- : MORE GREETINGS to all and the newcomers to this list. We'd
like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams founded
this ministry. We were Mormons (Temple Mormons) for 20 years.
We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry speaking
out against Scientology. Six months later God led us to the truth:
out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at the time we
were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20 years. [George
passed away to heaven in March 2003 and Nicholas Stivers joined
the ministry as Vice President.]
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry. Our
newsletters are not designed to provoke
anger or resistance to evil which is strictly prohibited in Scripture.
It is to shed light on activities by those who would deceive
the elect by devious methods and systematic plans.

The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
which doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word of God has
undergone many changes to fit the present mode. The Bible calls
for a falling away from the truth before Jesus
comes back for His Bride, the true believers called 'Ekklesia.'
Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the Bible is true
from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend, so called democratizing what is left. One third of the
world still remains to be taken over. It again proves that we
are moving to closure of the times of the Gentiles prophesied
in the Bible.
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings with what is happening in Israel. We describe and watch
for signs of the coming Tribulation to confirm that we are moving
into that space and time.

and a newsletter whenever it is possible time wise. We love the
Lord with all our hearts and minds and we love all people God

named "Orowsk". As the son of a Jewish mother, Karol
Wojtyla is, according to Jewish law, a genuine Jew. "Katz",
alias John Paul II, begged Jewry for forgiveness, although their
organizations (World Jewish Congress and Zionism) "initiated
World War II", with 55 million dead.

Church no longer swears by truth of the Bible [Excerpts] By Ruth
Gledhill, Religion Correspondent - THE hierarchy of the Roman
Catholic Church has published a teaching document instructing
the faithful that some parts of the Bible are not actually true.
The Catholic bishops of England, Wales and Scotland are warning
their five million worshippers, as well as any others drawn to
the study of scripture, that they should not expect "total
accuracy" from the Bible.
- "We should not expect to find in Scripture full scientific
accuracy or complete historical precision," they say in
"The Gift of Scripture." The document is timely, coming
as it does amid the rise of the religious Right, in particular
in the US. In their foreword to the teaching document, the two
most senior Catholics of the land, Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor,
Archbishop of Westminster, and Cardinal Keith O'Brien, Archbishop
of St Andrew's and Edinburgh, explain its context. They say people
today are searching for what is worthwhile, what has real value,
what can be trusted and what is really true (Gledhill, The [London]
Times Online, October 5, 2005).

- DON'T BAN GAY PRIESTS, URGES IRISH ARCHBISHOP
Dublin (ENI). The Roman Catholic archbishop of Dublin, Diarmuid
Martin, has said that being gay should not prevent a man becoming
a Catholic priest. "You don't write off a candidate for
the priesthood simply because he is a gay man," Archbishop
Martin is quoted saying in a recent issue of the British Catholic

VENEZUELA'S CHAVEZ PLANS TO EXPEL US EVANGELICAL GROUP
- New York (ENI). Venezuela President Hugo Chavez says he intends
to expel a US evangelical Christian mission organization that
he has deemed to be imperialistic. Chavez accused New Tribes
Mission USA, a Florida-based organization that is said to have
about 160 missionaries in Venezuela, of "imperialist infiltration"
and exploitation and suggested it has ties with the US Central

- S AFRICAN CHURCH MUST DENOUNCE APARTHEID TO RE-ENTER ALLIANCE
- Evian, France (ENI). A South African church has been told
it must publicly recognise that its support for apartheid was
heretical before it can be readmitted into the World Alliance
of Reformed Churches (WARC) from which it was suspended in 1982.
The Dutch Reformed Church - Nederduitsch Hervormde Kerk or NHK
- had been excluded from the global Reformed alliance because
of its theological and biblical backing for the system under
which South Africa was governed from 1948 until the early 1990s.
In the year the church was suspended South African anti-apartheid
activist the Rev. Alan Boesak, a Reformed cleric, became WARC

- 'NO JOINT ASSEMBLY' IN 2010 FOR LUTHERAN AND REFORMED PROTESTANTS
- Evian, France (ENI). Leaders of the World Alliance of Reformed
Churches which groups 75 million Protestants worldwide have said
it seems impossible to hold their next global assembly with the
Lutheran World Federation, as they had hoped. "We learned
with a deep sense of disappointment that the Lutheran World Federation,
while affirming their willingness to consider ecumenical gatherings
in the future, decided to proceed on their own with an assembly
in Stuttgart in 2010," alliance president the Rev. Clifton
Kirkpatrick told WARC's executive committee meeting in Evian.

- COMMENTS FROM A MISSIONARY WORKING IN A POST-MODERN, SECULAR
NATION
- Church planting in Great Britain is a lot like trying to
grow wheat in fields of granite. Post-modernism, secularism,
ecumenical apostasy and apathy seem to be the norm here in the
U.K. Even so, we will continue to obey Jesus' commands regardless
of small results. Church planting here takes lots of time, lots
of patience, and tons of love.
- Numbers are very small but the Lord is bringing more people
into our path as time goes on. We live each day as it comes and
we are blessed with each opportunity that God sets before us.
We believe that God will add to His church as He sees fit. We
simply try to keep things simple, practical, and Biblical and
be as faithful as possible.
- People ask us, "Why stay if people are not interested?"
We answer, ³We stay because Jesus Christ has called us,
commissioned us, and sent us here.² God is faithfully opening
more doors as time goes on and we believe that we are here to
"strengthen that which remains"and to reap where the
harvest is ripe. Dying congregations continue to lose their ministers
and people have very few choices as to Bible teaching fellowships.
For the most part, Bible believing Ministers and Bible teachers
are hard to come by. We choose to stay because God's people need
His Word and those still in darkness need the Light of Life -

- RABBI ROSEN INVESTED AS PAPAL KNIGHT
Greer Fay Cashman, THE JERUSALEM POST Nov. 3, 2005 - Rabbi David
Rosen, the American Jewish Committee's international director
of interreligious affairs on Thursday became the first Israeli
citizen, the first Orthodox rabbi and the fifth living Jew to
be invested with a papal knighthood.
- Rosen received the decoration and citation attesting to his
new status as a Knight Commander of the Pontifical Order of St
Gregory the Great at a ceremony hosted at the Notre Dame of Jerusalem
Center by the Apostolic Delegate in Jerusalem and Palestine and
the Apostolic Nuncio in Israel Archbishop Pietro Sambi.
- The investiture was conducted by Cardinal Walter Kasper,
President of the Holy See's Commission for Religious Relations
with Jewry. The ceremony coincided with the 40th anniversary
celebrations in Israel of Nostra Aetate, the ground-breaking
Vatican II document that paved the way for mutual respect and
dialogue between the Catholic Church and the Jews.
- Kasper credited Rosen with being a moving force in the realization
and implementation of the spirit of Nostra Aetate.
- Noting that Rosen is active in many fields, Kasper who has
known him and worked with him for several years said: "One
meets him everywhere that this dialogue is going on - and he
keeps the dialogue going on."
- He first met Rosen, Kasper recalled, as a Jewish partner
in dialogue. He found Rosen to be frank, free and outspoken,
saying what pleased him about the Christians and also what didn't
please him.
- Kasper characterized Rosen as "a fair partner who wants
to understand Christianity" and struggles to overcome misunderstandings
and slander. He described Rosen as a man of peace and dialogue
who builds bridges.
- One of the most positive developments of the last half century
said Kasper is that Jews and Christians have found a way to gather.
"It is a sign of hope and reconciliation, friendship and
mutual understanding."
- Kasper made a point of emphasizing that in his work for reconciliation
and peace, Rosen is not a man of compromise, but acts from the
depth of his Jewish faith.

- COURT SAYS FLAG PLEDGE VIOLATES CONSTITUTION

California atheist who last year lost a Supreme Court fight to
remove the phrase "under God" from the Pledge of Allegiance
won an initial round on Wednesday to revive his cause in the
courts.
A U.S. district court rejected a motion to dismiss his case to
get the words excised from the pledge, which is recited by millions
of schoolchildren every day. It cited the precedent of an earlier
ruling by the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. "The court
concludes that it is bound by the Ninth Circuit's previous determination
that the school district's policy with regard to the pledge is
an unconstitutional violation of the children's right to be free
from a coercive requirement to affirm God," Judge Lawrence
Karlton wrote. In June 2004, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that
Californian atheist Michael Newdow could not challenge the pledge's
phrase "under God" on behalf of his daughter because
he did not have full legal control over her. Newdow immediately
filed a new federal case on behalf of his daughter and two other
families against the Elk Grove Unified School District, the same
Sacramento-area district he had previously sued. The U.S. constitution
establishes a strict division between church and state but many
critics of the Bush administration accuse it of blurring those
divisions, including by promoting socially active "faith-based"
organizations. President George W. Bush entered the conflict
between religion and secularism when he said the theory of "intelligent
design" -- that life on Earth is so complex it must have
been guided by an unseen power -- should be taught in schools
alongside evolution. In effect, the Wednesday decision reopens
the way for Newdow and others to argue the merits of the case
before higher courts. The Supreme Court did not decide on the
issue when finding Newdow did not have standing to bring the
case.
INJUNCTION TO COME
The judge said he would issue an injunction against the pledge
in schools in and around Sacramento after a further motion is
submitted. Supporters of the pledge said they would argue to
have any injunction put on hold until higher courts addressed
the dispute, and Elk Grove schools said they would continue to
say the pledge until ordered otherwise by a court. "I believe
our school children should have the ability to recite the Pledge
of Allegiance in their classrooms and I urge the groups who are
involved in this case to appeal today's ruling," Gov. Arnold
Schwarzenegger said in a statement. Newdow said he expected the
fight to continue to the 9th Circuit with a new ruling there
another year away. "They are upholding the Constitution;
that's what I expect federal judges to do," he said. "It
is a question of treating Americans equally." Derek Gaubatz,
litigation director for the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty
which is opposing Newdow, said he would appeal the ruling in
a fight he called unnecessary. "This is an extreme legal
theory, and our courts should not be filled with nonsense like

- THE HOLMAN CHRISTIAN STANDARD BIBLE EXPOSED
- In the history of faithless translations, the new Holman
Christian Standard Bible stands as the latest addition to the
line of corrupted translations. In the introduction to this version,
they plainly state that they use the Biblia Hebraica Stuttgartensia,
fifth edition for the Hebrew and the Nestle Aland Text, 27th
edition and the United Bible Societies 4th corrected edition
for the Greek. Right at the outset we see that this entire version
is under girded by three corrupted manuscripts. As you will see
in this comparison of fifty verses, that the Holman Christian
Standard Bible is anything but a standard. It will agree wholeheartedly
with the other false versions plus the New American Bible of
the Roman Catholic Institution and the New World Translation
of the Jehovah’s Witnesses which you will see in this comparison.
Any Christian who uses this book as their version of choice will
be using a cursed book because God does not bless the corruption
of His word and no Christian will ever grow in the faith using
a false version. Once again you will see how superior the King
James Bible is over all these false translations. The King James
verse will come first with underlining of the part of the verse
which has been tampered with.

- These fifty verses are just the tip of the iceberg concerning
the corruption found in this latest per-version. You can take
the King James Bible and compare the Holman Standard Christian
Bible to it and you will see that it is just another massively
corrupt version which totally agrees with the Roman Catholic
and Jehovah‘s Witnesses versions. The footnotes in this
version cast complete doubt on the authenticity of many passages
which parallels the New King James version in doubt casting.
With all these foot notes stating that certain verses do not
appear in other manuscripts will only send much confusion into
the life of a Christian and will cast doubt as to if we have
the word of God today. THIS IS SATAN’S STRATEGY! (Gen 3:1

- BEWARE OF BENNY HINN

- The very popular Pentecostal preacher Benny Hinn is a false
prophet. Hinn traces his charismatic "anointing" to
the late female preacher Kathryn Kuhlman, whose meetings were
often characterized by the dangerous and unscriptural "slaying
in the spirit" phenomenon. In Hinn's book Good Morning,
Holy Spirit, he admits that the first time he encountered the
Kuhlman phenomenon he exclaimed: "I've got to have this.
S I want what Kathryn Kuhlman's got. I wanted it with every atom
and fiber within me" (Good Morning, Holy Spirit, pp. 9-12).
Hinn even tells of visiting the graves of Kuhlman and of another
female Pentecostal preacher, Aimee Semple McPherson, TO GET ANOINTING
FROM THEIR BONES (Ibid., quoted from Hank Hanegraaff, Counterfeit
Revival, p. 172).
- On Sunday, April 30, 200, four people died in Nairobi, Kenya,
during a Hinn "Miracle Crusade" (Reuters News Service,
"Four Die Waiting for 'Miracle' Cures," May 4, 2000,
quoting the Kenya Times). They had been released from a hospital
to be cured at Hinn's healing crusade, but they died instead.
I don't read in the Bible where anyone died when they tried to
reach out to Jesus Christ for healing! Furthermore, "ten
other people suffered serious injuries including broken jaws
after falling from trees they had climbed to get a view of the
American preacher." Hinn's television shows are broadcast
in Kenya, and he has a large following there.
- Benny Hinn had a great influence on the formation of the
"laughing revival" which originated at the Toronto
Airport Church in Ontario, Canada, in January 1994, and which
has spread throughout many parts of the world. The pastor there,
John Arnott, and his wife, Carol, were earnestly "seeking
a special touch from God," but, sadly, they were following
the unscriptural charismatic prophecies and methodologies instead
of relying strictly on the Holy Scriptures. They claim that God
had told them to "hang around people that have an anointing."
Instead of defining the Holy Spirit anointing biblically, they
defined it according to Pentecostal Word-Faith theology. In September
1992, they attended several of Benny Hinn's meetings at Mapleleaf
Gardens in Toronto. After Hinn would pray for them, Carol Arnott
would be so drunk that she had to be carried home and put to
bed. I give several other examples of Benny Hinn's influence
on the "Toronto Blessing" movement in my book Laughing
Revival: From Azusa to Pensacola.
- Hinn has made many false prophecies. For example, on his
April 2nd program he said:

after His resurrection and He is about to appear before His second

- This is a blatant false prophecy. The Bible nowhere indicates
that Jesus Christ will appear physically to believers or to the
unsaved at the end of the church age prior to His return. In
fact, the Lord Jesus warned about such a thing. He warned that
many FALSE christs will appear in the world in the last hours

wife and I were informed that the church we were attending at
that time is going to have a huge campaign called "40 Days
of Community." We asked about this and what was it all about.
We were told that the entire church is going to be conducting
this study and getting involved in the community that we live

we kept coming across a book called "Who is Driving The
Purpose Driven Church" by an author named James Sundquist

from Amazon). Many articles and authors kept
referring to Jame's book. So we sought out James Sundquist and
sent him an email. We introduced ourselves and our website Prophezine
to James and the rest is history.
- James Sundquist is now a good friend and someone we take
council with regarding the "Seeker Sensitive" movement
that is entering today's church. Both Tracye and I have poured
over his book "Who is Driving The Purpose Driven Church"
which is published by Noah Hutchings at South West Radio Church.
James has written what we as well as others consider the definitive
book on Rick Warren's Purpose Driven Church movement, and often
refer back to his excellently researched book. We reccomend this
book to anyone who is faced with a church trying to introduce
the Rick Warren Purpose Driven model.

their trade secrets on to each other through handshakes and passwords

to incorporate Mexico and Canada and simultaneously further diminish
U.S. sovereignty. Have our political elites gone mad?"
- Mr. Dobbs, who has been virtually the lone voice in the Establishment
media cartel opposing the bipartisan immigration and trade policies
that are destroying our borders and national sovereignty, then
noted: Border security is arguably the critical issue in this
country's fight against radical Islamist terrorism. But our borders
remain porous. So porous that three million illegal aliens entered
this country last year, nearly all of them from Mexico. Now,
incredibly, a panel sponsored by the Council on Foreign Relations
wants the United States to focus not on the defense of our own
borders, but rather create what effectively would be a common
border that includes Mexico and Canada. Dobbs then switched to
CNN correspondent Christine Romans in Washington, D.C., who reported:
"On Capitol Hill, testimony calling for Americans to start
thinking like citizens of North America and treat the U.S., Mexico
and Canada like one big country." Romans then showed brief
excerpts of congressional testimony by Professor Robert Pastor,
one of the six co-chairmen of the Council on Foreign Relations
(CFR) Task Force on North America. "The best way to secure
the United States today is not at our two borders with Mexico
and Canada but at the borders of North America as a whole,"
Pastor told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. "What
we hope to accomplish by 2010," Pastor continued, "is
a common external tariff which will mean that goods can move
easily across the border. We want a common security perimeter
around all of North America, so as to ease the travel of people

- The Patriot Act has a clause that allows a Governor to declare
a state of medical emergency that imposes martial law, requires
each person’s submission to the National Guard, demands
relinquishing of personal firearms, and mandates involuntary
vaccination, treatment, or quarantine. The President wants to
commandeer each state’s National Guard and with the military

believes there is no reason to send Iran's nuclear dossier to
the UN Security Council. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice
failed Saturday to persuade Russia to offer new support for a
hard line on Iran's disputed nuclear program, despite making
a hastily arranged trip to the Russian capital.
- After consulting with French leaders on Iran and other Middle
East issues, Rice shuttled to the Russian capital Friday ahead
of hastily arranged meetings today with Russian President Vladimir
Putin and others. France, Britain and Germany have led an effort
to persuade Iran to drop what the United States insists is a
covert drive for nuclear weapons. Rice was going to press President
Vladimir Putin to commit to backing U.S.-led efforts to refer
Iran to the U.N. Security Council if it continues to reject talks
with European powers and keeps up sensitive nuclear-related activities.
However, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Saturday
there was no reason to send Iran's nuclear dossier to the UN
Security Council as the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)
was the only competent body to resolve the issue. The minister
concluded that there would be no reason to discuss the Iran nuclear
issue in any other body except the IAEA. The Bush administration
threatened Saturday to take Iran before the United Nations Security
Council "at a time of our choosing" if Iran does not
return to negotiations over a program that could give it the
ability to make nuclear weapons. But Secretary of State Condoleezza
Rice failed to gain Russian support for prompt Security Council
action, undermining U.S. efforts to put pressure on the Iranian
regime.
- The Russian administration believes that Iran has a right
to make nuclear fuel even though the IAEA board said last month
that Iran had not complied with its obligations under the Nuclear
Non-proliferation Treaty.
- Twelve nations including Russia and China abstained on that
IAEA decision. Twenty-two voted in favor and one, Venezuela,
voted no. The board, which previously has never acted on a majority
vote but only by consensus, meets again Nov. 24. It looks unlikely
now that it will send Iran before the Security Council at that

6, 2005 - Scientists have recreated the 1918 Spanish flu virus,
one of the deadliest ever to emerge, to the alarm of many researchers
who fear it presents a serious security risk. Undisclosed quantities
of the virus are being held in a high-security government laboratory
in Atlanta, Georgia, after a nine-year effort to rebuild the
agent that swept the globe in record time and claimed the lives
of an estimated 50 million people. The genetic sequence is also
being made available to scientists online, a move which some
fear adds a further risk of the virus being created in other
labs. The recreation was carried out in an attempt to understand
what made the 1918 outbreak so devastating. Reporting in the
journal Science, a team lead by Dr Jeffery Taubenberger at the
Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Maryland shows that the
recreated virus is extremely effective. When injected into mice,
it quickly took hold and they started to lose weight rapidly,
shedding 13% of their original weight in just two days. Within
six days, all mice injected with the virus had died. In a comparison
experiment, similar mice were injected with a contemporary strain
of flu, and although the mice lost weight initially, they recovered.

- HALIBURTON GETS KATRINA CONTRACT HIRES FORMER FEMA DIRECTOR
- WASHINGTON, September 1 2006 (HalliburtonWatch.org) -- The
US Navy asked Halliburton to repair naval facilities damaged
by Hurricane Katrina, the Houston Chronicle reported today. The
work was assigned to Halliburton's KBR subsidiary under the Navy's
$500 million CONCAP contract awarded to KBR in 2001 and renewed
in 2004. The repairs will take place in Louisiana and Mississippi.
- KBR has not been asked to repair the levees destroyed in
New Orleans which became the primary cause of most of the damage.
Since 1989, governments worldwide have awarded $3 billion in
contracts to KBR's Government and Infrastructure Division to
clean up damage caused by natural and man-made disasters.

in Asia over the past three years.
- The main fear among scientists is that while H5N1 does not
spread easily from person to person, it could mutate into a form
transmissible with seasonal flu in humans, potentially killing
millions as was the case in the 1918 influenza pandemic. "We've
never seen so much influenza in so many birds in such close proximity

- 85% OF CHILD PREDATORS ARE CRIMINAL IMMIGRANTS

officials at the Department of Homeland Security recently revealed
that arrests for child sex crimes during the first two years
of Operation Predator have exceeded 6,000 and 85 percent of them
are criminal immigrants. Operation Predator is Immigration and
Customs Enforcement's comprehensive initiative to safeguard children
from foreign national pedophiles, international sex tourists,
Internet child pornographers and human traffickers. Operation
Predator evolved out of ICE's mission to find and deport illegal
aliens, particularly those with criminal records. The majority
of the arrests under Operation Predator - roughly 85% - have
involved foreign nationals in this country whose child sex crimes
make them removable from the United States. By matching immigration
databases with state Megan's law directories, ICE agents have
arrested more than 1,800 registered sex offenders.
- Since Operation Predator began on July 9, 2003, the initiative
has resulted in 6,085 child predator arrests throughout the country
- an average of roughly 250 arrests per month and eight arrests
per day. While arrests have been made in every state, the most
have occurred in these states: Arizona (207), California (1,578),
Florida (255), Illinois (282), Michigan (153), Minnesota (190),
New Jersey (423), New York (367), Oregon (148) and Texas (545).
- Operation Predator also has an important international component,
as leads developed by domestic ICE offices are shared with ICE
Attach - offices overseas and foreign law enforcement for action.
To date, leads shared by ICE with foreign authorities have resulted

- MALE-FEMALE SEPARATION AT JERUSALEM'S WESTERN WALL EXPANDS
- Jerusalem (ENI). Partitions separating male and female worshippers
at Jerusalem's Western Wall have been erected, to the dismay
of many women as well as members of non-Orthodox Jewish denominations
who have sought more access for female worshippers at the Jewish
shrine. Partitions have long been in place alongside the wall
to separate men and women worshippers in accord with the custom
of Orthodox Judaism. But in early October, partitions with signs
saying "Men" and "Women" were also erected
in the plaza near the wall where men and women have always intermingled

- EU AND U.S. CLASH OVER CONTROL OF NET

2005 - GENEVA The United States and Europe clashed here Thursday
in one of their sharpest public disagreements in months, after
European Union negotiators proposed stripping the Americans of
their effective control of the Internet. The European decision
to back the rest of the world in demanding the creation of a
new international body to govern the Internet clearly caught
the Americans off balance and left them largely isolated at talks
designed to come up with a new way of regulating the digital
traffic of the 21st century. "It's a very shocking and profound
change of the EU's position," said David Gross, the State
Department official in charge of America's international communications
policy. "The EU's proposal seems to represent an historic
shift in the regulatory approach to the Internet from one that
is based on private sector leadership to a government, top-down
control of the Internet." Delegates meeting in Geneva for
the past two weeks had been hoping to reach consensus for a draft
document by Friday after two years of debate. The talks on international
digital issues, called the World Summit on the Information Society
and organized by the United Nations, were scheduled to conclude
in November at a meeting in Tunisia. Instead, the talks have
deadlocked, with the United States fighting a solitary battle
against countries that want to see a global body take over supervision
of the Internet. The United States lost its only ally late Wednesday
when the EU made a surprise proposal to create an intergovernmental
body that would set principles for running the Internet. Currently,
the U.S. Commerce Department approves changes to the Internet's
"root zone files," which are administered by the Internet
Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, or Icann, a nonprofit
organization based in Marina del Rey, California.
