findings
could not be confirmed. The news came just days after seven civilians
working for the Halliburton Company of Houston and two soldiers
disappeared in an ambush near that site last Friday.
- Wendy Hall, a spokeswoman for Halliburton, said the company
had been notified of the bodies' discovery, but she said she
could not confirm that they were those of missing employees.
"Our workers in Iraq are courageous volunteers in service
to their country and their loved ones," Ms. Hall said in
a statement last night.
- There are no concrete figures on the number of civilians
who have been killed or wounded in Iraq, but Halliburton has
acknowledged that 30 of its employees and contractors have died
since the war began last year. Several workers from the United
States and other countries were still missing last night —
like Thomas Hamill, a former dairy farmer who worked for Halliburton
as a fuel truck driver and was captured last week on a highway
outside Baghdad.

Section A, page 9, col. 1-5), quoted an attorney named Stanley
Hilton120 who is suing President Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney,
National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice, Secretary of Defense
Donald Rumsfeld, and Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta for
seven billion dollars. He represents the families of fourteen
victims. Four hundred plaintiffs are involved nationwide. This
article, as well as an interview called “The Jones Report,”
stated that President Bush was involved in the conspiracy to
create the September 11th attacks. They state that Bush helped
arrange things so that all the security personnel in the United
States would look the other way and allow the destruction of
the World Trade Center to take place. Mr. Hilton also stated
that he has evidence that bin Laden died several years ago of
kidney failure. He went on to say that Bush used [dead] bin Laden’s
antagonistic image to create a public frenzy, allowing his administration
to tighten its political grip. If this is true, Rome, its world
government, and its news media (the propagandists) are leading

- HOUSE BURNS TO THE GROUND WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED
- The insurance investigator sifted through the ashes for several
hours. He had the cause of the fire traced to the
master bathroom and later to a Glade Plug-in in the bathroom. The
investigator had one of those "Aha" moments. He
said that was the cause of the fire. He said he has seen
more home fires started with the plug in type room fresheners
than anything else. He said the plastic they are made
from is a THIN plastic. He said in every case there
was nothing left to prove that it even existed. When
the investigator looked in the wall plug, the two prongs left
from the plug-in were still in there. The plug-ins
had a small night light built in it. The homeowner
had noticed that the light would dim.... and then finally go
out. The homeowner would walk in a few hours later,
and the light would be back on again. The investigator
said that the unit was getting too hot, and would dim and go
out rather than just blow the light bulb. Once it cooled down,
it would come back on. That is a warning sign. The
investigator said he personally wouldn't have any type of plug
in fragrance device anywhere in his house. He
has seen too many burned down homes.
