"Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes
shall rule in judgment. And a man shall be as an hiding place
from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water

And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears
of them that hear shall hearken. The heart also of the rash shall

women: for the vintage shall fail, the gathering shall not come.

ones: strip you, and make you bare, and gird sackcloth upon your
loins. They shall lament for the teats, for the pleasant fields,
for the fruitful vine. Upon the land of my people shall come
up thorns and briers; yea, upon all the houses of joy in the
joyous city: Because the palaces shall be forsaken; the multitude
of the city shall be left; the forts and towers shall be for
dens for ever, a joy of wild asses, a pasture of flocks;
Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness
be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a
forest. Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness
remain in the fruitful field. And the work of righteousness shall
be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance

like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams founded
this ministry. We were Mormons (Temple Mormons) for 20 years.
We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry speaking
out against Scientology. Six months later God led us to the truth:
out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at the time we
were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20 years.
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry. Our
newsletters are not designed to provoke
anger which is strictly prohibited in Scripture. It is to shed
light on activities by those who would deceive those who are
recorded in the Book of Life by devious methods and systematic
plans.

The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had to leave
the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the Wall' which
God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.

- The first section is about the church.
The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
and today's church doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word
of God has undergone many changes to fit the progressive modes.
Many new Bible tranlations have brought confusion. The Bible
calls for a falling away from the truth before
Jesus comes back for His Bride. The true believers are called
'Ekklesia.' Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the
Bible is true from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend, the so called democratizing what is left of the world.
This is a deception since the underlying new world global government
is developed by implementing sustainable development. The
Bible prophesies that there will be ten kings (ten horns), each
king (horn) will receive a region of the world as a reward for
work well done for the Antichrist. This is the reason for the
present development of NAU (The North American Union) as well
as the war in the Middle East. It again proves that we are moving
to closure of the times of the Gentiles prophesied in the Bible.
The end result will not be Democracy but a form of Fascist Communism
(Public/Private Corporations enslaving mankind).
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings because Israel is the time piece of the Biblical Prophecy.
1948 was the beginning of the figtree representing Israel, coming
back to life. Israel was allowed to return to its land. Israel
is the rock upon which the world stumbles and crumbles. We watch
and visit Israel for signs which point to the Tribulation to
confirm that we are moving into that space of time.

- THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION

- WHO IS CALLED THE MOST POWERFUL
OF THE WORLD?
- "Though Babylon should mount up to heaven, and though
she should fortify the height of her strength, yet from me
shall spoilers come unto her, saith the LORD." Jeremiah
51:53 "O daughter of my people, gird thee with sackcloth,
and wallow thyself in ashes: make thee mourning, as for an only
son, most bitter lamentation: for the spoiler shall suddenly
come upon us. " Jeremiah 6:26
In the days of Noah: "And knew not until the flood
came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the
Son of man be." Matthew 24:39
- "And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in
heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn,
and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven
with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with
a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his
elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."
Matthew 24:30 -31
- The timing of this prophecy, by Jesus Christ Himself, has
to refer to the remnant, who are Jews who are to be saved to
satisfy God's covenant with Abraham. They will receive a pardon.
They will not have to repent because they are incapable of repentance.
- Why? In the middle of the tribulation Antichrist declares
himself to be God and demands that tribulation believers take
the mark of the beast. If they refuse they will be beheaded.
There are no believers but the remnant (Jews) when Jesus appears
on Mount Olive. [Editor]

- WHY PEOPLE THINK WE ARE AT THE
BRINK OF FULFILLMENT OF THIS PROPHECY
- "Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not
pass, (when the figtree comes back to life 1948, Israel came
back to life) till all these things be fulfilled. Heaven and
earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. But
of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven,
but my Father only." Matthew 24:34-36 kjv

am referred to a note on Philippians 2:6-8 This passage deals
with the deity of Jesus Christ which was evidenced prior to His
incarnation and continued through His death on the cross. IT

- WAS JESUS CHRIST EQUAL TO GOD?
- "Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery
to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and
took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness
of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself,
and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross."

This passage deals with the deity of Jesus Christ which was evidenced
prior to His incarnation and continued through his death on the
cross. In comparing Phil 2:6 with John 10:30 we can note that
Christ is equal to God, in addition to the fact; He proved in
His incarnation and death that He was still deity. In other words
becoming a human being, Christ did not become less than deity.
In speaking to His disciples, Jesus said, "My Father, which
gave them to me, is greater than all, and no man is able to pluck
them out of the Father's hand. I and my Father are one"
John 10:29, 30.
Because Christ is equal with God, those who would seek to "snatch"
His true followers out of His hand would also be to remove them
out of God's hand as well. Therefore Paul states in Philippians
2:6, 7 the Christ "…thought it not robbery to be equal
with God: but made Himself of no reputation ..." What is
to be understood here is that Christ merely relinquished which
He had due the fact that He was deity. Prior to His death He
asked the Father to glorify Him in a position next to God with
the Glory which He had before the world was created.
John 17:5
If Christ had come to the earth with an emphasis on His equality
with God and all that entailed, the world would have only wondered
at Him, not received Him as Savior. The Lord lacked recognition
and glory by men while He was on earth as the incarnate God.
However, as far as God is concerned, Christ never lost His position
before God.
The phrase in verse 7, "... took upon Him the form of a
servant," should be understood as having taken…"
which denotes that He became as a servant in man's likeness at
His incarnation, and that He did not possess that form before
that time.
His purpose in coming as a man was to die for sins of mankind.
The key idea to consider is that Christ was and is who He claimed
to be - God. He appeared in the form of man so that He could
die in order to satisfy God's righteous indignation against man's
sin. 1 John 2:2
The fact that He came as a human being did not remove His position
in heaven, but allowed him to carry out His Father's will. Christ
was equal with God even while He was dying on the cross. Jesus
experienced all the feelings that exist in the human body, yet
He never allowed those things to block His mindset away from
the cross or even lead to sin. Hebrews 4:15
The last verse of this passage illustrates true humility in action.
It is said of Christ that "… he humbled himself, and
became obedient unto death..." The obedience was a result
of the humility that Christ displayed in willingly going to the
cross. At that time He was fully God, yet He set aside that glory

- TO WALK IN NEWNESS OF LIFE, WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
- Many believe that infant baptism is sufficient. Confirmation
at 14 after 2 years of teaching the Catechism etc. a son or daughter
is confirmed. It is a tradition which has little meaning to many,
in fact it is not practiced anymore in many Christian circles.
- It took me a lifetime of searching and not getting it. After
a shattered life I asked God to reveal Himself and I had a breakthrough.
God showed me that my life had been about vanity. The breakthrough
did not come until I was ready to die to myself and pick up the
cross God gave each of us. I needed to be willing to walk it.
I went to Israel a some years ago several times and people wanted
to get baptized in the River Jordan to be able to tell their
friends. A young couple had been living together for 5 years
and got baptized. I asked the young lady when they were planning
to get married and she said one of these days.. The next time
I went I met two Masons on the flight. They went to Israel frequently.
They two were baptized in the Jordan River. We tried to get them
to give up their rings indicating that they were Masons and they
refused. Is that really indicating a marriage to Christ Jesus,
which is what baptism is supposed to be about. It needs to be
a public event with witnesses. Should these people have opted
for the baptism? To do that is certainly an open door to the
devil. The devil laments to God about our sin factor and God
has to give permission to attack these individuals. They certainly
cannot truthfully confess Christ Jesus in newness of life continuing
in their sin.
- 2 Timothy 2:25 "In meekness instructing those
that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance
to the acknowledging of the truth;" Matthew 21:44
"And whosoever shall fall on this stone [Jesus Christ] shall
be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind
him to powder."
- HOW CAN INFANTS OR CHILDREN KNOW THE TRUTH WITHOUT THE STUDY
OF THE WORD?
- In John 1:1-5 In the beginning was the Word, and the
Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the
beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without
him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and
the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness;
and the darkness comprehended it not. Matthew 3:11 John
the Baptist: "I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance:
but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I
am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost,
and with fire:
- This is the requirement: Romans 10:10 For with the
heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession
is made unto salvation. Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed
of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation
to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the
Greek.
- Romans 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism
into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by
the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness
of life. John 3:21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the
light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought

- IF YOU HAVE WONDERED WHAT GOD
HAS IN STORE FOR BELIEVERS HERE IS A GLIMPSE
- "I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found
of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto
a nation that was not called by my name. I have spread out my
hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in
a way that was not good, after their own thoughts; A people that
provoketh me to anger continually to my face; that sacrificeth
in gardens, and burneth incense upon altars of brick; Which remain
among the graves, and lodge in the monuments, which eat swine's
flesh, and broth of abominable things is in their vessels; Which
say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier than
thou.

of post-trib' Christians in Texas who have adopted the ideas
of Jim Searcy, Monte Judah, and others regarding Prince Charles
of Wales being the anti-Christ, I am including this chapter.
- Basic to the pro-Charles camp is a treaty signed by late
Israeli Prime Minister Rabin, which was a seven-year agreement
which, long before the mid-term, was opposed by the new/current
government. The treaty was called, the "Oslo Accord,"
but it was also called the "Seven Year Peace Accords."
It is a "land for peace" deal, assuring Arafat Israeli
soil in return for peaceful co-existence. This deal is being
proclaimed as the seven-year covenant of Daniel 9:27, making
it the tribulation period.
- Many believe the covenant in Daniel will be a peace treaty
signed between Israel and the anti-Christ. This represents the
popular view, but I would like to inform you that the Daniel
text does not state anything of Israel's involvement in the deal,
and there is nothing said about peace being its essence. Therefore,
I strongly oppose the assumptions made, suggesting to you, to
the contrary, that the deal will be a war pact with "the
many," where "the many" are Gentiles alone.
- While the Accord and the Daniel covenant are both noticeably
seven-year agreements, we should have the wisdom to restrain
ourselves a little before equating them on that basis alone.
There may be a slew of seven-year agreements in the Middle East
in the near future, in Satan's efforts to bring on the tribulation
period, just as his sons are now trying to bring on the anti-Christ
as soon as they can. There may even be prophecy "fulfillments"
attempted by the Illuminati/Masons for the purpose of confusing
Christians. You can bet that in the coming decade, Masons will
be fighting with us directly as they try to bring on their skincode,
while we oppose it. They are reading our writings, and we are
reading theirs. They are keeping both eyes on our strategies,
and we are watching their every move as well. Satan thinks he's
going to defeat God in this final battle, explaining why his
sons are eager to bring on the mark of the beast as quickly as
possible. Therefore, don't be surprised if Biblical "fulfillments"
of prophecy occur at least once before the true fulfillments,
and have the wisdom to reject the false fulfillments. Bring all
the Biblical material about a prophecy to the table, and then
decide if it is true fulfillment or not. The Oslo Accord does
not satisfy all the Biblical material required for the tribulation
period.
- The Accord was signed on September 13, 1993, positioning
the middle of the tribulation in March of this year (I'm writing
this late November of 1997). But the Abomination did not occur
as expected near March of 1997, and all sorts of ideas are now
being promoted in an effort to repair the situation, where I
think the whole thing should just be abandoned. And we should
have the wisdom to see that the absence of the skincode's implementation,
now 8 months after the mid-way point, where even smart cards
have not yet been enforced, amounts to another reason to abandon
it. I saw, for the first time ever, a flagrant advertisement
for the cashless society only yesterday (November 26), where
the caption read, "Kiss Your Cash Goodbye." The banking
institutions in the United States have not yet begun an advertising
campaign for the cashless society they are planning; therefore,
are we going to allow ourselves to believe that the mark of the
beast will be fully enforced upon all the world in the next year
or two? It will take that long, and more, just to convince the
bulk of buyers to accept a cashless society (the smart cards

A preacher has been found not guilty of a public order offence
after a complaint from two homosexuals. Michael Overd, from Taunton,
was part of a street witness and was preaching from 1Cor 6:9-11
in October 2010 when two homosexual men, Craig Nicholl and Craig
Manning, passed him holding hands. Hearing the word ‘homosexual’
in the passage, they turned round, went up to Mr Overd and began
shouting at him, using despicable foul language. The Court was
told Mr Nicholl spat at the preacher.
On a second occasion, 16th July 2011, Michael Overd was preaching
alone when the two approached him. In full flow, he said, ‘Even
these two dear men, whom I’ve met before, caught in the
sin of homosexuality, can have forgiveness of their sin.’
The two Craigs, who recently entered into a ‘civil partnership’,
again began screaming at the preacher and making, he told Taunton
Deane Magistrates Court, all kinds of homosexually-charged comments

the police, but so aggressive did they become, it was Mr Overd

Dear Sir, I am concerned for the thousands who were watching
the interview with 8 time Dove award winner Joel Hemphill. It
was very clear in this interview that Mr. Hemphill denies the
Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Trinity. Julie Nolan
who was interviewing Mr. Hemphill, stated at the beginning "Lets
do the nice books last" This is a red flag!! I wonder how
many picked up on this? Mr Hemphill discusses that he has written
four books on the Glory of God. One book he mentions is To God
Be The Glory. Have you read this book for yourself? Those watching
and listening to Mr Hemphill talk about his books, do not realizes
that his books are attacks on the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ,
and the Holy Trinity. He attacks/denies two of the Historic Christian
faith's teachings. Many will get the impression that his books
are Biblical, and many will purchase these books, without knowing
that his Jesus is a creature. How very sad!
Here are a few of Joel Hemphill's statements from To God Be The
Glory
"The doctrine of the Trinity is biblically naked...",
"Jesus denied being God...", "Jesus denied that
he is the creator..."
"Paul says Jesus is in the creature class..." (Sounds
like the JW'S here)
"The incarnation as taught by modern Christianity is a fable..."
- Mr Hemphill's new book Glory To God In The Highest, is also
full of attacks on the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the
Holy Trinity. Here's a few of his BLASPHEMOUS statements
"The doctrine of the Trinity and the Incarnation, as taught
in modern Christian theology, is one of the greatest frauds that
has ever been perpetrated in the history of humanity...These
doctrines were designed by the master deceiver..." (pgs
244-246) "For some 1700 years, since the Council of Nicea,
Christianity has followed Plato in his demon-inspired beliefs
that "God" exists in three persons..." (p283)
"...However, the doctrine of the Trinity and the Incarnation
are based on such fraudulent nonsense as we have just chronicles"
(p316) "Based on these Biblical as well as historical facts,
it is time for Christianity to acknowledge the pagan origins
of its doctrines of the Trinity and the Incarnation, repent and
purge itself of these "demon-inspired" and promoted
teachings..." (p380)
I know I wouldn't be very happy if I purchased some of Mr Hemphill's
books, and come to find out that this author denies the Deity
of the Savior he writes and sings about.
At the very least the interviewer should of mentioned that Mr
Hemphill's books are not in accord with the Historic Christian
faiths teachings. Some kind of disclaimer should of been mentioned.
If one really wants to know where Mr Hemphill is coming from,
they don't need to purchase his books, they can get them free
at the local Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. I trust and
pray that those watching this interview will not be misled by
Joel Hemphill's books, and stand on the Jesus of Scripture, the

must do in the process of creating this registry. In this laundry
list of items to do, Line 17, subparagraph B: 'validating methods
for analyzing patient safety and outcomes data from multiple
sources and for linking such data with the information included
in the registry as described in subparagraph (A)'
Going back to subparagraph A [right above subparagraph B], it
says: 'including in the registry, in a manner consistent with
subsection (f), appropriate information to identify each device
described in paragraph (1) by type, model, and serial number
or other unique identifier;'
Don’t be confused by the intentional obfuscation and skillful
wording, This law first creates the national device registry
and then immediately list all the task the secretary of health
and human services will have do in the process of creating this
registry.
The very first two items in the list mandates that the secretary
first gives a unique identification to each of the items listed
in paragraph 1 which is:
‘‘a class III device; or ‘‘a class II device
that is implantable.'
Then, the very next thing the secretary is to do is to create
the process by which 'patient safety and outcomes data from multiple
sources', which is electronic medical records, that are linked
to these newly and uniquely identified items from paragraph 1
which are the class III and class II implantable devices.
Class III devises are items such as breast implants, pacemakers,
heart valves, etc. A Class II device that is implantable is,
as you seen from the FDA, an implantable radio frequency transponder,
RFID chip. From breast implants, to pacemakers, to RFID chips
which one is the only possible one that can used for the stated
purpose in section B which is, 'for linking such data with the
information included in the registry'? As we know from subsection
A, the information in the registry is the name of a device. In
plain speak, we are in a clear way being told that our electronic
medical records are going to be linked to a class II implantable
device!
Continuing a few lines down in this same section, section B subsection
ii on still on page 1002, the 'patient safety and outcomes data
from multiple sources', that is to be linked is clearly spelled
out as electronic medical records. It reads: 'link data obtained
under clause (i) with information in the registry'. Information
in the registry is, as we know from subparagraph A, the name
of the device. So what is the data obtained under clause i? Back

least 40 per cent of Obama's cabinet. His cabinet is hardly representative
of the American mosaic.
CONGRESS
There are 535 American Congressmen (435 Representatives and 100
Senators). Fifty-four received training from Jesuits. Of those
54, 18 graduated from Georgetown.
Forty-one of the 435 Representatives are alumni of Jesuit schools.
Thirteen of the 100 Senators are alumni of Jesuit schools.
Nancy Pelosi has a Jesuit mentor, Stephen Privett. When Pelosi,
a Democrat, served as Majority Speaker of the House of Representatives,
she saw to it that Privett addressed Congress. It was the first
time that a Jesuit priest had ever done so. In January 2007,
he offered the Invocation at the opening of the 110th Congress
and the swearing in of its members. The situation did not improve
when Republican John Boehner became Majority Speaker of the House
in 2011. He named Patrick Conroy as chaplain to that body. Conroy
is the first Jesuit priest to be House chaplain, and only the
second Roman Catholic.
SUPREME COURT
Of the nine justices of the Supreme Court of the United States,
six are Roman Catholic and three are Jewish.
Two of the six Roman Catholics are Jesuits. Antonin Scalia attended
Georgetown. Clarence Thomas went to the College of the Holy Cross,
a Jesuit institution in Worchester, Massachusetts.
OTHER JESUITS
Obama's speechwriter, Jon Favreau, is a graduate of the College
of the Holy Cross.
One of Obama's leading mentors in Gregory Galluzzo, a "former"
Jesuit and co-founder of the Gameliel Foundation.
Viet D. Dinh, a Vietnamese refugee who became assistant attorney
general of the United States from 2001 to 2003, wrote the infamous
Patriot Act at Georgetown University. He now teaches Law there.

HOW FAR THE INFILTRATION OF THE JESUITS HAS GONE
It may not be totally complete.. The Jesuits are the enemy of
our Lord Christ, and oppose anything good or righteous. As enemies,
they need to be constantly exposed to the brethren.
They have captured the Universities and Colleges gaining control
of instruction in law, medicine, science, education, and government.
Their job and mission is to promote catholic teaching and agenda;
that of the anti-Christ and enemy of Christ. Jesuits have infiltrated
ALL churches, and when in a position of authority change the
teaching and doctrine from the top down.
It is not a question of who they are, but what they are. Does
it matter whether they are conservative or not? their job and
mission is the same. They also pose as Protestant, lawyers, doctors,
ministers, teachers, therapists and everything else. Their one
goal is to promote Rome's One World Order, bringing the whole
world back under the dominance of the pope. Scripture tells us
who gives him authority and power, that old dragon, called the
devil, and satan.
So the bottom line is, my friend and brother in Christ was shouting
the Ezekiel warning the best he could, with what information

THE CONSTITUTION A WORN OUT DOCUMENT??
Shocked, are you, that the religious establishment - though try
as they may to placate this wild Beast - is beginning to turn
on her in no uncertain terms. Don't think this was but a fluke
of bad political judgment ... no, its purposeful and will become
unmitigated as we approach the end of the age. The US Constitution,
they (some Supreme Court justice, along with politicos) is but
a worn out document that must change with the times . . . it's
time to be relevant and a whole lot more relative!
The Church, under increasing pressure to follow "state policy"
for the "public good" - is told that to enjoy their
501-c-3 not-for-profit status, they must, as agents of the State,
affirm State policies relative, not only to health care, but
a whole series of dictates (including the hiring of women priests?)...regardless
of creeds and tenants of the faith. Indeed, and especially, if
the Church enjoys State support through grants to sundry programs
for the common welfare - she must conform to those policies which
originally benefited her to perform those services.
Meanwhile, the "gospel" is taking on a more cultural,
less offensive, more "service-oriented" role. We've
begun to "Re-imagining Evangelism" big time "Friendship
evangelism" has now been re-interpreted to mean "service
evangelism" - Peter and the 120 must first clean up the
mess around the Temple before they preach the gospel - you can't
tell someone they're a wretched sinner on a sinking ship, bound
for the abyss - no, like the Costa Concordia - "There's
no need to be alarmed, we've had a slight technical problem -
EVERYTHING'S UNDER CONTROL!" So, being cool, when you're
going to be 5 yards from the abyss is what we tell people?

we as the believing community are right about now and how serious

- Introduction - Say what you will – there are many prophetic
voices in the world today – but two of the foremost in evangelical
Christendom are Hal Lindsey and David Wilkerson. We at the Tribnet
are but mice compared to these giants of the prophetic. Both
speak out each time the earth shakes and the seas roar –
both decry America’s wickedness and both unfalteringly embrace
the prophetic Scriptures as relevant – both see in world
events (political, sociological or “cataclysmic”) the
unfolding of God’s purposes in these Last Days. In sum,
these happenings are God’s instruments in calling men and
women to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. Their styles vary
but it is their persistence to declare that the miraculous intervention
of God Almighty into the affairs of humankind is happening in
these “end times” as recorded in “The Scripture
of Truth” – Jesus Christ is coming again in glory and
we better get ready!
- Likewise, they are decried by many as inconsistent –
especially mixing “events” to match Scriptures –
and even as “false prophets” because of their precision
– which is not always on the mark. But, we are not here
today to bemoan brother Wilkerson’s wayward claims (Tim
McHyde: David Wilkerson Prophecy of “Calamity”: Why
False) nor Hal Lindsey’s (Ed Hinson: Part V: Famed False
Prophets – Hal Lindsey) – no doubt, not a one of us
“dwells in unapproachable light” – nor do we excuse
them nor ourselves as pluperfect when it comes to “discerning
the times.”
- However, that said, and at the risk of being condemned by
many a faithful brethren for what may appear to be compromise
to the faithfulness of God’s Word, we certainly, and without
any equivocation, cannot put them in the same class as a Herbert
W. Armstrong or a Harold Camping; nor, for that matter, a Jesus
Only, Irvin Baxter, or the current Voice of Prophecy, Seventh
Day Adventist, Fred Kinsey. A thousand times NO! These are in
every way, shape and form, mainline premillenarian evangelical
eschatologists of the first order who would lay their lives on
the line for the Savior without hesitation. They “earnestly
contend for the faith” once delivered!

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST - THE BEAST STATE IS TURNING ON THE CHURCH

of the church as society and the state impinge upon her. We have
two examples. One is national, showing the gradual caving of
the church to the modern age as it tries to make herself more
accommodating to the State and now experiencing the State’s
uncompromising attack on the church. The other has to do with
supporting an evangelist who is going to be doing a 'season of
service' here in Sacramento, California, as an evangelistic outreach
– here, the Church attempts to make herself more attractive
to the world, less offensive, more in 'tune with today’s
culture.'
The first is an out and out attack by the Obama administration
on the church as it endeavors to impose its morality on the church
in the guise of human rights, i.e., all religious hospitals and
clinics must provide contraceptives and abortion-inducing medications.
Yes, there is a bit of hue and cry from some church leaders who
recognize the significance of what the Obama administration is
trying to do. But the average rank and file could care less.
The second is the concerted effort of the church to fit into
society by placing the pure preaching of the gospel on the same
plane as a corporate endeavor in meeting the needs of society
- everything from HIV prevention to painting houses (a sort of
'gospel in deed' not just in word, so they claim).
Revelation 17 pictures the woman (the apostate church, those
"falling away from the faith once delivered") trying
to ride a beast (the state). Go along. Get along. Don’t
rock the boat. Compromise and reap the benefits. That Old Time
Religion just won’t do "especially that bloody Cross"
and preaching about sin, forget it, you might offend someone.
The only problem is, the beast turns on the woman. "The
beast and the ten horns you saw will hate the prostitute. They
will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her
flesh and burn her with fire." (Revelation 17:16)

One program 'Born To Win' has now been cancelled from twenty-two
Christian stations, due to the unorthodox teachings of Ronald
L. Dart. If you understand the teachings, of Herbert W. Armstrong,
then you know the teachings of Ronald L. Dart.
Another ministry airing, teaches that if you are not Baptized
in Jesus name ONLY, Then you are not saved. They state "The
Only Way To Salvation, is Baptism in Jesus" Name. WOW! That
leaves me, and the other fine Evangelical ministries that air
over your networks unsaved. I guess the early church believers,
and those who have died in the Lord, who have been Baptized in
the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are DOOMED. Would
these two radio programs teach and really discuss what they really

THE BOOK 'THE LONELY GOD' DENIES THE TRINITY
Ronald Dart's book which is on the first page to his site, is
The Lonely God. Interesting title, to say the least. This book
not only denies the Trinity, but Dart teaches Armstrong doctrine
in it. To set the record , Dart not only denies the Trinity http://icogsfg.org/trinity.html
but he teaches you are "born-again" at the Resurrection,
when you are changed from flesh to spirit. This is not Orthodox
Christian teaching. This is purely Armstrong here. Dart denies
the reality of hell, (same as the JW'S), he denies the immorality
of the soul, teaches annihilationism, teaches Jesus died on a
stake (JW'S), on and on it goes. He mocks Christian teachings
in many of his tapes. What happened to Dart, can happen to anyone
listening to him over Christian radio.
Dart used to be a Baptist. He even went to a Christian college
to study for the ministry. He preached in many Baptist churches.
Dart starting listening to Herbert W. Armstrong on the radio.
He left the Baptist faith, claimed it was not right, and joined
Herbert W. Armstrong and his son Garner Ted in 1958. He never
looked back. After Herbert kicked his son out of the church in
1958, Dart left with him and started the Church of God International.
Their material and tapes are filled with cutting remarks about
the trinity, born-again, and many other Orthodox teachings. One

This brother by God's grace left the CGI, and now serves in the
church, and writes for Billy Graham. Dart left the CGI in 1995
to start his own radio program and ministry. It is very difficult
to know when listening to Dart's Born to Win radio program that
his teachings are very different from Evangelical orthodox Christianity.
These he introduces later in his literature, tapes, and other
Armstrong splinter group's websites. In closing, my concern is
that by airing programs or organizations, when examined more
closely are actually unorthodox, people are deceived. This deception
is enhanced when programs to promote their ministry are placed
among well-known Evangelical ministers and ministries.
Jon, there is a relationship of trust between Christians and
Christian radio and television stations that the programs they
air are produced by groups that at least meet the basic criteria
of orthodoxy. Otherwise, we will soon have more Anti-Trinitarians,
Armstrong groups, and other unorthodox organizations using Christian
stations to draw unsuspecting listeners into their folds. The

EVANGELICAL CATHOLIC UNITY CONVERSATION AT WHEATON COLLEGE

- Wheaton College will host an ecumenical discussion on March
26 featuring 'evangelical' John Armstrong and Roman Catholic
Cardinal Francis George of Chicago. Called 'A Conversation on
Unity in Christ’s Mission,' the dialogue will 'explore the
common ground and current challenges that face Catholics and
evangelical Protestants in Christian faith and mission.' In January
of this year Armstrong said that he became more aware of the
need for unity on a visit to the Center for Unity in Rome in
March 2011. He even visited the grave of the priest (Paul Wattson)
who founded the global Week of Prayer for Christian unity. The
spiritual blindness that has permeated evangelicalism today is
the product of the 'repudiation of separatism' and the ensuing
corruption that is the result of 'evil communications' (1 Cor.
15:33). In the 1990s, Armstrong was the editor of Roman Catholicism:
Evangelical Protestants Analyze What Divides and Unites Us (Moody
Press, 1994). The book completely ignored the Bible’s command
to mark and avoid doctrinal error and apostasy (e.g., Romans
16:17; 2 Timothy 3:5), which is the only sure protection against
the leaven of heresy. Michael Horton concluded his chapter, 'What
Still Keeps Us Apart?' with these words: "I do not suggest
that we should give up trying to seek visible unity, nor that
we refuse to dialogue with Roman Catholic laypeople and theologians,
many of whom may be our brothers and sisters" (Roman Catholicism,
p. 264).

MARY ON THE ARK OF GOD

- One of the churches that John Armstrong’s dialogue partner,
Cardinal George, oversees (see previous report in Friday News
Notes) is the Saint Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church, which
features an image of Mary on the very Ark of God. She is sitting
above the Ark in the place that was occupied by God’s presence
in the Tabernacle and is surrounded by adoring cherubim. This
blasphemous image occupies the central altar where mass is performed.
The church’s official literature says that the image depicts
the Catholic doctrines that Mary was immaculately conceived,
that she participated in Christ’s suffering for mankind,
and that she was bodily assumed into glory and crowned Queen
of Heaven. This is pure blasphemy. The Ark of the Covenant was
located in the Holy of Holies in the Old Testament Tabernacle
and was the place where God’s presence dwelt (Exodus 25:22).
Angels do not worship creatures (Acts 14:11-15; Rev. 19:10).
Roman Catholic churches are filled with idols. I have visited
Catholic churches in 20 countries and throughout Rome, and Mary
is reverenced with greater fervency than Jesus. Every 'evangelical'
or 'Baptist' or 'Protestant' who has said positive things about
Rome and who has participated in ecumenical relations with Rome
or who has failed even to lift his voice against Rome’s
gross heresies will answer to God for the refusal to 'earnestly
contend for the faith once delivered to the saints' (Jude 3)

MUSLIM-FRIENDLY BIBLES

- Wycliffe Bible Translators, Summer Institute of Linguistics
(SIL), and the missionary organization Frontiers are promoting
Muslim-friendly Bibles that change references to God the Father
and to Jesus as the Son of God. These terms, of course are anathema
to Muslims. For example, in an Arabic version of the Gospel of
Matthew produced by Frontiers with input from SIL, Matthew 28:19
is changed from 'baptizing them in the name of the Father and
the Son and the Holy Spirit' to 'cleanse them by water in the
name of Allah, his Messiah and his Holy Spirit.' Not only does
this vile 'translation' blasphemously corrupt the names of the
Trinitarian God, it perverts the doctrine of baptism into a saving
sacrament. Of the roughly 200 translation projects Wycliffe/SIL
have undertaken in Muslim contexts, 30-40 remove the terms Father
and Son in reference to God and Jesus ('New Bible,' WorldNetDaily,
Jan. 30, 2012). In reply, Wycliffe claims that they haven’t
actually 'removed' the terms Father and Son of God, but that
is a quibble. They are so brainwashed with 'dynamic equivalency'
that they could collaborate with Bill Clinton on the definition
of 'is.' They have also used the name of Allah for God. Many
of the reports on this have expressed surprise that organizations
as 'conservative' as Wycliffe and SIL (they are part of the same
organization) would so tamper with God’s Word, but this
shock is based on ignorance. Wycliffe has been producing corrupt
translations from its inception. They are corrupt because they
are based on a corrupt Greek New Testament that originated with
heretics in Egypt in the early centuries after the apostles,
and they are corrupt because they use a corrupt methodology called
'dynamic equivalency.' In Translating the Word of God by John
Beekman and John Callow of Wycliffe Bible Translators, we learn
that they have changed fox to coyote and candlestick to grain
bin. One translation changed snow to gigi bird. Ross Hodsdon,
formerly with Wycliffe, told me that they have changed lamb to
seal pup, son of man to older brother, and fig tree to banana
tree. If they are willing to blatantly change God’s Word
in one way, they will change it in other ways. Those who employ
'dynamic equivalency' simply lack the fear of God that is necessary
for producing a correct translation. Who do they think they are
to change God’s Words! When one departs from the principle
of a literal translation, the mind of the translator and the
culture and understanding of the people become the authority
rather than the actual words of Scriptures. They are robbing
people of God’s holy words. And we are not talking about
a wooden literalness; we are talking about an unwavering commitment
to the actual words of Scripture. The new Muslim-friendly Bibles
are not more corrupt than previous Wycliffe dynamic equivalency
translations or the American Bible Society’s Today’s
English Version or Eugene Peterson’s The Message. We document

EVANGELICAL LEADERS SIGN STATEMENT PROCLAIMING GOD OF ISLAM AND
GOD OF BIBLE 'ONE GOD'

- It is increasingly evident that large numbers of 'evangelicals'
are not only doctrinally corrupt but also that they worship a
false god. In 2007, Rick Warren and other prominent evangelical
leaders signed 'A Christian Response to ‘A Common Word Between
Us and You.’ This document says that Muslims and Christians
worship the same God and claims that 'the future of the world
depends on peace between Muslims and Christians.' The statement
says, "... we must engage in interfaith dialogue as those
who seek each other’s good, for the one God unceasingly

The Muslims know that Allah is not the same as the God of the
Bible, as Allah has no Son. The blasphemous document was signed
by the two major church growth gurus in America, Rick Warren
and Bill Hybels. In this they joined hands with hundreds of other
signatories, including Roman Catholics (e.g., 'Father' Joseph
Daoust, President of the Jesuit School of Theology Berkeley),
prominent theological modernists and emergents (e.g. Harvey Cox
and Elizabeth Fiorenza of Harvard Divinity School, Tony Jones
of Emergent Village, and Brian McLaren), and self-esteem guru
Robert Schuller. Other 'evangelicals' who signed this unscriptural
document were Leith Anderson (President of the National Association
of Evangelicals), Robert Cooley (President Emeritus, Gordon-Conwell
Theological Seminary), Mike Edens (Associate Dean of Graduate
Studies, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary), Timothy George
(Beeson Divinity School at Samford University), Lynn Green (International
Chairman of Youth With A Mission), Peter Kuzmic (Gordon-Conwell),
David Neff (Editor in Chief Christianity Today), Roy Oksnevad

Authority Calls for Genocide of Jews,' StoneGateInstitute.org,
Jan. 16, 2012: "Last week, the principal Palestinian Authority
religious leader, the Mufti Muhammad Hussein, presented the killing
of Jews by Muslims as a religious Islamic goal. At an event celebrating
the 47th anniversary of the founding of Fatah, he cited the Hadith
(Islamic tradition attributed to Muhammad) saying that the Hour
of Resurrection will not come until Muslims fight the Jews and
kill them: ‘The Hour [of Resurrection] will not come until
you fight the Jews. The Jew will hide behind stones or trees.
Then the stones or trees will call: Oh Muslim, servant of Allah,
there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.’ Palestinian
Media Watch reported regularly during the PA terror campaign
(Intifada, 2000-2005) on the repeated use of this Hadith by PA
clerics on official PA TV to motivate Palestinians to terror
attacks, preaching that Muslims had an Islamic obligation to
kill Jews. ... The years of PA promotion of killing Jews and
PA religious leaders' citing this Hadith to justify it, may have
contributed to the high acceptance of it in PA society. A poll
sponsored by the Israel Project last year found that 73% of Palestinians

Rosner.] The moderator who introduced the Mufti at the Fatah
event last week reiterated another Islamic belief; that the Jews
are the descendants of apes and pigs: ‘Our war with the

and faith.’ The Mufti did not distance himself from this
hate statement that Islam is in a religious war with the Jews,
but added to it that Islam’s goal is to kill Jews. ... the

Press, Feb. 2, 2012: 'A couple from Texas who moved to a remote
and violence-plagued area of northern Mexico to run a Baptist
church were found slain at their ransacked home, their children
said. John and Wanda Casias were originally from Amarillo, Texas,
but relatives said they moved to an area outside the city of
Monterrey in the late 1970s or early 1980s and made it their
home. Valerie Alirez, the eldest child of John Casias, told The
Associated Press from her home in Greeley, Colorado, that one
of her brothers found her father and stepmother on Tuesday dead
in their home in Santiago, Nuevo Leon. John Casias was a Baptist
preacher and the couple ran the First Fundamentalist Independent
Baptist Church in Santiago. ... Fighting between the Zetas and
Gulf drug cartels has brought a surge of violence and other crimes
to Monterrey and the surrounding region since 2010. ... In a
prayer letter last summer, Casias wrote, ‘The only hope
for the Mexican people today is Jesus in them, the HOPE of glory.
I confess that it's getting easier to witness to the wealthy,
at least they are listening. The wealthy are fleeing to Canada
and the USA for protection. The only problem is that when they
return to re-new their visas the cartel is waiting, and either
kill them off, kidnap them for thousands of dollars, in some
cases millions. The cartel has NO mercy or value for life. They
are ruthless murderers!’ ... It was the second slaying involving
American missionaries in a year in the Mexican region bordering

The boisterous rock & roll context of their 'worship services'
has caused even their own lead singer and song writer Bart Millard
to question whether the 'worship' at their concerts is really
directed to the Lord. 'When you’re on stage and the crowd
starts going crazy, it’s almost a little frightening. It’s
scary just from the sense that we’ve worked up to the point
that we’ve done everything we could to call upon the name
of the Lord -- to have His presence there and literally to be
on holy ground, in the midst of a Living God. When all of the
praise starts going all over the place, you get really nervous
about it being in the right direction. After a while you start
to wonder: Are they worshiping the Father? What exactly is going

ETHIOPIAN CHRISTIANS TO BE DEPORTED FROM SAUDI ARABIA

JEDDAH, SAUDI ARABIA (Worthy News) Approximately 35 Christians
in Saudi Arabia face deportation on the charge of "illicit
mingling," according to a report by the global rights body
Human Rights Watch (HRW).
Police arrested the group of 29 women and 6 men after raiding
a prayer meeting in the city of Jeddah. The group was arrested
in a private home where they had gathered to pray during the
run-up to Christmas, which is celebrated by Ethiopian Orthodox
Christians on January 7. The men were beaten and called "unbelievers,"
i.e. infidels, and the women were strip-searched, apparently
on the spot.

HRW spoke to a man and two women by telephone from the prisons
where they are being held. They say they have been charged with
mixing with unmarried persons of the opposite sex – even
though HRW says Saudi Arabia has no law defining "illicit

PROTESTERS GATHER

As protesters demanding more freedom and fair elections prepared
to demonstrate in freezing temperatures in Moscow Saturday, February
4, a major Russian mission group warned of more difficulties
for evangelical Christians and other, religious, minorities in
Russia and other former Soviet Union nations. "Even as demonstrations
increase, protesters’ hold on religion and civil liberties
appears to be slipping in the North Caucasus and Central Asia,"
explained Russian Ministries in a statement to Worthy News. "The
situation in Russia has been building over the last several years,
and is as much about religious liberty as it is about political
freedom," the group added. Russian Ministries, which is
involved in several aid and education projects and evangelism,
told Worthy News that recent reports "document an alarming
increase in limiting the freedoms of minority or dissenting religious

MASSACHUSETTS FORCED ABORTION ORDER SHOCKS U.S.

this month, a 32-year-old pregnant woman, known only as Mary
Moe, narrowly avoided being subjected to a forced abortion and
sterilization - at the hands of her own parents. The story has
outraged thousands on either side of the political aisle. Moe,
who suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar mood disorder, was
being treated in a Massachusetts hospital. When she became pregnant,
doctors were purportedly concerned that her medications could
harm the unborn child. So they recommended an abortion. The problem
is, Moe is a Catholic, who has expressed vocal opposition to
abortion. Since Moe planned to keep her baby, her parents, in
conjunction with the doctors, filed a petition with the local
courts, which would give them the power to force her to get an
abortion.
Incredibly, Massachusetts justice Christina Harms not only granted
the petition, she went a step further. She told Moe’s parents
that it didn’t matter how they got Moe to have the abortion,
even if it meant she had to be “coaxed, bribed, or even
enticed … by ruse.” Not only this, but she directed
that whatever medical facility performed the abortion go ahead
and sterilize Moe … without her permission. According to
recently released court documents, Harms simply asserted that
“if Moe were competent, she ‘would not choose to be
delusional,’ and therefore would opt for an abortion in
order to benefit from medication that otherwise could not be

NEW BIBLE VERSIONS REMOVE ‘FATHER’ AND ‘SON OF
GOD’ BECAUSE IT OFFENDS MUSLIMS
Modern bible continue to blaspheme God’s word. "And
if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this
prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life,
and out of the holy city, and [from] the things which are written
in this book." Revelation 22:19
A controversy is brewing over three reputable Christian organizations,
which are based in North America, whose efforts have ousted the
words 'Father' and 'Son' from new Bibles. Wycliffe Bible Translators,
Summer Institute of Linguistics (SIL) and Frontiers are under
fire for 'producing Bibles that remove 'Father,' 'Son' and 'Son
of God' because these terms are offensive to Muslims.'
Concerned Christian missionaries, Bible translators, pastors,
and national church leaders have come together with a public
petition to stop these organizations. They claim a public petition
is their last recourse because meetings with these organizations’
leaders, staff resignations over this issue and criticism and
appeals from native national Christians concerned about the translations
'have failed to persuade these agencies to retain 'Father' and
'Son' in the text of all their translations.'
Biblical Missiology, a ministry of Boulder, Colorado-based Horizon
International, is sponsoring the petition. The main issues of
this controversy surround new Arabic and Turkish translations.
Here are three examples native speakers give:
First, Wycliffe and SIL have produced Stories of the Prophets,
an Arabic Bible that uses an Arabic equivalent of 'Lord' instead
of 'Father' and 'Messiah' instead of 'Son.'
Second, Frontiers and SIL have produced Meaning of the Gospel
of Christ , an Arabic translation which removes 'Father' in reference
to God and replaces it with 'Allah,' and removes or redefines
'Son.' For example, the verse which Christians use to justify
going all over the world to make disciples, thus fulfilling the
Great Commission (Matthew 28:19) reads, 'Cleanse them by water
in the name of Allah, his Messiah and his Holy Spirit' instead
of 'baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and
of the Holy Spirit.' Rev. Bassam Madany, an Arab American who
runs Middle East Resources, terms these organization’s efforts
as 'a western imperialistic attempt that’s inspired by cultural

BECK ANNOUNCES 'WE ARE ALL CATHOLICS NOW' MOVEMENT TO STAND UP
FOR RELIGIOUS FREEDOM
The controversy over the Obama administration’s contraception
mandate is at a boiling point, as many Catholic leaders continue
to view the president’s so-called 'accommodation' as a failure
to protect religious liberty. Now, Glenn Beck is coming forward
with a new movement called “We Are All Catholics Now.”
The main goal of the initiative is to ask Americans to reach
out to Congressional leaders (at the moment, Senators) to encourage
the passage of legislation that would protect religious groups’
conscience rights.

The main push, Beck says, is to support the highway transportation
bill, which will likely be voted upon this week. It will include

Senayan, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. After selling 25,000 tickets,
Lady Gaga attracted the attention of Indonesian Council of Ulema
(ICU) chairman Cholil Ridwan, who said, “[The concert is]
intended to destroy the nation’s morality.” “She
is from the West, and she often shows her aurat [private parts
of the body] when performing,” the chairman continued, going
on to state his worry that Western singers, like Lady Gaga, have

A Christian church s pro-Israeli views came under fire Sunday
when a small group of protesters picketed during worship services,
carrying signs that said "No More Wars for Israel."
With police looking on, members of the anti-Zionist group Project
Strait Gate marched outside the Maranatha Church of the Nazarene
to protest what they believe is the church's "destructive"
support of Israel.
The four demonstrators engaged little, if at all, with parishioners
as they marched the Midland Avenue sidewalk for three hours,
targeting the church's display of an Israeli flag next to an
American flag in its front windows.
Rich Siegel of Teaneck, a protest organizer who wore a "Free
Palestine" button and a scarf displaying the Palestinian
flag, said the group sought to peacefully protest Israel 's efforts
to maintain its sovereignty over the Palestinians.
He equated those efforts with an "extreme" form of

of the King of the South, who “shall attack him” and

more disquieting when one seizes upon the chronology, only to
realize that the “him” mentioned in eschatological
prose is none other than the infamous Despicable One, the final
Antichrist, who has forthwith dispensed with these coalition
of nation states allied against Israel in the horrific struggle
known as the Gog-Magog War of Ezekiel 38:1 through Ezekiel 39:1-16
occurring at the opening of Daniel’s Seventieth Week (i.e.,
the “Forty Days of Testing”).
What is all the more disconcerting to the eschatologist are the
subsequent texts which substantiate that Antichrist’s victories
over the Radical Islamic hoards – led by Egypt of the South

38:5) and the “Prince of Persia” – under the banner
of the King of the North (led by the peoples of Iran-Persia and

wherein Israel is the target of these hoards in Ezekiel 38-39
and Antichrist and his allies (viz., the “ships of Tarshish,”
– the ancient designation for the present Western trading
nations headed up by the USA and “Sheba and Dedan”
– the nations occupying today’s Saudi Arabian Peninsula)
are the target of these hosts in Daniel 11:40-45 – are only
a PRELUDE to the CAMPAIGN OF ARMAGEDDON, involving Antichrist

- The trigger for the present violence that exploded on Northern
Ireland in August 1969 was probably the earlier appearance of
an Irish Tricolour in a small shop window on the Catholic Falls
Road. The Rev Ian Paisley publicly drew this to the attention
of the Police (RUC) and when there were no steps being taken
by the Police to remove it, he organised a protest parade that
would go there and remove it. Realising that they were in a cleft
stick the Police went and smashed the window and took the flag

Texas — A Texas teenager charged in the stabbing of his
14-year-old friend said a Ouija board told him to carry out the
attack, police said on Friday. The 15-year-old boy has been charged
with attempted murder after stabbing his friend with a 4-inch
knife on Feb. 29 in a wooded area behind a high school in Weslaco,
a small town along the U.S.-Mexico border at the southern tip
of Texas. The victim was treated in intensive care for three
days for a severe laceration to his intestine, Weslaco police
spokesman J.P. Rodriguez said. The alleged assailant, whose name
was not made public, has no history of mental problems or criminal
behavior, Rodriguez said. "I'm not making excuses for the
kid, but I think sometimes it's harder for them to separate reality
from fiction," the police spokesman said. "This is

TRENDS: USA - Just when you thought the government couldn’t
ruin the First Amendment any further: The House of Representatives
approved a bill on Monday that outlaws protests in instances
where some government officials are nearby, whether or not you
even know it.
The US House of Representatives voted 388-to-3 in favor of H.R.
347 late Monday, a bill which is being dubbed the Federal Restricted
Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011. In the bill, Congress
officially makes it illegal to trespass on the grounds of the
White House, which, on the surface, seems not just harmless and
necessary, but somewhat shocking that such a rule isn’t
already on the books. The wording in the bill, however, extends
to allow the government to go after much more than tourists that
transverse the wrought iron White House fence.
Under the act, the government is also given the power to bring
charges against Americans engaged in political protest anywhere
in the country.
Under current law, White House trespassers are prosecuted under
a local ordinance, a Washington, DC legislation that can bring
misdemeanor charges for anyone trying to get close to the president
without authorization. Under H.R. 347, a federal law will formally
be applied to such instances, but will also allow the government
to bring charges to protesters, demonstrators and activists at
political events and other outings across America.
The new legislation allows prosecutors to charge anyone who enters
a building without permission or with the intent to disrupt a
government function with a federal offense if Secret Service
is on the scene, but the law stretches to include not just the
president’s palatial Pennsylvania Avenue home. Under the
law, any building or grounds where the president is visiting
'even temporarily' is covered, as is any building or grounds
'restricted in conjunction with an event designated as a special

seasonal influenza, meningitis, and HPV (Gardasil) by nurses
from St. John's, despite Sighle's previously-stated opposition
to her daughter receiving medical treatments from the school.
According to reports, Sighle was not notified by either school
or hospital officials of their intentions to administer vaccines
to her daughter. Not only is Sighle opposed to the vaccines that
were given, but she has expressed anger over the fact that officials
deliberately ignored her written filing with the school not to
administer any medical treatments without her expressed permission.

HISTORY: Seal of the U.S. Mint - In 1933, U.S. President Franklin
D. Roosevelt issued Executive Order 6102, which outlawed the
private ownership of gold coins, gold bullion, and gold certificates
by American citizens, forcing them to sell these to the Federal
Reserve. As a result, the value of the gold held by the Federal
Reserve increased from $4 billion to $12 billion between 1933
and 1937. This left the federal government with a large gold
reserve and no place to store it. In 1936, the U.S. Treasury
Department began construction of the United States Bullion Depository
at Fort Knox, Kentucky, on land transferred from the military.
The Gold Vault was completed in December 1936 for US $560,000,

During World War II, the repository held the original U.S. Declaration
of Independence and U.S. Constitution. It held the reserves of
European countries and key documents from Western history; for
example, it held the Crown of St. Stephen, part of the Hungarian
crown jewels, given to American soldiers to prevent them from
falling into Soviet hands. The repository held one of four copies
(exemplifications) of the Magna Carta, which had been sent for
display at the 1939 New York World's Fair, and which, when war

The United States Bullion Depository holds 4,577 metric tons

Federal Reserve Bank of New York's underground vault in Manhattan,
which holds 7,000 metric tons (7716 tons) of gold bullion (225.1

HOW THE IMF ACQUIRED ITS GOLD HOLDINGS
The IMF held 90.5 million ounces (2,814.1 metric tons) of gold
at designated depositories at end August 2011. The IMF’s
total gold holdings are valued on its balance sheet at SDR 3.2
billion (about $5 billion) on the basis of historical cost. As
of August 31, 2011, the IMF's holdings amounted to $164.1 billion
at current market prices. The IMF acquired its current gold holdings
prior to the Second Amendment through four main types of transactions.
First, when the IMF was founded in 1944 it was decided that 25
percent of initial quota subscriptions and subsequent quota increases
were to be paid in gold. This represents the largest source of
the IMF's gold.
Second, all payments of charges (interest on member countries'
use of IMF credit) were normally made in gold.
Third, a member wishing to acquire the currency of another member
could do so by selling gold to the IMF. The major use of this
provision was sales of gold to the IMF by South Africa in 1970–71.

PRESSURE IS ON SENATE AFTER HOUSE KILLS HEALTHCARE LAW'S RATIONING
BOARD

increasing pressure to bring up legislation repealing a key part
of President Obama’s healthcare law. A House subpanel on
Wednesday easily approved a measure to repeal a Medicare cost-cutting
panel derided by Republicans as a “rationing board.”
Two Democrats — including the panel’s ranking member
— crossed the aisle and joined Republicans in voting to
nix the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB). The lopsided
17-5 vote underscored the bipartisan support for repealing the
board, which Obama has made the centerpiece of his efforts to
reduce Medicare spending. It also provided evidence the legislation
could have a shot at passing the Senate. Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas)
pounced after the House panel’s vote, arguing it’s
time for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) to bring

ONLY 54% OF YOUNG ADULTS IN AMERICA HAVE A JOB

were stunned to learn that unemployment among Europe's young
adults has exploded as a result of the European financial crisis,
and peaking anywhere between 46% in the case of Greece all they
way to 51% for Spain. Which makes us wonder what the reaction
will be to the discovery that when it comes to young adults (18-24)
in the US, the employment rate is just barely above half, or
54%, which just happens to be the lowest in 64 years, and 7%
worse than when Obama took office promising a whole lot of change
3 years ago. And while technically this means 46% are unemployed,
or the same percentage as in Greece, the US ratio, which comes
from Pew, shows the ratio as a % of the total population: a very
sensitive topic now that every month we see another 250,000 drop
off mysteriously from the total labor force. However, unlike
those on the trailing age end, young adults by definition are
the labor force in their age group demographic, so it would be
difficult to explain away this horrendous number by claiming
that ever more 24 year olds are retiring. Although, yes, we agree
that some may be dropping out of the labor force in order to
go to college, incidentally the locus of the latest credit bubble,
where they meet a fate worse even than secular unemployment:
they become debt slaves of the Federal System, with non-dischargable
debt at that, which even assuming they can get a job would take

Helena Drnovsek Zorko has apologized for signing the ACTA agreement
on behalf of her nation.
The Anti Counterfeiting Trade Agreement resulted from efforts
by the entertainment industry to mandate copyright law via international
agreement. It was written in secret, with the input of movie
and recording industry lobbyists, but with the general public
provided information only via leaks from various parties to the
negotiations. Zorko says she was overworked and did not pay enough
attention to the agreement before signing it. It has been signed
by the U.S., Japan and 22 European nations.

On Thursday, 26th January, 2012, I signed the Anti-Counterfeiting
Trade Agreement (ACTA) on behalf of the Republic of Slovenia,
following the directive and authorisation of the Slovenian government.
I signed the agreement because I was instructed to do so by the
government, and because it is a part of my job. Why did I sign
ACTA. Every day there is a barrage of questions in my inbox and
on Facebook from mostly kind and somewhat baffled people, who
cannot understand how it occurred to me to sign an agreement

WHY IS GLOBAL SHIPPING SLOWING DOWN SO DRAMATICALLY?
If the global economy is not heading for a recession, then why
is global shipping slowing down so dramatically? Many economists
believe that measures of global shipping such as the Baltic Dry
Index are leading economic indicators. In other words, they change
before the overall economic picture changes. For example, back
in early 2008 the Baltic Dry Index began falling dramatically.
Asian shipping is really slowing down as well. The following
comes from a recent article in the Telegraph.... Shanghai shipping
volumes contracted sharply in January as Europe's debt crisis
curbed demand for Asian goods, stoking fresh doubts about the
strength of the Chinese economy.
Container traffic through the Port of Shanghai in January fell
by more than a million tons from a year earlier.
So this is something we are seeing all over the globe. Another
indicator that is troubling economists right now is petroleum
usage. It turns out that petroleum usage is really starting to
