- If we have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great
thing if we shall reap your carnal things? If others be partakers
of this power over you, are not we rather? Nevertheless we have
not used this power; but suffer all things, lest we should hinder
the gospel of Christ. Do ye not know that they which minister
about holy things live of the things of the temple? and they
which wait at the altar are partakers with the altar? Even so
hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should
live of the gospel. But I have used none of these things: neither
have I written these things, that it should be so done unto me:
for it were better for me to die, than that any man should make
my glorying void. For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing
to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto
me, if I preach not the gospel!
- For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but
if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed
unto me. What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the
gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that
I abuse not my power in the gospel. For though I be free from
all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might
gain the more. And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might
gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law,
that I might gain them that are under the law; To them that are
without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but
under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without
law.

- :: GREETINGS to all and the newcomers to this list. We'd
like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams, who founded
this ministry, were Mormons (Temple Mormons part of the time)
for 20 years. We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry
speaking out against Scientology. Six months later God led us
to the truth: out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at
the time we were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20
years. [George passed away to heaven in March 2003 and Nicholas
Stivers joined the ministry as Vice President.]
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry.
- We are fundamental Bible students and have left all
worldly organizations.
- The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had
to leave the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the
Wall' which God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.
- To understand what is happening, one has to know the Bible
to compare notes.
- The first section is about the church.
The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
which doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word of God has
undergone many changes to fit the present mode. The Bible calls
for a falling away from the truth before Jesus
comes back for His Bride, the true believers called 'Ekklesia.'
Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the Bible is true
from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend to prove that we are moving to closure of the times of
the Gentiles.
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings with what is happening in Israel. We describe and watch
for signs of the coming Tribulation to confirm that we are moving
into that space and time.
- Watchmen on the wall do not solicit memberships. We have
an email group that gets information when we upload new information
and a newsletter whenever it is possible time wise. We love the
Lord with all our hearts and minds and we love all people God
has created but especially those who love our Lord and Savior,

- ::We believe every word in the KJV Bible and believe it is
the Word of God and that Jesus is the Christ, God Himself, who
spilled His blood on the cross for our sins and rose again to
prepare a place for those who accept 'His' righteousness as their
righteousness. They are those who accept Jesus Christ as their
Lord and Savior, Jews first and then Gentiles. We expect to be
raptured in a pretribulation Rapture to live with God the Father,
God His Son Jesus Christ and God the Holy Spirit, who are ONE
GOD in three persons, forever. We did not receive our understanding
of the pretribulation Rapture from authors of books but from
the Bible (kjv). Pretribulationists are called cults today. We
grieve over those who are going to lose out on the "Blessed
Hope." The Bible clearly states that the Body of Christ
will not participate in the Wrath of God. It makes no sense to
us that we should be tested when we are born again already and
are under the protection of the righteousness of Christ Jesus.
It would mean that the rightheousness of Christ would have to

- THE BOOK OF LIFE

- As usual, an issue came up again and again, I could see where
people were shocked at my comments. The Lord prompted me to research
the issue of "the Book of Life". Since God is no respecter
of persons (Acts 10:34), all human beings
should have an equal opportunity in accepting or rejecting the
Gospel.

- How can we say that and what does that mean? It means that
all our names were written in the Book of Life at the foundation
of creation. All were meant to be saved. In Luke 12:7 it states
"But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows."
1 John 2:12-19 "I write unto you, little children, because
your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake. I write unto
you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning.
I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked
one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known
the Father. I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have
known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you,
young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth
in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one. Love not the world,
neither the things that are in the world."
"If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not
in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh,
and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the
Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and
the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for
ever. Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard
that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists;
whereby we know that it is the last time. They went out from
us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they
would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that
they might be made manifest that they were not all of us."
Why? because they loved the world more than God.

- Our eternal lives depend on what we love and fill ourselves
with, the world or the Word.
1 John 2:12-19 states that the Word abideth in every human being.
The problem is that it is latent. In other words it lies hidden
in our hearts. Human beings do not know that until they are taught
the truth about it. The truth is in the Word of God. If they
never read the Bible, they cannot come to that information. There
is no way today that people are not aware of the fact that the
Bible exists. Many labor under misconceptions about the content
because they have seen some movie about it or gotten a sermon
here and there and think they know what is in the Book. The hard
part is that many make their eternal decision on a lack of knowledge
and understanding because they cannot get in touch with what
is in their hearts. Why is it that we chose to pick up the "How
to book" last?
Especially in the United States as well as the rest of the world,
people are inundated with worldly agendas to go to war, to work
overtime and then some, to shop, to get self esteem, to vote,
to get a worldly education to make a lot of money, to indulge
in many television shows, read ads, sports, trips, movies, games,
sex, homosexuality, drugs, and alcohol. In other words time is
taken up 24/7 with being tossed to and fro without making time
for God, who has freely created this whole universe with everything
in it for our indulgence (unrestrained pleasure). That is undeniable.
We take liberties today with the God's creation that make one's
skin crawl and no one could ever convince me that there is no
higher power who created this mind boggling creation. No human
being could possibly have invented what we live with every day.
Just one example: the perfect revolutions of the sun, moon and
other planets around the earth in an empty space are awesome.
I have never heard anyone even so much as talk about it in my
circles. It feels like nobody gives a hoot.
An interesting thought came to me when I was cutting the lawn
and had a chance to contemplate. What if some intellectual had
discovered how to stop gravity from keeping us glued to this
planet? It would be a much simpler solution than war. The tagged
population would simply fall into outer darkness and float there
forever. Believe it or not, Mormons threaten their congregation
with that. Could it be they have some inside information? In
their teachings, sons of perdition (apostates) will be cast into
outer darkness. They don't believe in a literal hell or lake
of fire. Why take a chance on something like that? Wouldn't it
make much more sense to get in touch with what is in our hearts
already before it is too late? Do we really want to risk eternal
life by not paying attention to what should be the most important
issue of our lives, ETERNAL LIFE? The problem is that all human
beings have eternal lives and there are are only two places to
go, heaven or hell. It's your choice.
To receive our inheritance there is only one requirement and
that is to love the truth. 2 Thessalonians 2:10 And with all
deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because
they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved."
By not loving the truth, we could well end up in hell. God states
that He is worth the effort, to at least read the Word before
we accept or reject. It reminds me of signing a contract without
reading what is in it. Would you? If you don't think it's important,
you are forfeiting your inheritance and are rejecting the Gospel
and your name is striken from the "The Book of Life."

- GAY AGENDA? YOU BET THERE IS!!
The head of a national homosexual organization is threatening
to politically "punish," "terrify" and "torture"
activists who oppose his organization's agenda on "gay"
rights, which he says would give him "endless satisfaction."
Matt Foreman, the demon and executive director of the National
Gay & Lesbian Task Force in Washington, D.C., recently has
made these comments. In addition to declaring his desire for
retribution against "local legislators and leaders"
who oppose the homosexual agenda, Foreman expressed a goal beyond
securing legal same-sex marriage, that is gaining other means
besides marriage by which homosexuals could access public and
private financial benefits. Foreman told the interviewer of his
plans to go after his opponents. "I'm interested in going
after, politically, local legislators and leaders, (Christians?)
that have launched these anti-gay initiatives," he explained.
"We beat you, now we're gonna go back and we're going to
affirmatively punish you, people who launch this stuff, so that
they understand not only that they're not going to win, but that
there are consequences to it." "We would set up a political
action committee and go in and terrify them with a credible challenge.
So we go in, for a modest investment of money and torture these
people, which would give me endless satisfaction." (Sounds
like The Screwtape Letters to me!) And the word would go out
very quickly, "You know what, this really isn't worth it."
(Fighting homosexuals with politically correct power.) Foreman
was asked: "Is getting the right to marriage for same-sex
couples something the Task Force is interested in?" He responded:
"We want full equality under the law, which, right now,
means the freedom to marry. But we're also hopeful that we create
different ways in which people can form relationships and families
that don't come with all the baggage and the downsides of marriage.
One of the great things about where we're going is that we are
creating new ways for people to relate, new ways for people to
obtain rights and benefits." (New ways for Satan to destroy

Holy Spirit empowerment. I remember the "testimony"
of a man devoted to Eastern Mysticism who "got the Holy

- Anglican archbishops in Africa have delivered a stinging
rebuke to the Episcopal Church (ECUSA). The Council of Anglican

with any missionary who supports ordaining gay priests. The consecration

THE LONELINESS OF THE CHRISTIAN

his walk with God in an ungodly world, a walk that must often
take him away from the fellowship of good Christians as well
as from that of the unregenerate world. His God-given instincts
cry out for companionship with others of his kind, others who
can understand his longings, his aspirations, his absorption
in the love of Christ; and because within his circle of friends
there are so few who share his inner experiences he is forced
to walk alone. The unsatisfied longings of the prophets for human
understanding caused them to cry out in their complaint, and
even our Lord Himself suffered in the same way.
The man [or woman] who has passed on into the divine Presence
in actual inner experience will not find many who understand
him. He finds few who care to talk about that which is the supreme
object of his interest, so he is often silent and preoccupied
in the midst of noisy religious shoptalk. For this he earns the
reputation of being dull and over-serious, so he is avoided and
the gulf between him and society widens. He searches for friends
upon whose garments he can detect the smell of myrrh and aloes
and cassia out of the ivory palaces, and finding few or none
he, like Mary of old, keeps these things in his heart.
It is this very loneliness that throws him back upon God. His
inability to find human companionship drives him to seek in God

the members to the point that they are not allowed to exercise
their God-sanctioned abilities within the church. Each person
should be allowed to grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord
Jesus Christ and to witness on a consistent basis. Yet, many
independent Baptist preachers have ingrained in their congregations
a practice foreign to the early Church of God: the Popish Roman
philosophy of “clergy”' and “laity.” The
consensus of the clergy is that the laity are far too ignorant
to be able to choose correctly for themselves; therefore, the
laity must follow the clergy on all aspects. The laity becomes
the pawns played by the chess master. The pawns do door knocking,
tithe giving, pew filling and other checkmates giving the preacher
the recognition of being a first class chess player among his
peers. Such concepts of slave membership are mere perversions

- INFILTRATION OF NON-CHRISTIAN MATERIALS IN CHRISTIAN BOOKSTORES
- Bud Press: ".. Since December 2003, I have confronted
an issue that had been a "thorn in my flesh" since
the early 1980's: the infiltration of non-Christian materials
within walk-in Christian bookstores. When I discovered the heretical,
cultic, New Age and pro-gay/homosexual authors within internet
Christian bookstores, that "thorn" grew to the size
of a 2x4, and I knew something had to be done. For me, it was
the straw that broke the camel's back.
But never in my wildest dreams did I contemplate the backlash,
accusations and compromise from those I love, respected and trusted
the most.
In spite of it all, I refused to back down, and now have a good
working relationship with most of the major internet Christian
bookstores--including Spread The Word Ministries. While all have
openly received my information, time will tell if they keep their
word and remove the non-Christian materials.
Had Buddy Smith returned my calls and worked with me--instead
of closing the door on January 21, 2004--this issue may have
had a happy ending.
Hopefully, prayerfully, there won't be a need for Part 2 of my
report, which will cite the names of both individuals and internet
Christian bookstores.
Truth--whether whispered or shouted--is still truth. Proof--whether
realized or rejected--is still proof. Both Truth and Proof will
stand up to intense investigation. It always has and always will.
Micah, in closing for now, it has never been my intention to
offend anyone, cause controversy, see my name in lights or experience
15 minutes of fame, so to say. I bear no hatred towards anyone,
nor do I have an axe-to-grind with AFA. Indeed, if I have offended
someone, it was done in love (Ephesians 4:15). Moreover, when
compared to Jesus Christ I am pond-scum from a sewage pipe; a
sinner saved by grace (Isaiah 64:6; Ephesians 2:8).
The centrality of this issue isn't about me or you, but of Christian
accountability. Words and actions are important, and I believe
in holding people accountable for their words and actions, especially
my fellow Christians. This isn't a popularity contest, and I
expect the same from my Brothers and Sisters in Christ.
While we spend a tremendous amount of time wrestling with issues
such as the gay agenda and pornography (and rightly so), we have
taken a backseat to "trivial issues" and allowed the
enemy to slither into the body of Christ--right under our noses--onto
our Christian bookstore shelves, both electronic and wooden."

speak out against it are "secretly searching" for answers
beyond Muslim extremism – and many are becoming Christians,
said Johnstone, author of the reference guide Operation World.
"My comment about Osama is a bit daring, but has validity,"
Johnstone told religionjournal.com. "It was certainly true
with the Ayatollah Khomeini and the Iranians – thousands
of Muslims coming to Christ out of anger and disgust of the narrow,
medieval tyranny of extreme Islam."
Bin Laden "has polarized the Arab and Muslim world,"
said Johnstone, who is based in the United Kingdom. "There
is an increase of those favoring extremism – [because of]
the honor factor – and a violent 'jihad' expression of Islam,
but there is a silent majority who abhor what is going on and
are driven the other way to seek alternative answers."

World Net Daily took a poll and got some interesting responses:
QUESTION - What are your thoughts on the way teenage girls dress
these days? 43.92% said: "Where are their parents?"
29.45% said they often look like prostitutes. 14.40% said - And
we wonder why sexual assault, including date rape (and incest)
is so prevalent. 1.88% says it is all the better to show off
in skimpy outfits so that tattoos and piercings will show. 1.59%
say the more skin the better!
0.97% don't see anything wrong with it. 6.42% says it is all
about corporate America making more money. 0.36% say it saves
the garment manufacturers fabric! And 0.18% says dressing so
immodestly is tasteful! Rape and incest are rampant, so does
the way a girl dresses provokes it? It may be a circular argument,
but I think it is advertising. Of course there are the exceptions:
The president of Nordstrom's Department Store, a leading retailer
promises to offer more modest clothing to youth after receiving
a letter from a concerned 11-year-old girl. Ella Gunderson's
mail to Seattle-based Nordstrom made it all the way to Pete Nordstrom,
an executive vice president and president of the company's full-line
stores. "Dear Nordstrom - I am an eleven-year-old girl who
has tried shopping at your store for clothes (in particular jeans),
but all of them ride way under my hips, and the next size up
is too big and falls down. I see all of these girls who walk
around with pants that show their belly button and underwear.
Your clerks suggest that there is only one look. If that is true,
then girls are supposed to walk around half naked. I think that
you should change that." (sic) Two Nordstrom executives
responded, promising they would educate employees on the fashion

WASHINGTON (AP) - U.S. officials have obtained new intelligence
deemed highly credible indicating al-Qaida or other terrorists
are in the United States and preparing to launch a major
attack this summer, The Associated Press has learned. The intelligence
does not include a time, place or method of attack but is among
the most disturbing received by the government since the attacks
of Sept. 11, 2001, according to a senior federal counter terrorism
official who spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity
Tuesday.
Of most concern, the official said, is that terrorists may
possess and use a chemical, biological or radiological weapon
that could cause much more damage and casualties than a conventional
bomb.
 "There
is clearly a steady drumbeat of information that they are going
to attack and hit us hard," said the official, who described
the intelligence as highly credible. The official declined to
provide any specifics about the sources of the information but
said there was an unusually high level of corroboration.
Despite that, the official said there was no immediate plan
to raise the nation's terrorism threat level from yellow, or
elevated, to orange, or high. The threat level has been at yellow
- midpoint on the five-color scale - since January.
- Attorney General John Ashcroft and FBI Director Robert Mueller
plan a news conference Wednesday to outline an intensive effort
by law enforcement, intelligence and homeland security officials
to detect and disrupt any potential plots. And the FBI plans
to dispatch a bulletin to some 18,000 state and local law enforcement
agencies warning of the threat. The FBI also has already created
a special task force that is focused solely on dealing with this
summer's threat. The task force, whose existence until recently
was classified, is intended to ensure that no valuable bits of
information or intelligence fall through the cracks - as happened

- BUSH AIDES BLOCK CLINTON'S PAPERS FROM 9/11 PANEL

E. Sanger - WASHINGTON, April 1 — The commission investigating
the Sept. 11 attacks said on Thursday that it was pressing the
White House to explain why the Bush administration had blocked
thousands of pages of classified foreign policy and counterterrorism
documents from former President Bill Clinton's White House files
from being turned over to the panel's investigators.The commission
and the White House were reacting to public complaints from former
aides to Mr. Clinton, who said they had been surprised to learn
in recent months that three-quarters of the nearly 11,000 pages
of files the former president was ready to offer the commission
had been withheld by the Bush administration. The former aides
said the files contained highly classified documents about the
Clinton administration's efforts against Al Qaeda. The commission
said it was awaiting a full answer from the White House on why
any documents were withheld.

- IS YELLOWSTONE READY TO BLOW IT'S CORK?

- Friday October 10,2003 4:44am(cdt)
- I was in a very large underground military or research facility
though not sure where. It was a huge open room with several hundred
people working or standing in small groups discussing what appeared
to be computer print-outs and maps.
- I saw rows of computers with men and women sitting in front
of them. I saw seismic drums along one wall(about 100 of them)all
in a row. Next to each of these were metal bins of some sort
and they were catching computer print-outs from these drums?
- Have never seen metal bins like these next to seismic drums.
Several people were retrieving the print-outs from the bins and
then didcussing them.
- The most prominent feature in this open area was a huge screen
upon one wall displaying a map of the US, Canada, and Mexico.
- All the states were outlined and labeled, including Canada
and Mexico. There was a large Red circle(shaded in)covering Yellowstone
Park and some of its surrounding areas.
- Beyond this there was a very large irregular area of the
US and Canada and a tiny part of Mexico shaded in Orange. All
of WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CO, NM, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, MN, WI, IA,
MO, IL, LA, AR were covered in Orange.
- Northern California, most of NV, UT and, TX were also shaded
in Orange. The areas of Canada which border on the US were also
shaded Orange with the largest area being to the north and east
of MN. Southwestern BC and Vancouver Island were shaded in Orange
and a small area of Mexico just below NM and the Big Bend of
TX.
- There were shaded areas extending over the Pacific from the
Queen Charlotte Islands down to San Francisco. Only the the northeastern
part of AZ was shaded. The western areas of IN, TN, and MS were
also shaded in Orange.
- There were other smaller screens on each side of the huge
one. These screens showed the same map of US, Canada, Mexico
but appeared to be some kind of weather tracking maps. They showed
weather radar, wind directions, the jet streams,satellite images,
aviation info and the like.
- Now I have no clue what exactly was occurring but there was
clearly a situation and the people in the room were looking very
intense, worried and they were all very busy, not one slacker
in the room.
- From the looks of it, Yellowstone seemed to be at the center
of all this activity as it was circled in bright Red on the huge
map. I do not know what the Orange shading was about.
- This is all I recall. I was awakened by a loud electronic
sound in my ear and I sat up looked at my clock which read 4:44am(again!).
- I've been reading my journals and believe this is added information
related to yesterday morning's dream which I posted below, and
also the dream of October 3rd which I also posted.
- I wasn't able to get back yesterday due to the weather so
will catch up as much as possible now before the next round of
storms rolls in. Something's happening and it's not making the

- When President Bill Clinton on October 19, 1993 pronounced
regarding Somalia that his administration was engaging in a political
process "to see how we can...do all the things the United
Nations ordered to do," conservatives were outraged. How
could a president be so deferential to the Socialist-dominated
U.N.?
- But then in President George W. Bush's April 13, 2004 press
conference, after he explained his initiative in Iraq was critical
to the freedom of the world, he said he was waiting for U.N.
envoy Lakhdar Brahimi to tell him to whom sovereignty would be
turned over on June 30 there! This is amazing, given that once
sovereignty is turned over to the Iraqis, they eventually can
tell us what we can and can't do there militarily.
- However, conservatives shouldn't really be surprised, as
President George W. Bush and his father at times have expressed
a deference toward the U.N. And the current President Bush in
late September of last year said: "I do think it would be
helpful to get the United Nations in to help write a constitution
(for Iraq). I mean, they're good at that. Or, perhaps when an
election starts, they'll oversee the election."

- The IGLHRC said the U.N. Commission on Human Rights Resolution
on Sexual Orientation and Human Rights is the "first one
in the history of the United Nations that specifically, and unambiguously,
spells out that abuses on the basis of sexual orientation are
human rights violations."
- The Human Rights Commission is scheduled to meet March 15
to April 25 in Geneva, Switzerland.
- "This resolution would be the first United Nations Commission
on Human Rights resolution to connect the full range of human
rights to sexual orientation, and to condemn discrimination on
its basis," said Paula Ettelbrick, IGLHRC's executive director
said.
- IGLHRC called last April's introduction of the resolution
