- :: GREETINGS to all and the newcomers to this list. We'd
like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams founded
this ministry. We were Mormons (Temple Mormons) for 20 years.
We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry speaking
out against Scientology. Six months later God led us to the truth:
out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at the time we
were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20 years. [George
passed away to heaven in March 2003 and Nicholas Stivers joined
the ministry as Vice President.]
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry. Our
newsletters are not designed to provoke
anger or resistance to evil which is strictly prohibited in Scripture.
It is to shed light on activities by those who would deceive
the elect by devious methods and systematic plans.
- We are Bible students and have left all worldly organizations.
- The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had
to leave the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the
Wall' which God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.
- To understand what is happening, one has to know the Bible
to compare notes.
- The first section is about the church.
The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
which doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word of God has
undergone many changes to fit the present mode. The Bible calls
for a falling away from the truth before Jesus
comes back for His Bride, the true believers called 'Ekklesia.'
Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the Bible is true
from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend, so called democratizing what is left. One third of the
world still remains to be taken over. It again proves that we
are moving to closure of the times of the Gentiles prophesied
in the Bible.
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings with what is happening in Israel. We describe and watch
for signs of the coming Tribulation to confirm that we are moving
into that space and time.
- Watchmen on the wall do not solicit memberships. We have
an email group that gets information when we upload new information
and a newsletter whenever it is possible time wise. We love the
Lord with all our hearts and minds and we love all people God
has created but especially those who love our Lord and Savior,

- EMERGING CHURCH LEADER, BRIAN MCLAREN, PROMOTES ISLAM AND
CHRISTIANITY REACH THE SAME GOD DURING MYSTICAL EXPERIENCES
New Book by Tony Campolo says mysticism [contemplative prayer]
will unite Christianity and Islam.
According to Tony Campolo, in his book Speaking My Mind, he has
several suggestions for Christians - the bottom line is he believes
we need to "redefine ourselves,"... "recast our
opinions," and "entertain the possibility that we might
be in error" about particular issues. He says we need to
stop being so stubborn about these issues. What are those issues
he speaks of? They are everything from mysticism to homosexuality
and an array of other changes we need to make in our attitudes,
behaviors and ideas. With regard to mysticism (contemplative
prayer) he believes, "mysticism provides some hope for common
ground between Christianity and Islam." He asks and then
later answers the question, "Could they (Islamic Sufis)
have encountered the same God we do in our Christian mysticism?"
His answer - of course! Sound like Thomas Merton? It should.
Campolo emulates Merton, Schuller and a host of other New Age,
mystical leaders all rolled into one. And as far as he is concerned,
the real problem for the whole world lies with "rigid"
Christians who believe in the possibility of Jesus' soon return.
According to Campolo, they are to blame for wars, and a host
of other evils in the world. I am reminded, as I read his book,
of Alice Bailey and Barbara Marx Hubbard, who have believed that
Bible-believing Christians should be exterminated from the earth.
The most alarming thing about this book is that Brian McLaren's
name is on the back cover, telling us the book is a "great
bargain" and that Campolo's voice is one that "needs
to be heard." Brian McLaren, named recently by Time magazine
as one of 25 most influential evangelicals, is also considered
the statesman and leader for the fast growing emerging church
movement, which is just a disguised Trojan horse for contemplative
prayer with a close connection to Richard Foster, Rick Warren
and other contemplatives. Remove the contemplative, mystical
element from the emerging church and you have nothing more than
couches and candles. While many of the young people in this movement
may be searching for a more genuine faith and cannot be criticized
for that, we believe the leaders, such as McLaren, are leading
thousands astray, whether they realize it or not. If McLaren
agrees with Tony Campolo, and he must or he wouldn't have said
so, then great deception is lurking around the corner and many
are heading right into trouble and into a belief system that
shouts All Paths Lead to the Same God. And as for believers who
refuse to recast their opinions or redefine their views that
Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation and access to the living

- I recently developed a website exposing the error of a not-so-well-known,
yet far reaching, women's ministry I was involved in. Our website
exposes the false gospel and practices (including psychology,
ecumenicalism, corrupt bible translation, etc.) within Stonecroft
Ministries' outreach events held in 65 countries.
- The events run under various names such as "Christian
Women's Clubs", "Christian Business and Professional
Women, etc. Larry Crabb, integrationist, is the top endorser
of this ministry. His wife, Rachel is very involved. Mr. Crabb
speaks on the Stonecroft Cruises. My hope is to expose each of
the false teachings of Stonecroft, encourage people to return
to the Word and also to win souls to Christ... the poor souls
who may have been falsely converted by this so-called ministry.

- Many Evangelical, Pentecostal, Charismatic,
Catholic, Mormon and other ecumenically-minded leaders are members
of the Council for National Policy, the 500+ member organization
which plans the strategy of the Religious Right in the United
States.
- The CNP, according to their 1996 Telephone
Directory, was founded in 1981. While those involved are from
the United States, their organizations and influence cover the
globe, both religiously and politically. Members include
corporate executives, television evangelists, legislators, former
military or high ranking government officers, leaders of 'think
tanks' dedicated to molding society and those who many view as
Christian leadership. Members in many cases are owners or
leaders from industry such as lumber, oil, mining, commodities,
real estate, the media, including owners of radio, television
and print, with all aspects of life covered. Many are involved
in education, determining to influence society's direction by
direct input with children and youth.
- While this information includes members
of the CNP, this is not to say that liberal political figures
are excluded from the assessment of having "a heart of desperately
wicked and deceitful above all things." No one is precluded.
However, the CNP members are overtly "Christian" which
is used as a cover to deceive the gullible. They have the "form
of godliness" and are somewhat "ministers of righteousness",
but deny the true power thereof by a carefully contrived doctrine
which assiduously avoids the Scriptures which would expose their
works that they are evil. Through their propaganda, they provoke
visceral reactions from Christians to fight, become angry, to
get involved in the political arena, to join and support their
organizations through many monetary contributions which makes
"merchandise of the saints."

Imam Muzamil Siddiqi of Islamic Law Council about Pope John Paul
II. "This Pope had a lot of admiration from Islam all over
the world. He was a unique Pope. He visited the Mosque. He kissed
a copy of the Koran. The Pope said to Muslims that we worship
the same God and quoted from the Koran. Faith and Justice has
to be carried out and Jesuits agree. Abraham was the father of
Christians, Israelis and Muslims. There is a common spiritual
bond between Christianity and Islam worship the same one God.
He was devoted to his faith but also a man who was open to all
people. In numerous writings especially in the last few years
he addressed the Muslims as brothers. We have a common morality
and devotion to God. I met him 15 years ago in Los Angeles and
I gave him a copy of the Koran and the Pope said: "Holy
Koran, thank you." I pay tremendous tribute to him. The
Pope spoke against the war in Iraq. He was speaking for peace
and justice. This is the kind of spirit needed. We have to follow

records of proxy Baptisms. In fact Mormonism teaches that families
are all bound together through this process... According to 33
degree Mason, Albert Pike, the supreme crown is both sexes, Male
and Female. .. The Universe was out-formed in the form of Male
and Female… The Principle, Hakemah, is the Generator of
all things; and He and Binah conjoin, and she shines within Him.
When they conjoin, she conceives, and the
out-flow is Truth. Read on this thesis is an eye opener:

- Question: What is repentance--the same as faith? How
do you explain its absence in John 3:16; 5:24; 6:47; Galatians;
Acts 16:31, etc.? You have written in An Urgent Call to a Serious
Faith, p. 223, that those "living in sin" have no right
to assurance of salvation. Is assurance based on behavior or
on the objective promises of God's Word? Please clarify where
you stand on "Lordship salvation," which ties salvation
and assurance to faith and repentance as conditions
for eternal life.
- Answer: Faith is the only condition of salvation:
"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved."
To be saved, one must only believe the gospel. That is the promise
of God's Word.
- As for repentance, I agree that the word is not in the Gospel
of John, nor in Paul's definition of the gospel in 1 Corinthians
15:1-4, etc. But Paul did preach "repentance toward God
and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ" (Acts 20:21); and
Jesus said, "Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise
perish" (Lk 13:3). Yet to overemphasize repentance
could lead the unsaved person to imagine that he somehow must
reform his life before he is acceptable to God and can be saved.

Center Thursday night, but not everyone welcomes him. Chances
are you've seen Benny Hinn on TV, performing his miraculous healings.
Houstonian Jackie DeLeon went with her mother to see Hinn's crusade
during his last visit here. She was suffering from lung cancer
and for her, Hinn was a last hope. She appeared on TV, apparently
being healed by Hinn. After her appearance, she gave hundreds
of dollars she couldn't afford to his crusade and stopped taking
her medications. She died three weeks later. "To know that
he's coming to Houston and all these people who are sick are
going to him and I know that right now they are all excited.
They're thinking, 'Oh my God. This is it. It's only going to
be a couple more days I have to be like this and I'm going to
be healed.' It kills me," said DeLeon. Hinn's ministry denied
Eyewitness News requests for an interview and a request for a
list of healings.

Iraqi Centre for Dialogue, Reconciliation and Peace, has formed
an alliance with the London-based Three Faiths Forum, which brings

the link, said the Iraqi centre planned to send representatives
to London to study methods of religious reconciliation. Canon
Andrew White of Coventry Cathedral, England, who helped to forge
the alliance, said this was the centre's first association with

on January 22 while attending Benny Hinn's "healing"
crusade in Bangalore, India ("When the miracle failed to
save a life," Deccan Herald, Jan. 23). Bogus "faith
healers" like Hinn bring reproach to the cause of Christ.
(No one ever died when they were seeking healing from Him.) Benny
Hinn claims to have received the anointing of the late female
evangelist Kathryn Kuhlman, and that might well be true, as she
also was bogus. In his book Healing: A Doctor in Search of a
Miracle, Dr. William Nolen dedicates an entire chapter to his
experiences investigating Kuhlman's healing crusades. Though
sympathetic to Kuhlman as a person, Nolen was unable to document

foretold of a society where government tracks every person. But
even he might never have imagined that cars could be used to
spy on individuals. Most people don't realize that day has arrived.
According to the Christian Science Monitor, 30 million vehicles
manufactured by Ford, GM, Honda and Toyota include a "black
box" that records a plethora of information. The "Event
Data Recorder," or EDR, at one time recorded only basic
information such as whether an airbag deployed during an accident
and whether drivers wore seat belts. But, says the paper, now
many of the devices are recording the last several seconds of
data before an accident. That includes how fast the vehicle was
traveling, whether or not the driver applied the brakes, and
engine speed. Some of this data has already been used to convict
drivers of criminal acts such as murder and manslaughter. "The
main purpose of the EDR is to get data after a crash to help
us understand how the airbags worked," said Alan Adler,
manager of product-safety communications at General Motors in
Warren, Mich.

withdraw" from the protocol, in a two-paragraph letter dated

Washington and ratified in 1969 along with the rest of the Vienna
Convention on Consular Relations, the Optional Protocol lets
the International Court of Justice (ICJ) intervene when suspects
are denied the right to see a home-country diplomat when jailed
abroad... The United States proposed the protocol to protect
American citizens abroad -- it was the first country to invoke
it during the 1979 US hostage crisis in Tehran, but lately has
seen it being increasingly used by foreign governments and US
opponents of capital punishment to complain before the ICJ when
their citizens are sentenced to death by US courts... The protocol
has been invoked lately by Mexico for dozens of its citizens
jailed in the United States, some of whom have been sentenced
to death...

- Switching to Africa: Prime Minister Toni Blair's Commission
for Africa was very visible during the three day conference in
Johannesberg, South Africa. Annan welcomed UK Commission on Africa
report as an important contribution to solutions to "the
foremost development challenge facing the international community,"
United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan said today (3.11.2005).
The focus was implementation of the Millennium Declaration, a
UN General Assembly document aimed at accelerating socio-economic
development in Africa. President Bush did not attend according
to reports. The 17-member Commission urged donor countries to
increase the present assistance to Africa to $25 billion in phases
and African Governments to increase economic growth, allowing
them to provide $12.5 billion from their own revenues.

report says the fight against "systemic" corruption
should be strengthened through good governance, which in turn
would reduce the scope for corruption and the funds that corrupt
African dictators have deposited in the banks of developed countries

calls for rapid urbanization, which means supermarkets, Wal-Marts
in other words Americanization. They want $50 billion by 2010
of which $20 billion would go for ports, roads, telecommunications
and other infrastructure.

solve their own social problems because their submitted wish
list was ignored. They are upset about being uprooted from their
homes to squatter camps. The land is needed for urbanization.

A "THEORY" IN BILL BENSON CASE

and Israelis Monday to prevent a new derailment of the Middle
East peace process, ahead of London talks clouded by Friday's

who will attend talks of the Mideast peace Quartet on the sidelines
of a conference on Palestinian reform, vowed to help Palestinians

talks on Palestinian reforms, to be attended by UN chief Kofi

States, the UN, the EU and Russia -- will hold talks alongside
the London conference, which is to be attended by Palestinian

NEW YORK TIMES: SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 5 2005 (AP) - An atheist
who sued because he did not want his young daughter exposed to
the words "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance has
filed another lawsuit - this time with other parents. The plaintiff,
Michael Newdow, won his case more than two years ago before a
federal appeals court, which said it was an unconstitutional
blending of church and state for public school students to pledge
to God.
In June, the Supreme Court dismissed the case, saying Dr. Newdow
could not lawfully sue because he did not have custody of his
elementary-school-age daughter and because her mother objected
to the lawsuit.In the latest challenge, which was filed Monday
in federal court in Sacramento, eight co-plaintiffs have joined
the suit, and all are custodial parents or the children themselves,
Dr. Newdow said... Though the Supreme Court sidestepped the broader
question of separation of church and state when it rejected the
case, Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist wrote separately that
the pledge as recited by schoolchildren did not violate the Constitution.
Justices Sandra Day O'Connor and Clarence Thomas agreed... A
fourth justice, Antonin Scalia, removed himself from the case
after making off-the-bench remarks that seemed to telegraph his

- EUROPEAN UNION DISCUSSED CLAY AND IRON
In a hot discussion about bringing Turkey into the European Union,
one member complained that he would rather stick to their own
for the sake of a stronger union. Adding Turkey would weaken
the Union same as clay and iron would. Interesting that he would
refer to Bible prophecies. The world falls apart in the end because
clay and iron don't mix according to Nebbuchadnezzar's dream.
In this comment it becomes clear that iron represents Christians

- G20 TO REPLACE THE G8? NO
Why Not Now?," Sponsored by the Brookings Institution, Institute
for International Economics, and the Centre for Global Governance,
Washington, D.C., September 22, 2004. There is now a growing
consensus that the global community could benefit from a leaders’
level meeting of the G20 at least as a one time experimental
encounter to give the new formula a chance to prove its worth.
After five years of operation, the annual finance ministers’
G20 meeting has demonstrated its value, in the face of both the
initial 1997-9 Asian-turned-global financial crisis and the subsequent
September 11th, 2001, terrorist attacks (Kirton 2004). Some leaders
of the systemically important G20 countries have welcomed an
elevation of the G20 to a leaders’ level encounter. Some
consequential members of the G8 have expressed a serious interest
as well. And the leading architect and entrepreneur of an L20,
Paul Martin, freshly elected as Canada’s Prime Minister
on June 28th, is continuing to try to bring an L20 to life.
The key question at present is thus how soon and how to give
birth to this new meeting or new institution that many feel is
a good idea. Here there is a wide spectrum of alternatives for
how this can and should be done. At one end of the spectrum stands
a San Francisco 1945-like "big bang" in which a new,
now properly designed L20 is permanently created to replace a
discredited G8 that is instantly and entirely abolished for good
(Bradford and Linn 2004, Cooper and English 2005). At the other
end stands a globally necessary and effective G8 that reaches
out a little more to add a G20 in order to enhance the value
that both mutually reinforcing bodies have for globally governing
the twenty first century world.

- CONSEQUENCES OF INVASIVE TECHNOLOGY COLLECTING DATABASES
Franchises, forced to subscribe in order to remain a franchise
collect databases. Others collect Urine analysis which are submitted
to a database. Illnesses that affect ability to work become huge
burdens on insurance companies because the affect ability to
work. Those afflicted will not be eligible for insurance coverage.
Data mining establish data banks. The value cards used by grocery
chain stores feed into a data bank and are shareable with the
medical community. If a doctor prescribes medicine and the patient
does not take the medicine, the patient can face rejection from
coverage. Smart databases determine everything about a person.
Experiments are taking place in prisons with neuro implants which
induce lethargy and a desire to simply sleep for hours. There
are no guideposts. Nothing governs how far this trend can go.
The IRS can use this database to compare shopping with income
tax returns. To sell these activities to the public they are
claimed to be beneficial. The national ID card drivers license
will have color code level rating and carry a $50,000 fine if

FSTV 2.21.2004 - Did you know that merchants have to convince
you that you are not okay to produce customers. You will never
hear that you are okay. If you were, you would not need anything.
Merchants line up beautiful people to show up your problems and
therefore make you continually compete with them. This type of
advertising produces anxious and insecure men and women and probably
even children.
A technique is used to sell people on war as well because there
has to be an intellectual shift in the public's minds from a
peaceful existence to war. The media appeals to our unconscious
mind without our knowledge and creates an aura around a goal
that the media sets for us. Whether it is based on truth or lies
doesn't matter.
They move us from the rational to the irrational level of consciousness.
It is easier to use images than words.
SEEING IS BELIEVING.
Use images if you wish to move people. In using involvement devices
also motivates people. There is great power in symbolism. One
has to discover symbols that make people react. By baiting people's
emotions and feelings one can get them to follow. The advertising
world works with Pavlovian Psychology. They create stimuli that
makes people salivate and consequently buy the product. It turns
people virtually into objects that are manipulated.
Hitler is an example of intense manipulation of people's minds.
The most productive method is to produce intense sexual experiences
around products and make consumption a neurotic experience. Result
is that we have as many cars as we have people. Humans become
collateral damage and are thought of and conditioned into objects.
It also makes it easier to kill other objects.
COMMERCIAL CULTURE IS ABOUT DISATISFACTION NOT SATISFACTION
Corporations control our thinking. The only things in life that
make a difference are relationships. Happiness does not come
from buying things.

2.22.2004 - Naom Chomsky stated that kids are taught to hide
under their desks to create an atmosphere of fear to allow the
people in power to control. Having someone come after us alters
our perception and creates a feeling of disconnectedness and
suspicion. 9/11 was a reinforcement of our convictions to remain
mindless consumers... A people of passive obedience are victims
of propaganda... It is easier to teach a big lie than a small
lie. Out of 'Mein Kampf' heaven can be presented as hell. The
tax cut will harm the people in that it will destroy our institutional
systems. Schools and Social Security will have to go. People's
minds turn to maximizing their own consumption without feelings
for others. Drumbeat is war. 1) Iraq is imminent threat. 2) 9/11
bind it. 3) New plans to destroy us. No other country believed
what we believed. In addition to that is the fear factor in crime,
aliens and nukes. The panic button is forever pushed by the government
to satisfy their needs.
