- :: GREETINGS to all and the newcomers to this list. We'd
like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams, who founded
this ministry, were Mormons (Temple Mormons part of the time)
for 20 years. We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry
speaking out about Scientology. Six months later God led us to
the truth: out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at the
time we were in a cult. No one had witnessed to us in 20 years.
[George passed away to heaven in March 2003 and Nicholas Stivers
joined the ministry as Vice President.]
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry.
- We are Bible students and have left all worldly organizations.
- The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had
to leave the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the
Wall' which God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.
- To understand what is happening, one has to know the Bible
to compare notes.
- The first section is about the church.
The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
which doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word of God has
undergone many changes to fit the present mode. The Bible calls
for a falling away from the truth before Jesus
comes back for His Bride, the true believers are called 'Ekklesia.'
Our newsletters prove the fact and prove that the Bible is true
from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend to prove that we are moving toward a global Antichrist
System with one government governing all countries. The World
Trade Organization and United Nations are examples of it. Calamities,
matural and manmade disasters such as we are experiencing today,
are unprecedented. Over 150,000 human beings perished in an instant,
serve to bring all countries on the same page and co-operate
together in a peaceful manner. That is the end goal of globalism.
The WTO usurps all Constitutions world wide. Sovereignty is a
thing of the past.
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings with what is happening in Israel. We describe and watch
for signs of the coming Tribulation to confirm that we are moving
into that space and time.

spilled His blood on the cross for our sins and rose again to
prepare a place for those who accept 'His' righteousness

- SOME OF BUSH'S SUPPORTERS OBJECT TO INAUGURAL PLANS
Palm Beach Post By Bob Dart January 12, 2005 - WASHINGTON:"...but
some of President Bush's political pals are becoming party poopers
for his second inauguration. Cultural conservatives who backed
the president's reelection bid are aghast at the notion that
Kid Rock, a fellow Bush supporter, may sing at an inaugural youth
concert that first daughters Jenna and Barbara Bush are to host.
Fundamentalist Christian activists who believe their support
was crucial in sending Bush back to the White House are threatening
a lawsuit against the Secret Service for banning crosses along
the inaugural parade route.
And Republican Rep. Tom Davis of Virginia is protesting that
the administration is unfairly trying to stick the District of
Columbia with nearly $12 million in security costs for the inauguration.
"Bush's era of good feelings with his supporters expired
the week after the election," marveled Larry Sabato, director
of the University of Virginia Center for Politics. Some conservative
cultural watchdogs are upset at reports that Kid Rock, whose
obscenity-filled music drifts toward Southern rock, would sing
at an inaugural event for their candidate.
"If this sex-crazed animal, whose favorite word is the F
word, is allowed to sing at Bush's inauguration, this will send
a clear message to pro-family Americans that the Republican Party
has taken them for a ride and ditched them in the gutter,"
said Randy Thomasson, president of Campaign for Children and
Families in Sacramento, Calif.
Inaugural planners may be backing away from having Rock perform.
Meanwhile, the Christian Defense Coalition sent a letter Tuesday
to John Kelleher, chief counsel of the Secret Service, threatening
a suit to protest the agency's ban of crosses along the inaugural
parade route on Jan. 20. And some anti-Bush groups, upset over
the $40 million price tag of the inauguration, are urging Americans
to protest with their wallets.
The "Not One Damn Dime" campaign calls for an economic
boycott on Jan. 20, the day of Bush's inaugural. The Web site
www.notonedamndime.com urges not buying anything, even groceries
and gasoline, for 24 hours.

- Pro the Book: Wow! That's what I've said on just about
every page. When studying the Bible, throw away your dictionary
- even the Webster 1828 - and your commentaries. Throw away your
bible dictionaries. God built it all in. Compare scripture to
scripture. Study the word to shew thyself approved unto God,
a workman that needeth not to be ashamed. This book does an excellent
job on explaining how to determine the meaning of words by comparing
them to other scriptures and not by looking them up in a dictionary
made by human hands. Don't be lazy - read this book and really
learn how to study the word!

Reviewer: Biblical Exegete (Minnesota) - Employing conspiracy-theory
techniques, gross mis-quotes, illogical "logic," name-calling,
rumor mongering, and outright fabrications, Gayle Riplinger declares
the truly marvelous and reveered King James Version to be much,
much more than even the translators themselves thought it to
be: She sets it forth as the only Divinely Inspired Word of God,
more accurate even than the ancient origninal-language manuscripts.
All other versions, she claims, "have at their root the
goal of usurping the word of God and replacing it with that of
some man." They are, she maintains, the work of the anti-Christ
and the Devil.
- For centuries, men and women have given their lives to the
proliferation of the Word of God to all peoples on the face of
the earth. They have recognized that no one ethno-liguistic heritage
holds a monopoly on the Word, but have consistently held that
the Word is marvelous enough to be applicable to all peoples
of every time and every language, and that the Holy Spirit is
mighty enough to superintend translations into thousands of languages
in such a way that no significant doctrinal error has overtaken
those translations that have at their core a committment to the
inerrancy of the original-language cannon. Today, millions of
believers around the world hold the Word of God in thier hands,
translated into their own heart-language and their own dialect,
reading it and loving it with a depth of committment unknown
to most of the world's English speaking minority. In fact, they
love that Word more than their own life, knowing that, should
they be discovered with it, they could be killed on the spot.
But they don't mind, because that Word has taught them that,
should they be martyred, they would be with the Jesus of that
Word, forever.
- And along comes Gayle Riplinger and her ilk, daring to say
that those who find God and Christ through any other version
than the King James 1611 have found a false god, even the anti-Christ,
himself.
- On what basis does she make these horrid claims? Only on
the basis of her own bias which denies the facts of history,
the doctrine of inspiration, the words of countless Biblical
scholors (many of whom she misquotes), and the love of God who
calls "a great multitiude, which no man could number, of
all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues" before
His throne. (Rev. 7:9 KJV) Note: It does NOT say, "a great
multitude ... of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and the

Read this unbiblical, blasphemous report: "In Roman Catholicism,
Mary is much more than a model of virtue; she is the co-redeemer
of the human race [954, 968, 970] (as written in the new Catholic
Catechism)
The Father of mercies willed that the Incarnation should be preceded
by assent on the part of the predestined mother, so that just
as a woman had a share in bringing about death, so also a woman
should contribute to life.. Rightly, therefore, the Fathers see
Mary not merely as passively engaged by God, but as freely cooperating
in the work of man's salvation though faith and obedience. For,
as St. Irenaeus says, the "being obedient, became the cause
of salvation for herself and for the whole human race."
Hence not a few of the early Fathers gladly assert with him in
their preaching: "the knot of Eve's disobedience was
untied by Mary's obedience: what the virgin Eve bound through
her disbelief. Mary Loosened by her faith." Comparing
Mary with Eve, they call her "Mother of the living."
and frequently claim death through Eve, life through Mary."

According to the Roman Catholic Church, Mary's participation
in the incarnation was only the beginning of her role in salvation.
The Church teaches it was God's design that the Blessed
Virgin Mary, apparently absent from the public life of
Jesus, should assist him when he was dying nailed to the
Cross. United with Christ, Mary offered Him as a sacrifice
to God on the cross.
"She is was who, immune from all sin, personal or inherited,
and ever more closely united with her Son, offered him on Golgotha
to the Eternal Father together with the holocaust of her maternal
rights and motherly love... [Mystici Corporis]
Not only did Mary offer her Son to God, but she remained
at the cross to suffer with Christ:
Thus the Blessed Virgin advanced in her pilgrimage of faith,
and faithfully persevered in her union with her Son unto the
cross, where she stood, in keeping with the divine plan, enduring
with her only begotten Son the intensity of his suffering,
associated herself with his sacrifice in her mother's heart,
and lovingly consenting to the immolation of the victim
which was born of her.
According to the Church, Mary's sufferings were so intense that
they brought her to the very threshold of death. She, says the
Church, "participated with Jesus Christ in the very painful
act of redemption."
Mary suffered and, as it were nearly died with her suffering
Son; for the salvation of mankind she renounced her mother's
rights and, as far as it depended on her, offered her Son to
placate divine justice; so we may well say that she with Christ
redeemed mankind.
Thus Mary, in a subordinate role to Christ, had a "part
with him in redemption of the human race. She is therefore called
by the Church the "the co-operatrix in man's redemption.,
"our co-redemptor. For at the cross, Mary triumphed
utterly over the ancient serpent.
Following the death and resurrection of Christ, says the Church,
Mary was major force in the spread of the gospel:
It is no exageration to say that it is due chiefly to her leadership
and help that the wisdom and teachings of the Gospel spread so
rapidly to all the nations of the world in spirit of the most
obstinate difficulties and most cruel persecutions and brought
everywhere in their train a new reign of justice and peace. [-

Finally, the Roman Catholic Church teaches that when Mary's
life on earth was completed, God miraculously took her into heaven.
There He crowned her Queen of Heaven and Earth.

- THERE IS NO REAL SALVATION IN THE CATHOLIC CHURCH
- Email: Hello, Found your website this afternoon. Reading
through some of your Passion movie writings. Before I read your
site, I had just wrote a comment to a catholic site about the
eucharist, and how my dad was excommunicated from the church
for (in his own words) "every sin except murder". My
relationship with my dad growing up consisted of watching guilt
eat a man alive, and the lives of everyone in our family... and
praise God forever, I saw the Lord save him and set him free.
So when I read your Passion movie articles, especially one that
asked why the movie was so graphically violent I really wanted
to say that it's all about controlling with guilt. There is no
real salvation in the Catholic church, so they are led to believe
that they can "do" something to take away their guilt.
Like it says in Hebrews about the yearly sacrifice of bulls and
goats that couldn't permanently take away sin. Catholics have
no real place to go with their guilt, especially what I guess
they call mortal sins - punished/cleansed only by purgatorial
fire. Scary. No place in their doctrine is there any power to
renew minds, bind up hearts, or set anyone free. I saw such a
miraculous example of grace and God's agape love in my dad's
life. And God has continued in my life to set me free from the
law and fear of condemnation and God's anger, as I understand
more and more about grace. Thanks for listening.

- EARTHQUAKES AND THE END TIMES: A GEOLOGICAL AND BIBLICAL
PERSPECTIVE

after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it,
but the sign of the prophet Jonas: For as Jonas was three days
and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son

- According to a number of Christian writers and teachers on
Bible prophecy, Jesus predicted in the Olivet Discourse that
a pronounced increase in the frequency and intensity of earthquakes
would occur just prior to His return to the earth. Many of the
same writers and teachers claim that the decade of the 1990s
has experienced a pronounced increase in both the frequency and
intensity of earthquakes as compared to the earlier decades of
the twentieth century. This coincidence of Jesus' prophetic statement
and recent seismic events is viewed by these writers and teachers
as clear demonstration of the nearness of the return of Christ.
- Hal Lindsey, the world's best known Bible prophecy teacher
and author of 17 books on prophecy [in some of which he uses
this phenomenon as a sign.] Lindsey's earthquake frequency numbers
have been widely circulated by popular prophecy speakers such
as Chuck Missler and Jack Van Impe. However, Missler and Van
Impe do not give any further information on the source of Lindsey's
statistics. Grant R. Jeffrey, another Bible prophecy teacher
and author of nine best-selling books, could be the source of
Lindsey's statistics. [Other authors who have used this information
as well are:] J. R. Church and Gary Stearman, editors of the
magazine Prophecy in the News, argued that data show a pronounced
increase in the frequency of the largest earthquakes in the 1990s.
- Church writes of a distinct increase in our century. Stearman
gives specific numbers of earthquakes, and he cites as his source
the October 11, 1995 issue of the newspaper Philadelphia Inquirer:
John Hagee, founder and pastor of the 15,000-member Cornerstone
Church in San Antonio, authored the book Beginning of the End
which became a New York Times bestseller. Hagee references a
report from the National Earthquake Information Center of the
U.S. Geological Survey: "…the number of large earthquakes
(magnitude 6.0 or greater) have stayed relatively constant…."
and notes within the government report "…the last decade
has produced substantially fewer large earthquakes than shown
in the long-term averages…." Remarkably, Hagee goes
on to contradict directly the government report: "…
it is true that the Bible predicts that earthquakes will increase
in the last days, and the number of earthquakes measured has
increased 1.58 times between 1983 and 1992." The documentation
given to support the supposed increase is faulty. Adequate reason
is not given as to why the conclusion of the government report
(i.e. decreasing earthquakes) is to be rejected. A different
set of earthquake frequency numbers appears in the recent writings
of Peter and Paul Lalonde. These new statistics are used to indicate
a very large increase in earthquake frequency in the 1990s: [What

- MOSLEMS PLANNING FOR ANOTHER MOSQUE ON THE TEMPLE MOUNT!

think one more ought to do the trick! They have plans to erect
yet another minaret within the coming year. So says the "Committee
to Restore the Al Aksa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock." This

when they announced this new plan for construction. Jewish
Temple loyalists have said that they will "bodily prevent"
such a development. This minarets are towers from which
Moslem "town criers" make loud wailing calls for Moslems

- HOW BLACK MORMONS SUDDENLY BECAME ACCEPTABLE
Spencer Kimball, "Prophet, Seer, and Revelator" of
the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints, claims that
on June 1 he received a revelation from God. The council of 13
Apostles participated in the revelation. So did Joseph Smith
who founded Mormonism in 1830.
The new revelation opened the door to the priesthood to "all
worthy males," specifically to blacks. Previously church
teaching based on the Mormon Book of Abraham excluded blacks
because they were "cursed as to the priesthood." The
new revelation means that marriages of blacks can now be "sealed"

Time (Aug. 7, p. 54) reported that with the new revelation, Mormonism's
"most offensive tenet vanished." Not so! From a Christian
point of view, the LDS's most offensive tenet is its rejection
of the deity of Jesus Christ in the historic Christian sense.
What president Kimbel needs is a revelation from John 1:1-14
about who Jesus Christ really is and what He has done to reconcile
all people to God.
We think Kimball's revelation will serve Satan's interests rather
than God's because the revelation invites blacks into a church
which calls itself the Church of Jesus Christ, but which is in
fact antichristian. That is no place for blacks or for anyone
else, including Spencer Kimball and his fellow Apostles.

- FAMILY SUES MORMON CHURCH
Week.com (USA), Dec, 10, 2004 - A Fulton County family is suing
the Mormon Church for the circumstances it alleges led to the
sexual assault of a young girl. The lawsuit was filed Thursday
at the Peoria Federal Court.
- The plaintiff says Mormon Church member Mark Thomas molested
a 4-year-old girl about two years ago when her parents were worshipping
at a Nauvoo temple. Peoria's Janssen Law Center claims the Church
allowed Thomas and his wife to baby-sit even though at that time,
Thomas was registered as a sex offender in Illinois.
- The suit accuses the Church of knowing Thomas' prior criminal
acts of sexual assaults, but then reinstated his status within
the church after excommunicating him. According to the plaintiff
as a result of the Church's negligence, Thomas assaulted the
girl. Now the plaintiff says the girl suffers physical injury,
contracting a lifelong incurable condition.
- Ralph Davis represents the plaintiff. In the suit, Davis
says the girl's parents did not know about the incident until
three months later in February 2003. At that time the girl complained
of urinary problems. She was taken to Graham Hospital in Canton

- FORMER LDS TEACHER FACES EXCOMMUNICATION FOR CONTROVERSIAL
BOOK
- Associated Press (USA), Dec. 9, 2004 - Grant Palmer was raised
to believe in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,
and has spent most of his life in its service. He has gone on
a mission, for years attended regular services and worked more
than three decades as a church-funded Mormon educator... Two
years and 281 pages later, the gray-haired, balding and bespectacled
64-year-old man faces excommunication from a church he says he
still loves. On Sunday, he's scheduled to appear in an apostasy
trial judged by church leaders for failing to obey the gospel
by publishing a book that questions whether founder Joseph Smith
misrepresented his authority as a prophet and revised church
scripture to his advantage. Mormons claim that the Book of Mormon
is "Another testament of Jesus Christ," and try to
pass it off as a companion to the Bible. Over and over again,
those claims have been disproven. Is the Book of Mormon "the
most correct of any book on earth" as Joseph Smith claimed

Palmer's book, ``An Insider's View of Mormon Origins,'' suggests
that Smith didn't actually translate the Book of Mormon, as LDS
faithful believe, ``by the gift and power of God'' from an ancient

leaning heavily on the King James Bible, emotional Methodist
tent revivals, Masonry and other personal experiences in a highly
superstitious era of American history. Palmer suggests the plates
themselves might never have physically existed, and that Smith
rewrote the story of how he was ordered by heavenly spirits to
found the church to make himself seem more legitimate when Mormons
faced credibility problems or were losing key leaders. ``I, along
with colleagues ... find the evidence employed to support many
traditional claims about the church to be either nonexistent
or problematic,'' Palmer writes. ``In other words, it didn't
all happen the way we've been told.'' .. Palmer culled material
for the book from documents in the church archives, which contain
a vast collection of letters, diaries, and papers from church
presidential administrations... ``I think only the truth is good

The January 24-27, 2005, Institute for Successful Church Leadership,
sponsored by Robert Schuller, will feature Jack Hayford, Bill
Hybels, and Ruth Graham. The theme is "Finding and Fulfilling
Your Mission: Proven Principles for Success." Anyone who
would preach for Robert Schuller, or even appear on the same
platform with him, is a deeply disobedient compromiser--at best
(2 John 9-11). (Ravi Zacharias spoke for Schuller in April 18,
2004; Rick Warren preached at Schuller's Institute in 1997; and
Schuller received a standing ovation when he spoke at the National
Association of Evangelicals meeting in March 2004.) Schuller
reinterprets the doctrines of the Word of God to conform to his
heretical self-esteem philosophy. To Schuller, sin is "any
act or thought that robs myself or another human being of his
or her self-esteem" (Self-Esteem: The New Reformation, p.
14). His christ is "self-esteem incarnate" (p. 135).
His new birth is to be "changed from a 'negative to a positive
self-image" (p. 68). His hell "is the loss of pride
that naturally follows separation from God" (p. 14). To
Schuller, the most destructive thing is to call men lost sinners
and thereby injure their self-esteem (Christianity Today, Oct.
5, 1984). Schuller is a universalist who believes that all people
are the children of God. The fact that so many "evangelical"
leaders treat Schuller as a brother in Christ is evidence of
their own spiritual blindness. Christ warns us not to follow
blind leaders. "And if the blind lead the blind, both shall

- DR. ROBERT SCHULLER SPEAKS AT THE 61ST ANNUAL CONVENTION

- Dr. Schuller declared, "There are some things in
the Bible I cannot swallow but you get saved not by the Book
but the blood. Keep your message positive. Understand God is
a God of grace and glory so forget the matter of justice."
Schuller continued, "Repentance is not a healthy response.
Repentance is really defined when someone says, 'I want to live
the dream you have, Lord.' Intelligent people do not understand
the fear of God. Grace has been missed in Fundamentalism. Remember
Jesus invested His stock in the Roman Catholic Church for at
least 1,000 years prior to the Reformation. Now we need a new
reformation with this message that God loves you and so do I."
In speaking directly to NAE leadership, Schuller said, "The
NAE had strong negatives in its early days but I now sense a
mellowing and maturity here so I will join it. I want the NAE
to be healthy and whole." This is the same individual who
wrote in his book on Self-Esteem, "Jesus never called a
person a sinnner. Rather he reserved his righteous rebuke for
those who used their authority to generate guilt and caused people
to lose their ability to taste and enjoy their right to dignity."
This apostate speaker, coming to speak at an NAE Convention marked
new territory for this inclusive organization. The fact that
so many evangelical leaders would treat Schuller as a brother
in Christ is clear evidence of their spiritual blindness. For

- TED HAGGARD INVITES ROBERT SCHULLER AS NAE SPEAKER
- SCHULLER AN N.A.E. SPEAKER-Robert Schuller spoke at the National
Association of Evangelicals' annual meeting last month (2/04
BB). He received a standing ovation.
But some conservative theologians were concerned over his reinterpreting
doctrines of Scripture "to conform to his self-esteem philosophy."
In his Self-Esteem book, Schuller says positive Christianity
does not hold to human depravity but to human ability, that to
be born again means we must be changed from negative to a positive
self-image, and that sin is any act or thought that robs myself
or another human being of his or her "self-esteem."
Further, hell is "the loss of pride that naturally
follows separation from God." Some say Schuller is an apostate
and universalist. ACCC Exec. Sec'y Dr. Ralph Colas covered the
NAE meeting and his report will be ready as soon as free-will-offering

A CENTURY
- Mormons had this to say: Ravi Zacharias, described as an
"internationally renowned Christian philosopher,"
spoke on the theme "that Jesus Christ's unique claim upon
humanity is that he embodied truth and sacrificed himself for
a world that often does not recognize him."

of over 50 churches and institutions under the banner of Standing
Together, an evangelical ministry, Ravi Zacharias recently gave
a three-part lectureship "In the Pursuit of Truth"
at two universities in the Salt Lake City area and at the Mormon
Tabernacle. The Salt Lake Tribune reported, "For the first
time in 105 years, a preacher of another faith was at the pulpit
of the Tabernacle on Temple Square on Sunday night, urging evangelical
Christians and Mormons to turn to Jesus Christ." Dwight
L. Moody was the last evangelical to speak there in 1899. On
November 14 Ravi spoke on "Who Is Jesus? Defending Jesus
Christ as the Way, the Truth, and the Life" to over 7000
people who filled the Mormon Tabernacle and an overflow setting.
His message was followed by a standing ovation. Ravi addressed
the supremacy and sufficiency of Jesus Christ and noted that
there are deep doctrinal differences between Christianity and
Mormonism. Yet as the Tribune observed, "His hour-long
sermon emphasized aspects of Christian doctrine for which Mormons
have a different understanding, such as sin, salvation through
the cross and the Trinity. But his overarching message —
that Jesus Christ is the answer to the longing in all human hearts
— was one that resonated with both evangelical Christians

- Christian singer and songwriter Michael Card led five worship
songs for the evening. “It was surreal to see evangelicals
worshiping in Spirit and Truth at the center of Mormon power
and influence,” reported Biola’s Craig Hazen. (Pictured: Craig Hazen, professor

Some months ago Greg Johnson, president of Standing Together,
sent a personal note to Gordon B. Hinckley, 94, the current head
of the LDS church, seeking approval for the event, which included
two other evenings at local colleges. Some were shocked when
the LDS leader approved. “God has put him there for such
a time as this,” Fincher believes.
“They want to be recognized as Christians,” said Hazen.
“But Christians are monotheistic, and until Mormons
embrace that we can’t talk about it.”
Hazen sees a possible parallel in the recent history of the Worldwide
Church of God, which embraced orthodoxy after the death of its
founder, Herbert W. Armstrong. “The changes in that body
has given us new vigor and hope,” Hazen said. “It’s
recharged our batteries in terms of dealing with LDS.”
On the one hand, Hazen sees November’s event as a “spiritual
earthquake” that will be featured prominently in future
historical accounts. On the other hand, he doesn’t want
to “overblow” what happened. “To think this is
a turning point or Mormons are going to repent or get rid of
all the craziness in their past—it’s not going to happen
overnight,” he noted. Hazen is among a handful of evangelicals
engaged in ongoing discussions with Mormon scholars. “We’re
having rich discussions right now,” he said. “I can’t

- AN APPEAL FOR AUTHENTIC EVANGELICAL-MORMON DIALOGUE PROVES
TO BE CONFUSION
- On November 14, 2004, well-known Christian apologist Ravi
Zacharias appeared in Salt Lake City’s Mormon Tabernacle.
What might have been a remarkable opportunity for interfaith
dialogue between Mormons and Christians was
seriously damaged when Dr. Richard Mouw, President of Fuller Theological Seminary issued a
controversial apology that seemed to portray Evangelicals as
commonly bearing false witness against Mormons. Evangelicals
present at the event, even some of those sitting on the stage,
went away with the clear impression that Mouw was aiming his
criticism at them, and excluding only the small group of out-of-towners
brought in by Greg Johnson’s ministry, Standing Together,
which sponsored the event.

- Don't they know that to walk into the Mormon Church is like
walking into the Lodge. They are Freemasons with a churchfront.
When I left 'The Church of Jesus Christ and Latter-day Saints',
I spent quite a few hours trying to salvage something of
the twenty years I spent in their midst working four jobs on
a voluntary basis and tithing many dollars and loving many families.
It was pure futility to waste one more minute because there was
nothing salvageable. The church has nothing in
common with Christianity. It is based on working your way to
heaven when there is no such a place as a Mormon heaven where
one can become a god. Instead one is working their way straight
into hell. Mormons have to get out and renounce the church to
get God to forgive them. God has no interest in the Lodge whatsoever.
Symbols part of Mormonism are the All-Seeing Eye, Five-Pointed
Star Black Magick star (Goatshead of Mendes)
and Secret Masonic Handclasps. Their favorite
stones are Occult Earthstone, Moonstone, and Sunstone.
They had no problem with Astrology since Joseph Smith's favorite
talisman was Jupiter. which was around his neck when
he was shot.
- Members of the Lodge get advantages and privileges to get
ahead in the world that are not by merit but by who you know.
It is a buddy system and based on Communism. The mindset
that is taught is that all members put their assets into
one pot and that pot belongs to the church (their state/gov't)
and gets redivided as the needs occur. They don't need any other
government. Mormons work hard on making members dependent on
the church so they can't leave. To get out, I had to throw myself
at Jesus's feet and dedicate myself to do with me as He pleased.
At that point He opened my eyes with the help of all those who
are involved in re-educating Mormons and I was mortified at the
truth. It was up to me to research Mormon history and
all the books that have been written about Mormonism to convince
myself that there was a problem. Just hearing the same 'Jesus
died for you' message doesn't cut it. Mormons have Holy Communion
every Sunday. I couldn't believe what had happened to me. I repented
for two solid years to be able to look myself in the face again.
It is true that we need to treat Mormons with respect because
they have been imprisoned and enslaved by Satan
and need our help and to persecute them only makes matters worse
for them, but to apologize to them because they are Christians?

- WCC STILL FINDS CULTS LIKE MORMONISM UNACCEPTABLE
- [Ednote: In my research recently of the latest wave about
evangelicals who cracked the Mormon egg and got into the LDS
Tabernacle to infiltrate ecumenism, I came across the World Council
of Churches that was founded in the same year as the United Nations
(1948) soon after WWII, to bring unity into the religious world
as well as to the nations. Although the Roman Catholic Church
is not a member, it is driving this organization since the 1970s
after Vatican II and they have captured all protestant movements
world wide so far. Mormons have attempted to join but were demoralized
and probably stopped trying.
- Analysing the various reports about the first of a kind event
in Salt Lake City, Utah, I'm finding that the blind are leading
the blind once again. Comments are made that do not apply to
Mormons and will do nothing but insult them. Believe it or not,
having been a Mormon for 20 years and out in 1992, they know
the KJV and are biblically grounded but have been blinded by
Satan. They recognize superficial Christianity and disrespect
it. I know of only one person who has the respect of Mormons
because He studied Mormonism and understands the problem and
is an effective teacher to Mormons and that is Bill McKeever.
I have been in LDS chat groups and heard it from their lips.
To Mormons, Ravi Zacharias, the evangelist who gave the famous
first Christian presentation in the Mormon Tabernacle, was a
Professor of Philosophy, which seems to be his other profession.
That is why he was not a threat to their beliefs. Mormons believe
they are born again Christians and had no disagreement with Zari's
Gospel. I used to listen to evangelists while in the Mormon Church
and found no difference. Why? because evangelists do not address
the problems. They think somehow Mormons will get there on their
own. Satan makes sure that doesn't happen by keeping Mormons
in their own pen literally.
- Craig Hazen is a monotheist by his own words which proves
he is an ecumenist who are helping the Pope get all his Protestant
chicks back under its mother hen's wings. He was disapointed
that President Hinckley was absent. He was lucky because Temple
Mormons are Freemasons and Hinckley knows the truth. He knows
that the leaders are deliberately lying to the membership.

Trinity, even easier to understand, than the KJV, where one has
to come to that conclusion by studying it. To come to Mormons

a blow in October when a federal trial judge sentenced two reporters
to prison for up to 18 months each for refusing to comply with
subpoenas to reveal their confidential sources before a federal
grand jury. Their sentences were stayed pending a consolidated
appeal, which is scheduled to be heard this Wednesday by a three-judge
appellate panel in Washington. This challenge to press freedoms
comes courtesy of Patrick Fitzgerald, the United States attorney
and special prosecutor charged with investigating accusations
that the Bush administration illegally leaked the name of a covert
Central Intelligence Agency operative, Valerie Plame, to the
columnist Robert Novak in order to punish her husband, former
Ambassador Joseph Wilson IV, for criticizing Iraq policy. Mr.
Fitzgerald's inquiry has evolved into a major assault on the
confidential relationship between journalists and their sources,
which was of critical importance in exposing the very abuse of
governmental power that prompted Mr. Fitzgerald's involvement
in the first place. We have special reason to be concerned. One
of the journalists is a Times reporter, Judith Miller. The other
is Matthew Cooper of Time magazine. But the possibility that
journalists may be incarcerated merely for acting on principle
to preserve press freedom ought to trouble everyone - including
members of Congress, who should use this occasion to approve
legislation explicitly extending safeguards against forced disclosure

verdict would send ripples through the insurance industry,
with premiums for property coverage almost guaranteed to rise

who plans to use the money to rebuild the trade center, issued
a statement yesterday saying he was thrilled with the verdict.
It will "ensure a timely and complete rebuild of the World
Trade Center," he said, adding that the insurers "had
an obligation to pay their fair share to help make Lower Manhattan
whole again." Mr. Silverstein has argued that because
two jets slammed into two towers at the trade center on Sept.
11, he was entitled to a double payment of the $3.55 billion
policy, or $7 billion. The
jury's decision yesterday related to nine insurance companies,
which provided $1.1 billion of the $3.55 billion worth of coverage.
If the verdict stands, the nine companies will have to pay $2.2
billion. It was Mr. Silverstein's first legal
victory during the 38-month legal battle he has waged
against two dozen insurers at the trade center. Last spring,
a jury decided that Swiss Re and eight other insurers had provided
coverage based on a policy devised by Mr. Silverstein's brokers.
The court had already ruled that that policy entitled Mr. Silverstein
to only a single payment. The developer also settled with five
other insurers. That cut Mr. Silverstein's quest for $7 billion
to a maximum of $4.65 billion, if he won the second trial. The
extra $1.1 billion is needed downtown, where officials estimate
that it will cost more than $9 billion to rebuild the trade center,
a complex that is owned by the Port Authority of New York and

the Palestinian elections set for Jan. 9 occurred successfully
and if the new government cracked down on militant groups and
Israel lifted scores of roadblocks and checkpoints to ease the
transit of goods and people in Palestinian areas. The possibility
of an aid increase was the subject of intense discussions at
a donors meeting on Dec. 8 in Oslo. According to participants,
the aim of the meeting was to help moderate Palestinian leaders
after the death of Yasir Arafat and to prepare for the fulfillment

forces out of the Gaza Strip and parts of the West Bank. The
World Bank says the package, which would come from the United

was a clear example. The main subsidiary of Yukos, once Russia's
largest and most profitable company, was auctioned on Sunday

is a high tribute to the judicial systems of the United States
and Britain that they have not followed politicians in using
the threat of terror as a reason to erode fundamental democratic
values. First, the United States Supreme Court proclaimed
last June that war was not a "blank check for the president,"
and ruled that prisoners at Guantánamo Bay must be allowed
to challenge their detention before a neutral decision-maker.
Now the highest legal authority in Britain, the Law Lords, has
ruled that international law does not permit the indefinite
detention of foreign terrorism suspects. And it sternly declared
that laws abridging liberties posed a greater threat to a democracy
than terrorism itself. The law at issue in Britain was the Anti-Terrorism,
Crime and Security Act passed in 2001 in the aftermath of 9/11,
which allows the Home Office to detain indefinitely, without
charges, foreigners it suspects of terrorist activities. Nine
Muslim men are being held in top-security prisons under the law.
But a panel of the Law Lords ruled 8 to 1 on Thursday that the
law violated international law, in part because there was no

- COURT IN CALIFORNIA HEARS GAY MARRIAGE ARGUMENTS
- New York Times - SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 22 04 - Still reeling
from the passage last month of constitutional bans on same-sex
marriage in 11 states, gay rights advocates moved on Wednesday
to undo California's prohibition, arguing in a court here that
gays and lesbians have a "fundamental right" to marry.The
dispute in California stems from a series of lawsuits filed after
Mayor Gavin Newsom of San Francisco ordered city officials last
February to grant marriage licenses to same-sex couples. More
than 4,000 weddings were invalidated in August by the State Supreme
Court, which determined that Mr. Newsom had exceeded his authority,
but the court did not address the constitutionality of the state
laws restricting marriage to a man and a woman. The court hearing
on Wednesday came 10 days before a new state law on domestic
partnerships takes effect. Under the law, one of the most far-reaching
in the country, couples who register with the state as domestic
partners will be granted most of the rights and responsibilities
of married couples. On Tuesday, a state appeals court denied
a request by opponents of the law to block it.

GOVERNORS UNITE IN FIGHT AGAINST MEDICAID CUTS
- New York Times by Pam Belluck - BOSTON, Dec. 25 2004 - Fearful
that President Bush plans to shift more Medicaid costs to the
states, the nation's governors are mounting a bipartisan lobbying
effort to stave off new federal limits on the program. Medicaid,
the nation's largest health insurance program, is costing the
states and the federal government more than $300 billion a year.
The growth of the program, which covers the poor and disabled,
has outpaced state revenues, and Medicaid is now a larger component
of total state spending than elementary and secondary education
combined, according to the National Governors Association. The
governors could find themselves on a collision course with Mr.
Bush, who has pledged to cut the federal budget deficit in half
in the next five years. A bipartisan lobbying effort would also
put pressure on the Republican-controlled Congress.

New York Times - December 21, 2004 - Last week, Google announced
an ambitious new plan to start converting millions of books into
digital files in partnership with several major libraries, including
the New York Public Library and the libraries at Harvard, Stanford
and Oxford. This is a logical step for Google, which says its
mission "is to organize the world's information and make
it universally accessible and useful." .. it may redefine
the nature of the Internet and the university... Google wants
to make the books it scans freely available in searchable, full-text
forms to anyone, anywhere, with an Internet connection. It will
also provide information for finding the nearest copy of the
real physical book... Google says it will take six years to scan
some 15 million books.

- BLAIR, IN MIDEAST, SEES NEW TALKS ON REFORMS
New York Times - Decmeber 23, 2004 by Greg Myre - JERUSALEM,
The visiting British prime minister, Tony Blair, detailed plans
on Wednesday for an international conference on Palestinian reform
that he portrayed as a "modest first step" in reviving
Middle East peace efforts. But he warned that nothing would be
accomplished if the Palestinians failed to act against terrorism...
Speaking at a news conference with Prime Minister Ariel Sharon
of Israel, Mr. Blair said the conference, once envisioned as
a sweeping discussion of Middle East issues among heads of state,
would be a one-day ministerial affair, probably in early March.
.. Mr. Blair is the most prominent international figure to visit
the region since Yasir Arafat, the Palestinian leader, died last
month. He met separately with Mr. Sharon and Mahmoud Abbas, the
favorite to win the presidency of the Palestinian Authority in
an election next month...There are still daily confrontations,
particularly in the Gaza Strip... Mr. Abbas, meanwhile, said
he believed that Israeli-Palestinian negotiations were likely
on the Gaza withdrawal after the Palestinian presidential election
on Jan. 9. .. "The pullout from Gaza should be part of the
road map," he said at another meeting on Wednesday, this
one with Italy's foreign minister, Gianfranco Fini. "Without
being part of the road map, it will not be complete."

body guards. If true, Arafat would a great deal to conceal from
his people and his murderously anti-homosexual supporters in
the Islamic world. Before airlifting Arafat to Paris, French
Foreign Minister Michel Barnier promised to “stand by”
him. Was that why Arafat chose to be treated in France rather
in any of the fraternal Arab countries that supposedly support
his movement – because he could trust the French to protect
his intimate secrets?

to switch the suspicions away from Israel and back to Arafat''s
not so secret life where they belong.

The USA has been - and continues to be - actively involved in
the promotion and use of torture: US memo redefines torture.
The US Justice Department has released a memo to replace a controversial
document outlining how to avoid violating US and international
terror statutes while interrogating prisoners. In a December
30 memorandum released early today, the department stepped
back from an August 2002 memo that said only the most
severe types of torture were not permissible under US and international
agreements against torture. The new memorandum was more broad
in its definition of what could be considered torture, and therefore
what was unacceptable under US law and under the UN Convention
Against Torture... The record show that the US government consistently
tries to avoid being held accountable to international laws and
treaties - including those on torture. The USA has been - and
continues to be - actively involved in the promotion and use
of torture: August 2002 memo was addressed to Mr Gonzales who
has been nominated by President George W. Bush to be the new
attorney-general.

- Of course I watch for signs in the news of mentioning this
and all I see is Dobbs on CNN with this smile that is transparent,
stating that illegal Mexicans have received booklets from their
government "How to cross over safely."
- Some weeks ago I witnessed a public school where the teacher
had placed a Mexican flag on the wall along side the American
flag . One of the children of immigrants from Mexico brought
it into the classroom. The parents of the rest of the American
children came undone and marched on the school and threatened
the teacher into taking it back down and she did.
- The NAFTA AND GATT TREATIES were never read by most Congressmen
because they consisted of many pages and were rushed through
and the changes that are embedded in these Treaties are in stages
with the hope that the public will not even notice what has changed.
My partner encouraged me to take a look at Fahrenheit 9/11. I
had experienced and watched every episode Michael Moore brought
out in that film except the mother who lost her son and he did
a good job of putting it all together. I did overheard the Canadian
News make an interesting comment. We were told that Canadians
are discouraged that the borders were still locked and the U.S.
has not done what it signed off to do. These incidences confirm
that it is just a matter of time and is in the wind.
