GORBACHEV - SPOKESMAN FOR NEW WORLD ORDER

NEWS BRIEF: The Providence Journal Bulletin, May 8, 1992, p. A19. Former Prime Minister of the USSR, Mikhail Gorbachev, spoke to the world from Fulton, Missouri, from the same forum from which Winston Churchill had spoken 46 years ago. Churchill had warned the world in that famous speech that an "Iron Curtain" had descended upon Eastern Europe, coining a phrase that would last for many decades. The irony of the moment was that Gorbachev was the leader which ordered the infamous Iron Curtain dismantled as he "lead the world away from the Cold War". Of course, in the process, Gorbachev was supposedly opposed within his own country and in the Communist Party to the point where he finally resigned all of his posts of leadership. The historical irony was that Gorbachev had always maintained his steadfast commitment to the Communist Party and to the ideals of Marxism-Lennism.

Furthermore, from the moment he assumed power, Gorbachev steadily accumulated more and more power, until he reached the point where he had more authority and raw power than had anyone since Josef Stalin. Of course, Gorbachev strove to use his power for the good of society, wanting to reform the deteriorating situation from within. For several years, we in the Western World watched as Gorbachev engaged in the most ferocious battle with die-hard Communist forces, people who wanted to maintain the old status-quo at all costs. Western leaders argued amongst each other as to how far we should go to support Gorbachev in his battle.

Finally, Gorbachev could not prevail in his battle. Some months after the failed coup, he was forced to resign as the leader of the USSR, as leaders of the independent republics were determined to go their own way even if it meant scuttling the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, thus ending the hard-won status of "Super-Power".

We want to stop here in our story to remind our listeners that the New World Order is progressing according to the most well-planned script ever conceived. Peter Lemesurier, in his New Age book, "The Armageddon Script", written in 1981, examines all the relevant Biblical prophecies which both Orthodox Jews and Fundamental Christians are expecting to be fulfilled when Messiah appears. The sole purpose of his book is to detail all these expectations and then show how the New Age Christ will deceive the peoples of the world into believing that he had fulfilled all of them. The last paragraph of "The Armageddon Script" boldly states, "Their script is now written, subject only to last-minute editing and stage-directions. The stage itself, albeit as yet in darkness, is almost ready. Down in the pit, the subterranean orchestra is already tuning up. The last-minute, walk-on parts are even now being filled. Most of the main actors...have already taken their roles. Soon it will be time for them to come on stage, ready for the curtain to rise.

The time for action will have come."

A bolder statement of the truth has never been written. The New World Order is progressing according to the most detailed plan the world has ever seen. In our seminar, we quote the passage of the original Plan of the New World Order, written in the mid-1700's, where the author states, "When we come into our kingdom...who will ever suspect that all these peoples were stage-managed by us according to a plan which no one has so much as guessed at in the course of many centuries." (William Cooper, "Behold A Pale Horse", p. 303)

We have now been informed, from the beginning of the plan to the end, that the New World Order will be a planned and directed worldwide play. Not only am I staggered by such a concept, I am also impressed by the undeniable fact that only the supernatural power of Satan could have carried this plan forward for over 200 years. A corollary fact is that God removed His restraining influence so that Satan could carry such a plan out. This second observation should cause every true believer who is still doubtful that we are truly in the last days of time, to rethink their position; for if God has allowed Satan to proceed to this point in history, where almost all of the plan toward the New World Order has been fulfilled, we have every reason to believe He will allow Satan to complete the move to the New World Order. Make no mistake: we have been living our entire lives seeing the plan for the New World Order unfold daily before our unsuspecting eyes.

Now let us return to the activities of one of the main actors, Mikhail Gorbachev. When he stepped down, Gorbachev stated, "I will be back." He knew his part in the plan was to become a private citizen/diplomat. Gorbachev established a Western-style Think Tank, based in Moscow, entitled, the Gorbachev Foundation. Supposedly, when a man becomes an elder Statesman, he is free to speak out honestly as to what is best for the world. What does Gorbachev believe will be best for the peoples of the world? Not surprisingly, he is espousing the standard New World Order agenda:

1. The world must move from its present nation-state system of governments to "a more internationalized system". He wants the United Nations to become stronger, so it can fulfill this role.
2. Gorbachev believes that the disparity between the nations of the world should be eliminated. Not only is this standard doctrine of the New World Order, it is standard Communist doctrine. Communism takes money from those productive members of society and gives it to the poor. They eliminate the gap between rich and poor by making everyone poor. This is a fact of history, and it is part of the New World Order. Thus, we should be very alarmed as we see the productive members of society, the rich and the Middle Class severely criticized and taxed. We are the target in this new system of government.
3. Gorbachev deplores the ethnic rivalries which have flared up in Eastern Europe. We all share this concern. However, Gorbachev proposes that a stronger United Nations step in and force the peace, so we are back to the One-World Government. We should not be surprised to see Gorbachev using standard New Age terms, such as "Interdependence" in his speech in Fulton. Since 1986, he has used many other New Age terms, such as "Global Village" and "Transnational". Of course, we demonstrate in our seminar that Communism is not an independent organization, but is simply and only one of the major players in the New World Order Plan.
4. Gorbachev deplores the natural love of one's country, which most people still possess. He uses strong and descriptive words to describe this ancient and out-of-date allegiance, as "morbid" and "deadly". It has always been standard New Age doctrine that this nationalism or patriotism has to be eliminated and replaced by an allegiance to a One-World Government. Thus we see Ted Turner of CNN stating boldly and publicly that he does not consider himself an American, but as a World Citizen.
5. Gorbachev is gravely concerned about global problems which can only be solved by a Global Government. Before we list these manufactured problems, let us go back again to the original New World Order Plan, as espoused in the mid-1700's. "When we come into our kingdom, our orators (or speakers) will expound great problems which have turned humanity upside down in order to bring [mankind], at the end under our beneficent rule." The very fact that we see a great intensification of global problems which can only be solved by a Global Government shows that we are at the very gates of the New World Order kingdom.

Let us now look at the many problems which concern Gorbachev so greatly.

• Pollution -- This is one of the great concern of the those who want a Global Government, it is laughable that Gorbachev professes such great concern. Communism's leadership in Russia and Eastern Europe has produced the most potent pollution the world has ever seen. Huge factories pour pollution out into the air, and no laws have been enacted which will correct the problem. Conversely, the United States has enacted many laws to correct the pollution which Industrialization has produced. Still, New Age leaders constantly proclaim that the United States is the main culprit in worldwide pollution, and deserves to be punished. We are caught in a very large lie here, proving again Hitler's maxim that "Truth is not what is; truth is what people perceive it to be". God hates a lie so badly because its very utterance can change a true situation into a false one very, very quickly.
• Nuclear proliferation -- Again, we can only laugh that Gorbachev could profess such great concern over this issue. He was a willing participant in the plan to dismantle the Soviet Union in such a way as to allow nuclear weapons to fall into the hands of the possibly irresponsible leaders of the now independent states of the former USSR. We will see nuclear war over this part of the Plan very soon. Newspapers have carried the story that Iran, and possibly, Syria, have acquired nuclear warheads. Every person knows that these weapons would immediately be used against Israel. Therefore, when the United States' Navy allowed those advanced missiles to land in Iran, we set the stage for an Israeli nuclear preemptive strike.
• Acid rain --This is another issue which is setting the stage for a transfer to a Global Government, because it is rises up from the country which is causing the problem, and spreads in the upper atmosphere the world over. Again, Communist economies have been the worst offenders. Again just remember that the objective is to convince the peoples of the world that the only solution is a United Nations.
• Environmental concerns, such as Ozone Depletion, and Global Warming are also being touted for the same reasons as we just espoused for Acid Rain.
• Ethnic violence, such as the "deadly collapse" in Yugoslavia. New Age authors have made it quite clear that war and the threat of war is the one key ingredient which will convince the peoples of the world to accept the Global Government. In fact, the Plan envisions that multiple world crises involving the threat of war, or actual war, will be the prime motivator in creating the climate which will be conducive to the New Age Christ appearing. He will appear during the darkest days of man's existence and will be seen "solving" the crisis. He will literally be proclaimed as the savior of the world, and will be rewarded with the kingdom.
• Gorbachev is concerned about the awful plight of the Kurds in northern Iraq. This confirms my original suspicion that the United States did not completely destroy Iraq when our armies were poised to advance on Baghdad, because the Plan for the New World Order envisioned a defeated, but still sovereign Iraq. Repeatedly since then, the world has watched as the United Nations acted in such a way as to override the sovereignty of Iraq. Kurdish suffering has been well-documented and the pictures produced by this suffering have been thoroughly disseminated to produce anger and revulsion. And it is all part of the Plan.

This article then shifts away from Gorbachev and quotes Harvard professor, Joseph Nye, as he writes in the current issue of Foreign Affairs, that "the classic concept of sovereign national states is eroding under the rapid growth in transnational communications, migration, and economic interdependence." The leaders of the New World Order have carried out an extremely clever plan. Rather than trying to immediately destroy the system of individual nations, they created a superstructure of the One-World Government over the existing system of individual states. This action was undertaken in 1945, when the United Nations was created at the conclusion of World War II. It seemed such a good idea at the time, because it was presented as a forum from which the world's nations could meet to discuss their problems instead of fighting over them. Actions since 1945 have had two purposes: to consistently erode the present system of sovereign states and to steadily build up the perceive effectiveness of the United Nations. This brilliant plan has succeeded and is nearing its completion.

NEWS BRIEF: The Providence Journal-Bulletin, May 11, 1992,

"Gorbachev A Star To Adoring Fans Across California". After his speech in Fulton, Missouri, Gorbachev began to tour selected cities across America. In San Francisco, Gorbachev looked like, and sounded like, a typical American. He dined with Hollywood stars, ate typically American food, donned a Stetson hat, and met with former President Reagan. He was treated as an "old friend".

Americans were positively awash in praise of this former leader of the former "Evil Empire". One American stated that Gorbachev was "awesome", and that she would vote for him for President. The pilot of the corporate jet assigned to Gorbachev called him "my hero, and "Californians seemed to find his cause noble and his motives pure". The story continues, "contrary voices were drowned out by the giddy babble of Gorbachev rooters, who declared him a charismatic visionary in the league of Winston Churchill and John F. Kennedy". This is very heavy company, indeed.

This incredible part of the story demonstrates two disturbing factors simultaneously:

1. Mass Media has the unique power to transform attitudes toward people, institutions, and causes.
2. The American people have reached the point where they can be manipulated at will. Most Americans no longer think critically about any particular subject; rather, they react emotionally to the manipulations of the moment.

We also see this factor in the phenomenon of Ross Perot for President. Polls have consistently shown that Americans are so fed up with "politics as usual" that they will flock to anyone who promises to correct the situation, and who looks like he is able to do so. These same polls are also showing that Perot supporters do not care how he stands on individual issues. In the past, a candidate's standing in the polls has always deteriorated once he begins to enunciate his position on individual subjects. The current situation, where people will support a man independent of his positions on the issues of the day, is a situation with disastrous potential. It literally means that the "sheep (American people) are ready to be sheared". Germans reacted in this manner to Adolf Hitler, and they literally followed him into Hell and death. If I were one of the leaders of the New World Order, I would take the appearance of this phenomenon as clear indication that Americans will allow me to take away their freedoms under the right crisis situation. In fact, Perot's emergence may simply be a "trial balloon" to see how far advanced the planned change in attitudes really is.

Since this is true, and has been amply demonstrated, I believe the leaders of the New World Government will attempt to move the world into a One-World Government, Economy, and Religion very soon. We have already shown that occultists consider this time period to be favorable for the final implementation of their plan.

This article on Gorbachev's tour of California concluded with a report on his fundraising efforts. Gorbachev spoke at a dinner-party, where the participants paid $1,000 each, and he spoke at a rally where "4,300 San Franciscans would pay $40 to hear the former president speak". When you do the math, you realize that Gorbachev just pocketed $172,000. Remember what the Apostle Paul said in 1 Timothy 6:10, "For the love of money is a root of all evils". The movement toward this Global Government is clearly motivated by monetary greed, as we so clearly show in our seminar.

NEWS BRIEF: Newsweek, May 18, 1992, "Gorbachev: Capitalist Tool," p. 50, "...Gorbachev said it no longer makes sense to 'keep arguing about what is better, capitalism or socialism'

...the former president needs major money to run his Gorbachev Foundation, a political think tank that serves him as a sort of government-in-exile".

Did you understand that last statement? Gorbachev's think tank, the Gorbachev Foundation, serves as his "government-in-exile". People have asked me what I think the political future holds for Gorbachev. My standard answer is that we have not seen the last of him. I have always believed that the Plan calls for him to reemerge as a hero for ending the Cold War and for attempting to force changes in the Communist system in Russia. This statement clearly indicates that this is a strong possibility.

Gorbachev is further quoted in this article, that "he has no current plans to enter politics again...but if the current policy of democratic reform were to become threatened, 'I would have to rethink the situation, and I would have to take a different decision'." Indeed he will make a different decision about his political situation.
