- :: GREETINGS to all and the newcomers to this list. We'd
like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams, who founded
this ministry, were Mormons (Temple Mormons part of the time)
for 20 years. We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry
speaking out against Scientology. Six months later God led us
to the truth: out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at
the time we were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20
years.
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry.
- We are fundamental Bible students and have left all worldly
organizations.
- The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had
to leave the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the
Wall' which God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.
- To understand what is happening, one has to know the Bible
to compare notes.
- The first section is about the church.
The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
which doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word of God has
undergone many changes to fit the present mode. The Bible calls
for a falling away from the truth before Jesus
comes back for His Bride, the true believers called 'Ekklesia.'
Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the Bible is true
from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend to prove that we are moving to closure of the times of
the Gentiles.
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings with what is happening in Israel. We describe and watch
for signs of the coming Tribulation to confirm that we are moving
into that space and time.
- Watchmen on the wall do not solicit memberships. We have
an email group that gets information when we upload new information
and a newsletter whenever it is possible time wise. We love the
Lord with all our hearts and minds and we love all people God
has created but especially those who love our Lord and Savior,

- THE SHEPHERDING MOVEMENT COMES OF AGE
- ( a must read for anyone involved in or will be potentially
involved of the Purpose Driven Movement )
- Excerpts from article: Parishioners are now being challenged
to take oaths, perform vows and sign covenants.
These things would have been unheard of in generations past for
one simple reason...
- Churches which have come under the influence of Rick Warren,
Lyle Schaller, Bob Buford, or any of the other church growth
business-model experts, have undergone profound changes. They
will have adopted a Mission Statement, Core Values, and Vision,
often through a "consensus" and "dialogue"
technique. In order to become a member of these churches, parishioners
are required to sign an oath to uphold their church's covenant.
The word "covenant," which used to have biblical significance,
is now applied liberally to this new church structure, apparently
to give it credibility...
- These churches post their covenants
on the internet, presumably so that "seekers" will
read about their church. Each church which has adopted this new
model of membership is exactly like each other church. They are
all cut from the same mold. "New Age" Unitarian churches
have adopted the same plan as Presbyterian Reformed churches.
Baptist, Assembly of God, Nazarenes, the list could go on and
on... parishioner must agree to never speak
"evil" of anyone or any leader in the church,
including "negative" or "critical"
statements about church policies or doctrines. Also,
any dispute will be resolved by the leadership of the church,
and the parishioner must agree beforehand to submit to their
discipline. Membership is described as the
"gateway to leadership." Everyone is presumed
a potential leader. Aspiring leaders must make additional commitments,
usually called "responsibilities," which have to do
with evangelism, promoting church programs, discipling others,
agreeing to be held accountable, and undergoing periodic "continuing education."..
- Let us consider making and keeping agreements that express
that harmony and oneness." Another church explains that
their "collective consciousness on social
issues" is "not enforced legalistically
but members agree to embrace them." Yet another church states
that a "membership covenant implies a clear ownership of
the core values, beliefs, vision, and mission that function as
the DNA of congregational life embedded into every leader"
for a "shared identity."..
- 150,000 pastors and church leaders have
been trained in his model.1 Rick
Warren was mentored by Peter Drucker, a corporate
management guru with strong ties
to the New Age/New World Order. Drucker "influenced
the start and growth of Saddleback Church...
- The Corporate and the Church subsume their
identities and comfortably merge with State into one comprehensive
"system" of governance for mankind. Drucker's ideas
gave rise to the faith-based institution movement of the last

- THE NEW AGE STRAW MAN: SATAN'S PLAN, BUT DON'T FORGET SATAN

- Janet Moser writes: Satan will try to counterfeit the Second
Coming of Christ & the Restoration of All Things. The occult
societies will attempt to fulfill God's will using hidden knowledge
(gnosis) received from Lucifer, whom they believe will be victorious
in the end. Since Gnostics believe they are
gods, they view the Bible's prophecies as self-fulfilling
and themselves as the instruments of their fulfillment. For God
hath put in their hearts to fulfill His will, and to agree, and
give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall
be fulfilled. Rev.17:17 ...for all are thy servants. Psalm 119:91

At the midpoint of the Tribulation period, the real Antichrist
and False Prophet will destroy the false Antichrist, the false
False Prophet, the false Dragon and Mystery Babylon the Great.
- Many professors of the Christian faith will
be 'left behind' to endure the Tribulation. These
are the foolish virgins of whom Jesus spoke in Matthew 25. These
virgins believe they are saved and are actually awaiting the
Bridegroom, but Jesus Christ will not recognize them when he

- THE OBELISK FALSELY PORTRAYED
AS JACOB'S PILLAR
- JACOB'S PILLAR (Stone of Destiny) - An obelisk, falsely portrayed
as Jacob's pillar, will be "returned" to Israel at
mid-Tribulation. The Celtic Stone of Destiny will bear
witness to the Merovingian prince as the Messiah and be the enthroning
stone of Antichrist.

Educators and policy makers looking to reform public education
should consider the proven results of charter schools. As privately managed public schools receiving
public funds with less public regulations, charter schools are
sweeping the nation as an effective tool for decentralizing the
highly bureaucratic public school system. While two-thirds of
the states and the District of Columbia currently have charter
school legislation, the statutory restrictions on the growth
of charter schools need to be eliminated to decentralize the
entire public school system and maximize the potential of this
effective education reform. Much of ALEC literature discusses
and endorses public/private partnerships;

- FREE CONGRESS FOUNDATION'S COALITION FOR CONSTITUTIONAL LIBERTIES
- By Dana Hoard "... This coalition-building technique
employed by Free Congress Foundation is the same technique used
by Evergreen Freedom Foundation [EFF] in Washington state. Evergreen
is a member of the FCF Coalition. EFF took a leadership role
over a loose-knit, statewide educational group (with which I
was involved in the early 90’s). As a result of this takeover,
EFF was able to totally neutralized our grassroots fight against
GOALS 2000. (A grant from the Coors Foundation to EFF at the
time, was most probably used to stimulate EFF’s activities
in education.) It was later revealed that, behind the scenes,
EFF was promoting an important component of GOALS 2000 -- charter
schools.
- In order to do this, Evergreen was WORKING WITH THE OTHER
SIDE -- Paul Hill* of GOALS 2000/RAND Corporation. EFF ABANDONED
OUR COALITION AND DISCREDITED US WHEN IT BECAME EXPEDIENT TO
DO SO. If you work with FCF’s Coalition for Constitutional
Liberties [CCL] there is the possibility that they will become
the head of the SSN/privacy/freedom effort and your work will
be compromised. The same template used by EFF may be used by
the FCF Coalition.

Advisor to the National Business Roundtable on two strategic
plans which serve as the guidelines for GOALS 2000: NINE ESSENTIAL

imported to the University of Washington, Graduate School of

- IS FOCUS ON THE FAMILY GOING IN AN UNSCRIPTURAL, ECUMENICAL,

- UPDATE 2003: James Dobson, age 67, resigned as president
and chief executive on May 15, 2003. Former
Christian Coalition leader and Reagan cabinet member Donald P.
Hodel (from FOTF)/ CNP is now handling
management duties. Brian V. Cooper (former Focus employee)
has stated: "How odd that Dobson would "respect"
a politician so much as to place him on the throne of FOTF. Dobson
could have selected a Pastor or Chaplain or even stolen a CEO
from some other ministry... but no, Dobson chose a politician
to take the reins of the mega media corporation. Odd? Not at
all. FOTF has been using it's radio program to support Dobson's
political aspirations all along. Now it's just going to be a

now I have written much about the godless nature and direction
of the seeker sensitive church growth movement conceived and
birthed years ago at Fuller Theological Seminary and spread
throughout the world by organizations like the Crystal Cathedral,
Saddleback Community Church and Willow Creek Community Church
through its associations and member churches. I have exposed
and explained time and again the Hegelian Dialectic they
incorporate into their teachings and practices to bring the church
at large into the “ecumenical” and “interfaith” agenda of the United Nations
through non-governmental organizations like World Vision. It
seems every year during the fall some bazaar story emerges from
Willow Creek’s faux pas factory into the mainstream media
sending shock and confusion throughout the Christian
community.
- Two years ago it was an unrepentant Bill Clinton appearing
on Ted Koppel’s show Nightline seeking forgiveness and support
as the keynote speaker of Willow Creek Community Church’s
Leadership Conference right before the Democratic National Convention.
Last year pastor Bill Hybels invited a Muslim cleric
to speak at Willow Creek after the 9-11 attacks to soothe fevered
brows in the interest of tolerance and diversity. And every year
Willow Creek’s spokesperson responds to the resulting outrage
with the same kind of dialectic spin and denial reminiscent
of the Clinton administration. Well friends, fall is here and
the “Creekers” are at it again.

themselves as American evangelicals, endorsed a U.S. policy that

asking President Bush to negotiate with

another episode in the ongoing saga of “blind guides”
building an Apostate Church for the 21st
century.
- Not only are they calling for the president to practice
the Hegelian Dialectic in the middle east --Thesis (Israel) +
Antithesis (Palestinians) = Synthesis (False Peace) -- whether
they admit it or not, they are forwarding a belief system known
as “replacement theology”
that promotes the occult idea that Christians are somehow
God’s replacement for the Jews as His “Chosen”

- You really have to investigate thoroughly the corrupt core and occult beginnings
of the church growth movement (CGM) beyond its slick marketing
strategies, management techniques and worshiptainment format
to understand the nature of the beast. If you only address
the sterilized “worship centers” they build and the
circus atmosphere they create on Sunday morning, you will miss the heart of the heresy and they
will simply defend themselves, as they always do, by claiming
a difference in worship style. If, however, you delve into the
roots and philosophy of the CGM you will discover the REAL problem
– that it’s NOT a matter of style but rather a matter
of substance – transformational Marxism
with a Christian face. Using group think and group
management they centralize the church’s power and authority
under a few select individuals called “facilitators”
(change agents) who are guided and instructed from without. They
will tell you, “The message hasn’t changed.” What
they won’t tell you is that the message is seldom, if ever
delivered, so as to protect the lost from any offensive and intolerant
doctrine – thereby keeping them and their money “faithfully”
coming to church.
- It’s all about putting people and their “felt
needs” FIRST to promote change within the church for
the benefit of global governance -- God and His unchanging
Word SECOND to avoid conflict and dissention (division) and utilizing
human talent and technique to form a governmentally
manageable religion for the United
Nations where everyone’s beliefs are considered
equally valid, except of course those whose beliefs are strictly
biblical.
- As Christians, we need to take a stand against such
heresy and support the nation of Israel in defense of its covenant
land – not negotiate with murderers and idolaters who consider
the suicide bombing of innocent bystanders to be a religious

Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas for the purpose
of introducing a ‘new style of learning’ based on a
program called ‘EPIC’. (Experience, Participate, Image-Rich
and Connection) John Herring, pastor of discipleship at The Church
at Brook Hills in Birmingham, Ala. was quoted as saying “it
is the model of things to come for teaching in our churches”.
Little does he know that what seminar leaders Leonard Sweet and
Keith Kline were teaching is Diaprax.

Aguilera on the MTV music awards.
Madonna is aware that she is promoting homosexuality to millions
of impressionable young people. Madonna admitted to a homosexual
magazine that she employs this technique as a means to desensitize
viewers, who would at first be disgusted with homosexuality,
into accepting homosexuality as normative. Madonna declared:
"They digest it on a lot of different levels. Some people
will see it and be disgusted by it,but maybe they'll be unconsciously
aroused by it. If people keep seeing it and seeing it and seeing
it, eventually it's not going to be such a strange thing"

We would be foolish to believe that the promotion of lesbianism
by Madonna, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera on MTV is nothing
less than part and parcel of a subversive plan to erode what
is left of the lingering vestiges of morality in our nation.
If Pepsi gave millions of dollars to Madonna to drink Pepsi
knowing that they would have a huge influence on the masses to
buy their product, what kind effect can we expect upon the youth
of our nation when they view their top icons promoting lesbianism?
Sadly, Madonna kissed both Britney and Christina with far more
passion than she drank her Pepsi.
Why would Satan go to such lengths to promote homosexuality
among our youth?
The answer is simple. God created sex to be enjoyed in the
confines of marriage between a man and a woman. Homosexuality
is defiant against God's natural law. Satan knows that in promoting
homosexuality he is able to further perpetuate mankind's increasing
rebellion against God. Moreover, he is more effectively able
to eternally damn unwitting souls. God's word warns that homosexuals
will not inherit the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:9-11) but
will be sentenced to the lake of fire (Revelation 21:8).
Thank God there is hope for those who turn from their rebellion
against God to Jesus Christ who died and rose to save them from
their sins.

Dickensian dichotomy brims before our eyes: poverty and homelessness
are on the rise even as the streets hum with ambitious newcomers
and the average price of a Manhattan apartment
rockets toward the million-dollar mark. The city's
clashing mix of opulence and opportunity, hard labor and raw
daily indigence has rarely been so palpable. Neither has the
need for some down-home charity. For all its resilience after
the Sept. 11 disaster, the city finds 18 of 100 residents impoverished.

- [TruthinChrist] May 29, 2003 You might think that you can
refuse (to ID yourself with the SAN) but the cost of doing so
is rising exponentially. My 16 year old son (now almost 18) fought
the state of PA over the issue of getting a learner's permit
without having an SSAN for over 6 months which is a long time
for a teenager waiting to drive. He finally acquiesced and got
a number and gave it when it became clear that we were not financially
able to fight the system over this. I currently have state mandated
car insurance without having to attach my SSAN to my policy,
but I may not be able to continue this at my renewal in October.
The insurance company, when faced with the prospect of refunding
my large, paid in advance yearly premium decided to let me slide
on the non-provision of an SSAN.
- The state does not have my SSAN attached to my driver's license
though I had to forgo having a picture ID to do this and it was
only through a quirk in the system that I was able to slip through.
It was necessary that I put a large sum in escrow in order to
get a cell phone without giving an SSAN. SSANs are now required
for almost all activities that involve a license or state registration.
SSANs are required to get a state marriage license. How many
pastors will perform the ceremony if the couple does not have
a license in hand? Would you give your blessing to the marriage
of your children if they did so without a license and the ceremony
was performed without the sanction of the state?
- Lacking the license, would this couple be forbidden to file
a joint tax return and would their children be considered bastards?
In truth, real commitment to the refusal to use the SSAN as an
identifier will soon, if not already, make one an outcast, unable
to work, marry, own property, do banking, own a telephone and
travel by any means other than foot or public transportation.

The program was called "Total Information Awareness"

terrorists, you will be hauled in and interrogated and marked
as a suspected terrorist.
- In this country, once you are a "suspected terrorist,"
thanks to the USA Patriot act, you have no rights to an attorney,
no right to a jury trial.

- But yes, you can be held like an "enemy combatant"
or whatever. Your civil rights will be stripped. You may even
be stripped of your citizenship.

- Afghanistan was the world's leading grower and exporter of
opium, the base for morphine and heroin. When the Taliban regime
drove the Afghan Communists from power in 1996, they vowed to
eradicate opium, though it was the dirt-poor nation's only cash
crop. By 2001, according to UN drug agencies, the Taliban had
totally eradicated opium production in areas it controlled. The
only production of opium during the Taliban era was done by its
bitter foe, the Northern Alliance. The Bush administration was
giving millions in anti-drug aid to the Taliban until four months
before the 9/11 attacks.
- After 9/11, the Taliban was demonized by the Bush administration
and U.S. media for refusing to hand over Osama bin Laden without
first seeing evidence of his guilt. The U.S. invasion followed,
the Taliban was overthrown and retreated into the mountains.
When the Northern Alliance seized power in Kabul with help from
Russia and the U.S., it revived opium growing and soon began
producing morphine and refined heroin, processes formerly performed
in Pakistan.

14 - While energy experts differed on the precise cause of today's
power blackout, they were in agreement that the extensive failure
betrayed the age of the region's transmission system and its
struggles to keep up with demand.
- ``We are a major superpower with a third-world electrical
grid,'' said Gov. Bill Richardson of New Mexico, an energy secretary
during the Clinton administration. ``Our grid is antiquated.
It needs serious modernization.'' ...
- Earlier this year, the council issued its annual summer reliability
assessment of the supply of electricity, and concluded that the
nation should have adequate resources. It warned of possible
problems, particularly around New York City, if power generation
should fall or if extreme weather produced unusual demand.
- Power Failure Reveals a Creaky System, Energy Experts Believe
Energy legislation tied up in Congress for more than two years
could lead to structural improvements in the nation's power infrastructure.
But the electricity provisions are snagged in regional and political
conflicts, with Southern lawmakers worried that their states
will end up subsidizing Northern consumers. The House and Senate
have passed separate energy bills, and the blackout is certain
to figure prominently into negotiations over a final measure
when Congress returns next month.
- During the California blackouts of 2001, several members
of Congress proposed spending $350 million to improve the nation's
transmission system, but the measure was opposed by the Bush
administration and was voted down by Congressional
Republicans.
- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission said the blackout today
caused seven nuclear power plants in New York and New Jersey
and two in the Midwest to shut down automatically.
- The power plants feed electricity out into the wider grid
of transmission wires, but they run their systems on power pulled
back in from that grid. When there is a disruption in that incoming
power, the plants automatically shut down their reactors and
switch to diesel-fueled backup generators.

of the grid has power produced by other plants running on coal,

to be self-inflicted, she said.

arrested more than 300 illegal workers at 61 Wal-Mart stores
across the country early Thursday morning and searched the office
of one of the retail chain's corporate executives, a federal
official said.
Several law enforcement sources who spoke on condition of anonymity
said the investigation grew out of earlier probes of Wal-Mart
cleaning crew contractors in 1998 and 2001. Based on recordings
of meetings and conversations among Wal-Mart executives, managers
and contractors, the law enforcement officials said ''various
immigration violations had continued to occur with direct knowledge
by the Wal-Mart corporation.''

friendly face to the electorate in 2004. That, of course, will

he is prepared to subpoena the documents if they are not turned

of New Jersey, also said in an interview on Friday that he believed
the bipartisan 10-member commission would soon be forced to issue
subpoenas to other executive branch agencies because of continuing
delays by the Bush administration in providing documents and
other evidence needed by the panel.
- "Any document that has to do with this investigation
cannot be beyond our reach," Mr. Kean said on Friday in
his first explicit public warning to the White House that it
risked a subpoena and a politically damaging courtroom showdown
with the commission over access to the documents, including Oval

SCHOOL
- Drug Sweep Finds No Drugs", KSAT.com, November 7, 2003:
"A drug sweep Wednesday morning at a South Carolina school
has some parents and students questioning police tactics. Surveillance
video from Stratford High School in Goose Creek shows 14 officers,
some with guns drawn, ordering students to lie the ground as
police searched for marijuana. Students who didn't comply with
the orders quickly enough were reportedly handcuffed. Police
didn't find any criminals in the armed sweep ... they had guns
put to their head."
- The story did not mention that the police had any kind of
court order or warrant, which means they were operating on their
own, outside any court control. Of course, this kind of unilateral
police action is exactly the kind of danger to our liberties
of which we have been warning. Just as we have noted that, when
God gets ready to deliver physical judgment upon a nation, He
begins to cause events that occur "by the numbers sacred
to the occult", in the same vein, I believe God is allowing
events such as this to get the attention of His people, alerting
them to the type of tyranny about to break upon our heads. We
are in deep trouble when heavily armed policemen can invade a
high school without court warrants, point their guns at our kid's
heads, and handcuff some -- all on the basis of bogus information!
