But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully; knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of mothers, for manslayers, for whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine; according to the glorious gospel of the blessed God,which was committed to my trust."
3)Rod Parsley: Proverbs 3:10 declares, So shall thy barns be filled with plenty and thy presses shall break through and burst wide open.
| Proverbs 3:10 does not relate to stepping across the prophetic line, and entering the third day. There is no prophetic line in the Bible. The third day happened in 33 A.D. The death of Jesus Christ cannot be compared to the death of MONEY?? The Resurrection seed represents your money, planting it means giving it to Rod Parsley's Ministry. This is likened to the crucifixion, the death of Jesus, in this case the death of your money. The Resurrection seed coming back to life represents the resurrection of that money in abundance. This is heresy. It is sad what these televangelist won't do for money. |
4) I believe we have stepped across the prophetic time line, and entered the third day, Resurrection Day. Just as our Savior, Jesus Christ, rose on the third day, I believe Resurrection Seed 2000 is destined to be the third day when that which was dead will live again in your life! Your finances are about to live again! Your marriage is about to live again! Hope and joy are about to resurrect in your heart!
| It is blasphemous to think that God would send a message that would equate God the Son, God's best with donations to Rod Parsley to commemorate our Lord Jesus Christ, our God. We doubt very much that God ever spoke misrepresentations to any one of His disciples. |
On Easter you commemorate when I gave My best on Calvary. I want you to declare to the people: On this one day commemorate Me giving My best by giving your best to Me.
It has been 16 years since the Lord first spoke these Words in my spirit. When I brought this word to my congretation, what was then Word of Life Church, the people rallied in a demonstration of obedience and faith. Many planted a seed equal to an entire week's salary. Some even took second jobs so they could give their best.
On Easter Sunday, we placed our Resurrection Seed on the altar, and in the days that followed, people received miracle upon miracle -- healing, deliverance, restoration and abundance sprung forth from the throne of god.
Every year since, Resurrection Sunday has been this ministry's specific position of opportunity for God's miraculous provision -- and every year there are more and more miracles!

This year I have an overwhelming sense of expectation that God is preparing to break through with supernatural provision and favor among His people -- and by faith that includes you. This is the time we set aside to believe god for the breakthroughs to the greatest needs in our lives, the day we sow our Resurrection Seed and believe for the harvest.

(Matthew 6:26 - 28, 30,33) Does this sound like you have to give God money through Rod Parsley? The Bible only works if we stop having faith in men and have faith in the WORD of GOD . |
I want to encourage you to share in the miracle of Resurrection Seed by placing your seed and prayer requests on our altar Easter Sunday, April 23. The entire congregation will join me on that day to pray and intercede over your greatest needs! Together we are going to believe God for the harvest He has already destined for you.
| To believe what Rod states here would mean that anyone can manipulate God into whatever they want. That would be fatal for believers. Seeds in the Bible are equivalent to the Word of God. Jesus explained the parable of the sower in Matthew 13:37- 43 "He answered and said unto them: "He that soweth the good seed is the Son of Man; The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear." What does the Bible have to do with a breakthrough harvest of your resurrection seed? |
No matter how impossible your situation may seem in the natural, with God, nothing is impossible. I encourage you today to pray about giving as much as a full days income -- perhaps even a full week's income -- whatever you can, and make it your very best sacrificial gift to God. Then get ready to receive the breakthrough harvest of your resurrection seed!

(taken from the Easter Breakthrough Harvest announcement) What is interesting at Parsley's website and pulled up one of windows his symbol of the resurrection seed looked like the six pointed star, a Masonic symbol, until it settled into its given position. There are several other symbols that point in the same direction. Here are some comments from his television appearances: 3/17/00 "Resurrection seed 2000 - overtaking - overthrowing and overflowing.. sow a sacrificial seed one week's income, one day's income.. Visa card type.. I'm believing God to pore forth a never ending river of his perpetual harvest into my life and receive the breakthrough harvest of my resurrection seed.. " 3/24/00 "Enforce the going to use you as a channel to flow the money to get restoration.. " He spoke of having the spirit of Perez, the breaker - ramming strength. "Valient men overpowering by reason of their wealth".. "the wealth of the wicked laid in their hands to preach the gospel".. "start a financial revolution".. "rise up with the spirit of the breaker".. "God is going to release you into the greatest financial breakthrough." "My breakthrough is at hand" .. "I want my people giving their best" .. "supernatural soil to grow miracles".. "Anointed soil one weeks pay, one days" .. "Resurrection seed believing God for your breakthrough." Rod calls himself "Son of a breaker" .. "This thing break wide open, your vallet, my bankbook, my savings account.." "The Spirit of a breaker.. walls of racism about to be broken to pieces.. religious discrimination about to be broken.." We have not found a 990 report that provides exempt status on the guidestar.org website. |
| We attended a meeting with those who started this 'seed faith' teaching and they were telling the audience that they had a $30 million dollar debt. When someone got up and asked: "how are you going to pay for that?" The evangelist flatly stated: "we'll have to find us some new sheep to fleece!" |
