Jesus said unto them, "These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the Psalms, concerning me." Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the Scriptures, And said unto them, "Thus it is written, and thus it behooved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high." (Luke 24::44-49)

What we find is that today's neo evangelists are reinventing the wheel because they are tired of waiting for Jesus to return and they want transformation induced by their preaching. They have even stated such. So they are taking matters into their own hands applying the Old Testament when they should be applying the New Testament. The Holy Spirit was a temporary outward anointing in the Old Testament and in the new dispensation, under the New Testament, a person is born again, he or she receives the Holy Spirit into the heart and the person is sealed. No prophet nor preacher can make that happen, thank the Lord for that.

The gifts of the Holy Spirit are misused similarly. Many people have left the fold because of false prophecies, false healings and false words of wisdom. Because someone gets it right doesn't mean either it is from God. Today the pulpits are filled with erroneous teachings and it is quite easy to discern the truth when a personality is checked out. The information is available and there is no excuse why one should be deceived.

Below is an exhortation of Bill Hamon which brings out the truth about his message. Jesus said: "Are ye also yet without understanding? Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught? But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed ... false witnesses... These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man." (Matthew 15:16-20)

 Here we stand close to midnight atop the State capital building in Tallahassee, Florida. We have come up here tonight to make some prophetic decrees, declare the Word of the Lord, to speak God's voice and God's word here from the state capital to the State of Florida and to make some divine decrees from the heart and mind of God.

Throughout the Old Testament when prophets were moved and directed of God and spoke the Word of the Lord, it changed nations and set things in motion. As in the beginning when God said, "Let there be...", and there was light and creation, we can become the voice of God today. The Church and His Prophets are His voice today; and we are making divine decrees against the old high places that they are coming down.

1) Bill is stating here that he is a prophet and that he is making divine decrees. Where in the New Testament does it state that one can appoint him or herself to be a prophet and make divine decrees.

2) Bill states that he is making divine decrees "against the old high places that they are coming down." He is addressing angelic principalities which are to be addressed by Michael the archangel according to the Word of God. There is no Scripture that allows man to attack angels.

In fact the Bible addresses that subject in Jude 9 what our attitude toward principalities should be: "But the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, given themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Like also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. Yet Michael the archangel when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee. But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts in those things they corrupt themselves. Woe unto them! for they have gone the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core." (Jude 1:6-11)

Granted he is not accusing at this point but he is against the old high places and they are coming down. Next he moves to the prophets of Baal. The prophets of Baal are dead and their souls are held contained by God until judgment. ]

We are making divine decrees against the prophets of Baal that always propagate false doctrine. They are coming down! We declare right now that we cancel the assignment of hell to hold back the judicial system and the government in this place; and we say the Kingdom of God is going to arise and the purpose of God is going to be fulfilled. Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. We speak with the authority of God that He is going to begin to shake this place; and everything that can be shaken that is not Godly is going to come down. The Lord is going to begin to build and establish His purpose and His plan.

[ Editor's Note: Bill is making unfounded promises that the Lord is going begin to build and establish his purpose. The Lord plans to rapture His Bride (the born again believers) and come back during the latter part of the tribulation and rescue the remnant Jews and then Armageddon will take place in Jerusalem. God plans to reign from Jerusalem after that with an iron rod. ]

Hear Oh Heavens! Hear Oh Earth! At this time God's angels are going to begin to make war against these principalities and powers, and the saints are going to intercede and war in the spirit. As the saints war here on earth, the angels are going to war in the heavenlies and we are going to see Godly government begin to be set up over this nation and over this state.

This State is a gateway into the nation. It is a gateway for many things, but we close the gate to the devil and we open the gate to the righteous. We open the gate for the Lord's Kingdom to begin to come in and to be established. We speak to the principalities and powers and tell you that our God reigns and Jesus Christ shall now begin to come in and take dominion. We say right now in the name of Jesus Christ, saints be stirred and awakened in this area, come alive to the voice of God. Army of the Lord arise and begin to move against the enemy because God is riding forth with His fiery chariots. He is riding forth with His authority; and right now, in the name of Jesus, every demon and every principality that has been assigned through the centuries and years is going to be brought down. Now we declare, decree and command in the name of Jesus (you know that name - you know its power) that the principalities and powers around this judicial governmental system shall be rooted out. We command you to go! We cancel your assignments, your claims and your power; and we declare that Jesus Christ owns this earth. This capital is sitting on God's earth! These judicial offices are sitting on God's property, so we say, devil get off of God's property!

We release the purpose and plans of God; and we speak in the name that is above every name that is named in heaven and earth - the name of Jesus. Father God, right now in Jesus' name, through the authority vested in me as Your Prophet with Apostolic anointing, I release the decree of God. All heaven stands waiting for the Church to move and for the saints to decree. God, I release legions of angels from heaven above and warring angels around this area. Shake this area, God and raise up the saints to go to war so that the principalities and powers will be torn down. We ask, oh God that even now Michael, as the warring General of heaven, would come with angelic forces and begin to war and tear down the forces of darkness.

[Editor's Note: It should be obvious to the reader now that Bill has taken the place of Jesus Christ and is commanding actions which are not his to command. The Bible does not promise a revival before the tribulation. It states that the world gets darker and darker so that Jesus will shine the brightest when He returns. For prophets today think and teach that they can take matters into their own hands and force God's hand is false teaching. God would have come to rescue the Jews during the holocaust if He could undo His Word. He has to stand by the Word no matter what which means we can totally rely on it. There will be no changes even though these preachers keep telling us that they can change the Word of the Lord.]

God, we will maintain here on earth that what the Prophets prophesy on the earth is echoed in heaven, and what the angels trumpet in heaven is echoed by the Prophets on earth. I declare that, from this day forth, it is going to turn around and God's kingdom is about to be established in this area. We decree right now that the assignments of everyone who is legislating, voting, bringing in evil and unrighteousness and causing trouble in this state are canceled. We raise up the righteous, we raise up the Godly, and we say that all unrighteousness, which is contrary to God's Kingdom and God's way of doing business, God's way of government, has come down! We start it in motion now, and month by month, year by year, we are going to see a transition - this is the dawning of a new day. This is the beginning of the work of the Lord; and this capital that represents the State of Florida, the decisions that are made and official governmental events is now in the hands of God. Devil, you are finished in this area! You may counteract, but you will not succeed.

From this day forward, I call forth the righteous, I call forth the saints, I call forth the angels of heaven; and I stand here between heaven and earth at the top of this building declaring and decreeing that the angels and the saints are rising up and unity is coming to the Church. The power of God is going to be released and the devil's days are numbered. The power of God is going to be executed in this earth. Florida belongs to Jesus, and Florida shall be a state known as a place of refuge, a place to be protected and a place to be directed. We cut off the influx, we cut off the increase of the wickedness, and we release righteousness into the land. Just as you made a decree, Lord, in the beginning, just as You made a decree for the flood to end, just as you made a decree and Jesus came and began the Church, we decree by the authority of the voice of God and the work of the Lord, Florida, you are turning around! Capital, you are being taken over by the angels and the presence of God! Lord we send angels to inhabit and encamp around all the decision making places. Go in and meddle with man! Go in and begin to infuse, go in and begin to inspire! God, we release your mind and your work. We say, devil from this day forward your power is brought down!

The anointing is setting the righteous free and the Glory of God is going to fill this earth as the waters cover the sea. He is going to start here with Florida and you cannot stop it because Jesus said you are brought down. We so decree it! We declare the prosperity upon this state, we declare God's blessings and we declare God's righteous decrees. We set it in motion now - nothing can stop it. No demon or power on earth, because our God reigns! Jesus is Lord over all! His power is greater than every power in hell; and the least saint (devil, hear this) the least saint covered by the blood, praising God can whip the biggest devil in hell because Christ is in us, the hope of glory. We decree the righteousness of God for this place, God's righteousness. Thank you, Father God. In Jesus' name, we stand as your ambassadors, we stand as Your commissioned ones (sent ones). This is your divine appointment for now, and we speak in the authority of Jesus' name, knowing our power is backed up by heaven itself. All the armies of heaven are backing us. Satan, we are not deceived by you any more! Jesus is Lord, Jesus is King; and Jesus is going to release His glory over this place.

From this day forward a new decree has gone forth, a new day has dawned and a transition is going forth. The glory of the Lord shall be established and God's kingdom shall come forth. Arise, oh saints! Arise on Church! Arise mighty angels and come forth because we are taking over in the spirit, God is taking over in the natural and the Kingdom of God shall reign yet in this place in Jesus' name. Amen and amen, so be it. Glory! I believe it is done
