- Speaking to Israel, Jesus
said the following:
- "And great earthquakes
shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and
fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.
But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and
persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into
prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's
sake.
- And it shall turn to you for a testimony. Settle
it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall
answer: For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your
adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
- And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and
brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they
cause to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all men for
my name's sake. But there shall not an hair of your head perish.
In your patience possess ye your souls.
- And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with
armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. Then let
them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them
which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that
are in the countries enter thereinto. For these be the days of
vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give
suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the
land, and wrath upon this people.
- And they shall fall by the edge of the sword,
and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem
shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the
Gentiles be fulfilled. And there shall be signs in the sun, and
in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of
nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men's
hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things
which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall
be shaken.
- And then shall they see the Son of man coming
in a cloud with power and great glory. And when these things
begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads;
for your redemption draweth nigh. And he spake to them a parable;
Behold the fig tree, and all the trees; When they now shoot forth,
ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at
hand. So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass,
know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand. Verily I say
unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be
fulfilled. Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words
shall not pass away. (Luke

like to introduce ourselves. George and Rita Williams founded
this ministry. We were Mormons (Temple Mormons) for 20 years.
We prayed to God in 1992 to allow us to do a ministry speaking
out against Scientology. Six months later God led us to the truth:
out of the cult of Mormonism. We did not know at the time we
were in a cult. No-one had witnessed to us in 20 years.
- The Holy Spirit brought us to information about all the cults
and the present development of the New World Order. We began
bringing our research to you. Because all the research was already
done, we decided to build a library within Cephas Ministry. Our
newsletters are not designed to provoke
anger which is strictly prohibited in Scripture. It is to shed
light on activities by those who would deceive those who are
recorded in the Book of Life by devious methods and systematic

The focus of these newsletters is to prove why we had to leave
the world system. We are called 'Watchmen on the Wall' which
God always had during the Old / New Testament Times.

- The first section is about the church.
The news about churches is unedited unless indicated by Ednotes.
The church as we knew it, is undergoing disintegration. This
began on a fast track in the early nineteen sixties when the
Catholic Church produced liberal Vatican II to replace Vatican
I.
- The trend since then has been ecumenical which is truly what
the word 'Catholicism' means: a universal religion all
inclusive and multicultural. The Bible calls for a final church
and today's church doesn't resemble what Jesus taught. The Word
of God has undergone many changes to fit the progressive modes.
Many new Bible tranlations have brought confusion. The Bible
calls for a falling away from the truth before
Jesus comes back for His Bride. The true believers are called
'Ekklesia.' Our newsletters prove this fact and prove that the
Bible is true from beginning to end.
- The second section is about globalism
where we bring your attention to the social, political and global
trend, the so called democratizing what is left of the world.
This is a deception since the underlying new world global government
is developed by implementing sustainable development. The
Bible prophesies that there will be ten kings (ten horns), each
king (horn) will receive a region of the world as a reward for
work well done for the Antichrist. This is the reason for the
present development of NAU (The North American Union) as well
as the war in the Middle East. It again proves that we are moving
to closure of the times of the Gentiles prophesied in the Bible.
The end result will not be Democracy but a form of Fascist Communism
(Public/Private Corporations enslaving mankind).
- The third section compliments End Time
teachings because Israel is the time piece of the Biblical Prophecy.
1948 was the beginning of the figtree representing Israel, coming
back to life. Israel was allowed to return to its land. Israel
is the rock upon which the world stumbles and crumbles. We watch
and visit Israel for signs which point to the Tribulation to
confirm that we are moving into that space of time.

- BIRDS FALLING, FISH DYING, AND
EARTHQUAKES
- HEADLINES: Forty Thousand Velvet Crabs Washed up on the Coast
of Great Britain. Penguins Dying and
 Littering
the Beaches of New Zealand. Crows Falling Out of the Sky in Sweden.
Eight Thousand Turtle Doves Falling Dead to the Ground in Italy.
Two Million Dead Fish [...]
- It appears to have started on New Year’s Eve and has
been escalating daily for over two weeks. Brazil is dealing with
hundreds of tons of dead fish. In state after state all across
America, thousands of birds and millions of fish are mysteriously
dying. There are numbers of reasons being given, but the answers
sound emptier than not giving any answer. Is all of it more evidence
that we are quickly approaching the Great Tribulation?
- I believe 2011 will be a year of signs from heaven above
and earth beneath. There is a Jewish proverb that states, “Accidents
are not kosher.” The earth is the Lord’s and nature
is God’s system — full of warnings and signs of the
time. Absolutely nothing of human life is without cause or purpose.
Nature does not exist out of God’s control but is a system
of balance and design. Whatever is in our Creator’s plan
is played out on a daily schedule. Jesus Christ warns us of man’s
failure to discern the signs of the time. He stated, “And
in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is
red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of
the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?”
(Matthew 16:3).
- Earthquakes have always been viewed by Godly people as a
warning from the Creator. The Son of God stated, “And great
earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences;
and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven”
(Luke 21:11). The growing frequency of earthquakes is ominous.
We are witnessing an increase of earthquakes that is above normal
and that perfectly fulfills the End Time prophetic events. A
scale of earthquakes over a span of the last ten years is scary.
There were twenty-one earthquakes that were over a magnitude
of 6.0 in the year of 2002, but there were 168 earthquakes over
a magnitude of 6.0 last year in 2010. Continued:

- PESTILENCES, STRANGE DISEASES
AND FAMINES
The World is escalating to Apocalyptic Times. The Book of Revelation
is the textbook for living and learning. If ever the church has
opened this book to their congregation we must make it come alive.
The Old Testament Prophets were powerful in the wisdom of the
final judgments. Reading these men of God you would think they
are reading our newspapers. Listen to one of them. “The
great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly,
even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry
there bitterly. That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble
and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness
and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, A day of
the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against
the high towers. And I will bring distress upon men, that they
shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the
LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their
flesh as the dung.” (Zephaniah 1:14-17) These Prophets were
the forerunners of the Book of Revelation. If any person will
read Revelation and let the Bible (65 books–Genesis to Jude)
provide the interpretation to them they will be blessed. The
entire Bible is a perfect whole and Revelation is the crowning
book. The earthquakes, food shortage, birds falling out of the
sky, pestilences and many additional signs are only the beginning
sorrows. Jesus said, ” All these are the beginning of sorrows.”
(Matthews 24:8) The Great Tribulation will follow the Rapture
and that’s what the signs which we are witnessing proves
is at the door.

- IS THE GREAT PYRAMID AN ALTAR
TO GOD?
- [Ednote: In an email from Rusty he wrote the following: "In
your article, Is The Great Pyramid An Alter To God ?, you give
no mention to Isiah 19:19, which is a direct ref, to the GP.
The GP is unique in any way you can think of. Also, it was never
a tomb & never will be. Quite simply, it was designed by
God because the mind of Man, is not capable of such design. With
great respect, I don't think you have given the GP the research
it deserves. The only thing the other Pyramids have in common
really with the GP is their shape !

- Thanks for your comment which we welcome. There is nothing
more wonderful than discussing Scriptures. What I learned early
on is to interpret Scripture with Scripture and not of private
interpretation (i.e. from an author who wrote a book about this
subject) When you go by the Bible you never lose.
Isaiah 19:19 "In that day shall there be an altar to
the LORD in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar at the
border thereof to the LORD."
- Bible Commentaries:
- Family Bible notes: "Isa 19:19
An altar to the Lord; an altar for offering sacrifices to the
Lord. A pillar; as a memorial of God's interposition. Compare
Ge 28:18; 35:14. The meaning is, that the true God shall be worshipped
in Egypt.
Genesis 28:18 'And Jacob rose up early in the morning, and
took the stone that he had put for his pillows, and set it up
for a pillar, and poured oil upon the top of it. "
- Genesis 35:14 "And Jacob set up a pillar in the place
where he talked with him, even a pillar of stone: and he poured
a drink offering thereon, and he poured oil thereon."
- Geneva Bible notes: t. There will be evident signs
and tokens, that God's religion is there: which manner of speech
is taken of the patriarchs and ancient time, when God has not
as yet appointed the place, and full manner how he would be worshipped.
- Jamieson, Fausset, Brown Commentary:
- 19. altar--not for sacrifice, but as the "pillar"
for memorial and worship (Jos 22:22-26). Isaiah does not
contemplate a temple in Egypt: for the only legal temple was
at Jerusalem; but, like the patriarchs, they shall have altars
in various places. Joshua 22:22-26 "The LORD God
of gods, the LORD God of gods, he knoweth, and Israel he shall
know; if it be in rebellion, or if in transgression against the
LORD, (save us not this day,) That we have built us an altar
to turn from following the LORD, or if to offer thereon burnt
offering or meat offering, or if to offer peace offerings thereon,
let the LORD himself require it; And if we have not rather done
it for fear of this thing, saying, In time to come your children
might speak unto our children, saying, What have ye to do with

pillar--such as Jacob reared (Ge 28:18; 35:14); it was a
common practice in Egypt to raise obelisks commemorating divine
and great events.
at the border--of Egypt and Judah, to proclaim to both countries
the common faith. This passage shows how the Holy Spirit raised
Isaiah above a narrow-minded nationality to a charity anticipatory
of gospel catholicity.

- IS THE GREAT PYRAMID AN ALTAR TO GOD? continued:
- The Great Pyramid has come to our attention from various
newsletters. Their stand is that the Great Pyramid is sacred
relative to Christianity.
- According to one teacher the assumption that the Great Pyramid
is the foundation of the world is built on one Scripture Isaiah
40:12 "Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of his
hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the
dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in
scales, and the hills in a balance?
- The pyramids are Egyptian tombs. Some teach that the pyramid
is the foundation of the earth because the intelligence behind
the construction is unsurpassed and was here thousands of years
ago. The pyramids where constructed in Moses's day. The pyramids
were built on the backs of Hebrews in bondage in Egypt. How could
the pyramid be the altar of God as some say because it is mathematically
perfect. It would be documented in the Scriptures if it were
God's altar. Logically that would mean the space program should
be revered because to laymen it is a miracle and is based on
mathematical calculations and precision.
- The Great Pyramid is one of the seven wonders of the world
that cannot be explained but I do not consider that proof of
God. That places God into the realm of being a unit of intelligence
that philosophers' use as their basis for evolution. What the
pyramid does reveal is that there was more intelligence and knowledge

VATICAN CITY (CNS) -- Pope Benedict XVI said he would go to Assisi
in October to mark the 25th anniversary of Pope John Paul II's
interreligious prayer for peace, but he did not actually say
anything about praying with members of other religions. Announcing
the October gathering, he said he would go to Assisi on pilgrimage
and would like representatives of other Christian confessions
and other world religions to join him there to commemorate Pope
John Paul's "historic gesture" and to "solemnly
renew the commitment of believers of every religion to live their
own religious faith as a service in the cause of peace."
- While Pope Benedict may be more open to interreligious dialogue
than some of the most conservative Christians would like, he
continues to insist that dialogue must be honest about the differences
existing between religions and that joint activities should acknowledge

- THE ORDINARIATE BEGINS
- January 2011 - All over England groups large and small are
getting ready to unite with the Roman Catholic Church (the Rock).
Most are between 20 and 30 years old. What they have in common,
they are all getting ready for a move. They are moving into the
Catholic Church and the Orinariate Fear and anxiety, excitement
and happiness are all mixed up together. It is a courageous action.
That overused word "historic" has been used best. In
this case it may be the correct word.
For the first time in 400 years the Anglican Communion is being
reunited with the Rock
from which it was hewn. If not all are going then a part at least.
Others will follow so that there be no doubt.... The ordination
of women to the priesthood and episcope, openly homosexual clergy,
serial monogamy, same sex marriages, lay celebration of the Eucharist,
prayers before and after an abortion, and the euthanasia, these
are all part of modern day Anglicanism.
They have helped to cause the move. But the Portal must declare
that none of these horrors, shocking though they may be, is the
real cause why people are leaving the Church of England and joining
the Catholic Church. The real reason if you are a Catholic and
believe the Catholic faith why not a member of the Catholic Church?

- CHRISTIANITY TAKING OVER THE PLANET?
Evidence suggests it's fastest growing faith on Earth

- Most news reports suggest it is Islam. But the evidence suggests
a new, or, perhaps, original form of biblically inspired evangelical
Christianity is sweeping through places like China, Africa, India
and Southeast Asia – making it, by far, the fastest growing
faith on the planet.
- In "Megashift," author Jim Rutz coins a new phrase
to define this fast-growing segment of the population. He calls
them "core apostolics" – or "the new saints
who are at the heart of the mushrooming kingdom of God."
- Rutz makes the point that Christianity is overlooked as the
fastest-growing faith in the world because most surveys look
at the traditional Protestant denominations and the Roman Catholic

- WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal
from opponents of same-sex marriage who want to overturn the
District of Columbia's gay marriage law.
- The court did not comment Tuesday in turning away a challenge
from a Maryland pastor and others who are trying to get a measure
on the ballot to allow Washingtonians to vote on a measure that
defines marriage as between a man and a woman.
- Bishop Harry Jackson led a lawsuit against the district's
Board of Elections and Ethics after it refused to put that initiative
on the ballot. The board ruled that the ballot question would
in effect authorize discrimination.

- January 13, 2011 David Cloud - WayofLife.or - Philip Yancy,
one of the most popular evangelical writers, illustrates the
spiritual dangers in the typical Christian bookstore today. Yancy
promotes the Catholic contemplative movement in his book Prayer:
Does It Make Any Difference? (2006, updated 2010). He quotes
the Buddhist-Catholic monk Thomas Merton, goddess worshiper Sue
Monk Kidd, pantheist Meister Eckhart, David Steindl-Rast (who
denies the substitutionary atonement of Christ), and Richard
Rohr (who worships as New Age “cosmic” Christ). Yancy
also quotes Catholic “saint” Teresa of Avila and the
heretical Catholic contemplative text The Cloud of Unknowing,
which promotes a mindless communion with “God.” (For

RICK WARREN LAUNCHES NEW AGE HEALTH CARE PROGRAM

- Rick Warren has announced a church-wide, year-long health care
program that was created by men whose thinking is permeated with
New Age principles. Called the "Daniel Plan," the program
was written by Mehmet Oz, Daniel Amen, and Mark Hyman. Oz is
a follower of Emanuel Swedenborg, who entertained spirit guides
and was deeply involved with Eastern mysticism ("Special
Report," Lighthouse Trails, Jan. 11, 2011). Amen, a professor
of psychiatry and founder of Amen Clinics, teaches Eastern meditation
and deals in pop psychology and self-help. Both Oz and Amen promote
Reiki, which is an occultic practice that allegedly channels
"universal healing energy." Amen told Warren that he
intends to help Saddleback church members to have good "brain
health." What is this? Amen has written several books on
this subject. The Brain in Love promotes Hindu Tantra, which
is the pagan concept of combining yogic medication with sex.
Making a Good Brain Great promotes Hindu-style meditation through
the vain repetition of the alleged primal sounds saa, taa, naa,
maa, aa. We wonder if Amen will be teaching Hindu tantric yoga
at Saddleback. This would go right along with the current emphasis
on good sex programs in emerging churches (and some fundamental
Baptist ones, as well). Even if these actual demonic practices
are not part of the Saddleback health program, Rick Warren has
brought his people into potential contact with such things by
his unhesitating recommendation of these men. Mark Hyman also
promotes meditation based on Buddhist principles. He clams that
"diseases don't exist; their symptoms are related to effects"
("Rick Warren's Celebrity Health Plan Draws Thousands,"
The Orange County Register, Jan. 16, 2011). To say that disease
doesn't exist apart from human causes is New Age nonsense. While
it is true that diet and exercise can affect one's health, all
diseases are not the result of lifestyle. We are fallen sinners
who live in a sin-cursed world, and disease and death are realities
that affect every individual regardless of what type of "healthy
lifestyle" he pursues. In our book The New Age Tower of

with New Age. A friend observed that health food stores are New
Age chapels. Beware, friends. Though we know that health is important,
the Bible itself doesn't have much to say about it. What the

- A new report entitled "Why Teens, Young Adults Are Leaving
American Churches," based on recent surveys, lists 11 reasons
why so many are leaving churches in America (Yahoo News, Jan.
1, 2011). These include the following: they spend most of their
time hearing people criticize the church and Christian faith;
they use outdated methods of teaching whereby the same Bible
stories are retold year-in and year-out without relating the
teaching to daily living; they aren't given enough good reasons
for holding to Bible beliefs other than "the preacher says
so"; they are routinely kept out of "grown-up church";
parents leave the spiritual training to the church; everyone
is too busy for church. We have dealt with these issues and many
others in the book Keeping the Kids: How to Keep the Children
from Falling Prey to the World, which is available in print and
e-book editions from Way of Life Literature. One issue that young
people typically don't acknowledge in surveys is the issue of
the omnipresent pop culture. In my estimation, love of the sensual

- God's people should be friends of sinners but not friends of
the world (James 4:4). To be a friend of sinners is to love them
and desire that they be saved. To be a friend of the world is
to love sin and the present evil world system whose god is the
devil (2 Cor. 4:4). the characteristics of the world are the
lust of the flesh, the lusts of the eyes, and the pride of life
(1 John 2:15-16). The emerging church confuses these two things.
By loving the sensual pop culture--with it R-rated movies, music
and video games, its immodest unisex dress styles, its brash
attitude, its coarse speech, etc.--they claim merely to be loving
sinners and following in Jesus' footsteps. but Jesus was holy
and separate from sinners (Hebrews 7:26). Jesus was slanderously
called a glutton and a winebibber by His enemies (Luke 7:34),
but He was not a party dude or a good times Charlie as depicted
in The Shack. That is a false christ. Jesus loved sinners but
he hated and reproved sin. He instructed the immoral woman to
"sin no more" (John 8:11). He warned often of eternal
hellfire and preached "except ye repent ye shall all perish,"
which would put the brakes on any party! Friends, don't be led
astray by the great apostasy of these end times. Rock & roll

PROPHETIC MOVEMENT IN UPROAR
- SPIRIT TRAVEL, TRANCE DANCING, NEW AGE PRACTICES IN THE PROPHETIC
MOVEMENT

big chunks of Dennis Cramer's "Word for 2011" in which
he basically tears into a lot of the flakey and dangerous "New
Age"-type practices found in today's Prophetic movement.
Well, to my great amazement, I found that the Elijah List had
actually published Cramer's piece as well! And it caused such
a storm that they had to remove it after just one day - for "clarification"!
But then they re-published it - only slightly changed!
For those who don't know, the Elijah List is the main email List
for the Prophetic movement - publishing the likes of Todd Bentley,
Patricia King, Rick Joyner, Bob Jones, etc. It also sells mounds
of their books and CD's. For the Elijah List to publish something
that basically refutes all the "Spirit Travel" and
"Third Heaven Visitation" stuff is simply unbelievable.
It would almost be like the Pope refuting the veneration of Mary!
I don't know what the Elijah List was thinking, but I'm sure
glad they did it. Now maybe there's a chance that some of their
readers will get out from under those dangerous deceptions.
But I am left a bit dazed by it all - because the very ones who
have been advocating "spirit travel AT WILL" and "Trance
dancing" and 'Third Heaven visits AT WILL' are the very
ministries that the Elijah List has been promoting all these
years!
Here is what the Elijah List founder Steve Schultz wrote after
they pulled the first article when it caused such a storm- "Dear
Elijah List Readers, There was a huge number of people who were
unclear on a few issues with Dennis Cramer?s word... The most
controversial aspect was the 'AT WILL' issue. Apparently, there
are some out and about who are teaching that you can transport
or go to Heaven 'AT WILL',i.e. whenever you want. This is truly
not taught in Scripture. The word 'Doctrine' is another word
for 'teaching.' It's an untrue teaching that anytime you want,
you can go to Heaven or be transported... As soon as Dennis Cramer
sends us a more in-depth explanation of the items he listed,
we plan to repost my friend?s word."
ANDREW AGAIN: Steve - I'm so glad you wrote this, but do you
truly realize what you are saying? Don't you know that Bob Jones
and Todd Bentley and Patricia King, etc, are the VERY BIGGEST
promoters of all this "AT WILL" deception that you
are talking about? Patricia King even has a whole movement of
"Ekstasis" Trance dancing! These guys have entire reams
of teaching on how to "visualize" your way into the
Third Heaven 'AT WILL'. They have been promoting it for years.
Surely you know this? That's why your readers are so upset. Dennis
Cramer is finally exposing and rebuking this stuff as the 'New
Age' heresy that it really is.
On January 15, Elijah List reposted the "re-clarified"
word from Dennis Cramer on their website. It was a little softer
in places, but still it said the following very clearly: "One
cannot go to Heaven like Paul or be transported physically like
Phillip simply because they want to or because they feel like
it (at will). Teachings like this often crossover into dangerous
methods and techniques that resemble New Age, Mysticism, Spiritism
or other occult manipulative practices. A Believer cannot and
must not force, manipulate, or otherwise attempt to reproduce
a sovereign supernatural Bible experience by merely following
a method, a series of steps, or worst of all 'willing it' to
happen."
In the same re-posted word, Dennis Cramer went on to say-
" Open Heaven/Spiritual Portals = BAD DOCTRINE
" Third Heaven Experiences At Will = BAD DOCTRINE
" Going to Heaven At Will to Get Your Gifts = BAD DOCTRINE

Well - there goes the Prophetic movement!! Seriously - I cannot
believe they posted this on the Elijah List! Steve - This is
exactly all the stuff your followers have gotten into! Most of
the guys you promote - these are the exact 'New Age'-type practices
that they teach! Surely you know this?

Charismatic friends. People need to know that this stuff is finally
being declared as "BAD DOCTRINE" - even by the Elijah
