- Keep in mind when you read the following Scripture that
the major theme of this letter is that the Church is the body
of Christ.. The key idea is that a body has individual
parts that must operate as a unit. God's plan is to bring
all believers together with Christ as the head.

introduce ourselves. We were Mormons for 20 years and prayed
about a ministry and six months later God led us to the truth:
out of the cult. From there information about all the cults and
the present development came to us and we have moved what we

- ::We believe every word in the KJV Bible and believe it is
the Word of God and that Jesus is the Christ, God Himself, who
spilled His blood on the cross for our sins and rose again to
prepare a place for those who accept 'His' righteousness as their
righteousness. They are those who accept Jesus Christ as their

raptured in a pretribulation Rapture to live with God, His Son

- IS PERSECUTION THE WRATH OF GOD?
- :: The ministry received an inquiry and this is what followed:
"I think what you are worried about is the wrath which happens
during the tribulation because persecution is a permanent part
of the Christian walk. The word persecution means harassment
or annoyances in a manner to injure, afflict or grieve because
of one's belief. Here is what Jesus said about that:
:: "Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute
you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for
my sake." (Matthew 5:11)
:: "Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant
is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they
will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will
keep yours also." (John 15:20)
- :: There is a lot running around on the net right now about
concentration camps for Christians. The Bible says not to worry
about our lives, because we have already died to ourselves when
we are saved. We have become a new man/woman in Christ.
- :: Where the Jews are concerned we have a different story.
Jesus was addressing the Jews in the New Testament. They went
through and are still going through nothing but persecution because
they still reject God's Son as their Savior and Deliverer.
- :: The wrath is another story but again Jesus was telling
the Jews to flee from the wrath because they are not saved like
the church already is during the tribulation. The church is nowhere
to be found during the tribulation which means the church has
been taken up. Many refute that as a lie. What I'm writing comes
from the KJV Bible.
- :: Most Jews have been so blinded that they will need a new
heart literally which is not the case with Gentiles. They get
a circumcision of the heart when they get saved.
- :: Here we have the Apostle Paul talk to the Gentiles when
they asked about the Rapture:
:: "And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised
from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath
to come." (1 Thessalonians 1:10) Notice
it says "the wrath to come..". What does that tell
you? The wrath is in the future, right? This is about the pre-tribulation
Rapture when we are called up into the clouds to meet Jesus.
That last trump in 1 Thess 4:16 is not the final trumpet. It
is the last trump of a Jewish wedding because what is transpiring
are wedding preparations for the wedding of the church / Bride
of Christ to Jesus Christ who is the Bridegroom.
- :: In a Jewish traditional wedding the Bridegroom declares
the future wedding and the Bride waits in her Father's house
for Him to prepare a place for her (that is during the tribulation
in heaven the waiting period) :: The actual wedding is at the
end of the Tribulation.
- "For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that
we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall
not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall
descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel,
and with the "trump of God:" and the dead in Christ
shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be
caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord
in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore
comfort one another with these words." (1
Thessalonians 4:15-18)
- :: The church will not be present when the Antichrist comes
on the scene. The Holy Spirit resides in believers and when He
is removed the church will have to be removed too. Until then
the tribulation cannot begin.

- WHY DOES THIS UNITY OF RELIGIONS IN THE UNIFICATION OF THE
WORLD NOT APPLY TO EPHESIANS 4:1-13 ? - AUSTRALIA
:: [The author likens it to a travelog] again it did bear an
uncanny resemblance to last Sunday’s parish bulletin from
our local community spirituality centre. Or it could have been
a quote from the Melbourne-based jesuit quarterly, Australian
Catholics, which all the bishops of Australia, .... , provide
free-of-charge to all the parishes as befits a publication bearing
such a lovely and tolerant name. But what is that to our correspondent
and to us? Then it struck. Eureka! Of course, the mystery citation
could be none other than Pope John Paul II. Trained in the theatre
and a specialist in the philosophy of phenomenology, Karl Wojtyla
is possibly among other things the greatest actor the world has
ever seen. The great man leaves Sir Lawrence Olivier for dead.
Why? Because when Wojtyla acts, he actually becomes what he acts.
Whereas when Olivier acts, the character becomes Olivier.
:: A true maestro, all things to all men like St Paul, and mesmerisingly
charming, John Paul knows how to tap into the deepest wellsprings
of a culture. He knows how to tap the heartstrings of a people.
No matter which of the hundreds of different nations he has visited,
he has left them all spellbound. His world travels have been
a veritable labor of the sun. Indeed the prophet of the popes
Malachy of Armagh 1000 years in advance endowed him that name
which more tersely than a whole biography sums up the soul of
his apostolate: The Labor Of The Sun. (And if you don’t
believe me, wasn’t the Melbourne Sun newspaper totally Labor
in its editorial on the morning of the recent victorian election?
Which only goes to show!)
:: Everyone loves John Paul II and we too love a Quiz Show. So
let’s keep playing the guessing game with our reader. Is
the quote not perhaps an extract from one of the speeches given
by John Paul when he came to Sydney in 1995 to beatify Mary McKillop?
Say, the Mass at Randwick Racetrack? John Paul knows that the
way to unite the family of man is through reawakening our most
ancient traditions. Such as this month’s gathering of 10,000
Australian Druids, Catholics, naturists and others on the beach
at Ceduna South Australia for that grand ceremony of catharsis
and rebirth, of fearful death and joyful resurrection: the solar
eclipse. Once again there it is. The labor of the sun! Did you
not know that during the birth of Karl Wojtyla in Poland on May
18 1920 there occurred over the city of Cracow on that day, yes
you guessed, a solar eclipse?
:: People are always expecting him to die but we believe they
are mistaken. This man has a will. His twilight is will be brighter
yet and no anticlimax. Be that as it may, everyone is asking,
what will his legacy be? Apart from an eternal rest from his
whirlwind of labours defending the wee small voice of truth so
tragically eclipsed in this darkening valley of tears, it will
be this. What greater thing does humankind share in common than
nature and our joyful celebration of it?
:: All Australian bishops are united with John Paul in praying
for peace through community and for unity through communion with
our timeless traditions that are so true to our nature. Smoke,
sun, moon, Uluru (formerly Ayers Rock), four sacred elements,
dancing around the sanctuary of fire. These are some of the evocative
imaginings that today’s Australians, who are such a nature-loving
people, are assimilating, thanks to the Aborigines and John Paul,
he confirming his brothers the bishops. From kindergarten to
yoga class, from Earth Day to winter festival, the people are
learning all is one and one is all. As that great peacemaker
Franklin Delano Roosevelt noted, and Pope John Paul II adopted
for his motto: Fear not! For we have nothing to fear but fear
itself. And what is there dividing us but division itself? [

- VATICAN-SPONSORED WITCHCRAFT

has given two thumbs up to Harry Potter, according to a published
report in the Toronto Star. The article's headline reads: "Pope
approves Potter: Boy wizard poses no problem for the Vatican,"
while a Wiccan publication "The Witches’ Voice,"
credits Harry Potter for the recent teen fascination with witchcraft.
- "Teen Witches are popping up everywhere. TV shows like
Charmed, Buffy, Sabrina and movies like Practical Magic and Harry
Potter have awoken Teens to a modern, magical world of spell
casting and personal empowerment and they can't get enough!"
reports the Witches’ website in a promotion for a new book.
Witching - A Handbook for Teen Witches by Fiona Horne teaches
teens "how they can turn on to positive Witchcraft."
It teaches spells to help solve problems at school, home and
everywhere, say the promoters.
- :: Perhaps the Vatican just isn’t up on Potter’s
influence in culture in spite of the fact that their spokesperson
is a member of the "Pontifical Council for Culture."
"I don’t think there’s anyone in this room who
grew up without fairies, magic and angels in their imaginary
world," said the Rev. Don Fleetwood in response to reports
that "some evangelical groups have condemned the series
for glamorizing magic and the occult."
- :: Since when did the fairy tales of yesteryear lead teens
to want to practice magic? I never got that out of Snow White,
Cinderella, or Sleeping Beauty. Some people testify that the
1960s TV hits, Bewitched and I Dream of Jeannie had some influence,
but they are mild compared to today’s popular witches.
- Vatican spokesman Fleetwood praised Harry Potter’s author
J. K. Rowling as a "Christian by conviction, is Christian
in her mode of living, even in her way of writing." He insists
that her writings have helped "children to see the difference
between good and evil." This is just another case of the
Roman Catholic Church’s mixture of the holy and the profane.

- REVISED EDITION OF 'THE KINGDOM OF THE CULTS' IN THE WINGS
- :: Work continues on the new, revised edition of Walter Martin's
classic textbook, The Kingdom of the Cults. In a move that has
pleased many in countercult circles, prominent apologist and
popular speaker Ravi Zacharias has been appointed new general
editor. CRI president Hank Hanegraaff, general editor of the
1997 edition, was dumped from the project, along with managing
editor Gretchen Passantino over a variety of issues that include
the ongoing CRI scandal.
- :: Several chapters will be deleted from the forthcoming
Zacharias edition, including Bob and Mrs. Passantino's widely
discredited chapter on mind control that was inserted into the
book, despite the fact that it varied greatly from views held
by Martin himself -- and from practically the entire countercult
movement! The poor research evident in this chapter and its obvious
faulty logic was among a number of issues behind the decision
by various discernment ministries not to embrace the 1997 edition.
However, in recent days, Hank Hanegraaff's name was deleted from
the paperback cover as General Editor and a statement was inserted
at the beginning of the controversial Passantino chapter that
asserts among other things that "some colleagues of Dr.
Martin, as well as his family, believe his views on the issue
of cult mind-control are that some people enter cults with their
eyes wide open, and others are gradually ensnared, even coerced,
through brainwashing techniques. He believed brainwashing was

EVANGELIST FRANKLIN GRAHAM SAYS THAT AMERICA IS BEING 'ISLAMIZED'

- America is gradually being "Islamized" even while
Islamic countries squelch religious freedom within their borders,
evangelist Franklin Graham claims.
Graham spoke in an interview published Thursday by the Asheville
Citizen-Times. Graham, 50, is the son of well-known evangelist
Billy Graham and is his father's named successor.

- "Our country is slowly being, very quietly, being Islamized
by huge contributions from Saudi Arabia to our universities to
pay for Islamic studies, to support Islamic causes in this country,"
Graham told the paper's editors. "I don't have a problem
with that, but I can't go to Saudi Arabia and take even a Bible.
I can't go to Saudi Arabia with a Bible. They will confiscate
it."
A Temple University professor of Islamic studies and comparative
religion expressed concern about the comments.
"It's really the tone of Mr. Graham's remarks and his general
kind of sweeping statements that are most disturbing," Professor
Mahmoud Ayoub said Thursday.
Saudi money donated to American universities usually comes from
individuals who have studied in the United States and is not
directed at spreading Islam, said Ayoub, a native of Lebanon.
"In fact, I have argued to donors like the Saudis and others
that they should have a little more say in how their money is
spent," Ayoub said. "They don't have any say."

of the U.K. commits itself to the task. Toni Blair [a practicing
Catholic] spoke on 11.11.2002 about Orthodox Christianity versus
Muslims and that Christians need to reach out to Muslims.He reminded
Muslims that English and American military were protecting Muslims
in Korsovo not Christians. Milosovich, a Christian, was incarcerated
eventually and is awaiting prosecution in World Court run by
the United Nations. He encouraged the Palestinians and Israelis
to get to a final settlement quickly to end the despair by making
two states out of Israel.
"There is a dark shadow over the world that fanatics have
built.. Investments into Afghanistan will pay dividends over
and over. We have to build bridges of understanding each others
religion and practice interfaith. Moderate Islam needs
to cultivate knowledge and finally gain a sense of justice and
coalitions of force or common ideas about a shared agenda. The
broader agenda needs full US leadership, NATO and Russia. The
crisis all over the world demands a broad agenda to unity.

as the second largest "Protestant" church in North

George Sweeting, Joseph Stowell, Tony Evens, and David Jeremiah...
- :: The classics the women's ministry were instructing us
to "avail to" were mystical writings from around the
forth to fifteenth century. The mystics taught how to unclutter
the mind and remove any rational thought so the mind is totally
passive. This opened them up for the "Presence of God"
which is actually a form of Zen meditation. Quaker quietists
believe in a similar manner that "God is within" and
they believe a "Quiet Revolution" is coming and declare
there will be a coming incomparable "harvest." They
are predicting the greatest harvesting of souls in the history
of the world. An important difference to understand is that the
Holy Spirit indwells us when we accept Jesus Christ and the occult
meaning behind the concept of "the god within," "the
light within," or "the Christ within" has a different
meaning...

Last fall's women's classes were equally disturbing in topics.
Meditation techniques and the writings and traditions from the
Jesuits, the Quakers, and the Black church are being mixed

- CHRISTIAN BLINDNESS TO WHAT'S REALLY HAPPENING
:: What is it about Christian evangelicals that can anger them
over such "PENNY-ante" Democratic Party calumnies as
Whitewater and Travelgate while at the same time rendering them
blind to the MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR scandals of their allies in
the Republican Party?
- Could it be that they are - in a very real way - being "paid
off" for their silence with such "goodies" as
the "Faith-Based Initiative" and corporate sponsorship
of much of their "faith-based" social and cultural

a MINDSET that cannot be overcome by an appeal to reason, or

is leading to - while at the same time inclining Christians to
believe that Bush is "doing the Lord's work" in making

- CALVARY CHAPEL IS ECUMENICAL
- :: Calvary Chapels is touted to be easy-going, worldly, ecumenical
philosophy that is very dangerous, even more so because they
have many good qualities. A visitor describes Calvary Chapel
were kind and helpful. This was our first visit to any Calvary
Chapel.
- :: As the service began the worship team of six men led the
congregation in singing, using their guitars, drums, and keyboard.
Five men had neat haircuts and one had shoulder length hair.
All had open shirts with no tie or coat. The senior pastor, Ron
Wilkins, who later made the announcements, also had no tie or
coat.
- :: In general the congregation was dressed casually with
the men in jeans without tie or coat. The women mostly wore slacks
and shorts, with a few in dresses. In observing how the Calvary
Chapel people were dressed down, I was thinking that if they
had a private audience with the president of the United States
would they dress up and not down?
- :: In the mid 1960s Chuck Smith took over the pastorate of
the non-denominational Calvary Chapel in Costa Mesa, California.
(He had started his ministry in the Four Square Pentecostal denomination.)
By the early 1970s, this church became the center for the Jesus
People Movement, which allowed hippie types to bring their worldly
appearance and rock music over into their Christian lives. (We
believe in the 'come as you are' philosophy, but we also believe
in the 'leave as He is' philosophy. In other words, we believe
that Christians should make the unsaved feel welcome in their
midst to hear the gospel, but we believe that the gospel, when
received, changes a person’s life, so that he has a new
life, new look, new philosophy, new music, etc.) This worldly
philosophy has spread endless confusion and compromise throughout
churches around the world. Smith felt that his ministry in Costa
Mesa was established through a prophetic vision. Today there
are more than 600 Calvary Chapels in the United States, Canada,
and abroad.
- :: The Calvary Chapels have a biblical gospel, preach a pretribulational
rapture, and focus on expository Bible teaching from Genesis
to Revelation. They are very zealous evangelistically. But they
are also very ecumenical and allow for unscriptural charismatic
experiences. John Wimber, founder of the Vineyard movement, came
out of the Calvary Chapel movement.

- ECUMENISM:
- :: "We are not a denominational church, nor are we opposed
to denominations as such, only their over-emphasis of doctrinal
differences that have led to the division of the body of Christ.
We believe that the only true basis of Christian fellowship is
His (Agape) love, which is greater than any differences we possess
and without which we have no right to claim ourselves Christians"
(Statement of Faith, Calvary Chapel, Costa Mesa).
- :: Chuck Smith, founder of the Calvary Chapels, is very ecumenical.
In a 1993 book he says: "We should realize that we're all
part of the Body of Christ and that there aren't any real divisions
in the Body. We’re all one . What a glorious day when we
discover that God loves the Baptists! -- And the Presbyterians,
and the Methodists, and the Catholics . We’re all His and
we all belong to Him. We see the whole Body of Christ, and we
begin to strive together rather than striving against one another".

- :: Chuck Smith’s ecumenism is also evident from a statement
quoted in the December 1995 issue of Sojourner magazine. "Paul
points out that some say, ‘I’m of Paul,’ while
others say, ‘I’m of Apollos.’ He asked, ‘Isn’t
that carnal?’ But what’s the difference between saying
that or saying, ‘I’m a Baptist,’ ‘I’m
a Presbyterian,’ ‘I’m a Methodist,’ ‘I’m
a Catholic’? I have found that the more spiritual a person
becomes, the less denominational he is. We should realize that
we’re all part of the Body of Christ and that there aren’t
any real divisions in the Body. We’re all one."
- :: A prominent Calvary Chapel representative is Greg Laurie,
who is a frequent speaker at Promise Keepers meetings and the
Billy Graham Training Center.
- CHARISMATIC GIFTS IN GENERAL:
- :: "We believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit mentioned
in the Scriptures are valid for today if they are exercised within
the scriptural guidelines." (Statement of Faith, Calvary
Chapel, Costa Mesa).
- TONGUES: "When you're alone in your closet, when you
are among believers in an after-glow prayer service, you can
speak in tongues -- and you can pray to God. Why? Because nobody
is going to benefit from tongues. You know who’s going to
benefit? Paul says? only the Lord. Because nobody understands
what you're saying. Only the Holy Spirit knows what you’re
saying" (A Raul Ries Bible study; tape #IN44-5, Acts 1:8;
Calvary Chapel, West Covina, CA).
- BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT:
- ::"The Baptism with the Holy Spirit is a definite occurrence,
subsequent to salvation, whereby the Third Person of the Godhead
comes upon the believer to anoint and energize him for Spiritual
service" (Greg Laurie’s web site, as linked from the
Calvary Chapel main web page).
- CONTEMPORARY CHRISTIAN MUSIC AND CHRISTIAN ROCK MUSIC.
- :: The Calvary Chapels continue to be centers for contemporary
music and Christian Rock Music. For example, Before You Breath
is a "second-generation Jesus music" group which has
a web site linked from the main Calvary Chapel web page. The
group is composed of Joel and Beverly Wild of Calvary Chapel,
Merrit Island, Florida. Before You Breath’s debut album
"Wide Open Future" features edgy, new agey, music with
shallow, sometimes obscure lyrics and a vague, undefined gospel.

- :: Though Chuck Smith and Calvary Chapels claim to be opposed
to the more radical charismatic experiences, they associate closely
with those who are involved in them. Chuck Smith and another
well-known Calvary Chapel leader, Chuck Missler, hosted the "Praise
the Lord" broadcast in 2000. This is the program headed
up by Paul Crouch, who praises Pope John Paul II and who supports
"holy laughter," "seed faith," "spirit
slaying," "the word of faith," and practically
every strange, unscriptural doctrine and practice found in the
charismatic movement today. Robert Hurzeler, who was a deacon
at a Calvary Chapel before he came out of that movement, warns:
"Chuck Smith’s compromise has a huge impact on those
who attend the various Calvary Chapel churches and who identify
strongly with him, for it implies that this network and its blasphemous
‘word of faith’ teachings have his stamp of approval.
After all, if the gifts of miracles, tongues and prophecy are
for today, who would dare question or judge TBN’s ministry?
- :: I have heard Chuck Smith warn people about unscrupulous
televangelists on his various radio ministries, but he rarely
names the people or programs against whom he is speaking. . .
. How can church leaders warn God’s people if they remain
silent for the most part and go so far as to participate with
and, thereby, endorse those who promote unscriptural teachings
for profit?
- :: When church leaders fail to separate and speak out against
the ‘wolves in sheep’s clothing’ that permeate
the Charismatic movement, new believers as well as those who
have been poorly taught suffer much confusion. I did not know
what to think about the sign and revelatory gifts when I attended
Calvary Chapel. I was in a perpetual fog about the person and
function of God the Holy Spirit. I was never certain whether
or not one or two baptisms existed. I often wondered, if all
the spiritual gifts were still for today, why had I never met
or even heard of anyone who had the gifts of healing or miracles.
I am not referring to the theatrics and alleged miracles displayed
on TBN, but to genuine miracles such as described in Acts chapter

- A SHIFT IN FOCUS LEADS ASTRAY
:: The Hitler regime was a cult like any other cult. The flag
took the place of the cross. Mormonism is a cult. Temple marriage
as a way to celestial bliss, takes the place of the cross. Jehovah
Witnesses are a cult. The Watchtower 144,000 and millennial bliss
for the underlings takes the place of the cross. Jim Jones led
a cult. Suicide took the place of the cross. Islam is a cult.
Mekka takes the place of the cross. The 'Spirit of Unity' of
all religions and ethnicities are about to become a cult which
is about to replace the cross. A cult demands strict obedience
to whatever the focal point is. All else is considered to be
a danger to a cult in other words they are to be considered enemies
and not to be associated with.
:: No foreigners allowed in Germany during the Hitler regime.
Non-Mormons are not allowed in temples or their sacrament meetings.
The same can be applied to all cults. That should ring bells
about the 'Spirit of Unity.'

under the Bush administration. He states the following about
the book 'Hitler's Cross': the author is able to effectively
link up many political and religious facts in a most interesting
way . It gave me a real appreciation for Democracy and the value
of freedom in this country. It also is reflective as to the account
of Hitler's strategy and method in taking over Germany, makes
one wonder if it could happen again, if conditions were right.
This book is a definite asset and companion to Shirer's Rise

wrote the following about the book: Hitler's Cross. The author,
Erwin Lutzer, gives a harrowing description of the Third Reich.
When Hitler came to power Germany was in economic chaos and the
people in despair. Hitler promised to restore Germany to it's
former greatness.
- :: When Hitler came to power he began to dismantle the Christian
church and replace it with the nationalistic German church. The
cross was replaced by the swatiska.. The German church preached
complete obedience to the national leadership. Hitler then started
his policy of "racial purity" and believed Germany
will return to its greatness if it returns to it's Aryan roots.
This was the beginning of the extermination of the Jews.[Ednote:

- There were Christians that did stand up to Hitler. Two of
these was Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Martin Niemoeller. They formed
the resistance church called the confession church. They preached
that the cross must be supreme and be above all symbols.

to strengthen and purify his church. In the presence of this
great evil many Christians willingly laid down their lives to
oppose Hitler and to save the Jews. Lutzer explains that when
the cross is removed the full force of human evil is released.
I believe the holocaust shows that when God is removed there
is nothing to stop evil. Many secular humanists believe that
good can come from man and we do not need God. The events of
WWII prove otherwise. Lutzer explains that the removal of Christ
with nationalism dates back to 19th century German philosophy.
Georg Hegel taught that the national state must be supreme and
Fredrick Nietzche taught that Christianity was weak and that
God was dead.
- :: Erwin Lutzer makes strong parallels to the U.S. He compares
the plight of the Jews during the holocaust to the plight of
unborn babies under abortion. He states that the secular world
is trying to purge Christianity from the public sector. Today
people are getting into trouble at work and school for professing
their beliefs. This book was written before the tragedy of Columbine
High School. I feel that a lot of the school violence is due
to the fact that Jesus was removed from our public schools. Lutzer
states that The United States is marching down the same road
that NAZI Germany did by having the voice of the church suppressed
by the national government. But, on the other hand Christian
fundamentalists are using the same tactics. They are trying to
force the country to follow their brand of Christianity and their
own personal political agenda. Homosexuals and anyone else who
is contrary to the Christian right are being treated the same
way that Hitler treated the Jews... I believe in personal
accountability. I am only accountable to God for myself not
anybody else...

- PROFOUNDLY DISTURBING
- :: August 6, 2002 Gregory Nyman from Winchendon, MA writes,
Erwin Lutzer has taken the lid off Nazi Germany and the life
of Hitler, to show an immense knowledge and understanding of
what took place prior to the Nazi's rise, as well as how it continued
to the very end. Not only that, he writes with compassion and
passion about where the Church of Germany stood in relation to
Hitler, and how eventually, with the exception of Dietrich Bonhoeffer
and Martin Niemoller and a small handful of believers, the Church
of Jesus Christ in Germany fell into the hands of the Fuehrer.
Lutzer warns that the Church in the United States faces similar
challenges and he shows some similarities between the two nations,
and warns that we, too, in this country have to guard against
unchecked nationalism and embracing one particular party over
another because of the words of the particular leaders. Just
because peace, prosperity, and the like is preached and promised,
doesn't amount to squat, the Mr. Lutzer gives a stern admonition
to those who might believe that our current political system
is one which has been sanctioned by God. It was clear that the
Nazi's believed that to be the case, and many sincere believers
in Germany who believed they were doing God's work. Unfortunately,
history showed them to be in error. Highly disturbing and sobering
reading. An incredible and magnificent description of events.

- NEW TESTAMENT EXAMPLES OF PEOPLE FALLING DOWN
- 1. Believers sometimes fell down before Christ to worship
Him (Mt. 2:11; 18:26; Lk. 17:16; Jn. 11:32; 1 Cor. 14:25).
The term "fall down" is sometimes used in Scripture
to describe worship (Ps. 72:11; Is. 44:19; 46:6; Dan. 3:5; Mt.
4:9; Rev. 4:10; 5:8,14; 19:4).
- 2. The disciples fell down on their faces and were
afraid on the Mt. of Transfiguration (Mt. 17:6).
- 3. The men who took Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane went
backward and fell down when he spoke the words, "I am he"
(Jn. 18:6).
- 4. Saul fell to the ground when the Lord appeared to him
on the road to Damascus (Acts 9:4).
- 5. Ananias fell down when he was stricken of God for his
sin (Acts 5:5).
- 6. John fell at Christ's feet "as dead"
in Rev. 1:17.
How are these examples different from that which is experienced
in the Charismatic movement?
:: The instances of falling down in the New Testament have
no similarity whatsoever with the "spirit slaying"
phenomenon that is part and parcel with the Charismatic movement.
In the New Testament, there was no laying on of hands preceding
the falling down. In fact, there was no human instrumentality
whatsoever in any of the instances of falling in the Bible. There
was no spastic jerking. There was no "Holy Spirit
glue" which kept someone from rising. There was no
laughter connected with the falling. There was no repetition
of the falling. There was no teaching on falling.
There were no people queuing up in lines waiting to fall.
There were no repetitive choruses preparing people for mystical
experiences. There was no one yelling "Fire!"
and "More, Lord!" and such things.
:: David Cloud stated: "Friends, I refuse to participate
in or support any alleged "revival" that includes "Spirit
slaying" or uncontrollable laughter or spiritual drunkenness
or other manifestations that are so patently contrary to what
we see in the New Testament Scriptures. Charismatic leaders say,
"Don't worry about the manifestations." That is unscriptural
and extremely dangerous advice. We are instructed to prove ALL
things (1 Thessalonians 5:21). Charismatic leaders say, "Just
open up and don't be so uptight; lighten up and let God do what
He pleases." That is unscriptural. We want God to be in
absolute control of our lives and churches, but it is folly and
rebellion to ignore the fact that God's Word warns repeatedly
of false spirits and false teachers. The Apostle Peter did not
counsel us to open up and lighten up. Instead, he warned: "BE
SOBER, BE VIGILANT; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring
lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter
5:8). To be vigilant is to be on alert, on guard, on the outlook
for enemies and deception. This is the very opposite of the "spirit
slaying" experience whereby the Christian allegedly "goes
out under the power." To be sober and vigilant means I will
not submit myself to an experience whereby by consciousness and
vigilance are violated.

the Taliban it's largely melded into the village environment
so we believe it's no longer appropriate to be using our special
forces. Terror is globalised, militant Islamic terrorism may
have had its birth in the Middle East and may continue to be
supported from the Middle East but it's now being expressed across
the world. In relation to the issue of weapons of mass destruction,
that is globalised as well. We have a very real vested interest
in limiting the potential of weapons of mass destruction."

LOOKING BACK PRIOR TO THE WAR ON IRAQ: BUSH SAYS 'MOMENT OF TRUTH'

Lajes Airbase, Azores (March 16) - U.S. President George W. Bush
said on Sunday the United Nations has only one more day to find
a diplomatic end to the Iraq crisis before the United States
moves to a war footing.
- "We concluded that tomorrow is a moment of truth for
the world," Bush said after an emergency summit with the
leaders of Britain, Spain and Portugal on the windswept Azores
Islands in the eastern Atlantic.
- Bush said the U.N. Security Council must agree on Monday
on a new resolution authorising war against Iraq, and left no
doubt that the United States and its like-minded allies would
otherwise invade Iraq without U.N. backing.
- "Tomorrow's the day that we will determine whether or
not diplomacy can work," Bush said.
- Iraqi President Saddam Hussein vowed that his country would
fight back "anywhere in the world" if invaded.
- "When the enemy opens the war on a large scale, it should
realize that the battle between us will be waged wherever there
is sky, earth and water anywhere in the world," he said
in comments reported by the state news agency only minutes after
Bush had finished speaking.
- Bush, pursuing a global "war against terror" in
the wake of the September 11 attacks on the United States, branded
Saddam a sponsor of terrorism and again demanded that he surrender
his alleged weapons of mass destruction or be disarmed by force.
- IRAQ DENIES POSSESSING NUCLEAR, CHEMICAL OR BIOLOGICAL ARMS
- Prime Ministers Jose Maria Aznar of Spain and Tony Blair
of Britain said one final round of diplomatic contacts would
be made on Monday, in a last-ditch effort to win agreement on
an ultimatum for Saddam.
- Diplomatic analysts said the leaders' statements sounded
like the start of a countdown to war -- irrespective of whether
agreement could be reached at the deeply divided United Nations.
- "If I were an Iraqi, I would be waiting for the bombs
to start falling any time from tomorrow night," said Rosemary
Hollis of the Royal Institute of International Affairs in London.
- "The message Bush was sending to Saddam was, 'Forget
it, we're coming to get you'," said British analyst Toby
Dodge.
- There seemed little chance of reaching agreement in the U.N.
Security Council, where France and Russia want weapons inspectors
to have more time and have vowed to veto any resolution that
could be seen as authorizing war.
- Blair challenged U.N. members to make their mind up "overnight"
on a second resolution over Iraq, but expressed little hope an
11th-hour consensus could be reached.
- "It is difficult to know how we can resolve this,"
Blair told reporters on his plane back to London.
- Bush appeared to be allowing diplomacy one more day in an
attempt to give Blair and Aznar political cover to say all diplomatic
options had been exhausted. Both face bitter opposition at home
to war.
- The three leaders were to make a flurry of phone calls to
Security Council members in a last-ditch effort to seek an international
consensus.
- But U.S. officials said the resolution could be withdrawn
with no vote if it was headed for clear defeat at the United
Nations.
- WAR PREPARATIONS
- Only hours after the summit finished, the U.S. State Department
said it had ordered non-essential diplomats and all embassy dependents
out of Kuwait, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Damascus because of the
threat of possible war with Iraq.
- U.S. officials said the president was prepared to deliver
a nationally televised address warning Americans of the coming
war as early as Monday, serving Saddam a final ultimatum and
giving humanitarian workers and journalists time to leave Iraq.
- In Washington, U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney told CBS'
"Face the Nation" program that a war would be quick:
"I think it will go relatively quickly.... Weeks rather
than months."
- Bush said war could be avoided if Saddam would go into exile.
"Saddam can leave the country, if he's interested in peace,"
he said.
- But the Iraqi leader was bracing for invasion, 12 years after
the first Gulf War which drove his occupying troops from Kuwait
but left his grip on power intact. Earlier on Sunday he divided
Iraq into four military districts under his command to prepare
for attack by a quarter of a million U.S. and British troops
massed in the Gulf region.
- Saddam again denied having banned weapons and called the
United States "the unjust judge of the world."
- In Kuwait, the staging ground for any assault on Iraq, a
government official said he believed war would start within 10
days. Information Minister Sheikh Ahmad al-Fahd al-Sabah told
a news conference: "I think war is quite near."
- Jeremy Batstone, head of research at NatWest stockbrokers
in London, said financial markets would brace for a mid-week
assault on Iraq.
- "The initial reaction in the market on Monday is that
the oil price will go higher, we will see the dollar weaken,
bond prices rise, and the equity markets will lose some of the
strength that we saw over the course of Thursday and Friday,
although volumes will be extremely thin," he said.
- DIPLOMATIC MOVES
- Bush, Blair and Aznar came to the Azores facing global anti-war
protests and a failure thus far to attract nine votes on the
15-nation Security Council for a new resolution that could provide
important moral backing for war, even if the French or Russians
vetoed the measure.
- "Maybe it's a small chance, a small possibility, but
even if it's one in 1 million, it's always worthwhile fighting
for a political solution," said Portuguese Prime Minister
Jose Manuel Durao Barroso, the summit host.
- Bush, Blair and Aznar showed little interest in signals from
France that it could accept a 30-day or 60-day limit on U.N.
weapons inspections. "Without a credible ultimatum authorizing
force in the event of non-compliance, then more discussion is
just more delay," Blair said.
- Bush specifically criticized the French for their veto threat.
"France showed their cards," he said. "So cards
have been played. And we'll just have to take an assessment after
tomorrow to determine what that card meant."
- French President Jacques Chirac said in an interview with
CBS and CNN before the summit he still believed the disarmament
mission given to weapons inspectors should continue.
- "(France) will not use its veto power to annoy the United
States," he said, according to a verbatim text of the French
language interview released to Reuters.
- "Simply, it (France) considers that there's another
more normal way to proceed which is less dramatic than war, and
that this path should be pursued until there's an impasse, and
that's not the case."
- German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder, interviewed by ZDF television
on Sunday, said "I am now as before of the belief that the
inspectors should have the time that they themselves ask for,
for they are the ones who can judge the situation most honestly
and clearly."
- POST-SADDAM IRAQ
- The summit leaders emphasized their desire to rebuild a post-Saddam
Iraq, in comments that diplomatic analysts took as a further
sign of the inevitability of war.
- "I think it's amazing that Bush didn't actually mention
the war. Instead he leapt straight to the need for reconstruction
and the need for U.N. involvement in that," said British
analyst Dodge.
- The leaders said they were committed to the creation of a
Palestinian state alongside Israel -- addressing critics who
have accused the United States of focusing on Iraq to the detriment
of Middle East peacemaking.

are: 1) Pharmaceuticals are now exempted from lawsuits which
were pending against them for vaccinations that had caused brain
damage to children. 2) Liability claims for injurious Small Pox
vaccinations will have to be filtered through the Federal system
and impunitive damages have been banned. There will be a ceiling
as to how much can be collected by victims. 3) Corporations who
are putting their money offshore were to be punished by not being
able to get contracts from the government which was reversed.
US Corporations who evade income tax by nesting offshore will
be able to get government contracts. Senators were considered
unpatriotic if they voted against the Home Security Bill. Again
this bill was pushed through with lightening speed with a slew
of dangerous provisions. Nobody had time to read the close to
500 pages to see what was in it. One senator stated that he was
expected to hold his nose and pass the bill. He said that Americans
should be alarmed as to what is going on with the Homeland Security

- THE DISINFORMATION CAMPAIGN - ENDURING FREEDOM IS JUST TALK?
- Washington Journal, C-SPAN 11.16.02 The US gave Hussein and
Al-Qaida each $10 billion stated a caller and a Pentagon correspondent,
Bloomberg News, Toni Cappacio did not deny it. War stories about
the Middle East do not resonate with the areas in which they
are supposed to be occurring. Arms sales are instruments of foreign
policies. Listening to a group of correspondents who went to
the war torn countries to report what they saw and said that
most everything was restricted to them. The more interest there
is in a story, the less the access. They get most of their stories
from other news agencies. They have a gentlemen's agreement about
what they can report and have to rely on other news sources for
the big picture. The reporters were pleading to go home because
they were wasting their time.
British control freaks train their reporters first and teach
them ground rules. That was the forerunner of the recent event
putting reporters through similated attacks in the US to hopefully
discourage them from wanting to participate in war episodes.
Andrea Stone of USA Today remembered being locked up in a warehouse
with other journalists. She said that this administration, this
Pentagon, is waging warfare against the press.
Mark Thompson of Time Magazine stated that one can't call or
visit people who have information. Don Rumsfeld becomes the only
source of information. The pools are not working either because
it's too secret.
James Crawley of the San Diego Union-Tribune said that he is
surprised that there is no outrage. He had to sign rules that
he could not ask questions, talk about the activities and he
couldn't get information that hadn't already come out of the
Pentagon. He got the story six month later even though the information
was not classified information.
- Rumsfeld wants civilian control. Commanders use the Press
and the Press plays along with it. Only small issues which don't
matter come out of the Pentagon and these meaningless issues
get magnified. It is a Disinformation Campaign to say the least.

- C-Span - 11-17-2002 - The Queen of England opens Parliament
annually and reads her agenda. About integrating the British
pound into the European Union, she stated, in June of 2003 they
will check the five economic tests to see if they can integrate
their money yet and contribute to a single currency. The meeting
is in Kopenhagen. She plans to increase Britain's aid to the
United Nations Development Goals. She gave Toni Blair nineteen
new bills to work on.

- A GLIMPSE AT KARL ROVE
- In a speech, Karl Rove boasted that he was offered huge scholarships
from Hearst Newspaper philanthropist who also sponsored Dr. Billy
Graham into fame and fortune. Rove was poor at the time and went
to Brigham Young University. He later rose to become a senior
adviser to President Bush. Winning the Presidency was in part
attributed to Rove's expertise. Rove shared this part of his
life from the pulpit of the University of Utah, decorated with
a Beehive (Masonic symbol). He stated that the presidency is
constantly expanding and getting more powerful. A point of interest
I witnessed by Karl Rove before he gave this speech. A powerful
Republican Congressman from Colorado, addressed the Mexican border
issue in Congress. He gave an emphatic speech that 1,000 to 1,500
illegal Mexicans were crossing the border by simply walking across
and hiding eventually in the Colorado mountains on Indian reservations.
He said that he himself went to see how that could be and he
said that the sign indicating the border had been turned around
so Mexicans could not read that they were trespassing and there
were no fences to deter them, they simply walked across. What
is happening in Colorado, his home state, had him really concerned
because these Mexicans are drug dealers and they are controlling
the Indians with drugs to do their bidding.
- Some of the presidential powers apparently rubbed off on
Karl Rove because he demoralized the Republican Congressman publicly,
lit into him by stating that he better not darken the door of
the White House again.
- When I heard the speech, having watched was goes on for some
years now, nobody was listening because the Congressman from
Colorado was out of line in the White House in general. He was
ignorant of what the Administration had signed off in the Treaties
between the US, Canada and Mexico. NAFTA Agreement, some 20,000
pages, were never read by most who signed it, calls for open
borders over time. So much for all the voices like O'Reilly its
just rethoric to keep us thinking they are trying to fix the
problem. They can't fix the problem without reversing NAFTA and
that is impossible considering how far we are into globalism.

- INVESTIGATING COMMITTEE OF PLAUSIBILITY OF VACCINES
- A House Government Reform Committee set up three years ago
to investigate Vaccines & Autism, came together again 12.10.2002.
We video taped the first part of the session for our library,
it was so revealing. Here are some tidbits: The professionals
and doctors who are researching the vaccine have problems getting
the information they need. Their excuse is that parents will
stop vaccinating kids. This committee believes in vaccinations
because it has been a very effective deterrent to certain diseases.
- The committee's aim is to get Mercury removed as a preservative.
It is cheaper to use than other non poisonous agents that are
more expensive products. As time has progressed higher and higher
dosages are given and they are up to 30 times than what is allowed.
The only question remaining is: why do some kids process Mercury
and others don't. There are 400,000 kids, known cases affected
and the problem legally would cost the government $1 trillion
to deal with. These numbers are going to explode to a trillion
cases over the next 50 years if something isn't done about this.
- Senator Dick Armey took pride in the fact that he snuck this
issue into the Home Security Bill the night before is was voted
on 90-9, where parents with autistic children are forced to drop
their lawsuits against the pharmaceuticals. The claimants will
be limited to certain statutes and a 3 year statute of limitation.
Some may not make claims at all. This committee wishes to repeal
this section 1714 - 1717 of the Home Security Bill. The provision
was put into the bill after it was crafted by Republicans and
nobody had time to read it, nor did they expect that anyone would
have tampered with it.
"There was no order, no hearing and it flies in the face
of a just government said Rep. Carolyn Maloney of New York The
question is now with all the vaccinations that are going to take
place in the future, why do they want to protect the manufacturers
of the vaccine unless there are many more coming in the future
which would put the manufacturers out of business. "What
are they worried about?" She called the whole issue a scandal.
The Washington Post had an article about this subject. The Chair
of the committee said that his grandson received 9 shots in one
day and was damaged immediately after the shots with autism.
He showed a video of experiments with mercury on brain cells
and displayed behavior of an autistic child which had many in
tears. He said 1 in 250 are damaged but another who had researched
himself refuted that with 1 in a 150.
Time Magazine had an article stating that over half of these
kids will never speak. Alzheimer is most likely another result
of flu shots in which Mercury is used as a preservative. Mercury
is a neuro toxin causing serious neuroligical disorders due to
it being poison.
Ethyl Mercuries used on crops in Iraq and China resulted in fetal
and infant brain damage resulting in autism. The relationship
has been known for a long time and yet there has been no change
by the manufacturers. Another incident on an island the results
were that the children had problems talking, walking and cognition.
Dosages used were one and a half times of the safe limit and
kids are being overdosed according FDA studies.
A doctor who testified and showed slides of experiments he did,
told that every cell has a component to commit suicide. Mercury
turns on the suicide component in the brain. He proved that the
brain cells turn blue which reveals that the Mercury penetrates
the cells and the green part of the cells appear, which is the
suicide component.

- SENATOR FRIST CALLS FOR SMALLPOX LIABILITY PROTECTION
Senator Frist Supports Proposal as Part of Homeland Security
Bill
- November 13, 2002 - Press Release Of Senator Bill Frist,
M.D. - WASHINGTON, D.C. – With Congress set to take up debate
on passage of the Homeland Security Bill this week, U.S. Senator
Bill Frist (R-TN) today renewed his call for legislation to be
passed this year extending smallpox liability protection for
health workers and facilities administering the vaccine. Frist
made the following statement in support of its inclusion:
- “There is a growing consensus that liability protection
is needed to protect health workers and facilities administering
the smallpox vaccine. Because of the risks associated with the
smallpox vaccine, many health professionals may be unwilling
to give the vaccine without some measure of liability protection.
The threat of lawsuits mustn't be a barrier to protecting the
American people. Providing liability protection within the Homeland
Security Bill or another appropriate legislative vehicle is a
logical step as the nation considers broader implementation of
a smallpox vaccine policy. Ultimately, we'll need to develop
a rational, balanced liability system for the full range of vaccines
and other counter measures needed to protect against disease
and potential biological agents.”
- Negotiators, led by Representative Dick Armey (R-TX), are
considering including a provision in the Homeland Security Bill
that would extend the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) protection
to any person or facility that provides the vaccine under a plan
issued by the federal government. Under the FTCA rules, the federal
government would defend any lawsuit and pay any damages. While
those harmed by a vaccine would be eligible for compensation,
punitive damages generally are not available under FTCA.
- Earlier this year, Frist wrote in a New York Times op-ed
piece that the United States should look to implement a broad
smallpox vaccination policy that would allow Americans to decide
whether they wanted to be vaccinated or not, with informed consent.
The Administration is currently developing key portions of its
smallpox vaccination plan.

17, 2002. He stated that we have to move to an integrated entity

of our economy was foreign trade.
Clinton believes that the exclusion of the FBI and CIA out of
the Home Security Department was a mistake. There should be some
accountability. Before we strip people of their privacy we should
look at technology already there. Massmailers already have the
goods on everybody. Clinton believes agreements with countries
like Russia who has the largest stock of bio weapons such as
anthrax and nuclear weapons, and North Korea admitted building
6 - 8 nuclear bombs and not to forget Pakistan. We should focus
on making partnerships rather than terrorists. The US spends
less than 1% of its budget to foreign aid. Treaties should be
ratified and we should become part of the U.N. Tribunal Court.
We live in a global community of various faiths, tribes and races.

- November 22, 2002 MSNBC's Donahue Show is in trouble. They
have given him a six month reprieve. His show is going to be
taken off the air because of lack of interest. He is featuring
Falwell quite a bit now. The Donahue show associated Al Gore
in people's minds with a strip tease taking her clothes off.
They showed Gore talking to a person on one side of the screen
and the Canadian stripper on the right side on another screen.
- Donahue interviewed the author Dave Brock of the "Blinded
by the Right" who accused the director of Fox News to be
skewed to the Christian Right. Brock said that he investigated
their scripts and found they were manipulated and unbalanced.
Donahue's show featured 3 liberals and 1 conservative. The show
also brought out that there are 37,000 homeless in New York alone
and former Mayor Rudy Giullani got rewarded with a Medal of Honor
and was knighted by Queen Elisabeth for arresting the homeless
to clean up the streets of New York.

GOUVERNEUR - The social impact of heroin usage is massive,
creating outcasts and criminals (23% of France's prison population
has injected heroin at least once), infectious diseases (20%
of users are HIV positive in France), overdoses and intoxication
(7-8,000 deaths every year in Europe). Yet this is out of proportion
to the relatively low number of users. In its 2001 report, the
European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA)
estimates the proportion of problem drug users (1) in the European
Union at five to eight per 1,000 inhabitants (aged 15-64) in
the United Kingdom, Italy and Portugal, three to five in France,
Spain and Ireland, and two to three in Germany, the Netherlands
and Belgium.
- For heroin addicts, mortality is 20-30 times higher than
average. Heroin cut with toxic substances killed 43 people in
the UK and Ireland in a few months in 2000-01. The damage done
by heroin has received much media attention, to good effect.
Consumption has stabilised or is declining in European countries,
apart from Ireland and Finland. In the Helsinki area it has increased
by 40% in two years.
