- : MORE GREETINGS to all and the newcomers to this list. We'd
like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams founded
this ministry. We were Mormons (Temple Mormons) for 20 years.
We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry speaking
out against Scientology. Six months later God led us to the truth:
out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at the time we
were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20 years. [George
passed away to heaven in March 2003 and Nicholas Stivers joined
the ministry as Vice President.]
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry. Our
newsletters are not designed to provoke
anger or resistance to evil which is strictly prohibited in Scripture.
It is to shed light on activities by those who would deceive
the elect by devious methods and systematic plans.

to leave the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the
Wall' which God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.

- The first section is about the church.
The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
which doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word of God has
undergone many changes to fit the present mode. The Bible calls
for a falling away from the truth before Jesus
comes back for His Bride, the true believers called 'Ekklesia.'
Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the Bible is true
from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend, so called democratizing what is left. One third of the
world still remains to be taken over. It again proves that we
are moving to closure of the times of the Gentiles prophesied
in the Bible.
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings with what is happening in Israel. We describe and watch
for signs of the coming Tribulation to confirm that we are moving
into that space and time.
- Watchmen on the wall do not solicit memberships. We have
an email group that gets information when we upload new information
and a newsletter whenever it is possible time wise. We love the
Lord with all our hearts and minds and we love all people God
has created but especially those who love our Lord and Savior,

- A PROPHECY: THE PREPARATION OF THE BRIDE

Dear Friends,
During the past few weeks the Lord has led me to intercede for
the nations. The world has experienced numerous disasters and
tragedies and continues to do so. There is no question that we
are living in the final days before the return of our Messiah,
Jesus. This prophecy was given to me a few weeks ago, and I was
reluctant to release it because it is so strong. But the Lord
has compelled me to do so. I want to say emphatically that I
believe that it is conditional. If we will pray and intercede,
perhaps, many of these calamities can be averted and/or postponed.
I pray that as you read this, that you will keep an open mind
and receive the main message: We must be ready for the Lord's
return. We must return to our first love and live a pure and
consecrated life if we are to be pleasing to Him when He appears.
May the Lord purify our hearts so we can be a part of His wonderful
and beautiful Bride!
Amen.
"And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write…
I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would
thou wert cold or hot. So then, because thou art lukewarm, and
neither cold nor hot, I will spew (vomit) thee out of my mouth.
Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and
have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched,
and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: I counsel thee
to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich;
and white rainment that thou mayest be clothed, and that the

As I was reading and meditating on this scripture, the Lord
said to me:
"I am sending my refining fire into the church. I am separating
My bride from the Laodicean church of today. I am preparing her.
I am purifying her. She will be without spot and without blemish.
I will return for her in the midnight hour. Only those that are
watching and praying; only those who are embracing the message
of the cross and holiness; only those that walk in the power
of My spirit in moment by moment obedience; only those who are
overcomers will be a part of My bride.
Most of those in the church will not be ready for Me when I come
for My bride. Many think they are saved, but they are not at
all. They are serving pleasures, lusts, and are in love with
themselves. They are consumed with this present world and its'
selfish ways. They are in love with money, success, and covet
fame, position and power. They do not want to deny themselves,
take up their cross and follow Me. They refuse to forsake all.
Therefore, they will not be ready and will be left behind to
face the great judgments that are about to come upon the world.
Warn those that are lukewarm and have left their first love for
Me, that if they do not repent, I will vomit them from My body.

- VIRGIN MARY STATUE SEEN CRYING TEARS OF BLOOD

The Catholic faithful are calling it a miracle. So they're bringing
their cameras, their rosaries, their children and grandchildren
to an otherwise quiet church on the outskirts of town.
- "To me, personally, it is a miracle. You believe it
or don't believe it, that's okay. But I strongly believe it",
says Sacramento resident Andre Nguyen.
- It is ar the Vietnamese Catholic Martyrs Church, that an
outdoor statue of the Virgin Mary appears to be shedding tears
of blood. Tears that stream down her face onto her robe, testing
the faith of all who come.
- "I think that at this time in history, in terms of what's
happening in the United States, what's happening in the church,
that this is possibly a sign", says Sacramento Resident
Brenda Harris.
- Parishoners first noticed the tears of blood on Wednesday.
But fearing they were put there by pranksters, a priest here
wiped the statue clean, only to have those tears return over
the weekend.

- NEW TESTAMENT COMMENTARY BY BARNES ON HEBREWS
- Jesus bore an exact resemblance to God. He was just such
a being as we should suppose God to be, were he to become incarnate,
and to act as a man. He was the embodied representation of the
Deity. He was pure--like God. He was benevolent--like God. He
spake to the winds and storms--like God. He healed diseases--like
God. He raised the dead--like God. He wielded the power which
God only can wield, and he manifested a character in all respects
like that which we should suppose God would evince, if he appeared
in human flesh, and dwelt among men. And this is saying much.
It is, in fact, saying that the account in the Gospels is real,
and that the Christian religion is true.
- Uninspired men could never have drawn such a character as
that of Jesus Christ, unless that character had actually existed.
The attempt has often been made to describe God, or to show how
he would speak and act if he came down to earth. Thus the Hindoos
speak of the incarnations of Vishnu; and thus Homer, and Virgil,
and most of the ancient poets, speak of the appearance of the
gods, and describe them as they were supposed to appear. But
how different from the character of the Lord Jesus! They are
full of passion, and lust, and anger, and contention, and strife;
they come to mingle in battles, and to take part with contending
armies, and they evince the same spirit as men, and are merely
men of great power, and more gigantic passions; but Christ is
GOD IN HUMAN NATURE. The form is that of man; the Spirit is that
of God.
- He walks, and eats, and sleeps as a man; he thinks, and speaks,
and acts like God. He was born as a man--but the angels adored
him as God. As a man he ate; yet, by a word, he created food
for thousands, as if he were God. Like a man he slept on a pillow,
while the vessel was tossed by the waves; like God he rose, and
rebuked the winds, and they were still. As a man he went, with
affectionate interest, to the house of Martha and Mary. As a
man he sympathized with them in their affliction, and wept at
the grave of their brother; like God he spoke, and the dead came
forth to the land of the living. As a man he travelled through
the land of Judea. He was without a home; yet everywhere the
sick were laid at his feet, and health came from his touch, and
strength from the words of his lips--as if he were God. As a

or action which was inconsistent with the supposition that he
was the incarnate God. There was no failure of any effort to
heal the sick or to raise the dead; no look, no word, no deed,
that is not perfectly consistent with this supposition; but,
on the contrary, his life is full of events which can be explained
on no other supposition than that he was the appropriate shining
forth of the Divine glory, and the exact resemblance of the essence
of God.
- There are not two Gods, as there are not two suns when the
sun shines. It is the one God, in a mysterious and incomprehensible
manner, shining into the world in the face of Jesus Christ.
- "God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake
in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these
last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir
of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; Who being the
brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person,
and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had
by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the

while in Jerusalem that Satan was going to attack my IIB ministry

Geneva (ENI). Inter-religious dialogue and cooperation are now
becoming priorities for the World Council of Churches, its general
secretary, the Rev. Samuel Kobia, has told an international meeting
on inter-faith tolerance. "That which we can do together,
we should not do separately," Kobia said, opening the gathering
at the Geneva headquarters of the World Council of Churches [WCC],
which groups 347 churches, mainly from Protestant, Anglican

- PAKISTAN CHRISTIAN MARRIAGE ACT TERMED CONTRARY TO SPIRIT
OF CHRISTIANITY
- Daily New Karachi: June 7. (PR) Kalimatullah Fellowship &
Evangelism Ministry on Friday asked the government to acknowledge
the sanctity of matrimonial sacrament, which could only be solemnized
by a man ordained by the church and not one who has been licensed
by the Home Department.
- The Kalimatullah Fellowship & Evangelism Ministry Director
Asia pronounced the Christian Marriage Act of 1872 contrary to
the spirit of Christianity, which considers marriage purely a
sanctified relation. "It can only be tied in the presence
of a person who has received Episcopal ordination and not acquired
certificate from the civil authority."
- Azali and the Kalimatullah Fellowship & Evangelism Ministry
of Pakistan remarked that the Christian Marriage Act of 1872
was a 'dagger' causing shame besides wounds to Christians. Citing
many verses from the books of John, Mark and Mathew, he augmented
his opposition to certifying persons of varying knowledge to
solemnise marriages.
- Quoting from the book of Mathew, Azali said that both husband
and wife once united in the bond of marriage could not be separated
by anyone, including even the one who had earlier solemnized
their marriage. "... So they are no longer two but one,
therefore, what God has joined together let man not separate."
- Rev .Azali explained that his divine task of solemnizing
marriages had been protected in Section 5/1 of the Christian
Marriage Act whereas the fundamental rights enshrined in Article
8 of the Constitution provided ample religious freedom to everybody.
"We find Section 5 of the act and Article 8 of the Constitution
enough for us."
- Aziz ur Reham, a jurist, said that the 129-year-old Christian
Marriage Act must be repealed except its Section 5 Clause 1.
The section, dealing with the 'persons by whom marriages may
be solemnized in Pakistan, he said, states that any person who
has received Episcopal ordination. ". Provided that the
marriage be solemnized according to the rules, rites, ceremonies
and customs of the church of which he is a minister," he
quoted Section 5. "Anything else in the law does not fall
in! Harmony with the teachings and practice of our faith."

- AN ANALYSIS OF BENEDICT XVI'S VISIT TO THE SYNAGOGUE
Any pre-Vatican II moral theology book will tell you that active
participation in non-Catholic worship is a mortal sin against
the Divine law and the first commandment. On August 19, 2005
- at exactly 12:00 noon on a Friday, the same day and hour that
Jesus was crucified - Benedict XVI arrived at the Jewish Synagogue
and then took active part in a Jewish worship service. Along
with John Paul II's 1986 visit to the Synagogue, this was certainly
one of the most scandalous events in human history - the alleged
leader of the Christian Church, after the promulgation of the
Gospel, traveling to the Jewish Synagogue (the Temple of those
who reject the Messiah), taking part in their worship ceremony,

is a Babylonian religion after the pattern of Judaism, organized

- RABBI ROSEN INVESTED AS PAPAL KNIGHT
JERUSALEM POST - November 3, 2005 -- Rabbi David Rosen, the American
Jewish Committee's international director of interreligious affairs
on Thursday became the first Israeli citizen, the first Orthodox
rabbi and the fifth living Jew to be invested with a papal knighthood.
Rosen received the decoration and citation attesting to his new
status as a Knight Commander of the Pontifical Order of St Gregory
the Great at a ceremony hosted at the Notre Dame of Jerusalem
Center by the Apostolic Delegate in Jerusalem and Palestine and
the Apostolic Nuncio in Israel Archbishop Pietro Sambi. The investiture
was conducted by Cardinal Walter Kasper, President of the Holy
See's Commission for Religious Relations with Jewry. The ceremony
coincided with the 40th anniversary celebrations in Israel of
Nostra Aetate, the ground-breaking Vatican II document that paved

- VATICAN: PARTS OF DAVID'S TOMB TO BE UNDER PAPAL CONTROL

Vatican newspaper has reported that during his upcoming visit
to the Vatican, President Moshe Katsav will sign an agreement
giving parts of David’s Tomb over to papal control. If such
an agreement is signed, it will put an end to drawn out negotiations
that began in 1998. Israeli and Vatican representatives began
discussing issues of jurisdiction over certain sites around seven
years ago. These sites include various buildings and parcels
of land that the Catholic church claims it used to control. The
church is now seeking to reclaim its ownership of these sites.
Among the places under debate is an area that the church refers
to as the site of the “last supper,” which is situated
at the burial site of Kings David, Solomon, Rechavam, Assa, Chezekiyahu
and Amatzia.
The Vatican newspaper, El Messagero, reports that President Katsav
is expected to sign an agreement during his visit that will give
the church control over the upper part of David’s Tomb.
The church has already shown Israel a trial agreement, according
to which the Vatican will receive control over this part of David’s
Tomb in exchange for the ancient synagogue in Toledo, Spain,
which was converted into a church after the expulsion of the
Jews in 1492.
In response to the newspaper’s report, an official from
the Foreign Ministry states “Israel is not prepared to relinquish
its jurisdiction over this area.” At the same time, they

'So help me Allah'? ACLU sues to allow other texts such as Quran
in legal-oathtaking - In an effort to end the Bible's monopoly
on the swearing-in procedure in the courtroom, the American Civil
Liberties Union is now suing the state of North Carolina. A lawsuit
has been filed in Superior Court in Wake County, N.C., on behalf
of the organization's statewide membership of approximately 8,000
individuals of many different faiths, including Islam and Judaism.
"The government cannot favor one set of religious values
over another and must allow all individuals of faith to be sworn
in on the holy text that is in accordance with their faith,"
said Jennifer Rudinger, Executive Director of the ACLU-NC. "By
allowing only the Christian Bible to be used in the administration
of religious oaths in the courtroom, the state is discriminating
against people of non-Christian faiths."
- Current law mentions laying one's hand on the "Holy
Scriptures," which officials heretofore have interpreted
as meaning the Bible. The ACLU seeks a court order clarifying
that the existing rule is broad enough to allow the use of multiple
religious texts. "In the alternative, if the Court does
not agree that the phrase 'Holy Scriptures' in North Carolina
state statute must be read to permit texts such as the Quran,
the Old Testament and the Bhagavad-Gita in addition to the Christian
Bible, then the ACLU-NC asks the Court to strike down the practice
of allowing the use of any religious texts in the administration
of religious oaths," said a written statement from the civil-liberties
group. The swearing-in issue began last month after Muslims from
the Al-Ummil Ummat Islamic Center in Greensboro sought to donate
copies of the Quran to courtrooms in Guilford County. The gift
was rejected by the county's top two judges, noting an oath based
on the Quran was not legally binding.

- VATICAN OFFICIAL REFUTES INTELLIGENT DESIGN
November 19, 2005 - The Vatican's chief astronomer said Friday
that "intelligent design" isn't science and doesn't
belong in science classrooms, the latest high-ranking Roman Catholic
official to enter the evolution debate in the United States.
The Rev. George Coyne, the Jesuit director of the Vatican Observatory,
said placing intelligent design theory alongside that of evolution
in school programs was "wrong" and was akin to mixing
apples with oranges. "Intelligent design isn't science even
though it pretends to be," the ANSA news agency quoted Coyne
as saying on the sidelines of a conference in Florence. "If
you want to teach it in schools, intelligent design should be
taught when religion or cultural history is taught, not science."
His comments were in line with his previous statements on "intelligent
design" whose supporters hold that the universe is so complex
that it must have been created by a higher power. Proponents
of intelligent design are seeking to get public schools in the
United States to teach it as part of the science curriculum.
Critics say intelligent design is merely creationism a literal
reading of the Bible's story of creation camouflaged in scientific
language, and they say it does not belong in science curriculum.
In a June article in the British Catholic magazine The Tablet,
Coyne reaffirmed God's role in creation, but said science explains
the history of the universe.
- "If they respect the results of modern science, and
indeed the best of modern biblical research, religious believers
must move away from the notion of a dictator God or a designer
God, a Newtonian God who made the universe as a watch that ticks
along regularly." Rather, he argued, God should be seen
more as an encouraging parent. "God in his infinite freedom
continuously creates a world that reflects that freedom at all
levels of the evolutionary process to greater and greater complexity,"
he wrote. "He is not continually intervening, but rather
allows, participates, loves." The Vatican Observatory, which
Coyne heads, is one of the oldest astronomical research institutions
in the world. It is based in the papal summer residence at Castel
Gandolfo south of Rome. Last week, Pope Benedict XVI waded indirectly
into the evolution debate by saying the universe was made by
an "intelligent project" and criticizing those who
in the name of science say its creation was without direction
or order. Questions about the Vatican's position on evolution
were raised in July by Austrian Cardinal Christoph Schoenborn.
In a New York Times column, Schoenborn seemed to back intelligent
design and dismissed a 1996 statement by Pope John Paul II that
evolution was "more than just a hypothesis." Schoenborn
said the late pope's statement was "rather vague and unimportant."

Ambassador Prince Turki Al-Faisal called for increased international
cooperation to help combat extremism and terrorism worldwide
in the keynote address at The Middle East Institute's 59th Annual
Conference at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.
- Entitled "Terrorism and Radical Islam: Challenges and
Misunderstandings," the speech addressed the many issues
involved in the war on terrorism and cautioned against associating
the Islamic faith with extremism: "It is to our despair
that terrorists claim to be faithful to Islam and faithful to
God. They are not. They wrongly attempt to use Islam to bolster
and proselytize their extremism. They wrongly pervert Islamic
texts in order to support their political agendas. They wrongly
issue politically motivated fatwas permitting suicide bombings
and the taking of innocent lives."

those who support it, and those who condone it. He described
Al-Qaeda as an organization that ""as no one declared

article, what Gramsci advocated was the transformation of a society
to the communist state via gradualism — the gradual erosion
of old ideals, replacing them with the new. As opposed to Hitler,
Lenin, Stalin, and Mussolini, Gramsci advocated the quiet revolution.
- The Hegelian Dialectic of thesis (an idea), antithesis (the
opposite), and synthesis (the bringing together of opposites)
to form a new thesis, ever evolving, plays a heavy role in the
gradualism Gramsci proposed. Today, in America, the Hegelian
Dialectic is played out in meetings at every level, all across
America, under the name of consensus building using facilitators
heavily trained in group dynamics. The year 1939 is one that
should be forever bookmarked in the pages of American history.
In that year, several individuals from Austria arrived in the
United States.
- One was Peter Drucker who would become a good friend to Abraham
Maslow, humanist, and father of Third Force Psychology and the
Hierarchy of Human Needs. Maslow’s work, based on humanism,
would be furthered in the works of men like Carl Rogers, the
father of the Human Potential movement utilizing self-actualization
(spirituality from within) and focus groups to break down the
moral bearing and individuality of people, two very important
concepts in the struggle to bring about the quiet revolution.
Rogers’ works, although denounced by Rogers in his later
years, are used heavily in education in America today, from the
college and university classroom to the elementary school classroom.
The multitude of books written by Peter Drucker concern the semantics
of the system (i.e., systems philosophy) that must be in place
if the quiet revolution is to be attained. Also arriving in the
United States at this time was Kurt Lewin. In the Foreword of
the book, The Change Agents Guide, second edition, 1995, Mathew
B. Miles of the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences,

star of Tamil language movies, told a magazine in September there
was nothing wrong with premarital sex -- as long as it was protected
sex. She is now out on $100 bail, and banned from making any
more public comments or giving interviews. The married mother
of two is due back in court in a little over two weeks, although
it remains unclear whether or not she has broken any law. The
row has also engulfed 19-year-old tennis player Sania Mirza,
already under a separate Islamic fatwa for wearing skirts on
court, after she stormed out of a news conference on Sunday when
pressed on her reported support for what Khushboo said. Initially,
Khushboo’s comments went unnoticed. But a week later, Tamil-language
Sun TV, based in the southern state of Tamil Nadu, ran a story
of film industry outrage. Sun may not be an entirely disinterested
party. Sun dominated Tamil television without rival for 15 years
-- until Khushboo came along, hosting a game show on the rival
Jaya network which quickly became the most popular Tamil show.
The controversy was picked up by conservative political and community
groups, who staged rowdy demonstrations and filed more than two
dozen defamation and public interest suits, including one accusing
her of “corrupting innocence”. Titillated, outraged
The controversy has at once titillated and outraged Indians,
both supporters and critics, and is still front page news. Even
the finance minister has been grilled by journalists for his

Arabia was approved to become the 149th member of the World Trade
Organization (WTO) at a meeting of the WTO’s General Council
in Geneva, Switzerland, where Saudi Minister of Commerce and
Industry Hashim Al-Yamani signed accession documentation on behalf
of the Kingdom. Saudi Arabia’s membership will officially
take effect 30 days following the signing, which will allow the

ago a woman named Deborah Davis was reading a book while riding
to work on a public bus. When her bus stopped outside the gates
of the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood, Colorado (only three
miles from my former home in Lakewood), a guard climbed aboard
the bus and demanded that all the passengers produce identification.
Mrs. Davis didn't bite: "I told him that I did have identification,
but I wasn't going to show it to him," Davis explains. "I
knew that I wasn't required by law to show ID and that's why
I decided I wasn't going to.
- The whole thing seemed to be more about compliance than security."
This guard who obviously has no understanding of the U.S. Constitution
and the Bill of Rights, called the federal dragoons who proceeded
to drag Mrs. Davis off this public bus, handcuffed her like
some criminal, shoved her into the back seat of their Barney
Rubble guard car and transported her to a police station within
the Federal Center. For all this guard knew, Mrs. Davis could
have been going anywhere outside the fencing of the Denver Federal
Center (there is a post office just outside the gated entrance
on the south side) once she got off the bus. His apprehension
of her in my opinion isn't just unlawful detention, but kidnapping.
Mrs. Davis' son is in Iraq fighting Bush's war to control
the oil in the middle East while his mother is being subjected
to the same treatment as those who live in communist countries
and did under ...'s regime.
- Mrs. Davis will be arraigned on December 9, 2005, and
faces up to 60 days in jail on federal criminal misdemeanor charges.
These charges would be that "citizens must, when requested,
display Government or other identifying credentials to Federal
police officers or other authorized individuals." The second
would be that citizens must comply with "the lawful direction
of Federal police officers and other authorized individuals."
- Open your eyes America. First, Mrs. Davis was on a public
bus, she was not on federal property. This guard had no right
to demand any American produce papers of any kind whether they
are riding a bus or walking.

In a surprising and appalling move, the State Department waived
all legislated restrictions on U.S. military assistance for Indonesia
on November 22, 2005. For the first time in over a decade, the
Indonesian military is now eligible to receive Pentagon weapons
and training without any specific human rights or other conditions.
Just two weeks earlier, ETAN and its allies won a clear victory
in Congress. Senators and Representatives voted
to maintain a ban on foreign military financing and the export
of lethal weapons to Indonesia despite unprecedented pressure
from the State Department and Pentagon. Congress sent a strong
message to Indonesia's government and security forces that it
expected real improvements in military reform, human rights protections,
and accountability for crimes against humanity and other serious
crimes. Secretary of State Rice, exploiting a national security
waiver, undermined that message.
U.S. support for an above-the-law, unreformed military is not
in the national interest of the United States, Indonesia, or

Francisco. City voters there have just added another &SHY; they

in. This is a good law to disobey. After all, the city gun

- FEDS USING ISPS TO SPY ON INTERNET USERS
- November 13, 2005 - Nick Parker - Having recently reported
how ISPs are being pressurized into revealing information on
internet users, the USA stands on the threshold of a far more
ominous threat to privacy that will force ISPs to allow a wide
range of law enforcement agencies direct real time access to
their own systems. Having exposed the EU’s intentions regarding
data retention in a news article on Slyck, it comes as little
surprise to hear that similar moves are afoot in the USA. Intelligence
agencies already have full access to ISPs in those countries
participating in the Echelon electronic spying network (Australia,
Canada, the UK and the USA), and these latest measures are intended
to extend similar powers to a wide range of other agencies. This
latest move has arisen in response to representations made by
the Department of Justice, the FBI and the Drug Enforcement Agency
out of concern that emerging technologies “were making it
increasingly difficult for law enforcement agencies to execute
authorized surveillance”. As a consequence, the US communications
governing body, the Federal Communications Commission issued
a final Order effective Monday November 14th compelling all broadband
Internet service providers and many Voice over Internet Protocol,
or VoIP, companies to include backdoors allowing police and many
other enforcement agencies to directly eavesdrop on their customers
by April 2007.
- Curiously the deadline for consultation also ends this Monday,
which happens to be the very day the 59 page Order becomes effective.
The FCC acknowledge that this is confusing and say that they
will be issuing further directives in forthcoming months to clarify
issues such as P2P voice communications (as apart from VoIP)
and whether educational establishments are considered ISPs in
their own rights. ISPs will have 18 months from November 14th
to fully comply. This move supplements and updates the 11 year
old Communications Alliance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA),
which dealt with the issue of wiretapping on telecommunications
carriers, and addresses the concern that emerging technologies
such as VoIP, IM and Emails all lie outside the scope of existing
legislation. Clearly VoIP is causing great consternation to government
agencies, as highlighted by Deputy Assistant Attorney General
Laura Parsky when emotively addressing a Senate panel on homeland
security issues back in June stating "It is even more critical
today than (when CALEA was enacted in) 1994 that advances in
communications technology (do) not provide a haven for criminal
activity and an undetectable means of death and destruction".

contain ethylene dibromide -- a substance that has been an additive

to raise rates again in December and January and will probably
continue to raise them after Alan Greenspan retires as chairman

Reserve amounts to a carefully choreographed effort to shore
up the Fed's credibility and gently reverse an extraordinary
period of cheap borrowing.
- Under Greenspan, the Fed reduced short-term rates to 1 percent

Since June 2004, the Fed has been inching rates back toward the
goal of a "neutral" rate that neither stokes inflation
nor stifles growth. "The Fed is saying that 'we're being
tested here, we're being tested on our anti-inflation credibility,"'
said Ethan Harris, chief economist at Lehman Brothers. "They
need to sound tough. They need a pretty good bark to go with
their bite." Undaunted by major hurricane damage in parts
of the country and higher oil prices, the Federal Reserve raised
its benchmark short-term interest rates for a 12th time on Tuesday,
to 4 percent from 3.75 percent, and made it clear that more increases

15 November 2005 - Court: Rudolph denigrated the memory of the
dead - A man who published a study that he said proved the Nazis
did not gas Jews at Auschwitz has been deported from the US to
his native Germany to serve a prison term for Holocaust denial.
This is according to prosecutors in the city of Stuttgart. The
deportation took place on Tuesday. Germar Rudolf, also known
as Germar Scheerer, had his emergency petition to block the deportation
rejected by the US Supreme Court on Thursday. Rudolf, a 1989
chemistry graduate of Bonn University and a former student at
Max Planck Institute in Stuttgart, Germany, was sentenced in
1995 to 14 months in prison for Holocaust denial, a crime in

- LEGISLATION ON WEATHER MODIFICATION
- First, I found legislation to establish a board on weather
modification. SB517 introduced by Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison [R-TX])
in March of 2005. This tells us there is definitely some human
activity involved with the weather.
- SB 517 says: It is the purpose of this Act to develop and
implement a comprehensive and coordinated national weather modification
policy and a national cooperative Federal and State program of
weather modification research and development. This legislation
may come a little late, as I found lawsuits dating as far back
as 1950 dealing with cloud seeding. One of the biggest problems
they stated was with state regulation of weather modification,
where the effects of weather modification commonly involve more
than one state. For example, cloud seeding in the sky above Montana
might later cause rain in North Dakota. The following state governments,
in alphabetical order, have significant websites about weather
modification licensing and regulation: Colorado, North Dakota,
Oklahoma, Texas, Utah weather modification. (The Federal statute
15 USC 330 (1971) requires reporting of weather modification
to the Secretary of Commerce. Federal Regulations that implement

the NAI8. If you think the description below sounds too bizarre
to be true, please go to usda.gov/nais, read the Standards and
Plan, and check the citations. By January 1, 2008, the NAIS will
be mandatory. (Plan, pp. 2, 10, 17.) Every person who owns even
one horse, cow, Pig, chicken, sheep, pigeon, or virtually any
livestock animal, will be forced to register their home, including
owner's name, address, and telephone number, and keyed to Global
Positioning System coordinates for satellite monitoring, in a
giant federal database under a 7 -digit "premises 10 number."
(St., pp. 3-4, 10-12; Plan, p. 5.) Every animal will have to
be assigned a 15-digit 10 number, also to be kept in a giant
federal database. The form of 10 will most likely be a tag or
microchip containing a Radio Frequency Identification Device,

12, 20, 27-28.) The plan may also include collecting the DNA
of every animal and/or a retinal scan of every animal. (Plan,

Never volunteer for any "medical drug trials" or anything
like that. You're just making it "easy" for them to
build the database when you do!
- The owner will be required to report: the birthdate of an
animal, the application of every animal's 10 tag, every time
an animal leaves or enters the property, every time an animal
loses a tag, every time a tag is replaced, the slaughter or death
of an animal, or if any animal is missing. Such events must be
reported within 24 hours. (St., pp. 12-13, 17-21.) Third parties,
such as veterinarians, will be required to report "sightings"
of animals. (St., p. 25.) In other words, if you call a vet to
your property to treat your horse, cow, or any other animal,
and the vet finds any animal without the mandatory 15 digit computer-readable

- November 4, 2005: The riots by Moslems in France continues,
with young Moslems in the suburbs of Paris intent on driving
the police out and establishing control of their own neighborhoods.
At the same time, similar riots have been taking place in Denmark.
In Britain Moslem migrants have been fighting police, and other
(non-Moslem) migrants in the streets.
- While France is seven percent Moslem, only two percent of
Denmark's population is. But Denmark, like the rest of Europe
(which has about twenty million Moslems), suffers from the same
problems as France. Many of the Moslem migrants, who began to
appear in large numbers four decades ago, have not assimilated.
Europe has long tolerated this, partly because of a belief in
"Multiculturalism" and partly because Europe does not
have a tradition of assimilation. This is in stark contrast to
the United States, where the "melting pot," while often
operating more like a salad bowl, still results in far less ghettoization
than is found in Europe. Another advantage America has is that,
in many parts of the country, there are so many migrants that
"everyone is a minority." In Europe, homogeneity is
preferred, and those who do not conform, are simply tolerated
(and sometimes not) as "outsiders in residence." That's
where the concept of "ghetto" came from in the first
place. The ghetto is quite common the world over, but much less
so in America.
- Many of the Moslem migrants came from poor rural regions
in the old country. They migrated for jobs, not to trade their
cultural identity for a new one. The children, and grandchildren,
of these migrants did not take full advantage of the educational
opportunities in their new homelands. The locals were not very
accepting either, and the migrants did not have a web of family
and community contacts to help the kids get jobs. Unemployment
is high. The European governments tried to paper this over with
generous welfare and jobless benefits. But this just turned the
government into the payroll department for the local branch of
al Qaeda.
- After September 11, 2001, when European intelligence agencies
took a real close look at their Moslem populations, they were
shocked at the percentage that approved of, or supported, Islamic
terrorism. It was as high as ten percent in some countries. It
was higher among the young, and often unemployed, Moslem males.

- BEHIND IRS THREAT TO A PRO-PEACE CHURCH
LA Times Nov 16, 2005 - The IRS code for churches that accept
its tax exempt status is indeed lenient and seems to allows anything
the "Christian Right" did in supporting the war on
terrorism. But what is not permissible is to "violate public
policy," and public policy is left undefind in the code
that governs what 501(c) corporate churches can and can not do.
Obviously, in the absence of a definition, public policy can
be what the President or other ruler might declare. At present
the "War on Terrorism" is the stated public policy
of our government. All Saints Episcopal did not tell people who
to vote for, in fact, it appears to have castigated both candidates
for supporting war much as Pharisee Watch did. But the church
did raise its voice in objection to our "public policy"
of serial wars. This IES act is a shot across the bow of every
church that dares to declare that killing children with white
phosphorus artillary shells is not accepable to Jesus. Perhaps
Jesus would also question accepting tax exempt status from a
government that does such inhumane acts? There is no easy way

Equitable Building. As a result of the Port Authorities decision,
a document was drafted on 24 July 2001 which stated the following:

of New York and New Jersey's decision to privatize the management
and operation of the World Trade Center, a world-renowned icon
that for three decades has been New York City's most famous landmark.”

of $370 million, and other portions of the complex in a deal

in Austria last week, according to a statement on his Web site.
Although he has not yet been charged, he is suspected of the

- * Eight Midwest states most at risk from a devastating earthquake
have done little to prepare for such an emergency over the past
20 years.
* That's the conclusion of a St. Louis Post Dispatch investigation.
The newspaper says repeated recommendations from all levels of
government have been largely ignored even though such a disaster
could kill thousands.
* 80% of counties in the area haven't filed required plans on
earthquake preparations, cutting off federal help.
* The report also found that many governments don't require electric,
gas and water companies to share their own emergency plans.
- PIGGOTT, ARK. Gary Howell peered around his quaint town and
nonchalantly described how it would be decimated when a major
earthquake erupted from the nearby New Madrid Fault.
- Most of the century-old brick buildings would topple. So
would the police station. The emergency operations center for
Clay County - housed in the courthouse - would be crushed from
chunks of the concrete ceiling.
- And this is a place touted as a model for earthquake preparedness...
There hasn't been a comprehensive New Madrid earthquake drill
with all levels of government since the early 1990s, although
one is being planned for 2007.
