this ministry. We were Mormons (Temple Mormons) for 20 years.
We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry speaking
out against Scientology. Six months later God led us to the truth:
out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at the time we
were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20 years.
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry. Our

anger which is strictly prohibited in Scripture. It is to shed
light on activities by those who would deceive those who are
recorded in the Book of Life by devious methods and systematic

The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had to leave
the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the Wall' which
God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.

- The first section is about the church.
The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
and today's church doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word
of God has undergone many changes to fit the progressive modes.
Many new Bible tranlations have brought confusion. The Bible
calls for a falling away from the truth before
Jesus comes back for His Bride. The true believers are called
'Ekklesia.' Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the
Bible is true from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend, the so called democratizing what is left of the world.
This is a deception since the underlying new world global government
is developed by implementing sustainable development. The
Bible prophesies that there will be ten kings (ten horns), each
king (horn) will receive a region of the world as a reward for
work well done for the Antichrist. This is the reason for the
present development of NAU (The North American Union) as well
as the war in the Middle East. It again proves that we are moving
to closure of the times of the Gentiles prophesied in the Bible.
The end result will not be Democracy but a form of Fascist Communism
(Public/Private Corporations enslaving mankind).
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings because Israel is the time piece of the Biblical Prophecy.
1948 was the beginning of the figtree representing Israel, coming
back to life. Israel was allowed to return to its land. Israel
is the rock upon which the world stumbles and crumbles. We watch
and visit Israel for signs which point to the Tribulation to
confirm that we are moving into that space of time.

- It is my conviction that much, very much, prayer for and
talk about revival these days is wasted energy. Ignoring the
confusion of figures, I might say that it is hunger that appears
to have no object; it is dreamy wishing that is too weak to produce
moral action. It is fanaticism on a high level for, according
to John Wesley, "a fanatic is one who seeks desired ends
while ignoring the constituted means to reach those ends."...
- The correction of this error is extemely difficult for it
entails more than a mere adjustment of our doctrinal beliefs;
it strikes at the whole Adam-life and requires self-abnegation,
humility and cross carrying. In short it requires obedience.
And that we will do anything to escape.
- It is almost unbelievable how far we will go to avoid obeying
God. We call Jesus "Lord" and beg Him to rejuvenate
our souls, but we are careful to do not the things He says. When
faced with a sin, a confession or a moral alteration in our life,
we find it much easier to pray half a night than to obey God.

The most overwhelming of emotions that will slowly come to grip
the “Left Behind” will be the hopelessness of their
state. It is impossible to fully explain the kind of world that
the “Left Behind” will suddenly discover. We can usually
find a light at the end of our tunnels, but the world of that
day will offer no such hope. No one who has any understanding
of Bible prophesy will have any doubt that it is going to be

Kim Cain - 6 October 2011 - Manado, Indonesia (ENInews). Scholars
claim the biggest change in the history of Christianity is underway
amid the religion's move to Africa, Latin America and Asia.
- "The story of Christianity as a worldwide faith is being
written before our eyes," declared Dr. Dana Robert of Boston
University School of Theology, as she addressed a group of world
church leaders at the Global Christian Forum (GCF) in Manado,
Indonesia. The gathering has brought together leaders from major
church traditions, theological perspectives, and world communions,
including the Anglican Communion, the World Council of Churches,
the World Evangelical Alliance, the Pentecostal World Fellowship,
and the Vatican's Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian
Unity. According to Peter Crossing of the Center for the Study
of Global Christianity, in 1910 about 66 percent of the world's
Christians lived in Europe; a century later it was only 26 percent.
Crossing, a researcher for the Atlas of Global Christianity,
said the overall percentage of Christians had remained fairly
constant over the last century, but there had been a "dramatic
change in the center of gravity of global Christianity."

- OLD WORLD ORDER AND THE WHITE DRAGON SOCIETY
September 21, 2011 - Like many of you, I have often wondered
just how deep the rabbit hole goes and who controls the comings
and goings. Ultimately of course, I believe that God controls
all things, yet there are individuals and groups who believe
that they are the ones who control the way things happen in society
and as you might guess, it all involves money.
In my last blog, I discussed the role of greed that often plays
itself out among certain televangelists. They grow extremely
wealthy while their television “parishioners” become
poorer. This never seems to bother the evangelists though because
they teach that people are blessed based on how much they give
and how strong their faith is within them.
It would be interesting to be a fly on the wall in the home of
some of these televangelists. I would not at all be surprised
if they swore like troopers, drank like sailors, and indulged
in things that authentic Christians would not indulge in. Seeing
and hearing them with their masks off would allow us to see all
aspects of their (likely) salacious lives. However, put them
in front of a TV camera and hand them a microphone, and the “joy”
of the Lord just spills forth. They literally become effervescent
with “love” and exuberance for the individuals who
tune in daily to hear some snippet of the Bible (normally pulled
entirely out of context) surrounded by statements and phrases
designed to manipulate into giving.

- CROSSES ON PUBLIC LAND: DID HIGH COURT LEAVE LEGAL ISSUE
IN ‘SHAMBLES’?

of church and state case that impacts other religions

Court on Monday rejected a request to take up two cases examining
whether officials in Utah violated the separation of church and
state when they authorized the placement of 13 white crosses
on public roadsides and other property as memorials to fallen
state troopers. The court's rejection of the case leaves in place
a circuit court ruling that would require the removal or dismantling
of the crosses. The cases raised an issue that has sharply divided
the high court in recent years: When does the display of a religious
symbol on public land violate the First Amendment's ban on government
establishment of religion.
- Utah officials had urged the justices to use the case to
identify a new legal framework to decide disputes involving displays
on public property featuring crosses, the Ten Commandments, holiday
creches, menorahs, and signs with religious or quasi-religious
messages.

was Clarence Thomas, who issued a 19-page dissent to the high

- SUPREME COURT REJECTS APPEAL IN GAY COUPLE'S ADOPTION

The US Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to take up a case examining
whether an official in Louisiana violated the Constitution when
she refused to issue a corrected birth certificate for a child
adopted by an unmarried gay couple in New York. The case was
being closely followed because it raised legal issues that could
be important in the escalating battle over state and federal
government recognition of same-sex marriage. The justices did
not explain why they would not hear the case. The action leaves
undisturbed a Fifth US Circuit Court of Appeals decision upholding
the Louisiana official's refusal to issue a new birth certificate.
The state official cited a Louisiana policy that permits only
married couples to adopt. The policy applies to all unmarried
couples, regardless of a couple's sexual orientation. The New
York couple, Oren Adar and Mickey Ray Smith, adopted the boy
under New York law. The issue arose when they sought to amend
their son's Louisiana birth certificate to record their names

- CHRISTIAN PLOT FOR DOMINATION?

and Rick Perry (not dominionist) aren't just devout—both
have deep ties to a fringe fundamentalist movement known as Dominionism,
which says Christians should rule the world. With Tim Pawlenty
out of the presidential race, it is now fairly clear that the
GOP candidate will either be Mitt Romney or someone who makes
George W. Bush look like Tom Paine. Of the three most plausible
candidates for the Republican nomination, two are deeply associated
with a theocratic strain of Christian fundamentalism known as
Dominionism. If you want to understand Michele Bachmann and Rick
Perry, understanding Dominionism isn’t optional.
- Put simply, Dominionism means that Christians have a God-given
right to rule all earthly institutions. Originating among some
of America’s most radical theocrats, it’s long had
an influence on religious-right education and political organizing.
But because it seems so outré, getting ordinary people
to take it seriously can be difficult. Most writers, myself included,
who explore it have been called paranoid. In a contemptuous 2006
First Things review of several books, including Kevin Phillips’
American Theocracy, and my own Kingdom Coming: The Rise of Christian
Nationalism, conservative columnist Ross Douthat wrote, “the
fear of theocracy has become a defining panic of the Bush era.”

for the state of America is more than legitimate, will Christians
replace commitment and loyalty to the Gospel for commitment and
loyalty to a dominionist agenda? If they do, they will learn
the hard way that compromise and a “whatever it takes”
attitude will do more harm to the cause of Jesus Christ than

countries. Rather, the intention of this article is to exhort
believers to use discernment in understanding the times in which

movement (that is heading toward a one-world religion to “establish

- MIKE BICKLE ON CONTEMPLATIVE PRAYER (PART 1)
- By Jocelyn Andersen - Mike Bickle, director of the International
House of Prayer (IHOP) in Kansas City, and a well-known leader
in the Prophetic Movement, claims that God is restoring contemplative
prayer to the church. He goes on to claim that contemplative
prayer is a God ordained means of entering into the fullness
of God, and that the brightest lights in church history have
been Roman Catholic mystics who lived during the dark ages. He
went on to say the western church had much to learn from these
mystics.
- Anti-evangelical propaganda is prominent throughout his message.
He informs his followers that they are constantly being put on
the defensive by, and apologizing to, evangelical Christians
for their intensity toward God by saying “Other Christians
force us to hide our intensity—to wear a façade.
“…even believers in Jesus…are made uncomfortable
and intimidated by our spiritual intensity.”
- However, he comforts them with the good news that they don’t
“have to wear any façade” when they got together
in little oasis’ “like this” (meaning his and
other prophetic meetings). He continued his barrage against evangelicals
by saying, “They don’t grasp it at all—being introduced
into the deep realms of love.” He claims the church of the
western world has abandoned its inheritance to have the fullness
of God (through contemplative prayer). Bickle freely admits to
pursuing eastern religious philosophies and had nothing but criticism
for the Western Evangelical Church. According to him, evangelical

- The Latter Rain movement of the late 40's had given birth
to numerous other sub-teachings. The Manifest Sons of God was
divided into two major sects. The Walk, and the Body of Christ.
The Walk came out of the Latter Rain Movement under the “apostleship”
of John Robert Stevens, who like Paul Cain and others was a William
Branham disciple. His was the Church of the Living Word in Redondo
Beach, California.
- The Charismatic Dominionism expressed in spiritual warfare
and the current signs and wonders movement is largely an extension
of the Manifest Sons of God doctrine. Manifest Sons teachings
are Kingdom Dominionist: they believe in restoration of the Church,
restoration of the 5 fold ministry with the offices of apostles
and prophets, having authority through its leaders by strong
shepherding and discipleship. A perfection of the saints, immortalization,
and the attainment of being Christ as we become just like Christ
in nature and ability. The Manifest Sons of God doctrine has
an eschatology of Dominionism through the perfecting of the saints
under the leadership guidance of the latter-day prophets and
apostles. They mostly deny a rapture in the classic sense. Some
replace it with individual raptures, a collective transformation
to immortality on earth, or none at all. This quote is representative
of the teaching “the doctrine of the Rapture was a great
and effective ruse of the enemy to implant in the Church a retreat
mentality ... already this yoke has been cast off by the majority
in the advancing church, and it will soon be cast off by all.”

- We are talking about the great and blessed hope of his return.
In its place is triumphalism by installing a new leadership for
the Church. If there is no rapture than there is no resurrection,
they are simultaneous events!
- Considering what Joyner first said he later changed it in
his 1993 printing of the Harvest as it became the doctrine of
the pre-tribulation rapture (p.201) In this he fares no better
as he takes the position that the Church will endure through
the tribulation. despite the Scriptures teaching that the saints
will be overcome in the tribulation, and few will survive. Hardly
a scenario that manifest sons of God can agree with. this becomes
even more problematic when brought to its conclusion of the Church
found ruling when Christ comes back. Certainly to look forward
to the Lords coming as any time is not retreating but hopeful.
One does not need to abandon everything to do this and wait on
the top of a hill in white robes as some did over century ago.

- Little did I know when I began to read The Signature of Jesus
the time and effort that would be involved in understanding it.
I am not a theologian by training. My background is in technical
management in electronic component manufacturing. However, I
stumbled onto something that I became convinced was very dangerous
and little understood.
- One reading was not enough for me to understand The Signature
of Jesus. I found that it was like reading a book in a foreign
language. I read many new expressions like contemplative prayer,
centering prayer, centering down, paschal spirituality, the discipline
of the secret, contemplative spirituality, celebrating the darkness,
mineralization, the Mineral Man, practicing the presence, the
interior life, intimacy with Abba, the uncloistered contemplative
life, inner integration, yielding to the Center, the bridge of
faith, notional knowledge, contemporary spiritual masters, masters
of the interior life, shadow self, false self, mysterium tremendum,
existential experience, and the Abba experience.1
- I also encountered many writers I have never read before,
including Kasemann, Burghardt, Merton, Van Breeman, Brueggemann,
Moltmann, Nouwen, Küng, Steindl-Rast, Rahner, Bonhoeffer,
Kierkegaard, and Camus.
- I had to read the book three separate times before I was
confident that I understood what Manning was saying. I even read
it a fourth time for good measure. Reading this book led me to
read a number of other books and articles by and about leading
mystics/contemplatives. I learned about the heart of Manning's
message, centering prayer. Ultimately I felt I had to meet the
man. I attended one conference he conducted. In addition, I purchased
the tapes of another conference he conducted and pored over them.

- CHRISTIAN FORTUNE-TELLERS NEVER GET IT RIGHT, EITHER
- In an editorial in the last issue of The Quarterly Journal,
co-director G. Richard Fisher explored the world of tabloid prognosticators
and how an undiscerning world is all too quick to “run after
psychics and psychic predictions.”
- He also pointed out that an attraction for prophecy and future-telling,
a longtime staple within Charismatic camps, has made inroads
into Evangelical circles as well. Self-appointed prophets are
cropping up everywhere.
- There is even a “National School of the Prophets Conference,”
where for $175 you can be trained in the art of “propheteering.”
C. Peter Wagner, Dutch Sheets, Rick Joyner, Cindy Jacobs, Mike
Bickle, Ted Haggard and others can train us to be “prophets”
(Charisma magazine, Dec. 1998). That magic word gives instant
credibility in the mind of some.
- Yet most Christians, both Charismatic and non-Charismatic
alike, would balk at any implication of even the slightest involvement
in the world of psychics and psychic phenomenon. “After
all,” they may further argue, “didn’t faith healer
Benny Hinn at one time ask for the donations from his faithful
so that his daily telecasts could go head-to-head with the psychic
hot lines?” His aim, he said, was to air on the same secular
cable and television networks that were carrying psychic advertising.
Clearly Hinn was against Dionne Warwick and her crowd. His followers
forget quickly that Hinn himself has made numerous false predictions.
- A recent issue of Charisma magazine (April 1999) featured
a full-page report that was nothing more than a “Christianized”
version of what one might expect from the secular and godless
supermarket tabloids. The Charisma article, entitled “Prophets
Warn That United States Faces Threat of War, Islamic Terrorism,”
reported on a January “distress call” from “modern-day
prophets.” The band of 18 leaders, who met “behind
closed doors,” included Wagner, Joyner and Paul Cain. According
to the magazine, this oracle of impending judgment was further
endorsed by others in the prophetic movement, including Bickle
(of Kansas City Fellowship fame), revivalist Tommy Tenney, and

- A LEADING FIGURE IN THE NEW APOSTOLIC REFORMATION
- October 3, 2011 - A new charismatic Christian movement that
seeks to take dominion over politics, business and culture in
preparation for the end times and Jesus' return is becoming more
of a presence in American politics. The leaders are considered
apostles and prophets, gifted by God for this role. Several apostles
affiliated with the movement helped organize or spoke at Rick
Perry's August prayer rally, The Response. The international

- Jerry Falwell led the once-fundamentalist Thomas Road Baptist
Church and Liberty University into the treacherous waters of
the Southern Baptist Convention in the 1990s, and the result
was predictable. For the last few years Thomas Road and Liberty
have been moving within Rick Warren’s sphere of influence.
Warren spoke at Liberty’s SuperConference 2003; Liberty
hosted a Purpose Driven conference in June 2008; Warren spoke
at Thomas Road’s Innovate conference in August 2008, and
most recently he addressed students at Liberty on September 19,
2011. Warren says God won’t ask about your doctrinal views,
which is a lie because the first purpose of Scripture is “for
doctrine” (2 Timothy 3:16-17). Warren frequently and approvingly
quotes heretics such as Roman Catholic universalists Mother Teresa
and Henri Nouwen. He promotes contemplative mysticism and its
most radical proponents such as Richard Foster and the Catholic-Buddhist
Thomas Merton. Rick Warren yokes together in ministry with New
Age practitioners such as Mehmet Oz, who promotes occultic Reiki,
and Daniel Amen who promotes Hindu tantric yoga. Warren presented
Roman Catholic inter-spiritualist globalist Tony Blair with a

Baptist Convention is a worldly mixed multitude of “evangelicals,”
charismatics, theological modernists, Masons, modern textual
critics, theistic evolutionists, New Agers, female preachers,
pastor-ruling deacons, and no-discipline churches, all dancing
to the beat of rock & roll. The fact that many Independent
Baptist preachers are moving in the direction of the SBC in sympathy
and philosophy and most IBaptist preachers of influence are keeping

- CHARLES STANLEY PROMOTING CONTEMPLATIVE MYSTICISM
- Friday Church News Notes, September 30, 2011, www.wayoflife.org
- In the October 2011 issue of In Touch magazine, Charles Stanley
promotes blatant contemplative mysticism. Note the following:
“... solitude is a deliberate choice to spend time with
God and give Him your undivided attention. ... My first suggestion
is to find a silent place that’s free from distractions.
Once you’re there, the next step is to DO NOTHING but make
yourself available to the Lord. In that moment, God is not necessarily
expecting you to read through a prayer list or study a devotional.
Simply invite Him to meet with you in the stillness and speak
to you through His Word, however He chooses. Depending on your
point of need, He may speak words of encouragement or instruction,
or simply surround you with His love. Don’t be discouraged
if SENSING HIS PRESENCE doesn’t happen right away. With
time you’ll EXPERIENCE IT in ways that are transforming
and unforgettable. ... through solitude we become intimate with
God, and nothing in this world compares with knowing Him deeply”
(“Ask Dr. Stanley,” In Touch, Oct. 2011). What Stanley
is recommending is not biblical meditation; it is blind mysticism
that is borrowed from Rome’s dark monastic past. Stanley
is not explaining how to get alone with God without distractions
and study and meditate on Scripture and pray. He is explaining
how to sit in silence and DO NOTHING and expect God to meet me
in that context. When he mentions God speaking through “His
Word,” he is not referring necessarily to Scripture but
through an experience, a feeling, an intuition. To seek an “experience”
with God is the opposite of walking by faith C(which comes only
through God’s Word the Bible, Romans 10:17) and is a recipe
for spiritual delusion. If I were to follow Charles Stanley’s
recommendation to seek God in “the silence” and expect
Him to reveal Himself to me in some experiential way apart from
Scripture, how would I know that it is God that is speaking?
The Bible warns repeatedly about the danger of being deceived
by the devil, who transforms himself into an angel of light (e.g.,
2 Corinthians 11; 1 Peter 5:8). God’s Word instructs the
believer to be sober and vigilant against spiritual deception
at all times. Every thought and experience must be carefully
tested by Holy Scripture. Contemplative mysticism was also promoted
in the January 2011 and the January 2010 issues of In Touch magazine.
Charles Stanley is another “conservative evangelical”
who is a bridge to the treacherous waters of ancient and end-time

- BURDEN OF DAMASCUS

Damascus will cease from being a city, and it will be a ruinous
heap.’" (Isaiah 17:1)
1Handling the “prophetic truth” is not for pundits
suffering from editorial gastroenteritis – it is what it
is, and, if you can’t stomach it, you may kindly leave the
heat of the kitchen. Oh, and by the way…don’t kill
the messenger (although, according to rabbinic tradition, Isaiah
eventually was royally slain having been “sawn asunder”
hiding inside a cedar tree from the evil king Manasseh –
utter poetic injustice!).
But what other injustices we now witness within the beautiful
city of Damascus apparently founded by the sons of Noah who got
into a squabble about naming the world’s oldest city wherein
“the blood of Mash, the fourth son of Aram Bin Sam Bin Noah,
flowed soon after a heavy blow by his brother Aws deeply cut
Mash’s head” – hence the meaning of Damascus:
A town built on the rock where the blood of Mash flowed?
Thus, the bloody beginning of earth’s oldest urban habitat
appears prophetically destined to replicate her torrid commencement
over something utterly mundane as in “what’s in a name?”
“TWO BLOWS FOR EACH BLOW”
Now – injustices? Indeed…nearly 3,000 lives (fast approaching
9/11 renown, along with 10,000 arrests…and you don’t
wish to be arrested in Syria, by the way) have been sacrificed
upon the altar of Syria’s Arab Spring and there seems little
abatement to the slaughter by the entrenched despot, President
Bashar al-Assad. After China and Russia (imagine that?) vetoed
UN Security Council efforts to impose additional sanctions on
the Syrian optometrist, NATO decided to ramp up the pressure
to squeeze Assad all the more in giving vent to “democratic
forces.”
Doing the communicative honors regarding the cost to his Excellency
in killing his own people were the newly-invigorated Ottoman
Turks who, of late, have been heralded as the guardians of the
old Caliphate – who could perhaps inspire a new Islamic
amalgamation but with a more up-to-date rendition, expressing
tempered socio-religious fervor with a tinge of economic savvy…a
sort of Putin-style Eurasian Union (just what the Turks really
want with their old adversary):

threatened to set fire to the Middle East, and especially to
Israel, if NATO attacks Syria, the Iranian Fars news agency reported.

- DEALING WITH THOSE WHO ARE RESISTANT TO THE TRUTH
- September 8, 2011 David Cloud Wayof Life.org - “But
foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender
strifes. And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be
gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, In meekness instructing
those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them
repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may
recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken
captive by him at his will” (2 Timothy 2:23-26).
- Avoid foolish questions (2 Timothy 2:23).
- Foolish questions are questions that are not asked sincerely
in order to know the truth but are asked with the objective of
hiding and confusing the truth; they are questions that are asked
to create doubt and strife.
- A trained Jehovah’s Witness will typically ask such
questions. He doesn’t want to know the truth; he only wants
to teach his false doctrine. His foolish questions include these:
How can God be one and yet three? How can Jesus be God when he
prayed to God? How can punishment in hell be eternal when the
Bible says God will burn the sinners up? How can death be a journey
when the Bible says it is a sleep? (For the answers, see our
book Things Hard to Be Understood: A Handbook of Biblical Difficulties.)
- If a person only wants to argue, it is a waste of time to
deal with them. There are scorners and there are the willing
listeners (Acts 17:32).
- We must deal with scorners wisely (Prov. 26:4-5). We must
not imitate the way of the fool by getting involved in endless
arguments; but we must briefly answer the fool’s arguments
so he will not think there are no answers and thus be wise in
his own conceits.
- Efforts to deal with willful heretics should be short lived
(Titus 3:10-11).
- On the other hand, if a person asks a sincere question, it
should be answered from the Bible. The man who led me to Christ
took the time to answer questions that came from pagan books
I had been reading, such as the Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the
Christ and Autobiography of a Yogi and Siddhartha, and from my
dabbling in a Hindu meditation society and Christian Science.
He patiently answered my questions with simple Bible doctrine,
but he didn’t debate with me on a philosophical level.
- Be gentle, patient, humble (2 Timothy 2:24, 25).
- It is difficult to deal with people who are in the snare
of the Devil. They oftentimes mock the truth and are overbearing
and proud toward those who preach it, and we are tempted to respond
in kind. But if we deal with them in a like manner as they deal
with us, we only stir them up to more anger. “A soft answer
turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger” (Prov.
15:1).
- It is important to understand that meekness doesn’t
mean weakness and cowardliness. Moses was the meekest man, but
he was bold when dealing with error, such as when Israel worshipped
the golden calf. Jesus is meek and lowly in heart, but He was
firm and sometimes even severe in His dealings with the Pharisees
(Matthew 23).
- Teach and instruct with God’s Word (2 Timothy 2:24,
25).
- Gentleness and patience are not enough to win people to the
truth. There is no “lifestyle evangelism” in the Bible.
We must proclaim God’s Word. It alone has the power to convert
those who are in Satan’s snare.
- Trust in God (2 Timothy 2:25-26).
- Only God can deliver someone who is in the snare of the Devil.
I must not trust my debating skills or my knowledge or my teaching
ability or my patience and humility; I must trust only in the
Lord and His Word and Spirit to bring deliverance.
- We must understand that we are fighting a spiritual battle
against a spiritual enemy (v. 26).
- No matter how impossible the situation might appear, God
is able to give repentance.
- Repentance is both a gift from God and the responsibility
of the sinner. Compare 2 Timothy 2 verse 25 with 26. See also

- TOP EGYPTIAN MUSLIM DECLARES ALL CHRISTIANS INFIDELS
To what extent was Egypts Maspero massacre, wherein the military
literally mowed down Christian Copts protesting the ongoing destruction
of their churches, a product of anti-Christian sentiment?
A video of Egypts grand mufti, Sheikh Ali Gomaa (or Goma), which
began circulating weeks before the massacre, helps elucidate.
While holding that Muslims may coexist with Christians (who,
as dhimmis, have rights), Gomaa categorized Christians as kuffar
infidels a word that connotes enemies, evil-doers, and every
bad thing to Muslim ears.
After quoting Quran 5:17, Infidels are those who declare God
is the Christ, [Jesus] son of Mary, he expounded by saying any
association between a human and God (in Arabic, shirk) is the
greatest sin: Whoever thinks the Christ is God, or the Son of
God, not symbolically for we are all sons of God but attributively,
has rejected the faith which God requires for salvation, thereby
becoming an infidel.

- PREPARE FOR ARMAGEDDON
Thursday, October 27, 2011 7:03 - Armageddon (commonly known
as the battle against the anti-Christ) according to the Bible,
is the site of a battle during the end times, variously interpreted
as either a literal or symbolic location. The term is also used
in a generic sense to refer to any end-of-the-world scenario.
According to some Muslim and Christian interpretations, the Messiah
will return to earth and defeat the Antichrist, Satan the Devil,
in the battle of Armageddon. According to the Muslim belief,
it would be Imam Mehdi who would precede Prophet Jesus who would
fight the one eyed beast called Dajjal (Anti Christ). Then Satan
will be put into the “bottomless pit” or abyss for
1,000 years, known as the Millennial Age. After being released
from the abyss, Satan will gather Gog and Magog (peoples of two
specific nations) from the four corners of the earth. They will
encamp surrounding the “holy ones” and the “beloved
city” (this refers to Jerusalem). Fire will come down from
God, out of heaven and devour Gog and Magog after the Millennium.
